Description

The present invention relates to a distribution board that displays energization information.

Conventionally, the distribution board has been equipped with circuit breakers that shut off the circuit in the event of an abnormality in multiple circuits, and this breaker is in the pushed-in position during normal operation, and has a button-type display that protrudes and displays leakage when there is a leakage. ing. However, in this configuration, when an abnormality such as overcurrent or short circuit other than leakage occurs, even if the breaker is activated and the circuit is interrupted, the cause is not easily understood. In addition, in order to check the energization state related to the current and voltage of the circuit, it has to be measured with an ammeter and a voltmeter, which is troublesome.

In addition, a distribution board including a breaker having a display unit such as a liquid crystal for displaying energization information is known. In this distribution board, the display section displays an energized state, and abnormal contents such as electric leakage and overcurrent.

In the inspection of the distribution board as described above, if the breaker whose energization state has changed compared to the previous inspection can be grasped, the inspection work will be conducted by focusing on the breaker whose energization state has changed. Efficiency can be improved. However, in these distribution boards, if you want to check the energization state of the breaker whose energization state has changed compared to the previous inspection in the inspection of the distribution board, you must examine the record of the previous energization information. It took time and effort. This applies not only to the circuit breaker but also to the power meter and time switch, etc., which are arranged in the distribution board, and the power supply state has also changed in the power meter and time switch compared to the previous inspection. If it is known whether or not, the work efficiency of the inspection can be improved. Hereinafter, the breaker, the power meter, the time switch, and the like are collectively referred to as equipment.

In addition, a distribution board that can monitor the open / closed state of the door is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

However, even in a distribution board as shown in Patent Document 1, when checking the current-carrying state of a breaker whose current-carrying state has changed compared to the previous inspection in the inspection of the distribution board, I had to check the records, and it took time.
JP 2003-134616 A

(First embodiment)
A distribution board according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2 show the appearance of the distribution board, and FIG. 3 shows the block configuration of the distribution board. The distribution board 1 includes a casing 2, a main circuit breaker 3a disposed in a main circuit (not shown) connected to an external commercial power source, and a plurality of branch circuits (not shown) branched from the main circuit. And a branch breaker 3b disposed in the housing 2, and the housing 2 is provided with a door 21. The main breaker 3a and the breaker 3b constitute a device. Hereinafter, the main breaker 3a and the branch breaker 3b are collectively referred to as a breaker 3. The distribution board 1 also includes a detection unit 4 (detection unit) that detects opening and closing of the door 21 and a communication line 5 (transmission unit) that transmits a detection signal of the detection unit 4 to the breaker 3 in the housing 2. ing. The breaker 3 has an information display unit 31 and an opening / closing mechanism 32 for displaying energization information on the front surface. The information display unit 31 is, for example, a liquid crystal panel or an LED. The detection unit 4 is, for example, a limit switch, a reed switch, a proximity switch, or the like.

FIG. 4 shows the configuration of the main breaker 3a. Since the main breaker 3a and the branch breaker 3b have the same configuration, the configuration of the main breaker 3a will be described, and the description of the branch breaker 3b will be omitted. The main breaker 3a is provided with an opening / closing mechanism 32 in a main circuit 33 connected to an external power source, and has a tripping circuit section 34 for pulling off the main circuit 33 by the opening / closing mechanism 32. In addition, the main breaker 3a includes a current detection unit 35a that detects a current flowing through the main circuit 33, a voltage detection unit 35b that detects a voltage, a leakage detection unit 35c that detects a leakage, and an energization abnormality based on each detection signal. A processing unit 36 for determining the power supply, a storage unit 37 for storing energization information, and a power supply unit 38.

The processing unit 36 is connected to the communication line 5 and receives a detection signal from the detection unit 4. The power supply unit 38 supplies driving power from the line voltage of the main circuit 33 to the processing unit 36 and the like.

The operation of the distribution board 1 configured as described above will be described. Based on the detection signals from the current detection unit 35a, the voltage detection unit 35b, and the leakage detection unit 35c, the processing unit 36 displays a current value, a voltage value, an electric energy, and the like on the information display unit 31 when energization is normal. The display content at the time of normal energization is set in the processing unit 36 in advance. The display content may be changed at regular intervals. In addition, when the energization is abnormal, the processing unit 36 displays an abnormal content such as overcurrent or electric leakage on the information display unit 31 and outputs a trip signal to the trip circuit unit 34. The trip circuit unit 34 that has acquired the trip signal detaches the main circuit 33 by the opening / closing mechanism 32.

