Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a tire inspection feature extraction program creation device and a tire device for inspecting the surface of a tire or a tire constituent member.
Various techniques are known for detecting defects of a surface defect of an object to be detected such as a tire by performing frequency analysis from an uneven waveform of a surface shape obtained by a displacement sensor. For the frequency analysis, a technique based on fast Fourier transform is generally known, and with this technique, it is possible to remove noise contained in measurement data and to extract a defective part (defect position specification). In this fast Fourier transform, it is difficult to specify the position. Therefore, the displacement of the outer surface of the tire is detected by a sensor, a waveform is obtained by wavelet processing for the sensor output signal that is the displacement signal, and the obtained waveform and the defect waveform are obtained. A technique for detecting a tire defect by comparison is also known (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
However, in the method of obtaining surface defects such as tires by image processing, image processing has to be performed after various filters for image processing are set in detail, and the setting is craftsmanship. For example, in order to extract a defective part from the surface of a tire or the like in order to display a surface defect, it is necessary to create a feature extraction program for tire inspection that combines a plurality of filters and the like. The creation of this feature extraction program requires a huge amount of processing time, and the setting of filter combinations and the like has to depend on an expert. Therefore, it is not practical to apply to the inspection of tires and tire components having many types, and it is difficult to easily create a feature extraction program.
In consideration of the above facts, an object of the present invention is to provide a tire inspection feature extraction program creation device and a tire inspection device that can inspect defects on the surface of tires and tire components with high accuracy.

In addition, as described in
As described above, according to the present invention, there is an excellent effect that a surface defect of a tire or a tire constituent member can be inspected with high accuracy.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
First, a tire inspection feature extraction program creation device will be described. The tire inspection feature extraction program creation device according to the present embodiment automatically uses a feature extraction program (image processing program) for accurately extracting a defective region occurring on the surface of a tire or a tire constituent member constituting the tire. It is a device for creating automatically. In the present embodiment, as an example, a case will be described in which a feature extraction program for surface inspection of a belt ply that is a tire constituent member is automatically created.
FIG. 1 shows a schematic configuration diagram of a feature extraction

In the target
Although described in detail later, the
Each of these
Next, the feature extraction program creation process executed in the
First, in
In
Note that x is the original image, the horizontal pixel position of the target image, y is the original image, the vertical and horizontal pixel positions of the target image, w is the original image, the horizontal pixel number of the target image, h is the original image, the vertical pixel number of the target image, g (x, y) is the pixel position of the target image, and h (x, y) is the pixel position of the original image. Also, the above equation (1) is an equation when the gradation of each image is 256 gradations from 0 to 255 as an example.
Specifically, the original image including the belt ply dent is read from the original
For example, when the fitness A in the individual 1 in FIG. 3 is calculated, the original image is input to each of the nodes H, I, E, F, and G, which are the end nodes of the individual 1 Each process is performed up to the node A which is the root of 1. That is, for example, for an image obtained by processing each of the original images using a filter or the like set in the nodes H and I, for example, in the node D, an image subjected to the processing of the nodes H and I is added and then image processing is performed using a predetermined filter. The original image is sequentially processed from the node on the end side to obtain an image processed by the individual.
The maximum value of the fitness is 1.0 from the above equation (1), and the greater the fitness, that is, the closer to 1.0, the closer the original image is to the target image.
In
The roulette selection formula is represented by the following formula, where pi is the probability of selecting an individual i (i is a subscript representing an individual).
Here, fi represents the fitness of the individual i, and k represents the individual number of 1 to N.
In
If it is decided to cross, for example, a subtree below an arbitrary node is crossed by subtree exchange crossover. For example, when the individual 1 and the individual N shown in FIG. 3 are crossed, for example, a new individual obtained by exchanging the subtree 1-B below the node B of the individual 1 and the subtree NB below the node B of the individual N is obtained. Create two. In addition, you may replace with the original pair instead of making it a new individual.
In
In
In
If the end condition is not satisfied, the process proceeds to step 104, and the same process as described above is performed for the next generation individual.
On the other hand, if the end condition is satisfied, the process proceeds to step 114. For example, the individual having the maximum fitness is stored in the creation
By performing the above process for each type of defect, a feature extraction program corresponding to each defect is stored in the creation
Next, description will be given of a case in which a tire component or the like is inspected using the created feature extraction program. In the present embodiment, a case where the surface of the belt ply wound around the drum is inspected will be described as an example.

The
Next, the tire inspection process executed by the
In
In
As described above, since the captured image is acquired as the distance in the thickness direction of the belt ply 62 at each position in the imaging range, for example, the region where the unevenness is generated and its shape can be determined. Based on this, it is possible to identify a defect type that may have occurred.
In
In
In
In
In
In
In
In
In
In
g=(k1×a1)+(k2×a2)+(k3×a3)+(k4×a4)+(k5×a5)+(k6×a6)+g0 ・・・(3) g = (k1 * a1) + (k2 * a2) + (k3 * a3) + (k4 * a4) + (k5 * a5) + (k6 * a6) + g0 (3)
Here, a1 to a6 are parameters selected from the parameters relating to the

a5: X-direction principal axis length X1 of the
a6: Volume deviation between the
K1 to k6 and g0 are constants obtained by using the least square method or the like based on a large number of past data.
Then, in
Specifically, for example, it is possible to perform a determination using a production rule that determines a defect when all of a plurality of conditions (rules) are satisfied and determines that the other is not a defect. In this embodiment, as an example, when all of the following
Rule 1: Code “4” appears after code “8” of the chain code shown in FIG.

Note that the rule setting is an example, and is not limited to this. The rule setting can be changed as appropriate according to the type of defect. For example, the determination may be made using only the
