Description

The present invention relates to a pachinko ball polishing and lifting device that is provided on a pachinko machine installation island of a pachinko machine and wipes off the dirt on the surface of the pachinko ball and lifts the pachinko ball.

At pachinko amusement halls where pachinko machines using pachinko balls as a game medium are installed, pachinko balls are used to wipe off dirt on the surface of the pachinko balls and at the same time to lift the pachinko balls to the ball tank provided on the top of the island where pachinko machines are installed. A ball polishing and lifting device is installed. In the pachinko ball lifting and polishing apparatus described in Patent Document 1 below, rotating rollers are disposed at the upper and lower portions of the apparatus frame, and an endless lifting belt is stretched between these rotating rollers. Yes. In addition, a pressing cover in which a polishing cloth is laid on the pressing plate is mounted so as to face the rising side surface of the lifting belt, and a pachinko ball is sandwiched between the lifting belt and the pressing plate. I try to do it. Then, the pachinko ball is moved while being driven by the motor and the pachinko ball is pressed against the hoisting belt by rolling, and at the same time, the dirt on the surface of the pachinko ball is wiped off by friction with the polishing cloth. I am doing so. Further, in the ball polishing apparatus described in Patent Document 2 below, a polishing apparatus and a lifting apparatus are separately provided, and after the dirt on the surface of the pachinko balls is wiped off by the polishing apparatus, the pachinko balls are lifted. It is moved to the equipment and lifted to the ball tank on the upper part of the island where the pachinko machine is installed.
Japanese Patent No. 3601968 JP 2000-254333 A

In general, the required height to lift the pachinko ball varies depending on the height of the ball tank provided on the upper part of the pachinko machine installation island. Therefore, in the pachinko ball lifting and polishing apparatus of Patent Document 1, it is necessary to design by changing the height from the lower rotating roller to the upper rotating roller according to the installation height of the ball tank of the pachinko machine installation island, In addition, fine adjustments such as having to determine the total length of the lifting belt are required. In addition, since the installation height of the ball tank is above the island where the pachinko machine is installed, the upper rotating roller has to be installed at a high position, and the apparatus tends to be large. Then, when replacing the polishing cloth with dirt attached, there is a problem that the replacement work is difficult and troublesome because the polishing cloth is laid to the installation height of the upper rotating roller. On the other hand, when the polishing apparatus and the lifting apparatus are separately provided as in Patent Document 2, a problem arises in that a large installation space is occupied. Further, there is a problem that the manufacturing cost is significantly increased because a driving motor is required for both the polishing apparatus and the lifting apparatus.

Accordingly, the invention of claim 1 provides a pachinko ball polishing / lifting device for solving the above-mentioned problems, and an endless conveying belt is stretched between a driving pulley and a driven pulley. A belt conveying mechanism that forms a conveying surface of the pachinko sphere and rotates the conveying belt by the rotational movement of the driving pulley to roll the pachinko sphere in a certain direction, and a pressing plate provided to face the conveying surface The surface of the pachinko sphere is laid by the circular rotation of the conveyor belt while a polishing cloth is laid on the pachinko sphere flowing between the conveyor surface and the abrasive cloth while being pressed against the conveyor surface by the pressing plate. A polishing mechanism that wipes off the dirt of the pachinko ball by the polishing cloth, and a lifting pipe that is provided at a position where the pachinko ball flows out from the belt conveying mechanism and pushes the pachinko ball upward from the bottom to form a pachinko ball row. , The lifting pipe The pachinko ball column beginning is characterized in that a backflow preventing member for preventing the backflow from top to bottom of.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, the backflow preventing member is an anti-back plate in which an arcuate edge facing the outer peripheral surface of the drive pulley is formed, and the anti-back plate is pivotally supported by a support shaft. At the same time, the elastic member biases the upper end of the arcuate edge in the direction of the drive pulley, and the pachinko ball rolls along the arcuate edge and passes through the upper end of the arcuate edge. The pachinko ball is displaced in the direction of the drive pulley and is supported from below by the upper edge of the anti-back plate.

In the pachinko ball polishing and lifting device according to the present invention, the pachinko balls are transported so as to form a pachinko ball row in the lifting pipe line and pushed upward from the bottom. It can be determined only by the length of the feed line, and is independent of the size of the belt conveyance mechanism and the polishing mechanism. That is, the height at which the pachinko ball is lifted can be freely adjusted only by changing the length of the lifting conduit. Therefore, it is not necessary to design the belt conveyance mechanism and the polishing mechanism to be large in accordance with the height of the ball tank on the pachinko machine installation island, and it becomes compact and can be installed in a narrow installation space. As described above, the pachinko ball polishing / lifting device is designed to be small and installed at a low position, so that the maintenance work can be easily performed and the polishing cloth can be easily replaced. Moreover, the polishing of the surface of the pachinko sphere and the lifting of the pachinko sphere are realized by one apparatus, and the total manufacturing cost is greatly reduced.

