Description

The present invention relates to a resin tray having an anti-slip member and a method for manufacturing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a resin tray having anti-slip members connected to the front surface portion and the bottom surface portion of the tray and a method for manufacturing the same.

Resin trays are lightweight, easy to mold, and available at a relatively low cost, so they are often used for group meals, canteens, and the like.
Since the resin tray has a feature that the surface is slippery, the placed tableware may slip and the contents may be spilled or fall out of the tray.

Therefore, an attempt was made to provide an anti-slip member on the surface of the tray. However, in the case of a tray made of olefin-based synthetic resin such as polypropylene, which is difficult to firmly bond and paint, a sheet-like anti-slip member is later attached to the mounting portion. Even if the anti-slip material is pasted or coated with an anti-slip material, the tray is heated for drying and sterilization after washing, so the anti-slip member is peeled off during cleaning and the anti-slip effect is impaired, and There were drawbacks that made it difficult to see, and it was difficult to obtain a slip-proof tray that could be used for a long time.

Therefore, an attempt has been made to firmly bond the anti-slip material to the tray surface (for example, JP-A-2001-29204). This publication proposes a tray having a shape in which a non-slip member made of a thermoplastic elastomer having a structure in which a large number of olefins are chained between styrene at both ends covers at least the entire surface or a part of the mounting portion of the tray body. In this proposal, a molding method is used in which a non-slip member is temporarily fixed with an adhesive to a movable mold of a molding die of an injection molding machine, then the die is closed, and molten polypropylene is injected from the back side of the anti-slip member. However, with this method, a resin tray cannot be obtained in a large amount at a low cost.

Attempts have also been made to make the tray itself less slippery (for example, JP 2000-504243 A). This publication proposes a tray provided with an anti-slip layer made of rubber, thermoplastic elastomer, soft thermoplastic resin or the like on the lower bottom surface of the tray. In this proposal, the formation of the anti-slip layer is described by injection or coating, sheet or film adhesion, or a method of bonding from plastic to a tray under pressure and plasticizing temperature in the process of forming the bonnet body, In this proposal, the anti-slip layer is bonded to the tray by forming a support sheet and an adhesion medium between the tray body. In this proposal. Although it is described that an anti-slip layer is also formed on the upper surface of the tray, the tray forming process is complicated and costly, and it is not a resin tray that can be used for group meals, canteens, etc. .

It has been desired to form an anti-slip material that does not easily peel off or drop off on a resin tray, and to obtain a resin tray having such an anti-slip material by a simple method.

The present inventor has arrived at the present invention as a result of intensive studies to solve the above conventional problems.
The present invention provides a tray having a non-slipable mounting surface on which an anti-slip material that does not easily peel or drop off is formed on the upper surface, and has a characteristic that the tray itself is also non-slip. It is.
The present invention also provides a method by which a resin tray having the above characteristics can be easily produced.

The present invention provides a resin tray having a plurality of anti-slip members on the tray surface portion and the tray bottom surface portion, and the anti-slip member on the surface portion and the anti-slip member on the bottom surface portion are connected by a coupling portion.

The above-mentioned resin tray in which the horizontal cross-sectional area of the coupling portion is smaller than both the horizontal cross-sectional area of the anti-slip member on the front surface portion and the anti-slip member on the bottom surface portion is a preferred aspect of the present invention.

The above-mentioned resin, wherein the soft resin is a soft resin selected from rubber, thermoplastic elastomer and soft thermoplastic resin, and its hardness is 30 to 90 as measured by a test method specified in JIS K 6253A A tray made is a preferred embodiment of the present invention.

The present invention is also formed with a recess for the anti-slip member formed in advance on the surface or on the surface and the bottom surface, and penetrating from the lower surface of the recess on the surface to the tray bottom surface or the upper surface of the recess formed on the tray bottom surface. A method for producing the resin tray is provided, in which a molded body having a hole is formed, and then the anti-slip member is formed on the molded body by injection molding to form a surface concave portion, a connecting portion, and a bottom surface anti-slip member.

According to the present invention, there is provided a resin tray having a non-slip placement surface on which an anti-slip material that does not easily peel or fall off is formed on the upper surface, and the tray itself is also non-slip. .

In addition, the resin tray manufacturing method of the present invention is a tray having a non-sliding mounting surface on which an anti-slip material that does not easily peel or drop off is formed on the upper surface, and the tray itself is also non-slip. The resin tray can be manufactured by a simple method.

The resin tray of the present invention has a plurality of anti-slip members on the tray surface part and the tray bottom part, and the resin tray in which the anti-slip member on the surface part and the anti-slip member on the bottom part are connected by a coupling part. It is.
In the resin tray of the present invention, a resin tray in which the horizontal cross-sectional area of the coupling portion is smaller than both of the horizontal cross-sectional area of the anti-slip member on the front surface portion and the anti-slip member on the bottom surface portion is a preferred embodiment.

It is preferable that the anti-slip member on the tray surface portion is formed in a state of filling the recess formed on the tray surface portion. The upper surface of the anti-slip member may protrude above the tray surface, but may form the same plane as the tray surface. If the same plane as the tray surface is formed, the tableware placed on the tray moves without resistance when it is shifted laterally, which is convenient for use. Further, the anti-slip effect can be enhanced by slightly projecting the upper surface of the anti-slip member above the tray surface.

