Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a helmet provided with a protective shield that is provided in a helmet main body so as to be able to advance and retreat, and protects a user's face.
Conventionally, there is a helmet described in Patent Document 1 as a helmet having this type of protective shield.
This helmet has a headband that covers the entire circumference of the user's head and whose inner diameter can be adjusted according to the size of the user's head, and a circumferential direction (helmet body so as to cover the front side of the head Plate-like shield box formed along the inner surface of the helmet body, and a plate-shaped anti-impact reinforcement that is attached to the shield box and curved along the upper part of the inner surface of the helmet body A support arm, a shield plate attached to the shield box so as to be able to move forward and backward, a mounting band fixed to the shield box so as to cover the back of the user's head, and a band portion attached to the shield box and the headband Hammock.
In such a helmet, the attachment band is fixed to the rear part of the inner surface of the helmet body with rivets, and the shield box is fixed to the front part of the inner surface of the helmet body with rivets. The hammock is locked to the mounting band and the shield box. A gap for moving the shield plate back and forth is formed between the shield box and the inner surface of the helmet body.
The shield plate is attached to a guide groove provided in the shield box, and is configured to advance and retreat in and out of the helmet body along the guide groove. The shield plate covers and protects the user's face by being pulled out of the helmet body from the retracted position stored in the helmet body.
Then, the face protection plate is engaged with the engagement member of the face protection plate from a position far from the face in a state where the face protection plate is retracted from the cap body and pulled out to the front part outside the cap body to hold the user's face. By bending the support plate, it can be set in three stages up to a position relatively close to the face.
However, the above-described helmet is provided with a shield plate that can be moved forward and backward in the gap between the shield box and the helmet body, so that the shield box to which the support band on the front side of the hammock is fixed is attached to both ends of the shield plate in the width direction. It is necessary to adhere to the helmet body at both end positions closer to the side of the helmet body than the (end part). In such a case, since the width of the front side of the shield box that forms a gap on the inner side in the width direction than the fixed end positions is wide, the width of the portion of the shield box that is not fixed to the helmet body is wide. Thus, there is a problem that the shield box wobbles, and there is a problem that the hammock supported by the shield box wobbles.
Also, in the helmet described in
For this reason, if the protective shield such as the seal plate or the face protection plate is set wide enough to protect the user's face sufficiently, the space between the mounting positions of the hammock support band becomes wider and the front side portion of the helmet becomes wobbled. The mounting stability becomes insufficient, and the user's head may not be suitably protected.
In view of such a situation, an object of the present invention is to provide a helmet capable of securing a sufficient width of a protective shield and obtaining high wearing stability.
A helmet according to the present invention includes a substantially hemispherical helmet body, a hammock having a plurality of support bands extending radially from a central portion in the helmet body, a guide sheet provided at least in front of the helmet body, The helmet is equipped with a protective shield that can be moved back and forth by being guided by a guide sheet between the outer surface and the outside, and that protects the user's face at a position where the user has advanced to the outside. And a plurality of engaging portions for locking the guide sheet, and the protective shield can be advanced and retracted between the two engaging portions. According to the helmet of the present invention, the guide sheet can be attached to the helmet body by the locking portion and the engaging portion. The mounting strength is high and the mounting stability is high. Moreover, since the protective shield can be moved back and forth between the two engaging portions provided on the helmet body between the helmet main body and the guide sheet, the width of the protective shield can be set by the interval between the two engaging portions. A sufficient width can be secured to protect the face. Further, the locking portion provided on the helmet body can lock the guide sheet and also the hammock support band, which helps to reduce the number of parts.
According to the helmet of the present invention, since the lock body and the engagement portion are provided in the helmet body and the guide sheet is fixed, the attachment strength and the mounting stability of the guide sheet with respect to the helmet body are high. Not only the seat but also the hammock support band can be locked, which helps to reduce the number of parts. In addition, since the width of the protective shield that is guided by the guide sheet and advances and retracts can be set by the interval between the two engaging portions, a sufficient and sufficient width can be secured to protect the user's face, and the protective shield Even if the interval between the two engaging portions for setting the width is set wide, the guide sheet is attached to the engaging portion and the engaging portion, so that the mounting stability can be maintained high without reducing the attachment strength of the guide sheet.
In the helmet according to the present invention, the engaging portion has a shape having a bent portion or a curved portion, and the engaging portion and the guide sheet are on the same surface or the same surface in a state of being engaged with the engaging hole portion formed in the guide sheet. It is preferable to be close to the position.
By making the engaging portion into a shape having a bent portion or a curved portion, it is possible to provide a high strength that is difficult to come off in a state of being fitted to the engaging hole portion of the guide sheet having a similar shape. In addition, by connecting a rib or the like in the vicinity of the engaging portion, the height of the fitted guide sheet and the engaging portion is on the same surface or close to the same surface. It can be formed, and the engaging portion does not come into contact with the head of the user wearing the helmet to feel discomfort or pain.
Further, the guide sheet may be provided with a second locking portion for locking the support band of the hammock.
By providing the second locking portion on the guide sheet, the second locking portion can be provided at any position regardless of the position and width of the protective shield. Even in this case, the hammock and the guide sheet There is no wobbling or the like, the wearing stability is high, and the user's head can be suitably protected.
Moreover, it is preferable that the 2nd latching | locking part provided in the guide sheet is provided in the circumferential direction center side rather than the engagement hole part.
By adopting such a configuration, the support band of the hammock can be placed in a suitable position balanced with respect to external impact and head load without being restricted by the engaging portion to which the guide sheet is attached. It can be attached to the two locking portions, and the mounting stability of the guide sheet and hammock can be ensured.

A helmet 1 according to the present embodiment is used, for example, at a security or construction site. For example, as shown in FIG. 1, a

Further, second locking pins 15 and 15 are provided as second locking portions for locking the
The
Therefore, in FIG. 8, a central sliding
The
Next, the
In this embodiment, four

Further, in the
Further, the

In addition, the helmet 1 by this invention is not limited to the above-mentioned Example, It can change suitably in the range which does not deviate from the meaning.
For example, in the present embodiment, the engaging
