Description

The present invention relates to a bracket for a lighting device that is fixed to a ceiling surface using existing facilities. A lighting device such as an external electrode fluorescent tube device can be attached to the bracket of the present invention fixed to the ceiling surface.

The lighting installed on the ceiling surface of the elevator has been used in various designs by the elevator manufacturer. For example, in certain elevator manufacturers, a device using a circular cold cathode fluorescent tube is used as the lighting device. Adopted, two sets of fixing screw holes are provided on the ceiling surface, and the fixing screws are passed through the fixing screw openings of the device to directly fix the device to the ceiling surface. Such a set of fixing screw holes is arranged substantially parallel to one side of the rectangular ceiling surface (this arrangement is called “vertical arrangement”).
The present inventors tried to adopt an external electrode fluorescent tube having a longer life than the cold cathode fluorescent tube in place of the cold cathode fluorescent tube.
However, since the existing cold cathode fluorescent tube / illuminating device is in the form of a target using a circular cold cathode fluorescent tube, the fixing screw hole for this device also has the vertical arrangement in addition to the vertical arrangement. In some cases, it is arranged in a horizontal form rotated 90 degrees around the midpoint of the line segment connecting two screw holes (horizontal arrangement). On the other hand, the lighting device using the long-life external electrode fluorescent tube, which the present inventors tried, is preferable in terms of its performance to a linear form rather than a circular form, and this linear external electrode fluorescent tube is used. In order to obtain the maximum illuminance at the center of the elevator, the illumination unit (external electrode fluorescent tube) should be closer to the center of the elevator than the power unit. As a result, the mounting direction of the lighting device on the ceiling surface is uniquely determined. For this reason, the illuminating device of the form which arranged the power supply part and the illumination part (external electrode fluorescent tube) side by side may be unable to utilize the existing fixing screw hole arrange | positioned as above-mentioned vertical type | mold arrangement | positioning or horizontal type | mold arrangement | positioning. In addition, the distance between a set of fixing screw holes may not be constant depending on the location where the elevator is installed. This also causes a problem that the existing fixing screw holes cannot be used, and the lighting device cannot be mounted substantially. there were.
On the other hand, when attaching the lighting device to the ceiling surface, it is known to interpose a bracket between the lighting device and the ceiling surface (for example, Patent Document 1 below). There is no conventional technology that makes it possible to effectively utilize the facilities already installed on the ceiling surface.

In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a bracket for mounting an illuminating device that can effectively utilize an existing (female type) screw hole on an elevator ceiling surface.

Means and effects for solving the problem

As a result of intensive studies to solve the above-described problems, the present inventors have provided two sets of holes corresponding to one set of fixing screw holes, not one set, with respect to the bracket for mounting the lighting device. It is possible to handle both vertical and fixed screw holes as well as horizontal and fixed screw holes, and by making these holes long holes, it is possible to respond to changes in the spacing of existing fixed screw holes. Thus, the inventors have found that the above problems can be solved, and based on this finding, the present invention has been completed.
That is, the present invention is a bracket for mounting an illuminating device, which is fixed to the ceiling surface by using a set of fixing screw holes provided on the ceiling surface of the elevator and fixing screws corresponding thereto. ,
Two sets of long holes having an interval corresponding to the distance between the set of fixing screw holes are provided, and the four long holes are arranged in a substantially square shape, and the long holes of each set are provided. Provided is a bracket characterized by being formed so as to extend elongated along a virtual line to be connected.
According to the present invention, the technical effect of the invention-specific matters of the present invention, in particular, that the four fixed holes are arranged in a square shape, so that the existing fixing screw holes in the vertical arrangement and the horizontal arrangement can be utilized. In addition, by forming the long holes of the present invention in the direction of the imaginary line connecting the long holes of each set, the existing fixing screw holes can be fixed even when the interval between the existing fixing screw holes is narrow or wide. The technical effect of being able to utilize screw holes was achieved.

According to the present invention, preferably, the bracket includes a bracket main body, the bracket main body includes a long hole forming part that forms an outline of the long hole, and the long hole forming part mounts the bracket on the ceiling. It is a step part that forms a gap between the ceiling surface and the bracket body when fixed to a surface. Preferably, the illumination device is an external electrode fluorescent tube device in which a power supply unit and an external electrode fluorescent tube as an illumination unit are juxtaposed.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the present invention provides an illuminating device that is mounted using the bracket of the present invention.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the present invention is an illumination device kit comprising the bracket of the present invention and an external electrode fluorescent tube device in which a power supply unit and an external electrode fluorescent tube are juxtaposed. I will provide a.

As described above, the present invention is a lighting device that is fixed to a set of fixing screw holes (9) provided on a ceiling surface (8) of an elevator (201) using a fixing screw (10). (101) A mounting bracket (1),
Two sets of long holes (2) having a distance corresponding to the distance between the set of fixing screw holes (9) are provided, and these four long holes are arranged in a substantially square shape and 1 Provided is a bracket (1) characterized in that the bracket (1) is elongated so as to extend along an imaginary line connecting a pair of long holes (2) (see FIG. 1, etc.).
The “lighting device” includes a lighting device (example) in which the power supply unit and the lighting unit are juxtaposed, and a lighting device in a stacked form in which these elements are stacked. Advantageously, the former juxtaposed illuminating device. The illumination unit of the illumination device may be a linear type or a circular type. However, when the external electrode fluorescent tube is used as the illumination unit, the circular type is close to two electrodes to which a high voltage is applied. While the discharge may occur in a close space and the original illuminance of the lamp may not be achieved, the linear external electrode fluorescent tube that can be formed by separating two electrodes as compared with this circular type has the above defects. Absent. Therefore, an illumination device particularly advantageous in the present invention is an external electrode unit fluorescent tube device (embodiment) in which an electrode unit and an external electrode fluorescent tube as an illumination unit are juxtaposed.
In this specification, the term “ceiling surface side / non-ceiling surface side” is based on the application state in which the bracket of the present invention is fixed to the ceiling surface, and the surface in contact with the ceiling surface in this application state is the ceiling surface side. A surface that does not contact the ceiling surface exists on the non-ceiling surface side.
Further, in this specification, the term “plan view” is based on a state viewed from the ceiling surface side.

