Description

The present invention relates to a low-noise construction service that can suppress noise generated when installing a partition device or performing other interior construction work.

Recent buildings are constructed with one floor open, and various partitioning devices are installed to partition the space inside the floor of this large building into a predetermined size. In other words, the partition device can be separated from the building body and installed later, and the size of the room can be freely set and changed. Therefore, each room (office space) may be partitioned by the partition device. Many.

In addition, a low partition composed of low-profile panels is often used in order to form individual small spaces within a relatively large office space partitioned by a partition device. In addition to the partitioning device, the space may be partitioned by a wall composed of a gypsum board and a lightweight steel frame.

By the way, when installing the partition device, members such as partition panels, studs, floor rails and ceiling rails are generally used. The floor rails are fixed to the floor surface, the ceiling rails are fixed to the ceiling surface, and the partition panels are floors. Installed between rail and ceiling rail.

FIG. 6 shows a general partitioning device, but adjusters (b), (b),... Are arranged in places on the floor rail (a), and the adjusters (b), (b),. A partition panel (d) is placed on a baseboard (c) that is placed and supported at a predetermined height. The upper ends of the partition panels (d) are positioned by being fitted to the ceiling rail (e), and studs (f) are interposed between the partition panels (d), (d),. .

The office space is partitioned by the partition device configured as described above, but the size (width) of the office may be changed later. In such a case, the existing partition device is removed and a new partition is created. It is possible to create another office space by installing the device. In other words, the partition device can change the office space freely without modifying the building body.

By the way, when the existing partition device is removed and a new partition device is installed, the partition panel, floor rail, ceiling rail, stud, etc. are cut into predetermined dimensions according to the specifications of the office space, and these members are It must be screwed in place. Individual members are manufactured at the factory, but the partition installation work is a field work, and the noise generated at this time is very large.

Conventionally, the idea that noise is attached to the installation work of the partitioning device and cannot be dealt with is a reality. Therefore, conventionally, in order to avoid inconvenience on the same floor and upper and lower floors of a building, the partition device is installed mainly in a holiday work or night work in an office space. Therefore, the labor contractor is forced to be harsh, and the construction period is prolonged because the construction is performed using such a time zone. Of course, the interior work is not only a partition device, but also general interior work such as building walls, ceilings, floors, etc. is often performed, and in this case, the same amount of noise is involved.

As described above, the interior work for constructing the walls, ceiling, and floor of the building, such as the installation work for the partition device, is often a holiday work or a night work, and thus has the above-described problems. The problems to be solved by the present invention are these problems, and the low-pitched sound construction of the building interior work that enables daytime work on weekdays by suppressing noise so as not to bother the same floor and upper and lower floors of the building Provide service.

When installing a partition device or constructing a building wall, ceiling, floor, etc., noise of up to about 100 dB is generated. This 100 dB is comparable in size to the noise under the guard when a train passes, and conventionally, holiday construction and night construction are performed so as not to bother the same floor and upper and lower floors of the building. Therefore, in the present invention, on-site processing of each member such as a lightweight steel frame as a base of a wall or ceiling of a building or a floor rail or a ceiling rail constituting a partition device is performed in a soundproof partition booth. And the tool used when attaching each processed member uses a small sound tool.

The sound construction service using the soundproof partition booth does not allow building interior construction such as partitioning equipment installation during the daytime on weekdays due to noise generated during construction, and does holiday construction and night construction. When requested by the customer, the sales department proposes to the customer. Therefore, the members constituting the soundproof partition booth are brought into the site together with the members constituting the building walls, ceiling, floor, etc., and the members constituting the partition device, and the soundproof partition booth is assembled at an appropriate place. Then, operations such as cutting and drilling of each member are performed in the soundproof partition booth, and the processed members are unloaded from the soundproof partition booth and assembled.

When the construction of the walls, ceiling, floor, etc. of the building is completed and the installation of the predetermined partition device is completed, the soundproof partition booth becomes unnecessary and is dismantled and transported to the next construction site. Here, the soundproof partition booth is an assembly of a plurality of partition panels, has an entrance door, and has a structure in which a soundproof cloth or a soundproof sheet is attached to the inner surface. Here, the specific configurations of the soundproof cloth and the soundproof sheet are not limited. For example, even by using a thick fabric made of cloth, sound energy can be absorbed and a certain effect can be obtained.

The sound construction service for building interior construction according to the present invention can assemble a soundproof partition booth on-site and process each member in the soundproof partition booth. In the cutting process of the metal that generates the largest noise, it reaches about 100 dB, but decreases to about 60 dB outside the soundproof partition booth. The noise of 60 dB is the same level as that of a normal office, and there is no concern about the noise. On the other hand, by processing each member in the soundproof partition booth, not only the noise is suppressed, but dust and dust generated by the processing can be prevented from scattering in the building.

And when assembling each member processed into the predetermined shape and dimension, the noise which generate | occur | produces is suppressed by using a small sound tool. In this way, the installation work of the partition device and other building interior work do not generate a large noise, so there is no need to perform holiday work and night work as in the past, and work can be done in the daytime on weekdays. Become. As a result, the work environment is easy for workers and the construction period is shortened.