The detection unit 4 transmits the open / closed state of the door 21 to the processing unit 36 via the communication line 5. The processing unit 36 causes the storage unit 37 to store energization information when the door 21 is open. Then, when the door 21 is in the open state, the processing unit 36 determines whether the energization information has changed from the previous open state of the door 21 based on the data in the storage unit 37. The processing unit 36 changes the display state between when the energization information is changed and when it is not changed. For example, when the information is changed, the display is brightly displayed, and when the information is not changed, Display dimmed. The processing unit 36 may blink the display only when the energization information has changed.

FIG. 5 shows the display contents of the information display unit 31 in the previous open state and the current open state on the left and right, respectively. The information display unit 31 displays the amount of power when energization is normal. The information display units 31a, 31b, and 31f in the current open state display the amount of power brightly since the amount of power displayed is the same as when the previous door was open, so that the information display unit 31d Since the amount of power is the same as the previous time, the amount of power is displayed dimly. The information display units 31c and 31e display the abnormal content brightly because an energization abnormality has occurred and the energization information has changed since the previous door was opened. As a result, when the door of the distribution board is opened, it is possible to easily grasp the equipment whose energization state has changed compared to the previous inspection of the energization state. can do.

The processing unit may not display the energization information on the information display unit when the door is closed based on the signal from the detection unit. Since the information display unit does not display when the door is closed, energy is saved.

Next, a first modification of the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. In this modification, the detection unit 4 includes a radio transmitter 51a that transmits a detection signal of the door open / closed state, and the main breaker 3a and the breaker 3b receive a detection signal from the radio transmitter 51a. 51b. The detection unit 4 wirelessly transmits a detection signal of the open / closed state of the door to the main breaker 3a and the breaker 3b. Since no communication line is used, wiring work can be saved.

Next, a second modification of the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 7 (a), (b) and FIG. The distribution board 1 has an open / close display unit 22 on the front surface of the door 21. The open / close display unit 22 is, for example, a liquid crystal panel 22a or an LED 22b. The open / close display unit 22 is connected to the detection unit 4 by the communication line 5 and is turned on when the door 21 is open, and is turned off when the door 21 is closed. Thus, since it is easy to confirm the open / closed state of the door 21, forgetting to close the door 21 can be prevented, and the breaker 3 can be protected from the external environment. Moreover, when the information display part 31 is made not to display when the door 21 is closed, useless display is eliminated by preventing forgetting to close, and energy is saved.

(Second Embodiment)
Next, a distribution board according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The distribution board 1 discriminates the door open / closed state based on the alarm unit 6 (alarm means) for alerting, the timer 7 for measuring the door open / closed time, and the detection signal from the detector 4. Part 8. The alarm unit 6 is a buzzer, for example. Based on the measurement time of the timer 7, the determination unit 8 causes the alarm unit 6 to issue an alarm when the door closed time exceeds a predetermined time, and notifies that the energized state has not been checked for a predetermined time. To do. In this way, since a warning is given to check when the door is closed for a long period of time, it is possible to detect an energization abnormality early. Moreover, you may call attention with display apparatuses, such as LED. An effect equivalent to that of alerting by the alarm unit 6 can be obtained.

(Third embodiment)
Next, a distribution board according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The distribution board 1 has a voice guide unit 9 (voice guide means). When the voice guidance unit 9 is connected to the detection unit 4 by the communication line 5 and receives the detection signal of the door open state from the detection unit 4, the voice guidance unit 9 notifies the information of the breaker 3. The information includes inspection items of the distribution board 1, replacement time of the breaker 3, alarm at the time of failure, and the like. By notifying the operation method in this manner, the inspection of the distribution board 1 and the replacement of the breaker 3 are appropriately performed, and the reliability of the distribution board 1 is improved.

In addition, this invention is not restricted to the structure of the said various embodiment, A various deformation | transformation is possible in the range which does not change the meaning of invention. For example, the wiring of the communication line from the detection unit to the breaker may be a star wiring or a sending wiring, and the same effect can be obtained with either wiring. Further, the open / close display unit may be disposed in the housing. The same effect as that provided on the door can be obtained.