Next, the present invention will be described in more detail by describing the best mode for carrying out the invention with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the present invention is limited to these embodiments and modifications. is not.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a bracket according to an embodiment of the present invention, as seen from the ceiling surface side. FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating a bracket shown in FIG. FIG. 3 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 2, and FIG. 4 is an external view shown in FIG. FIG. 5 is a schematic vertical sectional view showing the upper part of the elevator in which the electrode fluorescent tube device is installed, and FIG. 5 is a plan view seen from the non-ceiling surface side, showing the external electrode fluorescent tube device shown in FIG.
In addition, in FIG. 1 and other drawings, the description and number of the same elements are omitted as the case may be.

-Bracket ... Embodiment-
As shown in FIG. 1, the bracket 1 of the present invention includes a bracket main body 4 having a square shape in plan view, a lighting device mounting portion 5 continuous from one opposing side of the main body 4, and a main body continuous from the other opposing side of the main body 4. 4 and a reinforcing portion 7 for reinforcing 4.
<Bracket body 4>
The bracket body 4 includes a long hole 2 and a long hole forming portion 3 that forms an outline of the long hole 2.
<< Long hole 2 >>
The long hole 2 is an elongated space having a constant width and a length along the virtual extension line, and the interval between the long holes 2 of each set is an existing fixing screw hole 9 (see FIG. 3) Matched to the interval. Therefore, the dimension of the long hole 2 has the width sufficient for the passage of the fixing screw 10 (FIG. 3) to be used and the length corresponding to the variation of the interval between the existing fixing screw holes 9, thereby fixing the existing fixing screw 10. The screw hole 9 can be used effectively.
The four long holes 2 are arranged in the bracket body 4 so as to have a substantially square shape, and the line segments connecting the pair of long holes 2 are substantially orthogonal to each other. The arrangement of the holes 9 (see FIG. 3) can be applied to either a vertical type or a horizontal type rotated 90 degrees with respect to each other.
<< Elongated hole forming part 3 >>
The long hole forming portion 3 is a step portion that forms a gap between the ceiling surface 8 and the bracket body 4 in the applied state, and this gap is often a screw for installing the ceiling of the elevator 201. This is in consideration of a state in which a protrusion such as a protrusion protrudes from the ceiling surface 8. That is, the long hole forming part 3 in the stepped form can exhibit a technical effect of preventing such a projection from coming into contact with the bracket body 4.
<Lighting device mounting portion 5>
As described above, the illuminating device mounting portion 5 is provided continuously from one opposing side, and extends vertically downward in the applied state, and is connected to the vertical wall portion 5 ′ and outside the system. And a horizontal wall portion 5 ″ having a rectangular shape in plan view extending horizontally, and the horizontal wall portion 5 ′ is provided with a screw hole 6 for attaching a lighting device.
By providing the vertical wall portion 5 ′ in this way, the horizontal wall portion 5 ″ can be spaced from the ceiling surface 8, thereby avoiding contact with protrusions such as screws as described above. can do.

-Illumination device (external electrode fluorescent tube device) 101-embodiment-
The illumination device 101 of the present invention includes a base 102 having a rectangular shape in plan view. In this base 102, a power supply unit 103 and an external electrode fluorescent tube 104 as an illumination unit are placed on the non-ceiling surface side. Two daruma-shaped holes 105 for attachment to the bracket 1 are formed between the two and 104 (see FIG. 2).
The external electrode fluorescent tube 104 is a four-lamp type including four linear fluorescent tube main bodies 107, and is juxtaposed on the base 102 together with the power supply unit 103. In the lighting device 101 juxtaposed in this way, it is necessary to dispose the external electrode fluorescent tube 104 in the system from the irradiation direction toward the center of the elevator 201 (see FIGS. 4 and 5). . Further, due to the weight balance between the external electrode fluorescent tube 104 and the power supply unit 103, the Dalma-shaped hole 105 needs to be provided between these elements. Therefore, in such an embodiment, the arrangement direction of the external electrode fluorescent tube device 101 is uniquely determined. Nevertheless, the existing female fixing screw hole 9 may not necessarily match the uniquely determined arrangement direction. Even in such a case, the bracket 1 of the present invention is used as described above. If so, it can be mounted in a desired arrangement direction.
The daruma-shaped hole 105 is composed of a large-diameter hole through which the head of the mounting screw 106 (FIG. 3) is inserted and a slit that engages with the neck of the mounting screw 106. If used, the external electrode fluorescent tube device 101 can be easily attached.

The external electrode fluorescent tube device 101 as the illumination device of the present invention can be used for illumination of the elevator 201 as follows.
First, after fixing the bracket 1 of the present invention to the ceiling surface 8, the external electrode fluorescent tube device 101 of the present invention is attached to the bracket 1, and then the opening of the diffusion plate mounting board 202 provided below the ceiling surface 8. A diffusion plate 204 having a quadrangular pyramid shape from 203 is placed on the board 202 (see FIG. 4). If it arrange | positions in this way and it lights, the external electrode fluorescent tube apparatus 101 as an illuminating device of the excellent design can be achieved (refer FIG. 5).
