The present invention relates to a structure for attaching an electric appliance such as a wiring duct rail or a lighting fixture to a ceiling.

FIG. 7 is an exploded perspective view showing a ceiling mounting structure of a wiring duct rail for explaining a conventional example.
This includes an adapter (91) detachably locked to the lower surface of the ceiling rosette (90) fixed to the ceiling, a relay tool (92) removably supported by the adapter (91), and A duct rail unit (93), which is an electric appliance, is detachably attached to the relay tool (92).
A pair of plug blade insertion openings (900) are provided on the lower surface of the sealing rosette (90), and terminals (not shown) connected to indoor wiring are provided at the back of each plug blade insertion opening (900). ) Is arranged.

The adapter (91) has a configuration in which a pair of plug blades (911) (only one is shown) protrudes from the upper surface of a cylindrical adapter body (910). Further, locking claws (912) are provided on both sides of the outer peripheral surface of the adapter body (91) so as to be able to protrude and retract in the radial direction, and are biased by a spring in the protruding direction. Further, the lower surface of the locking claw (912) is a tapered surface (913) that is inclined outward as it goes upward, and when the tapered surface (913) is pressed from below, The nail (912) is inserted into the adapter body (910). Furthermore, the upper surface of the locking claw (912) is flat.
On the lower surface of the adapter main body (910), a connector (914) electrically connected to the upper plug blade (911) is provided.

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the relay tool (92) is formed in a flat cylindrical shape, and has a barrel portion (921), an upper end flange (922) on the outer periphery thereof, and a lower end flange (920) on the inner periphery. It is composed of Inside the lower end flange (920) is an adapter insertion hole (923) for inserting the adapter (91).
Mounting screws (924) for the duct rail unit (93) project from the lower surface of the lower end flange (920) at a predetermined pitch in the circumferential direction. A cushion material (925) is attached to the upper surface of the upper end flange (922).

The duct rail unit (93) includes a hollow cover part (930) that is open at the top, and a duct rail part (933) that is attached to a lower part of the cover part (930) and has wiring formed therein. On the outer peripheral part of the cover part (930), screw insertion holes (931) through which the respective mounting screws (924) protruding from the relay tool (92) are inserted are opened, and each mounting screw (924) A fastening nut (932) is screwed to the tip of the screw. A connection cord (934) for supplying power to the duct rail portion (933) extends upward from the duct rail unit (93), and a connector (935) is connected to the tip of the connection cord (934).
The duct rail unit (93) configured as described above is attached as follows.
First, a pair of plug blades (911) provided on the adapter (91) are inserted into the plug blade insertion ports (900) of the sealing rosette (90), and the adapter (91) is attached to the sealing rosette (90).

Next, when the adapter fitting hole (923) of the relay tool (92) faces the adapter (91) and the relay tool (92) is pushed up, the taper surface (913) of the locking claw (912) of the adapter (91) The peripheral edge of the adapter insertion hole (923) of the relay tool (92) comes into contact with this. When the relay tool (92) is further raised in this state, the tapered surface (913) is pressed from below at the periphery of the adapter insertion hole (923), and as a result, the locking claw (912) is moved to the adapter body (910). Immerse yourself inside. When the relay fitting (92) is further pushed up so that the adapter insertion hole (923) reaches a higher position than the locking claw (912), the locking claw (912) protrudes by the spring biasing force and is below the adapter insertion hole (923). Engaging the side (see FIG. 8). Further, the cushion material (925) on the upper surface of the upper end flange (922) is pressed against the ceiling surface (94). Thereby, the relay tool (92) is attached to the adapter (91).

Next, the duct rail unit (93) is attached to the relay tool (92). Specifically, first, the connector (935) of the duct rail unit (93) is inserted into the connector (914) of the adapter (91) to be connected to the power source. Next, each screw insertion hole (931) opened in the cover part (930) of the duct rail unit (93) is externally fitted to a mounting screw (924) protruding downward from the relay tool (92).

