Description

The present invention relates to a suspension scaffold erection method used as a work floor when working in a high place where the lower part is not supported, such as a construction site of a bridge, an elevated road or the like (hereinafter referred to as an elevated structure).

When painting a high-altitude structure or repairing an existing high-altitude structure, although there is a structural material for the high-altitude structure above, there is nothing to support the work floor below. In these work sites, work is performed with a suspended scaffolding as a work floor.

For example, as shown in Patent Document 1, a suspension scaffold is constructed by holding a chain that has a hook at least at a first end and is wound around a structural material of an elevated structure, and a parent pipe that constitutes the scaffold. The clamp body is equipped with a pipe clamp provided with connection means for chain connection, the chain is wrapped around the scaffold support part, and the hook at the first end of the chain is connected to the middle part of the chain from the second end to the scaffold support part Then, the chain is attached to the scaffold support and the pipe clamp coupling means is coupled to the second end side of the chain, and the clamp body of the pipe clamp is fixed to the parent pipe, so that the scaffold is secured via the chain and the pipe clamp. Suspension scaffolding is constructed using scaffolding brackets that are supported in a state suspended from the support section.

However, in the scaffolding bracket used in the erection method shown in Patent Document 1 described above, a pin member for hooking and holding the chain on a bracket integrally formed with the clamp body, and a member for fixing and supporting the pin member Etc., and the receiving bracket itself is wide.

For this reason, when constructing a suspension scaffold using this scaffold suspension bracket, a wide receiving bracket is located between the scaffold plates placed on the parent pipe and the rolled pipe, and a large gap is found between the scaffold plates. Have a problem that can. That is, if the gap between the scaffolding plates is wide, the foot may be caught in the gap during the work at a high place and fall down, which causes a problem of poor work safety.

Further, in the above-described erection method, when one chain end is hooked to the pin member, it is desirable to hang two end portions of the chain on the pin member from the viewpoint of work safety. However, in order to hang the two ends of the chain on the pin member, it is necessary to further widen the width of the receiving bracket, and accordingly, it is inevitable that the gap between the scaffolding plates becomes wider. .

In addition, the work of receiving the end of the chain wound around the structural material on the pin member of the metal fitting includes the work of extracting the pin member from the hole of one wall portion of the metal fitting, and the chain on the extracted pin member. It is necessary to perform an operation of inserting and fixing the end portion and an operation of inserting and fixing the end portion of the pin member on which the chain is engaged into the hole of the one wall portion.

However, these latching operations have a large number of work steps as described above, and are performed at a high place, so that the work efficiency is low and the danger is high.
JP 2002-30315 A

The problem to be solved by the present invention is that the gap width between the scaffolding plates is inevitably widened, the legs are easily caught during the work and fall easily, and the safety during the work is poor. Moreover, when the chain is hung on the scaffolding bracket, the number of work steps at a high place is large, and the work efficiency is poor and the danger is high.

According to the present invention, the gap between the scaffolding plates laid on the colobashi pipe is narrowed to prevent the operator from falling down due to a foot or the like being caught during work, thereby ensuring safety during work. Further, when the suspension member is hooked on the scaffolding bracket, the number of work steps at a high place is reduced to shorten the work at a high place and improve work safety.

In the present invention, as a member for suspending the scaffold main body from a suspension member attached to a structural material of a high-rise structure, a part of the cylindrical support member into which the parent pipe is inserted is fitted on a partly outer peripheral surface in the longitudinal direction of the parent pipe. Use a hanging bracket that stands up in a flat shape along the top and has an upright plate that has a latch on the top, and narrows the gap width between the scaffolds by the upright plate that protrudes between the spread scaffolding plates. The best form.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
First, a description will be given of the scaffold main body 3 and the suspension bracket 7 used when suspending the suspended scaffold 1. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the scaffold main body 3 and the scaffold main body 3 are made of beams of an elevated structure. And a plurality of suspension fittings 7 for hanging on a structural member 5 such as a bridge girder.

The scaffold main body 3 extends in the longitudinal direction and has a predetermined interval corresponding to the width of the scaffold plate 15 described later with respect to the longitudinal orthogonal direction (in this example, the width is two scaffold plates). And at least a pair of parent pipes 9 arranged in parallel (the number of the parent pipes 9 is appropriately determined according to the work floor width. The figure shows a case where the scaffold body 3 is composed of three parent pipes 9. )) And a plurality of colobus pipes 11 that extend in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the parent pipe 9 and are fixed by a clamp member 13 at a predetermined interval with respect to the longitudinal direction of the parent pipe 9. And a scaffold plate 15 placed on the colobasi pipe 11.

In addition, safety members (not shown) such as a safety fence in which a safety net, a vertical pipe, and a horizontal pipe are combined and fixed by a clamp member are attached to both ends of the parent pipe 9 or the colo-bashi pipe 11 located on both sides.

The suspension metal fitting 7 is provided in the longitudinal direction of the parent pipe 9 on the outer periphery of a part of the cylindrical support member 17 that is inserted with a predetermined interval corresponding to the required load resistance with respect to the longitudinal direction of the parent pipe 9. The upright plate 19 standing at a height equal to or more than the thickness of the scaffold plate 15 and having a latching hole 19a as a latching portion formed on the upper portion thereof is fixed to welding or the like.

