Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of storing the remainder of packaging cord after its use in packaging. <P>SOLUTION: A winding cord 9 is inserted into a storage box 1 which is formed of a measure-shaped quadrangular box having cord-catch sections of substantial wedge shapes and cord cutting tool storage sections 28, while the substantial tip of the cord 10 is kept to be caught and held by the cord-catch section A4. After the use of the packaging cord 10, when a suitable portion of the long remainder of the packaging cord is first kept to be caught and held by the cord-catch section A4, the pulling of the remainder of the cord does not cause the cord 10 to be pulled out of the storage box 1, and thereby it becomes possible to easily wind the remainder of the cord 10 around side faces of the storage box. The last part of the substantial tip of the packaging cord 10 is kept to be caught and held by an arbitrarily-selected cord-catch section provided on a side face of the storage box 1. This makes it easy to store the packaging cord 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT

Description

The present invention relates to a storage box for strings such as packing strings.

Conventionally, packing strings etc. are sold in the form of balls that are wound in a generally cylindrical shape and covered with a film, and are generally used by pulling the string from the opening of the wound string provided at the upper end of the wound string. It is. Therefore, the string wound in a ball shape is used by unwinding from the inside of the ball.
Since there is a distance between the object to be packed and the winding string, after the packing was finished, it was difficult to process the string that remained long.
Further, when used for business purposes, the string is frequently cut, but it is inconvenient because it is necessary to take out a cutting tool such as scissors every time it is cut.

There is no special prior art document on this issue.

As described above, a long remaining string after packing is conventionally packed in the opening of the winding string or wound around the outer periphery of the winding string and stored.
When the item to be packed is large, the rest of the string after use becomes quite long, which is inconvenient because it takes time to embed it in the opening of the wound string. In particular, when the number of unused strings decreases, the wound string cannot hold the ball shape, and storage of unused strings has become increasingly inconvenient.
Or, in the transportation business, etc., packing strings are frequently used, but the length of the necessary string can be predicted in advance, but a separate scissor is held to cut the packing string and cut every time it is cut. It was necessary to take out the tool and it was inconvenient.
The present invention has been made to solve these problems.

In this paper, the term “right, left, right” refers to the left, right, top, and bottom as seen on the drawing.
The storage box 1 in the present invention does not specify the shape. It may be round or square, but in the following, the discussion will proceed with a square box in mind.
The material of the storage box 1 may be any material that is not easily damaged by wood, plastic, paper, or the like, and does not specify a specific material.
Furthermore, the string cutting blade 14 may be anything that can cut the string 10 and the like, and does not specify the blade material or shape. Moreover, the said string cutting blade 14 should just be mounted | worn in the arbitrary locations of the outer inner wall or the winding part of the said storage box 1, and does not specify a mounting location. The structure and operation of the storage box 1 will be described below.

Assembling method: Regarding the structure of the storage box 1, there are a case where the storage box 1 is prepared by an assembly method using a relatively soft material such as a cardboard box, and a case where the storage box 1 is formed based on a square box-like box, for example. Conceivable. The former is called assembly method.
FIG. 1 is a so-called design drawing of a storage box 1 by an assembling method. When the margin 22 is pasted on the margin 23 on the back surface, and each surface is folded along the lines ab, cd, ef, and gh, an outline of the shape as shown in FIG. Become a box.
Next, claw A24 and claw C26 are fold-folded along the line of iro in FIG. 1, then claw B25 is fold-folded, and finally claw D27 is fold-folded, and claw D27 protrudes into the recess of claw B25. When the part is inserted, a box as shown in FIG.
When a notch A18, a notch B19, a notch C20, and a notch D21 formed by making cuts in two appropriate surfaces are pushed into the box, a square frame as shown in FIG. 3 is formed. Store string storage tools such as cutters. This portion is referred to as a string cutting tool storage unit 28. Thus, the assembly of the bowl-shaped storage box 1 having the opening 2 at the top is completed.
In addition, a generally wedge-shaped string fastening portion is provided at the top of each wall of the storage box 1 so as to cut each wall. The number of the stringing portions is not limited to four.
Although the storage box 1 has been described as an assembly method, it may be formed in the shape and structure as described above from the beginning.

As shown in FIG. 6, the winding string 9 is inserted into the storage box 1, and the approximate tip portion of the string 10 is fastened to the string fastening part and stored. In this article, it is assumed that it is fastened to the strap A4. That is, since the string fastening portion A4 is formed on the wedge, the strap 10 has the approximate tip portion of the string 10 and is pulled downward from the string fastening portion A4 while holding the vicinity of the wound string opening 13 of the string 10. When inserted while doing so, the approximate string 10 is temporarily retained (temporarily fixed) in the string retaining portion A4, and even if the leading end portion of the string 10 is pulled, the string 10 is unwound from the wound string 9 portion. The string 10 is temporarily fixed.
Since the function of the said string fastening part is for fixing the said string 10 temporarily, the shape is not limited to a wedge shape. A hook-and-loop fastener or an adhesive may be used. Note that the shape and configuration of the string fastening portion are the same in each case of the storage box 1 described below, and may be omitted below.