After that, when the fastening nut (932) (932) is screwed onto the tip of the mounting screw (924) protruding downward from the screw insertion hole (931) (931), the duct is connected to the relay tool (92). A rail unit (93) is attached.
In this case, the lighting equipment (A) is mounted on the duct rail part (933) and used, and the lighting position is adjusted by sliding the lighting equipment (A) along the duct rail part (933). Is done.
JP 2006-2445 A

However, in the above conventional apparatus, when the duct rail unit (93) is attached, as shown in FIG. 8, the peripheral edge of the adapter insertion hole (923) of the relay tool (92) is the outer periphery of the adapter (91). While engaging with the locking claw (912) from above, the cushion material (925) is pressed against the ceiling surface (94) in this state.

Therefore, when an external force that rotates the duct rail portion (933) in the horizontal direction acts when adjusting the position of the lighting fixture (A), the cushion material (925) slides in a state of being pressed against the ceiling surface (94), There was a problem that the sliding was repeated and the sliding surface was attached to the ceiling surface (94).
In addition, there is a possibility that the duct rail unit (93) may rotate beyond the range of 360 degrees, so that there is a problem that the connection cord (934) is excessively twisted and the insulation coating is easily broken. .

The present invention has been made in view of such points.
`` An adapter that can be detachably attached to the bottom surface of the ceiling rosette fixed to the ceiling,
A relay tool having a fitting hole that is detachably fitted to the adapter from below;
In the structure for attaching an electric appliance to the relay device,
It is an object of the present invention to prevent the electrical appliance from rotating together with the relay tool, thereby preventing damage due to excessive twisting of an electrical connection cord connecting the electrical appliance and an adapter.

[Invention of Claim 1]
The solution means of the invention according to claim 1 for solving the above problem
“The relay tool includes an engagement piece projecting inwardly from the periphery of the fitting hole,
On the outer peripheral surface of the adapter, an engagement piece guide groove into which the engagement piece enters in a state where the fitting hole is externally fitted to the adapter from below is formed.
The engagement piece guide groove is composed of a horizontal groove extending in the circumferential direction on the outer peripheral surface of the adapter, and a vertical groove connecting the inlet portion of one end of the horizontal groove and the lower surface of the adapter,
The engaging wall of the engaging piece guide groove is provided with a stopper protrusion that moves between a protruding position that prevents the engaging piece from escaping from the horizontal groove to the vertical groove and a retracted position that allows the escaping. ,
The stopper projection is pushed from the protruding position to the retracted position against the biasing force of the spring by the engagement piece moving to the inner wall side opposite to the inlet portion in the horizontal groove, and the manual operation portion. Is configured to move to the retracted position against the biasing force of the spring by the operation of
On the lower surface of the horizontal groove, anti-slip irregularities that engage with the engaging piece of the relay tool are formed in a manner that is aligned in the length direction of the horizontal groove.
The above solution works as follows.
When installing the appliance on the ceiling, the adapter is attached to the ceiling closet as in the conventional case described above.

Next, the fitting hole formed in the relay tool is externally fitted to the adapter from below, and at the time of this external fitting, an engagement piece protruding inward from the fitting hole is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the adapter. The vertical guide of the one guide groove (opened on the lower surface of the adapter) is entered from below, and the relay tool is raised in this state. Then, when the engaging piece rises to the horizontal groove portion (inlet part) in the engaging piece guide groove, the relay piece is rotated in the horizontal direction while being externally fitted to the adapter, and the engaging piece is moved horizontally. The groove is made to enter from the inlet (vertical groove side end).

Then, the stopper protrusion is pushed from the protruding position to the retracted position against the urging force of the spring by the engagement piece moving to the inner wall side in the horizontal groove. As a result, the engaging piece passes through the stopper protrusion arrangement portion, and after this passage, the stopper protrusion is pushed out to the protruding position by the biasing force of the spring. This protruding position is a position that prevents the engagement piece from escaping from the horizontal groove to the vertical groove.