In addition, since the backflow prevention member is provided at the starting end of the lifting pipeline, it is possible to prevent the pachinko ball train in the lifting pipeline from flowing back to the belt conveyance mechanism. The weight of the pachinko ball row is concentrated on the pachinko ball located at the bottom of the pachinko ball row. Therefore, when this pachinko ball flows backward to the belt conveying mechanism, the conveying belt is significantly worn by the weight, and the life of the conveying belt is shortened. The backflow preventing member can prevent the pachinko balls located at the lowermost part of the pachinko ball train from flowing back to the belt transport mechanism and prevent the transport belt from being worn.

Next, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing the internal structure of a pachinko machine installation island. The pachinko machine installation island 101 is formed by arranging a plurality of pachinko machines 102 arranged back to back, and the pachinko balls are circulated and used in the pachinko machine installation island 101. The polishing / lifting unit 103 of the pachinko ball polishing / lifting device of the present invention is installed at a substantially lower center of the pachinko machine installation island 101, and a lifting pipe 104 for lifting the pachinko ball is located above the polishing / lifting unit 103. Is provided vertically. A ball tank 105 in which the raised pachinko balls are stored is installed at a substantially upper center of the pachinko machine installation island 101. Supply balls 106 that are inclined downward toward both ends of the pachinko machine installation island 101 are connected to the ball tank 105, and the pachinko balls flow down the supply rod 106 and are supplied to each pachinko machine 102. Further, a ball collecting basket 107 for collecting pachinko balls discharged from each pachinko machine 102 is provided below the pachinko machine installation island 101 so as to incline downward toward the polishing and lifting unit 103.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a pachinko ball polishing / lifting device according to the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a state in which the belt conveying mechanism is turned upward in FIG. The pachinko ball polishing and lifting apparatus according to the present invention includes a belt transport mechanism 111 that transports pachinko balls to the front surface of a support plate 2 provided vertically on a substrate 1, and a polishing mechanism 112 that wipes off dirt on the surface of the pachinko balls. And a pachinko ball supply unit 113 for supplying a pachinko ball to the belt conveyance mechanism 111, and a pachinko ball conveyance unit 114 for discharging and lifting the pachinko ball from the belt conveyance mechanism 111. It is generally composed.

First, the belt conveyance mechanism 111 will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 is a front view of a pachinko ball polishing and lifting apparatus according to the present invention, FIG. 5 is a side view, and FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view. The belt conveyance mechanism 111 includes two rectangular plate-like conveyor frames 3a and 3b arranged in parallel at an appropriate interval and five driven by a support shaft 4 installed at one end of both the conveyor frames 3a and 3b. The pulley 5 is supported so as to be independently rotatable, and further, five drive pulleys 7 are supported by a rotating shaft 6 installed on the other end, and between the driven pulley 5 and the drive pulley 7 forming these five pairs. An endless transport belt 8 is wound around each of the belts and is generally configured. Each conveyor belt 8 is appropriately tensioned by rotating the tension pulley 9 and the free pulley 10, and the roller 12 provided at appropriate intervals on the conveyor frames 3 a and 3 b causes the conveyor surface 12 of each conveyor belt 8 to be inward. Supported by.

A support shaft 4 installed at one end of the conveyor frames 3a and 3b is fixed to the support plate 2 at a lower portion of the support plate 2, and the other ends of the conveyor frames 3a and 3b hold discharge guides 63 described later. The belt conveying mechanism 111 is mounted on the front surface of the support plate 2 at an angle of about 30 degrees. That is, the conveying surface 12 of the conveying belt 8 is stretched in an inclined shape with an angle of about 30 degrees. Protrusions 14a and 14b are provided at the other ends of both conveyor frames 3a and 3b, and these protrusions 14a and 14b are fitted into recesses 16 of support members 15a and 15b fixed to both sides of holding frame 13. . And the fastening tool 17 provided in one support member 15a is latched and fixed to the projection part 14a of the conveyor frame 3a.