Then, a chain 21 as a hanging member attached to the structural member 5 of the height structure is hooked to the hanging hole 19 a of the upright plate 19 in the hanging bracket 7 via a length adjusting member 23. As an attachment mode of the chain 21 to the structural material 5, an embodiment in which the chain 21 is inserted into a ring of a fixing clamp member 29 that is detachably fixed to the structural material 5 and is latched on the length adjusting member 23, It may be any one of the modes in which it is wound and both end portions thereof are hooked on the length adjusting member 23. The hanging member may be a metal wire in addition to the chain.

As the length adjusting member 23 described above, a bolt 25 having a hook 25a hooked to the hooking hole 19a is screwed to one end portion so as to be position-adjustable, and the other end portion is attached to the structural material 5. The bolt 27 having a hook 27a for latching the attached chain 21 is constituted by a main body 23a having a predetermined length screwed so as to be position-adjustable, for example, a turnbuckle. The length adjusting member 23 extends and contracts the entire length by rotating the main body 23a while the hanging metal fitting 7 is hooked on one hook 25a and the chain 21 is hooked on the other hook 27a. Adjust the length.

Next, the construction method of the suspension scaffold 1 using the said suspension metal fitting 7 is demonstrated according to FIG. 1, FIG. 3 thru | or FIG.
First, the fixing clamp members 29 are respectively fixed to the structural member 5 of the height structure at a predetermined interval in the longitudinal direction and at an interval of the suspension scaffold 1 width in the longitudinal orthogonal direction. The end of the chain 21 is hooked on the ring of the clamping member 29 for use. The length adjusting members 23 are attached to the lower folded portions of the chains 21 in a state where the hooks 27a of the bolts 27 are hooked. (See Figure 3)

As a method of attaching the chain 21 to the structural material 5, a method of winding the chain 21 around the structural material 5 without using the fixing clamp member 29 described above may be used.

Next, the operator attaches the cylindrical support member 17 to the parent pipe 9 on the work platform at a high place, and attaches the plurality of suspension brackets 7 with the above-described chain 21 being spaced apart from each other. While extending the parent pipe 9 in the horizontal direction, the respective suspension metal fittings 7 are positioned on the corresponding chains 21.

(図4参照) Next, the worker hangs the parent pipe 9 by hooking the lower hook 25a of the length adjusting member 23 to the hooking hole 19a of the upright plate 19 of each hanging bracket 7 in the above state. By repeating the above operation, the three parent pipes 9 are suspended from the structural member 5 so as to be parallel to each other at a predetermined interval. (See Figure 4)

In the above description, the length adjusting member 23 is hooked in advance on the lower portion of the chain 21 that is hooked on the fixing clamp member 29 of the structure 5, and the hanging bracket 7 is attached to the hook 25 a of the length adjusting member 23. However, only the chain 21 is hooked on the clamp member 29 of the structure 5, and when the parent pipe 9 is attached to the chain 21, the length adjusting member 23 is between them. A method may be used in which the hook 25a is hung on the hanger 7 and the hook 27a is hung on the chain 21 and hung.

Next, as shown in FIG. 1, the worker puts a plurality of colobasi pipes 11 on the parent pipe 9 in a state of being placed on the parent pipe 9 or on the work platform of the aerial work vehicle. The clamp member 13 is fixed with a predetermined interval with respect to the longitudinal direction of the parent pipe 9 and extending in the longitudinal orthogonal direction so as to cross the three parent pipes 9.

After the above work, the operator lays a plurality of scaffolding plates 15 on the colobashi pipe 11 positioned between the parent pipes 9 as shown in FIG. The suspended scaffolding 1 is erected.

In this state, the parent pipe 9 located in the middle portion in the longitudinal orthogonal direction is suspended by the chain 21 with the upright plate 19 of the suspension fitting 7 located between the scaffold plates 15 protruding upward. There is a gap between them. In the present embodiment, the upright plate 19 is formed in a flat thin shape along the longitudinal direction of the parent pipe 9, so that a gap formed between the scaffold plates 15 as shown in FIG. The thickness of the upright plate 19 can be set, and a large number of scaffolding plates 15 can be laid in a state with few gaps to form a work floor.

For this reason, when working on the suspended scaffolding 1, the risk of the operator's feet being caught in the gap between the scaffolding plates 15 corresponding to the parent pipe 9 and falling down is reduced, and the work safety is reduced. Can be secured.

Further, in the suspended scaffolding 1 constructed as described above, when the flat surface of the spread scaffolding plate 15 is tilted, the main body 23a of the length adjusting member 23 at the tilted position is rotated. The mutual distance between the chain 21 and the hanging bracket 7 can be changed and adjusted to a horizontal state.

In the above description, the hanging metal fitting 7 is configured such that the upright plate 19 extending in a planar shape along the longitudinal direction of the parent pipe 9 is fixed to a part of the outer periphery of the cylindrical support member 17. A presser member whose inner surface is formed in a curved surface corresponding to the remaining outer peripheral surface of the parent pipe is swingably supported at one end portion of the receiving member having an inner surface that matches the inner surface, and fastened to the end portion of the presser member. A clamp member that supports the screw in a rotatable manner and clamps the parent pipe by tightening the nut in a state of being positioned in a notch formed at the other end of the receiving member, and the receiving member of the clamping member A structure in which an upright plate extending in a planar shape along the longitudinal direction of the parent pipe is fixed to a part of the outer peripheral surface.