Therefore, the engagement piece provided in the relay tool is in a state where the movement range is restricted by the stopper protrusion and the inner wall of the horizontal groove, and the rotatable range of the relay tool is limited.
Thereafter, the relay tool is rotated until the engagement piece reaches a position that engages with the anti-slip unevenness formed on the lower surface of the horizontal groove. Thereby, rotation of a relay tool is prevented by engagement with the unevenness | corrugation for anti-slip | skid, and an engagement piece.
Then, when the electric appliance is attached to the relay tool, the electric appliance is attached to the ceiling.

[Invention of Claim 2]
In the invention according to claim 1,
“The appliance is
A hollow cover part loosely fitted to the relay tool from below;
A duct rail part that is attached to the hollow cover part and supports the electric plug of the luminaire slidably in the longitudinal direction;
The hollow cover part externally fitted to the loose and the relay tool are tightened up and down with a tightening screw.
With this, an electric appliance having a duct rail portion can be attached to the ceiling.

[Invention of Claim 3]
In the invention according to claim 2,
“A cushion material is arranged at the upper end of the hollow cover portion.
In the case where the cushion material comes into contact with the ceiling surface when tightened with the tightening screw, when the cushion material comes into contact with the ceiling surface by tightening the tightening screw, the upward movement of the luminaire having the hollow cover portion is prevented. It will be blocked. Then, the relay tool coupled to the hollow cover portion with the tightening screw is also in a state in which the upward movement is prevented, and the anti-slip unevenness formed on the lower surface of the horizontal groove and the engagement engaging with this from above The engagement of the pieces (provided on the relay tool) is difficult to be released. Therefore, it can prevent more reliably that an electric appliance rotates with a relay tool. Further, rattling of the engagement piece in a state of being engaged with the anti-slip unevenness can be prevented.

[Invention according to claim 4]
In the invention according to claim 1,
In the case of “having a tightening screw for pressing the engagement piece against the non-slip unevenness”, the engagement piece is pressed against the non-slip unevenness by tightening the tightening screw. It becomes difficult to release the engagement between the unevenness and the engagement piece. Therefore, similarly to the invention according to claim 3, it is possible to more reliably prevent the electric appliance from rotating. Further, rattling of the engagement piece in a state of being engaged with the anti-slip unevenness can be prevented.

The present invention has the following specific effects.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, as described above, the engagement piece provided in the relay tool is in a state in which the movement range is restricted by the stopper projection and the inner wall of the horizontal groove, and the rotation of the relay tool. The possible range is limited. Further, the rotation of the relay tool is prevented by the engagement of the anti-slip unevenness formed on the lower surface of the horizontal groove and the engagement piece. Accordingly, there is no inconvenience that the relay tool and the electric appliance rotate beyond the range of 360 degrees as in the conventional case, and damage due to excessive twisting of the electric connection cord connecting the electric appliance and the adapter can be prevented.

In the inventions according to claims 3 and 4, as described above, it is possible to more reliably prevent the electric appliance from rotating, and the engagement piece in the state of being engaged with the anti-slip unevenness is not loose. Can be prevented.

A terminal connected to the indoor wiring is disposed at the back of the plug blade insertion port (11), and the plug blade insertion port (11) is provided on the upper surface of the adapter (2) described later. A pair of inverted L-shaped plug blades (21) protruding are inserted and engaged separately.

[Adapter (2)]
The adapter (2) includes a cylindrical adapter body (22) having a pair of inverted L-shaped plug blades (21) protruding on the upper surface, and an outer peripheral portion on the lower surface of the adapter body (22). The connection cord (23) electrically connected to the pair of plug blades (21) is extended from the end, and a connector (24) is connected to the tip thereof. Further, a manual operation portion (25) for moving a stopper protrusion (40), which will be described later, toward the retracted position against the biasing force of the spring protrudes from the lower surface of the adapter body (22).
As shown in FIG. 2, the adapter (2) has a hollow structure in which a lower ring (28), an intermediate ring (27), and an upper disk (26) are stacked in this order from below, and the lower surface of the lower ring (28). The portion is closed with a bottom plate (29) and fixed with a plurality of screws (20).