As shown in FIG. 5, a motor 18 is fixed on the rear surface of the support plate 2, and the rotation of the motor 18 is redirected to a rotation output shaft 20 by a turning mechanism 19 and the rotation is made via a clutch 21. It is transmitted to the shaft 6. For this reason, when the rotating shaft 6 is rotated by driving the motor 18, each drive pulley 7 is rotated in the direction of arrow a in FIG. 6, and the conveying belt 8 is rotated so that the conveying surface 12 of the conveying belt 8 is about 30 degrees. Drive diagonally upward at an angle. Note that pulling the knob 22 for operating the clutch 21 disconnects the rotation output shaft 20 of the motor 18 from the rotation shaft 6. In addition, when the latching of the protrusion 14a and the fastening tool 17 is released, the conveyor frames 3a and 3b are swung upward with the support shaft 4 as a fulcrum as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. be able to. At this time, the conveyor frames 3a and 3b can be supported in an upright state by the elastic force of the extendable gas spring 23 installed between the lower part of the support plate 2 and the intermediate part of the conveyor frames 3a and 3b.

As shown in the sectional view of FIG. 7, the inside of each drive pulley 7 limits the torque transmitted from the rotary shaft 6 to the drive pulley 7 to a certain level or less, and damages the belt transport mechanism 111 due to overload. A torque limiter 24 is provided to prevent this. This torque limiter 24 has an adjustment screw 26 screwed into a screw hole 25 drilled from the outer peripheral edge of the drive pulley 7 toward the center of the drive pulley 7, and an elastic body made of a coil spring or the like. A spherical pressing piece 28 is fixed via 27, and the spherical pressing piece 28 is fitted into a hemispherical recess 29 formed on the outer peripheral edge of the rotary shaft 6. By changing the position of the adjusting screw 26, the force with which the spherical pressing piece 28 is fitted into the hemispherical recess 29 can be adjusted, and the operating torque of the torque limiter 24 can be set arbitrarily.

Next, the polishing mechanism 112 will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 8 is a top view showing a polishing mechanism of a pachinko ball polishing and lifting apparatus according to the present invention, and FIG. 9 is a sectional view thereof. The polishing mechanism 112 includes a flat rectangular box-shaped fixed frame 30 having an open upper surface, an elongated plate-shaped press plate 31 provided in parallel in the fixed frame 30, and a longitudinal direction of the press plate 31. And a polishing cloth 32 laid on the upper surface of the pressing plate 31 so that the pressing plate 31 faces the conveying surface 12 of the conveying belt 8 on the front surface of the support plate 2. Provided below the belt conveyance mechanism 111.

The fixed frame 30 has a long side that is substantially the same as the conveyance surface 12 of the conveyance belt 8 and has a width that is slightly wider than the entire width of the conveyance belt 8 wound in five rows in parallel. A large number of elastic bodies 33 made of coil springs or the like are provided at appropriate intervals inside the fixed frame 30, and the pressing plates 31 are supported on the elastic bodies 33 in five rows. Then, as shown in FIG. 6, the hook-like piece 34 formed on the bottom surface of the pressing plate 31, the central part, and the upper end part engages with the hook-like piece 35 formed inside the fixed frame 30. By doing so, the pressing plate 31 is held inside the fixed frame 30. As shown in FIG. 8, the upper surface of the pressing plate 31 is formed such that a cross-sectional arc-shaped groove 36 holding the pachinko spheres meanders in the width direction at regular intervals, while shifting the rotation direction of the pachinko spheres. The entire surface is polished uniformly.

Further, substantially rectangular parallelepiped guide pieces 37 a and 37 b are fixed to the upper and lower edges of the fixed frame 30. The guide pieces 37 a and 37 b are configured so that when the polishing cloth 32 is moved on the pressing plate 31, the polishing cloth 32 is smoothly guided onto the pressing plate 31 and is smoothly pulled out from the pressing plate 31. To do. Therefore, one long side of the guide pieces 37a and 37b is formed in a curved surface shape, and the one long side is directed outward of the fixed frame 30 and provided so as to be substantially the same height as the upper surface of the pressing plate 31.

The fixing frame 30 is provided with brackets 38 a to 38 c protruding from the front surface of the support plate 2 so that the grooves 36 of the pressing plates 31 are formed on the conveying surface 12 of the conveying belts 8 below the belt conveying mechanism 111. It is supported with an inclination of an angle of about 30 degrees so as to face each other.

