Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a base suitable for a compact fluorescent lamp, a fluorescent lamp using the base, and a lighting fixture.
Conventionally, the base of this type of fluorescent lamp is integrally formed of a synthetic resin. In particular, in order to prevent an excessive temperature rise in the electrode sealing part of the arc tube, when providing a temperature protection element, the base part is cut out and formed, and the temperature protection element is accommodated in the accommodation part, and thereafter The appearance is improved by injecting an adhesive into the storage section and covering it with a lid (see Patent Document 1).
However, the one disclosed in
The present invention has been made in view of the above situation, and a base for a fluorescent lamp, a fluorescent lamp, and a base composed of a base and a base pin cover, and a simplified engagement structure between the base and the base pin cover. It aims at providing a lighting fixture.
A fluorescent lamp base according to
In the wiring space of the base, it is planned that wiring members such as lead wires and temperature protection elements for connecting the electrodes of the fluorescent lamp and the base pins are arranged. However, it is not essential for the present invention to dispose the temperature protection element.
The protrusion has a function of guiding and positioning the connection of the base in cooperation with the socket side when the base pin is connected to the socket. The locking portion provided on the base pin cover may be fitted in the concave portion formed on the projection, but there may be a slight gap. In short, the base pin cover is the wiring space of the base base. It is only necessary to engage so as to prevent movement when a force directed toward the side is applied.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a fluorescent lamp comprising: the fluorescent lamp base according to the first aspect; and an arc tube fixed to the fluorescent lamp base and having a bent discharge path.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a lighting fixture comprising: a fixture main body; and the fluorescent lamp according to the second aspect disposed in the fixture main body.
In the present invention, the base is composed of a base and a base pin cover, and the base pin and the base pin cover are engaged with each other so that the base pin cover is not pushed into the base base by utilizing the concave portion of the protrusion. By doing so, it is not necessary to specially provide an engaging means for locking, and it is possible to provide a fluorescent lamp base, a fluorescent lamp, and a lighting fixture that do not impair the merchantability with a simplified configuration.
Hereinafter, embodiments of a fluorescent lamp base and a fluorescent lamp according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 is a front view showing a fluorescent lamp, FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a base for a fluorescent lamp, FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view showing a base for a fluorescent lamp, and FIG. 4 is a base pin cover and base base. FIG. 5 is a front view thereof, FIG. 6 is a side view thereof, and FIG. 7 is a sectional view of a base for a fluorescent lamp.
In FIG. 1,
Electrodes are sealed at the ends of the
The
Next, FIGS. 3 to 6 show a state where the
The
Next, an outline of the assembly process of the
Further, as shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 7, in a state where the
Next, another embodiment of the base will be described with reference to FIG. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the same part as the above-mentioned embodiment, or the overlapping description is abbreviate | omitted. The difference from the above embodiment is that the
Connection to the socket of the
To connect the
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the
Next, an embodiment of the lighting fixture of the present invention will be described. Although illustration is omitted, the fluorescent lamp of the above-described embodiment can be arranged in a fixture body and configured as a lighting fixture. For example, the present invention can be applied to a lighting device for tunnels used indoors or outdoors. Therefore, according to such a lighting fixture, the lighting fixture which has the effect of the fluorescent lamp of the said embodiment can be provided.