A pair of blades (21) penetrates the upper disk (26) vertically, and each blade (21) is fixed together with the end of the connection cord (23) with screws (12).
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the outer peripheral surface of the adapter body (22) has a lower horizontal groove (13) formed along the boundary between the lower ring (28) and the intermediate ring (27), and an intermediate An upper horizontal groove (14) formed along the boundary between the ring (27) and the upper disk (26) is provided, and one end (inlet) of the lower horizontal groove (13) and the upper horizontal groove (14) is provided. Part) is formed with a vertical groove (15) connected to the lower surface of the adapter (2). The combination of the lower horizontal groove (13) and the vertical groove (15) and the combination of the upper horizontal groove (14) and the vertical groove (15) are respectively the engagement piece guide grooves (16). . Since the lower horizontal groove (13) and the upper horizontal groove (14) have the same configuration, only the configuration of the lower horizontal groove (13) will be described below.

As shown in FIG. 3, the lower horizontal grooves (13) are arranged at a pitch of 120 degrees in the outer peripheral direction of the adapter body (22), and each lower horizontal groove (13) is a vertical groove ( 15) It extends in the circumferential direction from the end (inlet part) on the side to the back wall (17). Then, on the lower surface of the lower horizontal groove (13), anti-slip irregularities (18) are formed. As shown in FIG. 4, the anti-slip irregularities (18) are formed in a wave shape in which triangular peaks and valleys are alternately repeated in the extending direction of the lower horizontal groove (13).

As shown in FIG. 3, the inner peripheral wall of one lower horizontal groove (13) is provided with an engagement piece (33) of a relay tool (3), which will be described later, to prevent the lower horizontal groove (13) from escaping. A window (130) through which the stopper protrusion (40) is inserted is opened. The stopper projection (40) has an arcuate part (400) pushed by an engagement piece (33) provided in the relay tool (3) described later, and a contour shape having a linear part (401) on the opposite side. have. The stopper projection (40) is integrally formed with a lever (43) that rotates about a fulcrum shaft (42) while being biased outward by a spring (41). A manual operation section (25) is provided that protrudes downward from a rectangular hole (290) (see FIG. 1) provided in the bottom plate (29) of the adapter (2). Therefore, when the manual operation unit (25) is pushed toward the center of the adapter body (22), the lever (43) rotates against the urging force of the spring (41), thereby causing the stopper projection (40) to move. Move to the retracted position on the window (130) side.

[Relay tool (3)]
The relay tool (3) is obtained by punching and drawing a metal plate, and is formed in a flat cylindrical shape as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and extends over the trunk (30) and its outer periphery. An upper end flange (31) and a lower end flange (32) projecting to the inner periphery are provided. The inner diameter of the lower end flange (32) is set slightly larger than the diameter of the adapter body (22), so that the fitting hole (35) inside the lower end flange (32) is removed from the adapter (2). It is comprised so that it can fit. Three engaging pieces (33) project at a 120 degree pitch on the periphery of the lower end flange (32), and each engaging piece (33) is formed on the adapter body (22). It is inserted into the guide groove (16). Further, at the center in the width direction of the engagement piece (33), a non-slip protrusion (330) is formed to project downward by drawing. As shown in FIG. 5, the anti-slip protrusion (330) engages with a valley portion of the anti-slip unevenness (18) formed on the lower surface of the lower horizontal groove (13) and the upper horizontal groove (14). As a result, the rotational resistance of the relay tool (3) including the engagement piece (33) is exhibited.
On the lower end flange (32) of the relay tool (3), mounting screws (34) projecting downward are arranged at a pitch of 90 degrees in the circumferential direction.

[Duct rail unit (4)]
The duct rail unit (4) includes a hollow cover portion (46) that is opened upward by drawing a metal plate, and has a small diameter continuous to the lower end of the large diameter cylindrical portion (44) in the hollow cover portion (46). A duct rail portion (47) is fixed to the lower surface of the tube portion (45). In the vicinity of both ends of the duct rail portion (47), a pair of adjusters (56) capable of adjusting the upward projecting length is provided.