As shown in FIG. 6, the polishing cloth roll 39 before use is rotatably supported by a support shaft 40 projecting from the front surface of the support plate 2 below the fixed frame 30, and the polishing cloth 32 is pulled out. Further, the take-up shaft 41 and the free pulleys 42a and 42b are respectively provided on the front surface of the support plate 2 below the fixed frame 30, and the guide pulleys 43a and 43b are guided inside the brackets 38c and 38a. It is provided in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the pieces 37a, 37b. The polishing cloth 32 drawn out from the polishing cloth roll 39 is guided around the free pulley 42a and the guide pulley 43a to the upper surface of the pressing plate 31 through the guide piece 37a. Further, the guide piece 37b leads to the outside of the pressing plate 31, and the guide pulley 43b and the free pulley 42b are wound around the winding shaft 41.

A motor 44 is fixed to the rear surface of the support plate 2 at the mounting position of the winding shaft 41, and the rotation of the motor 44 is transmitted to the winding shaft 41. For this reason, when the winding shaft 41 is rotated in the direction of arrow b in FIG. 6 by driving the motor 44, the polishing pad 32 is pulled and the pressing plate 31 is moved obliquely downward so as to be wound around the winding shaft 41. Go. The polishing cloth 32 is wound up intermittently by a timer that drives the motor 44 for a predetermined time each time a predetermined time elapses.

Next, the pachinko ball supply unit 113 will be described with reference to FIGS. 10 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing a pachinko ball supply unit, and FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line XX in FIG. The pachinko ball supply unit 113 is roughly configured by a supply guide 45 for allowing the pachinko balls to flow into the conveyance surface 12 of each conveyance belt 8 and a ball box 46 for aligning the pachinko balls in five rows and flowing into the supply guide 45. The

As shown in FIG. 11, the supply guide 45 is erected by bringing two side wall plates 48 into contact with the inside of the side plate of the mounting frame 47, and five guide plates 49 between the side wall plates 48. The four partition plates 50 are alternately erected while providing steps on the upper edges 51 and 52 to form a ball supply rod 53. As shown in FIG. 10, the upper edge 51 of the guide plate 49 has a linear shape in which an intermediate portion is formed in an arc shape so as to face the outer periphery of the driven pulley 5 and is inclined at an angle of about 15 degrees at both ends thereof. An edge and a linear edge inclined at an angle of about 30 degrees are formed. Further, the upper side edge 52 of the side wall plate 48 and the partition plate 50 is also formed in an arc shape so as to face the outer periphery of the driven pulley 5, and a linear edge inclined at an angle of about 30 degrees is formed at one end thereof. The The upper edge 51 of the guide plate 49 is provided lower than the side wall plate 48 and the upper edge 52 of the partition plate 50 by a radius of the pachinko sphere, and the side wall plate 48 and the partition plate 50 are provided with the upper edge 51 of the guide plate 49 as the bottom. Five rows of ball supply rods 53 are formed as side walls.

In order to hold the supply guide 45 in the mounting frame 47, a support shaft 54 and a fixed shaft 55 that penetrate from one side plate of the mounting frame 47 to the other side plate are inserted. Each guide plate 49 is pivotally supported by a support shaft 54 via a bearing member 56 so as to be independently tiltable. A cylindrical spacer member 58 is loosely fitted in a circular hole 57 provided on the side surface of the guide plate 49, and the fixed shaft 55 is inserted through the spacer member 58. Accordingly, a slight gap 59 is formed between the outer circumference of the spacer member 58 and the inner circumference of the circular hole 57, and the guide plate 49 can tilt within the gap 59. Then, the upper edge 51 of the guide plate 49 is shown in the figure by erecting an elastic body 60 made of a coil spring or the like between the recess provided on the lower edge of the guide plate 49 and the leg upper surface of the mounting frame 47. As shown by the arrow c in FIG. The bearing member 56 and the spacer member 58 also serve to maintain the distance between the side wall plates 48 and the partition plates 50 slightly wider than the diameter of the pachinko balls.

Such a supply guide 45 is formed by placing the leg portion of the mounting frame 47 on the substrate 1, so that the conveying belt 8 wound around the driven pulley 5 and the arc-shaped upper edge 51 of each guide plate 49. Are opposed to each other at a distance equivalent to the diameter of the pachinko sphere, and the end portion of the ball supply rod 53 inclined at an angle of about 30 degrees is attached to the guide piece 37b fixed to the lower edge of the fixed frame 30. Fixed to face. The ball box 46 is installed on the side of the supply guide 45, and an alignment rail 61 for aligning pachinko balls in five rows is provided in an inclined shape inclined downward at an angle of about 15 degrees. The pachinko balls in the ball box 46 flow down the alignment rail 61 and smoothly flow into the start end of the ball supply rod 53 of the supply guide 45.