After packing using the string 10, an unused string remains for a long time as shown in FIG. 7A, so the string 10 is attached to the string fastening portion A 4 as described in (0007) above. As shown in FIG. 7B, the remaining string 10 is wound around the outer periphery of the storage box 1, and the approximate tip portion of the string 10 is attached to an appropriate string-fastening portion (in FIG. 7B). Fasten and store in the strap B5).
When the cord 10 is used again, the cord 10 is removed from the cord fastening portion B5, packing is performed, and finally the cord 10 is fastened as described above.

Winding part holding method: FIG. 4A shows a bowl-shaped storage box 1 having a rectangular box and an opening 2 at the top. One of the four corner walls of the storage box 1 is higher than the other and serves as a winding portion 3. A string fastening portion A4 is provided at an appropriate location of the winding portion 3. One or more of the string fastening portions such as the string fastening portions B5 and C6 are provided. In addition, the shape of the said string fastening part is a substantially wedge shape.
In addition, since the said winding part 3 also serves as the handle of the said storage box 1, the shape of the said winding part 3 does not have to be a square shape as shown in the figure, and the string 10 can be wound. Any shape is acceptable.
In addition, the said storage box 1 may be formed by an assembly system, and may be formed in the above shapes and structures from the beginning.
The shape of the string fastening portion is substantially wedge-shaped, and by inserting the string 10 into the string fastening portion A so as to be inserted, the string 10 is temporarily fastened, and the winding string 9 portion The string 10 is temporarily unfixed without being unraveled.

Winding part / box cover holding method: FIG. 4B is a storage box in which the storage box 1 is provided with a box cover 7, and one end of the box cover 7 is in contact with the winding part 3 and freely moves up and down. Further, the box lid 7 is provided with a string hole 8. As a result, a lid having an opening called a string-through hole 8 is provided in a bowl-like box so that it can be freely opened and closed.
The winding string 9 is inserted into the storage box 1, the string 10 of the winding string 9 inserted through the string passing hole 8 is pulled out, and the box lid 7 is attached. The surface of the box lid 7 that is not in contact with the winding portion 3 is mountain-folded as shown in FIG. 4B so that the side surface of the storage box 1 can be attached and detached with a hook-and-loop fastener or an adhesive. . That is, the box lid 7 is allowed to be opened and closed freely.
The box lid 7 may be provided so as to cover the storage box 1 from above, and is not limited to the above structure.
The storage box 1 may be formed by an assembly method, or may be formed in the shape and structure as described above from the beginning.
The operation and use method is the same as the storage box 1 described. That is, the winding cord 9 is temporarily fastened to the cord fastening portion A4, the unused cord 10 is wound around the winding portion 3, and the tip portion is fastened to an appropriate strap fastening portion and stored.

Simple bowl-shaped storage box: The storage box 1 shown in FIG. 5A is formed in a bowl shape without the string cutting tool storage section 28. As a forming method, it may be formed by an assembly method, or may be formed in the shape and structure as described above from the beginning.
Further, the operation and usage are as described in the above (0007) to (0008).

Storage box having a string cutting blade: The storage box 1 shown in FIG. 5B has an appropriate size on appropriate two surfaces to which the storage box 1 formed into a bowl shape described in (0011) is connected. The opening 2 is provided, and the string cutting blade 14 is attached to the opening 2 portion on one side.
The storage box 1 is suitable for a case in which a string 10 that is considered to be necessary is cut in advance when packing a luggage or the like. That is, the said string 10 of the length considered necessary is pulled out from the wound string 9 inserted in the said storage box 1, and the said string 10 close | similar to the said wound string 9 is fastened to the said string fastening part A4. Next, the string 10 is rubbed against the string cutting blade 14 and cut so as to be inserted into the opening 2 provided on the side surface of the storage box 1.
Since the approximate tip portion of the cord 10 is in a state of being fastened to the cord fastening portion A4, it is stored in this state.
In addition, since the said unused string 10 may remain for some reason, you may provide multiple string fastening parts.
In addition, the said storage box 1 may be formed by an assembly system, and may be formed in the above shapes and structures from the beginning.

Conventionally, when using a packing string, the remaining string remains long last, and the remaining string has to be handled inconveniently such as being inserted into the winding string opening. Moreover, although the method of winding the remaining string around the winding string itself was used, when the amount of the string decreases, the winding string itself loses its shape, so that it can be wound.
Carriers, etc., have a clue as to the length to use when using packing straps, so they first cut the cord to the expected length of use, but each time they cut to use scissors, etc. It was inconvenient to take out scissors and the like.
In order to eliminate the inconvenience as described above, by storing the winding string in a box provided with a string fastening part, the remaining string can be easily wound around the winding part or the storage box. You can conveniently store your leftovers and leftover strings. Alternatively, in a storage box provided with a string cutting blade, it is not necessary to take out the scissors and the like to cut the string.

Hereinafter, an Example is described along each shape of a storage box.