In the hollow cover part (46), there is provided a connector (not shown) for supplying power to the duct rail part (47) by connecting to the connector (24) at the lower end of the connection cord (23) extending from the lower surface of the adapter (2). It has been.

In the intermediate flange (48) located at the boundary between the large-diameter cylindrical portion (44) and the small-diameter cylindrical portion (45) in the hollow cover portion (46), each mounting screw projecting on the lower surface of the relay device (3) ( A plurality of screw insertion holes (480) are provided for inserting each of the screw 34), and a tightening nut (55) is screwed into each of the mounting screws (34) inserted through the screw insertion holes (480). It is supposed to be combined. A rubber cushion material (49) is attached to the upper end of the large-diameter cylindrical portion (44).

[Installation work on the ceiling]
Next, an operation for attaching the duct rail unit (4) to the ceiling will be described. In the following, the duct rail unit (4) using the lower horizontal groove (13) of the lower horizontal groove (13) and the upper horizontal groove (14) formed on the outer periphery of the adapter body (22). ) Will be described.
First, the adapter (2) is sealed by inserting the pair of plug blades (21) provided on the adapter (2) into the pair of plug blade insertion ports (11) of the sealing rosette (1) and rotating them separately. Install in the rosette (1).

Next, the fitting hole (35) formed inside the lower end flange (32) of the relay tool (3) is externally fitted to the adapter (2). At this time, the connection cord (23) extended from the lower surface of the adapter main body (22) is inserted into the fitting hole (35), and each engagement piece (33) protruding from the periphery of the fitting hole (35) Are exposed to the vertical groove (15) of each engaging piece guide groove (16) formed in the adapter body (22) from below (the imaginary line in FIG. 3 and the solid line in FIG. 4 state). . When the relay tool (3) is raised in this state, each of the engagement pieces (33) enters the corresponding vertical groove (15) on the adapter (2) side, and the fitting hole (35 ) Is fitted to the adapter (2). Further, when the relay tool (3) is raised and each engagement piece (33) rises to the position of the lower horizontal groove (13) of each engagement piece guide groove (16) (in the state of the dotted line in FIG. 4), the adapter The relay tool (3) is rotated in the horizontal direction in the state of being fitted to (2), whereby each engaging piece (33) is caused to enter from the inlet portion of the corresponding lower horizontal groove (13). Then, the engaging piece (33) facing the stopper protrusion (40) shown in FIG. 3 (shown in the protruding position) presses the arcuate part (400) to retract the stopper protrusion (40). The lever (43) rotates against the biasing force of the spring (41) because it is pushed to the position. As a result, the engaging piece (33) gets over the stopper protrusion (40) and enters the horizontal groove (13), while the lever (43) is rotated back to the initial position by the biasing force of the spring (41). The stopper protrusion (40) protrudes to the initial position (protrusion position) in the lower horizontal groove (13). Thereafter, when the relay tool (3) is further rotated, as shown in FIG. 5, the anti-slip protrusion (330) raised on the lower surface of the engagement piece (33) is engaged with the specific anti-slip unevenness (18). Combine and stabilize. In this state, the range of movement of the specific engagement piece (33) provided in the relay tool (3) is restricted by the stopper projection (40) and the back wall (17) of the lower horizontal groove (13). The rotatable range of the relay tool (3) is limited. That is, the rotatable range of the relay device (3) is within the range of the angles formed by the radii connecting the back wall (17) of the lower horizontal groove (13) and the stopper projection (40) and the center of the adapter (2). Is limited.