Next, the pachinko ball lifting section 114 will be described with reference to FIGS. 12 to 14 and FIG. 12 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing a pachinko ball lifting section, and FIG. 13 is a cross-sectional view taken along line YY in FIG. FIG. 14 is an enlarged perspective view showing the pachinko ball lifting section. The pachinko ball lifting section 114 is provided with a discharge guide 63 having an anti-back plate 62 as a backflow preventing member, and a pachinko ball train provided above the anti-back plate 62 to lift the pachinko balls from the bottom to the top. This is generally composed of a lifting pipeline 64.

The discharge guide 63 is configured to roll the pachinko balls that have flowed out from the conveyance surface 12 of the conveyance belt 8 along the outer peripheral surface of the drive pulley 7 and to flow the pachinko balls into the lifting pipeline 64. As shown in FIG. 13, five sets of ball guides 65 arranged in parallel are provided in the holding frame 13. The ball guide 65 is provided with a gap in which a pair of side wall plates 67 are brought into close contact with both surfaces of a plate-like spacer 66 so that the anti-back plate 62 can be loosely inserted. One side of the sphere guide 65 is formed in an arc shape so as to face the outer periphery of the drive pulley 7, and the guide groove has an arc shape in cross section with the center of the gap provided between the pair of side wall plates 67 as the center. 68 is formed.

As shown in FIG. 12, the anti-back plate 62 has a substantially L-shaped side surface, and has an arcuate edge 69 that is opposed to the outer periphery of the drive pulley 7, and below the opposite edge of the arcuate edge 69. A hook piece 70 is provided, and a large-diameter circular hole 71 and a small-diameter circular hole 72 are formed near the center of the side surface and outward of the L-shaped bent portion. The anti-back plate 62 is loosely inserted into the gap between the pair of side wall plates 67 so that the arcuate edge 69 is the bottom of the guide groove 68. The support frame 13 is pivotally supported independently from each other by a support shaft 73 inserted so as to pass through the small-diameter circular hole 72 from one side plate to the other side plate. Further, a fixed shaft 74 having a smaller diameter than the large-diameter circular hole 71 is inserted from one side plate of the holding frame 13 to the other side plate so as to be loosely inserted into the large-diameter circular hole 71. Accordingly, a slight gap 75 is formed between the outer periphery of the fixed shaft 74 and the inner periphery of the large-diameter circular hole 71, and the anti-back plate 62 can tilt within the range of the gap 75. Further, an elastic body 77 made of a spring coil or the like is stretched between a retaining plate 76 fixed to the back surface of the holding frame 13 and a hooking piece 70 of each anti-back plate 62. Accordingly, the upper end portion of the arc-shaped edge 69 of the anti-back plate 62 is urged in the direction of the drive pulley 7 as indicated by the arrow d in FIG.

In such a discharge guide 63, each conveyor belt 8 wound around the drive pulley 7 and the arc-shaped edge 69 of each anti-back plate 62 are opposed to each other with a distance equivalent to the diameter of the pachinko ball, and The ball guide 65 is fixed so that the start end of the ball guide 65 faces a guide piece 37 a fixed to the upper end edge of the fixed frame 30. A discharge pipe 78 is mounted above the discharge guide 63, and a lifting pipe 104 that lifts the pachinko ball to the height at which the ball tank 105 is installed is mounted above the discharge pipe 78. The Inside the discharge pipe 78 and the lifting pipe 104 are formed lifting pipes 64 each having five rows of cylindrical passages having substantially the same diameter as the pachinko balls. A starting end portion of the feed pipe 64 is provided so as to be located at a terminal end portion of the ball guide 65 so that a pachinko ball flowing out from the ball guide 65 can flow in.

Next, the operation of the pachinko ball polishing and lifting apparatus according to the present invention will be described. The pachinko balls B in the ball box 46 are aligned in five rows by the alignment rail 61 and guided to the ball supply rod 53 of the supply guide 45. The pachinko ball B that has rolled down the inclined surface of the ball supply rod 53 inclined at an angle of about 15 degrees flows between the conveying belt 8 wound around the driven pulley 5 and the upper edge 51 of the guide plate 49. Since the guide plate 49 is urged in the direction of the arrow c in FIG. 10 by the extension force of the elastic body 60 with the support shaft 54 as a fulcrum, the pachinko ball B receives pressure from the upper edge 51 of the guide plate 49 and receives the conveying belt 8. Is pressed and pinched. Then, the pachinko ball B is transported by the transport surface 12 of the transport belt 8 and rolls upward on the upper edge 51 of the guide plate 49 inclined upward at an angle of about 30 degrees.