There may be no problem even if a loud noise is generated when installing the partition device or other interior construction work, and it may not always be necessary to perform a cutting operation in the soundproof partition booth. Hereinafter, the sound construction service procedure for building interior construction in the present invention will be described in detail.
(1) Proposal of a low-noise construction service for customers in architectural interior work.
Due to the noise generated during construction, when the partitioning device installation work and other architectural interior work during the daytime on weekdays cannot be performed, and the customer requests the holiday work and night work, the sales department Sound construction service can be proposed.
(2) Determining the date of installation work Once the arrangement of the sound construction service has been made, the date of construction is determined. Of course, it is weekday daytime.
(3) The setup sales department to provide a low-noise construction service will instruct the construction arrangement department to install the partitioning equipment and other architectural interior work with the low-noise construction service. Set up construction services and give instructions to contractors.
(4) Deliver soundproof partition booth components to building sites such as walls, ceilings and floors of building buildings or partition devices such as partition panels, studs, floor rails, ceiling rails, baseboards, etc. At the same time, members necessary for constructing the soundproof partition booth are also carried in.
(5) Assembling the soundproof partition booth The soundproof partition booth is installed at an appropriate place. The structure of the soundproof partition booth will be described later. Since the soundproof partition booth has a structure in which a plurality of partition panels are connected, the size (width) of the booth can be freely changed.
(6) Processing of members Processing such as cutting and drilling of each member is performed in the soundproof partition booth. And each member processed into the predetermined dimension is assembled using a small sound tool.
(7) Completion of partitioning equipment installation work and other architectural interior work
(8) Dismantling of the soundproof partition booth After completion of the building interior work such as installation of the partitioning device, the soundproof partition booth is used up and is dismantled and carried out. It is reused at the next construction site.

FIG. 1 is a specific example showing an external appearance of a soundproof partition booth for processing each member constituting an interior structure such as a partition device, a building wall, a ceiling, and a floor. Here, the form and structure of the partition device to be constructed are not particularly limited, and the low partition, the toilet booth, and the moving partition are also subject to the broad partition device. And other architectural interior walls, ceilings, floors, etc. are also targeted. The soundproof partition booth has a structure in which a plurality of partition panels 1, 1... Are assembled, and an entrance door 2 is attached to at least one place. The ceiling also has a structure in which partition panels 1, 1,. Accordingly, the size is a structure that can be freely changed as necessary.

In the present invention, for example, when installing the partition device, the floor rail, the ceiling rail, and other members constituting the partition device are cut into a predetermined length in the soundproof partition booth. In this soundproof partition booth, a soundproof cloth or a soundproof sheet is adhered to the inner surface of the partition panels 1, 1. The noise generated when the member is cut is about 100 dB, but it is absorbed by the soundproof cloth attached to the inner surface, and the sound leaking out is very small.

FIG. 2 shows a part of the transverse section of the soundproof partition booth, and FIG. 3 shows a part of the longitudinal section. Between the partition panels 1, 1..., Poles 3, 3... Are connected to each other, and soundproof cloths 4, 4 for the side surfaces are attached to the inner surfaces of the partition panels 1, 1. , And are fastened with Velcro (registered trademark) 5, 5... So that no gaps are formed between the overlapping portions. Here, the fastening means for the side soundproof cloths 4, 4,... Is not limited to the magic tapes 5, 5,.

Here, the soundproofing cloth 4 for the side surface is subjected to a flameproofing process, and a nonflammable material is used for the paper core of the partition panel 1. Therefore, even if a spark occurs during the cutting operation in the soundproof partition booth, the soundproof partition booth does not burn. As shown in the longitudinal section of FIG. 3, the side-surface soundproofing cloth 4 adhered to the side surface is fixed to the partition panel 1 so that the upper end thereof is not dropped by the magic tapes 5, 5,. Further, the ceiling soundproof cloth 6 which has been subjected to flameproofing is also fixed to the ceiling so as not to fall. Further, the gap 7 generated between the floor surface and the lower end of the partition panel 1 is also closed by the side soundproof cloth 4 and the baseboard 8. Therefore, when the installation work of the partitioning device and other building interior work are completed and the soundproofing partition booth is no longer necessary and dismantled, the side soundproofing cloth 4 can be easily removed.

As described above, in the present invention, a soundproof partition booth that can be easily assembled is installed on the site, and each member of the partition device and members for building interior are processed in the soundproof partition booth. For example, partition panels, floor rails, ceiling rails, studs, gypsum boards that make up the walls and ceilings of buildings, and lightweight steel frames that serve as base materials for mounting the gypsum boards must be cut to predetermined dimensions. . In addition, it is necessary to process holes, screw holes, and grooves in necessary places.

Here, the process that generates the largest noise is a metal cutting process, which has a size of about 100 dB. This is comparable to the noise under the guard when a train passes. If this noise spreads to the surroundings, it will cause trouble on the same floor and upper and lower floors of the building.

However, if the soundproof partition booth is installed and processed in the field, the noise leaking outside through the soundproof partition booth is reduced to about 60 dB. 4 and 5 show the noise level in that case.
FIG. 4 shows noise when the baseboard of the partition device is cut with a high-speed cutter.
A: The noise at a position 3 m from the cutting machine is 98 dB without a soundproof partition booth.
B: When a soundproof partition booth is used, the noise at a position 3 m from the cutting machine is reduced to 76 dB.
C: When a soundproof partition booth is used, the noise at a position 10 m from the cutting machine is 66 dB.

FIG. 5 shows the noise in an adjacent room 5 m away from the cutting machine when the baseboard of the partition device is cut with a high-speed cutter.
A: 82 dB in the state without the soundproof partition booth.
B: When a soundproof partition booth is used, it decreases to 62 dB.
If a soundproof partition booth is used, it is generally in the state shown in FIG. 5B. If the noise in the adjacent office is about 62 dB, the noise will not be bothered.