The anti-slip member on the bottom surface of the tray may be formed in a state of filling a recess formed in the bottom surface of the tray. In this case, it is preferable that the lower surface of the anti-slip member on the bottom surface portion protrudes below the lower surface of the bottom surface of the tray. By projecting downward, the slipperiness of the tray itself is limited, and the effect of making the tray difficult to slip is exhibited.

Further, the anti-slip member on the bottom surface of the tray may be formed in a state of being placed in contact with the lower surface of the bottom of the tray. Even if it has such a shape, it can exert the effect of making the tray difficult to slip by protruding downward, and it is detached from the tray because it is connected to the surface anti-slip member by the connecting part. There is no.

The anti-slip member on the front surface portion and the anti-slip member on the bottom surface portion of the resin tray of the present invention are connected by a coupling portion. The coupling portion is formed in a hole formed through the tray from the lower surface of the concave portion of the surface to the bottom surface of the tray or the upper surface of the concave portion formed on the bottom surface of the tray. It is configured by being formed integrally with the anti-slip member.
The number of anti-slip members connected by the coupling portion of the present invention is not particularly limited. It is necessary. Usually, it is preferable to form at least four anti-slip members.

There is no particular limitation on the shape of the anti-slip member. It may be circular, polygonal, or irregular, and its shape and arrangement can give the tray an aesthetic appearance. Accordingly, it is one of the excellent effects of the present invention that a large number of anti-slip members having an arbitrary shape can be arranged to enhance the anti-slip effect and to have an aesthetic appearance.

The horizontal cross-sectional area of the coupling portion of the present invention is smaller than both the horizontal cross-sectional area of the anti-slip member on the front surface portion and the anti-slip member on the bottom surface portion. The anti-slip member is prevented from falling off the tray due to the small horizontal cross-sectional area of the coupling portion. If the above conditions are satisfied, the horizontal cross-sectional area of the coupling portion is not particularly limited, but is preferably as small as possible within the range that maintains the strength to prevent the slip-proof member from falling off the tray. For example, one having a smaller horizontal cross-sectional area of the anti-slip member on the front surface portion and the anti-slip member on the bottom surface portion has a horizontal cross-sectional area of about 2 to 50%, preferably about 5 to 20%. preferable.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to the drawings.
In FIG. 1, a surface portion antislip member 2 is provided in a recess provided in a surface portion of a resin tray 1, and a bottom surface antislip member 3 is provided on a bottom surface portion of the resin tray 1 in contact with the bottom surface. The state in which the front surface antislip member 2 and the bottom surface antislip member 3 are connected by the connecting portion 4 is shown. It can be seen from FIG. 1 that the horizontal cross-sectional area of the coupling portion is smaller than both the horizontal cross-sectional area of the anti-slip member on the front surface portion and the anti-slip member on the bottom surface portion.
The anti-slip member configured as described above provides a resin tray that exhibits excellent anti-slip properties on the surface and bottom surface of the tray and has excellent performance that the anti-slip member is less likely to fall off the tray.

In FIG. 2, the bottom surface anti-slip member 3 is provided in the recess formed in the bottom surface portion of the resin tray 1, and the surface portion anti-slip member 2 and the bottom surface anti-slip member 3 are connected by the connecting portion 4. The state of being connected is shown. The bottom surface anti-slip member 3 protrudes downward from the bottom surface of the tray.

FIG. 3 is a plan view of the tray of the present invention showing a state in which the resin tray 1 is provided with anti-slip members on a plurality of surface portions. It can be seen from FIG. 4 that a plurality of anti-slip members are provided on the resin tray.

The material constituting the anti-slip member may be a soft resin having a hardness that has anti-slip performance, and rubber, thermoplastic elastomer, soft thermoplastic resin, and the like can be used.
Examples of thermoplastic elastomers include polyolefin-based thermoplastic elastomers, polystyrene-based thermoplastic elastomers, polyurethane-based thermoplastic elastomers, polyester-based thermoplastic elastomers, polyamide-based thermoplastic elastomers, and the like. A plastic elastomer or a polystyrene-based thermoplastic elastomer can be preferably used.

As a soft thermoplastic resin, it can select from what is marketed as a soft thermoplastic resin suitably, For example, a soft polyolefin resin etc. can be used.

The hardness of the soft resin of the present invention is preferably about 30 to 90, preferably about 35 to 88, as measured by a test method specified in JIS K 6253A.

There is no restriction | limiting in particular in resin which forms the tray of this invention, If it is a thermoplastic resin normally used for resin-made trays, it can select suitably and can be used. Among these, polyolefins such as polypropylene and polyesters such as polyethylene terephthalate are preferably used. In particular, polypropylene is preferable.

In order to mold the resin tray of the present invention, a concave portion for an anti-slip member previously formed on the surface or the surface and the bottom surface, and an upper surface of the concave portion formed on the tray bottom surface or the tray bottom surface from the lower surface of the concave portion on the surface Forming a tray-like molded body having holes formed so as to penetrate to the surface, and subsequently forming the molded body by forming a surface portion anti-slip member, a connecting portion and a bottom portion anti-slip member by injection molding. Can do.