The pachinko ball B that has reached the end of the ball supply rod 53 is guided to the groove 36 on the pressing plate 31 on which the polishing pad 32 is laid, via the guide piece 37b. Since the pressing plate 31 is biased in the direction of the conveying surface 12 of the conveying belt 8 by the extension force of the elastic body 33, the pachinko ball B in the groove 36 receives pressure from the pressing plate 31, and as shown in FIG. And sandwiched between the conveying surface 12 of the conveying belt 8 supported by the roller 11 and the polishing cloth 32 laid on the pressing plate 31. The pachinko ball B is conveyed obliquely upward from the driven pulley 5 toward the drive pulley 7 by traveling on the conveying surface 12 of the conveying belt 8 while being held in the groove 36. The pachinko sphere B conveyed while being held in the groove 36 is also rotated in a direction orthogonal to the traveling direction of the conveying belt 8 by the groove 36 meandering in the width direction. For this reason, the dirt on the entire surface of the pachinko ball B is efficiently wiped off by the polishing cloth 32.

The pachinko sphere B that has reached the end of the pressing plate 31 flows into the starting end of the ball guide 65 formed on the discharge guide 63 via the guide piece 37a, and the conveying belt 8 wound around the drive pulley 7 It is sandwiched between the arcuate edge 69 of the anti-back plate 62 that is the bottom of the guide groove 68. The anti-back plate 62 is urged in the direction indicated by the arrow d in FIG. 12 with the support shaft 73 as a fulcrum by the tensile force of the elastic body 77, so that the pachinko ball B is pressed from the arc-shaped edge 69 of the anti-back plate 62. In response to this, the belt is pressed and pinched by the conveyor belt 8 wound around the drive pulley 7. The pachinko ball B is rolled along the outer periphery of the drive pulley 7 so as to change its direction from an upwardly inclined direction of about 30 degrees to a vertical direction.

As the pachinko ball B rolls upward along the arc-shaped edge 69 of the anti-back plate 62, the anti-back plate 62 has an arc shape with the support shaft 73 as a fulcrum as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. The upper end of the edge 69 tilts away from the drive pulley 7. When the pachinko ball B passes through the upper end of the arcuate edge 69 and flows into the lifting pipe 64 in the discharge pipe 78, the upper end returns to the original position by the tensile force of the elastic body 77, and the lifting is performed. The pachinko sphere B that has flowed into the duct 64 is supported from below by the upper edge 79 of the anti-back plate 62, and the backflow of the pachinko sphere B is prevented.

In this way, the pachinko balls B flow into the lifting pipeline 64 one by one, and the pachinko balls B form a pachinko ball train vertically so as to come into contact with each other in the lifting pipeline 64. Then, as the pachinko balls B successively flow into the lifting pipeline 64 from the discharge guide 63, the pachinko balls in the lifting pipeline 64 are pushed up from the bottom to the top. This pachinko ball train is continued into the lifting pipe 64 of the lifting pipe 104, and the pachinko ball B is lifted up so as to be pushed up to the installation height of the ball tank. The pachinko sphere B positioned at the bottom of the pachinko sphere row is loaded with the weight of the entire pachinko sphere row. The pachinko sphere B is supported by the upper edge 79 of the anti-back plate 62, so that the pachinko sphere row flows backward. Never do.

On the other hand, when the polishing cloth 32 is completely wound on the winding shaft 41, the polishing cloth roll 39 is replaced. At this time, the knob 22 is pulled to disconnect the rotary shaft 6 from the rotary output shaft 20 of the motor 18, and the protrusion 14 a of the conveyor frame 3 a and the fastener 17 provided on the holding frame 13 are engaged. , And the conveyor frames 3a and 3b are pivoted upward with the support shaft 4 as a fulcrum to expose the upper surface of the polishing mechanism 112, as indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG. When the old polishing cloth 32 is removed from the winding shaft 41 and a new polishing cloth roll 39 before use is attached to the support shaft 40, the polishing cloth 32 is rotated around the free pulley 42 a and the guide pulley 43 a, and the upper surface of the pressing plate 31. In addition, the guide pulley 43b and the free pulley 42b are wound around the winding shaft 41. In this way, the replacement work of the polishing pad 39 can be easily and safely performed at a low position.

