Description

The resin forming the inner layer may be the same as or different from the resin forming the outer layer, but is different from the resin forming the intermediate layer. As the intermediate layer, a thermoplastic elastomer having an international rubber hardness of 30 to 80 IRHD such as urethane, ester, styrene, olefin, and amide is particularly preferable from the viewpoint that injection molding is possible. Examples of the styrenic elastomer include block polymers having polystyrene, polybutadiene, polyisoprene, polyolefin and the like.
In order for the powder cosmetic filling dish to exhibit a sufficient impact buffering function, it is preferable to use a resin whose outer layer is hard and whose intermediate layer is softer than the resin of the outer layer. For example, it is possible to employ a resin having a Rockwell hardness of R70 or more and M150 or less in the resin constituting the outer layer, and R30 or more and R120 or less in a range in which the Rockwell hardness of the resin of the intermediate layer is more flexible than the resin of the outer layer. When the resin of the intermediate layer is rubber or elastomer, those having an international rubber hardness of 30 or more and 80 IRHD or less can be employed. In particular, a resin in which the outer layer resin has a Rockwell hardness of R85 or more and M90 or less, and the intermediate layer resin has a Rockwell hardness of R30 or more and R85 or less, and when the intermediate layer resin is a rubber or an elastomer, an international rubber is preferable. Those having a hardness of 30 to 80 IRHD are preferred.
In the present invention, the outer layer uses a resin excellent in detachability and appearance to a cosmetic container, the intermediate layer uses a resin excellent in shock buffering capacity, and the type of resin is selected according to the required characteristics. The thickness of the resin of the outer layer can be formed in the range of 50 μm to 2 mm, for example, from the viewpoint of securing the strength required for the type of resin and the filling dish, and compactness, and the thickness of 700 μm to 1200 μm.