Next, the duct rail unit (4) is attached to the relay tool (3). Specifically, first, the connector (24) at the tip of the connection cord (23) extending from the lower surface of the adapter (2) is connected to a connector (not shown) in the hollow cover (46). Power is supplied to the duct rail section (47). Then, each screw insertion hole (480) opened in the hollow cover portion (46) of the duct rail unit (4) is connected to each mounting screw (34) that is downward from the lower end flange (32) of the relay tool (3). ). Then, the hollow cover portion (46) is loosely fitted on the relay tool (3). After that, tightening nut (55) at the tip of mounting screw (34) protruding downward from each screw insertion hole (480) (the combination of mounting screw (34) and tightening nut (55) The screw is tightened by tightening, and the adjusters (56) provided at both ends of the duct rail part (47) are rotated so that they abut against the ceiling surface. And the installation work of the duct rail unit (4) to the ceiling is completed. In this state, as shown in FIG. 2, the cushion material (49) attached to the upper end of the hollow cover portion (46) of the duct rail unit (4) is in contact with the ceiling (B), and the duct rail portion (47 ) Adjusters (48) at both ends also abut against the ceiling. As a result, the anti-slip protrusion (330) raised on the lower surface of the engaging piece (33) protruding from the inner periphery of the lower end flange (32) of the relay tool (3) is provided with a specific anti-slip as shown in FIG. It is maintained in the state engaged with the projections and recesses (18) and does not move in the circumferential direction (the direction in which the lower horizontal groove (13) extends). The position of the duct rail portion (47) can be adjusted in the rotational direction by engaging the engagement piece (33) with an arbitrary anti-slip unevenness (18).

An electric plug (A1) of the lighting fixture (A) is inserted into the duct rail portion (47) and supported so as to be slidable in the longitudinal direction.
In this case, as described above, it is relayed to the range of angles formed by the radii connecting the back wall (17) and stopper projection (40) of the lower horizontal groove (13) and the center of the adapter (2) separately. The rotatable range of the tool (3) is limited. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the anti-slip protrusion (330) on the lower surface of the engagement piece (33) protruding from the inner periphery of the lower end flange (32) of the relay tool (3) has a specific anti-slip unevenness ( 18) is maintained in the engaged state and does not move in the circumferential direction (the direction in which the lower horizontal groove (13) extends). Accordingly, the rotation of the relay tool (3) is suppressed. Therefore, as in the conventional case, damage such as the duct rail unit (93) may rotate beyond the range of 360 degrees, such as the connection cord (23) being twisted excessively and the insulation coating being broken. There is no worry that will occur.

When removing the duct rail unit (4), the relay tool (3), and the adapter (2) from the ceiling rosette (1), the work may be done in the reverse order of the above installation, but the relay tool (3) When removing from the adapter (2), the lever (43) is rotated against the urging force of the spring (41) by operating the manual operation part (25) protruding from the lower surface of the adapter (2). As a result, the stopper protrusion (40) is moved to the retracted position (position where the engagement piece (33) is prevented from escaping from the lower horizontal groove (13) to the vertical groove (15)). As a result, the engagement piece (33) on the inner periphery of the lower end flange (32) of the relay tool (3) is allowed to escape from the lower horizontal groove (13) to the vertical groove (15). In this state, the relay tool (3) is rotated in the removal direction to move the engagement piece (33) from the lower horizontal groove (13) to the vertical groove (15), and further the relay tool (3) is moved downward. Then, the relay tool (3) can be removed from the adapter (2).

When installing the duct rail unit (4) using the upper horizontal groove (14), the engagement piece (33) on the inner periphery of the fitting hole (35) opened in the relay tool (3) The engagement piece (33) may be engaged with the upper horizontal groove (14) by performing the same operation as engaging with the horizontal groove (13). As a result, the relay tool (3) can be attached to the exposed ceiling closet having a large protrusion height from the ceiling surface (B).

[Others]
In the above embodiment, the present invention is applied to the installation of the duct rail unit (4) to the ceiling. However, as shown in FIG. The present invention can also be applied to the attachment of In this case, a plurality of screw insertions (480) are opened in the base plate (51) on which the straight tube fluorescent lamp is mounted, and each of the screw insertion holes (480) protrudes from the lower surface of the relay tool (3).