Further, even when foreign matter such as dust enters or adheres to some of the conveyor belts 8 during operation of the pachinko ball polishing / lifting apparatus, even if the traveling of the conveyor belt 8 becomes overloaded, the drive pulley 7 Only the drive pulley 7 around which the overloaded transport belt 8 is wound is stopped by the operation of the torque limiter 24 built in the motor. That is, the rotation of the other driving pulley 7 and the traveling of the conveyor belt 8 are continued without any trouble, so that the polishing and lifting of the pachinko ball B are not interrupted. In addition, the drive pulley 7 is not continuously forced to be rotated by the motor 18 in an overloaded state, and the possibility of serious damage to the belt transport mechanism 111 can be avoided.

Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. Note that the second embodiment is different from the first embodiment described above only in the configuration of the backflow prevention member for the pachinko ball B in the pachinko ball lifting section 114 and the discharge guide provided with the backflow prevention member. Therefore, detailed description is omitted by giving the same reference numerals to the same configurations, and different configurations will be described. FIG. 15 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a pachinko ball lifting section according to the second embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 16 is an enlarged perspective view. FIG. 17 is a sectional view showing the one-way clutch incorporated in the sprocket. The pachinko ball lifting section 114 according to the second embodiment includes a discharge guide 81 having a sprocket 80 as a backflow preventing member, and a pachinko ball train provided above the sprocket 80 to lift the pachinko ball from below to above. It is mainly composed of a feeding pipeline 82 for feeding.

In the discharge guide 81, five rows of arc-shaped guide grooves 83 facing the outer peripheral edge of the drive pulley 7 are formed in parallel, and a cylindrical passage approximately the same diameter as the pachinko ball is parallel to the guide groove 83 in parallel. A lifting pipeline 82 formed in five rows is formed. Further, five substantially rectangular spaces 84 respectively corresponding to the respective lifting pipelines 82 are formed from the rear surface of the discharge guide 81 toward the starting end portion of the lifting pipeline 82, and five sprockets 80 are formed therein. Are built in each. In the sprocket 80, concave portions 85 for holding pachinko balls are formed on the circumference at regular intervals. Then, the support shaft 86 penetrating from one side plate of the holding frame 13 to the other side plate is pivotally supported in the space 84 at a position where the concave portion 85 can be projected and retracted at the start end portion of the lifting pipeline 82. . Further, a one-way clutch 120 is incorporated between the sprocket 80 and the support shaft 86.

As shown in FIG. 17, the one-way clutch 120 includes an outer ring 121 having an annular cross section, an inner ring 122 having an annular section provided concentrically inside the outer ring 121, and the outer ring 121 and the inner ring 122. Is composed of a plurality of rolling elements 123, 123,... Arranged at regular intervals along the circumferential direction in the gap, and a retainer 124 that holds each rolling element 123, and the outer ring 121 is connected to the inner ring 122. On the other hand, it can rotate only in one direction and cannot rotate in the opposite direction.

.. Are formed on the inner peripheral surface of the outer ring 121 at the same interval as the arrangement of the rolling elements 123, and the curved recesses 125, 125,. A partition piece 126, 126,... Is formed in the cage 124. Each of the rolling elements 123 is held in a space portion 127 formed by the curved recess 125, the partition piece 126, and the outer peripheral surface of the inner ring 122, and can freely rotate within each space portion 127 and in the circumferential direction. It can move a little. In addition, each curved concave portion 125 has a wide width in which one end portion of each space portion 127 is slightly wider than the size of the rolling element 123 by deeply notching one end portion and shallowly cutting the other end portion. A region 128 is formed, and the other end is a narrow region 129 formed slightly narrower than the size of the rolling element 123. Further, an elastic body 130 made of a coil spring or the like is fixed to one side surface of each partition piece 126 and on the wide area 128 side of the space portion 127, and each rolling element 123 has an elastic force of each elastic body 130. Is uniformly biased toward the narrow-width region 129.

In such a one-way clutch 120, when the outer ring 121 tries to rotate in the forward direction (the same direction as the urging direction of the rolling element 123 by the elastic body 130), the rolling element 123 resists the elastic force of the elastic body 130. It moves to the wide area 128 of the space 127. Then, the rolling element 123 can freely rotate in the wide area 128 of the space 127, and the outer ring 121 can rotate smoothly with respect to the inner ring 122. On the other hand, when the outer ring 121 tries to rotate in the reverse direction (the direction opposite to the urging direction of the rolling element 123 by the elastic body 130), the rolling element 123 is narrowed by the elastic force of the elastic body 130. Move to 129. Then, the rolling element 123 is sandwiched between the inner peripheral surface of the outer ring 121 and the outer peripheral surface of the inner ring 122 and cannot rotate. Therefore, the outer ring 121 cannot rotate with respect to the inner ring 122. That is, the one-way clutch 120 allows the outer ring 121 to rotate only in one direction with respect to the inner ring 122 and disables rotation in the reverse direction. The above-described one-way clutch 120 has an outer ring 121 fixed to the sprocket 80 and an inner ring 122 fixed to the support shaft 86. In this way, the sprocket 80 is supported by the support shaft 86 so that the pachinko ball can rotate only in the forward direction in which the pachinko ball rolls from the bottom to the top in the lifting pipe 82 and cannot rotate backward.

In such a discharge guide 81, each conveyor belt 8 wound around the drive pulley 7 and the arc-shaped guide groove 83 are opposed to each other with a distance slightly narrower than the diameter of the pachinko ball, and the start end of the guide groove 83 The part is fixed so as to face a guide piece 37 a fixed to the upper edge of the fixed frame 30. Then, the lifting pipe 104 is mounted above the discharge guide 81 so as to be connected to the lifting pipeline 82 of the discharge guide 81, and the pachinko ball is lifted up to the installation height of the ball tank 105.

In the pachinko ball lifting section 114 of the second embodiment configured as described above, the pachinko ball B that has flowed out from the conveyance surface 12 of the conveyance belt 8 is connected to each conveyance belt 8 wound around the drive pulley 7 and the arcuate shape. It rolls upward along the guide groove 83 while being sandwiched between the guide groove 83. Then, the pachinko ball B is once fitted into the recess 85 of the sprocket 80, rotates the sprocket 80 in the forward direction indicated by the arrow e in FIG. Since the sprocket 80 cannot be rotated in reverse by the action of the one-way clutch 120, the pachinko ball B that has flowed into the feed line 82 is prevented from rolling downward in the direction of the guide groove 83. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the pachinko ball train knitted in the lifting pipeline 82 from flowing backward from the top.

Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described. The third embodiment is only different from the second embodiment described above in the configuration of the backflow prevention member for the pachinko sphere B in the pachinko sphere lifting section 114. Therefore, detailed description is omitted by giving the same reference numerals to the same configurations, and different configurations will be described. 18 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a pachinko ball lifting portion according to the third embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 19 is an enlarged perspective view. FIG. 20 is a cross-sectional view showing the one-way clutch incorporated in the rotating roller. The pachinko ball feeding section 114 of the third embodiment is provided above the endless belt 88 and a discharge guide 81 including a backflow preventing member comprising an endless belt 88 wound between a pair of rotating rollers 87a and 87b. It is generally composed of a lifting line 82 that organizes pachinko balls and lifts the pachinko balls from the bottom to the top.

The pair of rotating rollers 87a and 87b are pivoted by support shafts 89a and 89b so as to be vertically aligned in five spaces 84 formed so as to correspond to the respective lifting pipelines 82 of the discharge guide 81. Be supported. Then, an endless belt 88 is wound between the rotating rollers 87a and 87b. The conveying surface 90 of the endless belt 88 is positioned so as to be positioned at the start end of the lifting pipeline 82 and slightly inward from the inner wall of the lifting pipeline 82. In this way, the pachinko ball is rolled while being sandwiched between the inner wall of the lifting pipe 82 facing the transport surface 90 and the transport surface 90 by pressing the transport surface 90. Further, as shown in FIG. 20, a one-way clutch 120 similar to that in the second embodiment described above is incorporated between the rotating roller 87a and the support shaft 89a. The outer ring 121 of the one-way clutch 120 is fixed to the rotating roller 87a, and the inner ring 122 is fixed to the support shaft 89a. In this way, the rotation roller 87a is supported by the support shaft 89a so that it can rotate only in the direction in which the pachinko ball contacting the conveying surface 90 of the endless belt 88 rolls from the bottom to the top and cannot rotate in the reverse direction. Therefore, the endless belt 88 can travel only in the forward direction in which the pachinko ball rolls from the bottom to the top in the lifting pipeline 82 by its conveying surface 90, and cannot run backward.

In the pachinko ball lifting section 114 according to the third embodiment configured as described above, the pachinko ball B rolls upward while being sandwiched between the conveying surface 90 and the inner wall of the lifting pipeline 82, and the pachinko ball B Moves the endless belt 88 in the forward direction indicated by the arrow f in FIG. The endless belt 88 cannot travel in the reverse direction by the action of the one-way clutch 120 incorporated between the rotating roller 87a and the support shaft 89a, so that the pachinko ball B that has flowed into the feed line 82 is in the direction of the guide groove 83. Falling in the opposite direction is prevented. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the pachinko ball train knitted in the lifting pipeline 82 from flowing backward from the top.
