Conventionally, since the photoelectric separation type sensor has not been provided with a drop prevention means between the mounting plate and the main body, it is necessary to pay particular attention to preventing the main body from dropping during construction. In addition, some covers include a drop prevention means configured to be openable and closable in the vertical direction with respect to the main body by a cover fixing wire, a fixing metal fitting, and a cover fixing metal fitting. (See Patent Document 1)
Japanese Patent No. 318497

In the conventional photoelectric separation type sensor, there was no drop prevention means between the mounting plate and the main body, so it is necessary to place the main body and the cover in the vicinity of the sensor installation place where a large amount of dust is flying. was there. Therefore, the mounting workability of the sensor is not good, and dust adheres to the optical system parts, affecting the set value at the time of sensitivity adjustment.

On the other hand, even when a drop-off prevention means is provided between the main body and the cover, the cover fixing wire, the cover fixing metal fittings and the like are constituted by dedicated parts and are expensive.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a photoelectric separation type sensor that is low in cost and can efficiently install the sensor.

The photoelectric separation-type sensor of the present invention includes a base attached to a wall surface, a main body mounted with a fire detection optical system component fixed to a locking portion of the base, and a cover having an optical filter on the front surface. In the photoelectric separation type sensor provided, a drop-off preventing means having a stretchable coil-shaped portion for fixing one end to the base and the other end to the main body is provided.

Further, the drop-off prevention means is detachable.

The coil-shaped portion is characterized in that it temporarily holds the groove portion of the cover when the sensor is installed.

The effect of the photoelectric separation type sensor of the present invention is that it is not necessary to place the main body and the cover in different places when the base plate is installed, so that the sensor can be mounted efficiently. In addition, the optical system parts can be isolated from dust or the like floating near the sensor installation location. Furthermore, since the drop-off prevention device can be a general-purpose product, cost can be reduced.

Although the light receiver 1b is illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 3 described above, a housing having the same shape is commonly used for the transmitter / receiver 1. The difference between the light transmitter 1a (not shown) and the light receiver 1b is that the light transmitting element disposed inside the optical bench 5, the light receiving element, the signal processing circuit, the circuit board 8 on which the LED and the like are mounted, etc. It is limited to the structural member accompanying the functional difference called light reception. A light transmitter 1a and a light receiver 1b having a common housing are separated and attached to both sides of a ceiling, a side wall, and the like in a building via a box or the like (not shown).

The attachment method of Embodiment 1 of this invention is demonstrated. FIG. 4 is an external perspective view of the cover. FIG. 5 is an external perspective view in which the main body and the cover are suspended through the drop-off prevention means. First, the base plate 2 is installed in a box (not shown) provided near the ceiling of the opposite side wall in the building by screwing the hanging pieces 2a and the like. At this time, the main body 3 is suspended from the base plate 2 via the drop-off prevention means 11 in which the coil-shaped portion is elongated. Further, the groove 20 a of the cover 20 is sandwiched between adjacent windings of the coil-shaped portion of the drop-off preventing means 11. Next, the main body 3 connected to the tip of the drop-off prevention device 11 is picked up, and a terminal block 9 in which an unillustrated electric wire drawn out from the wall through the installed base plate 2 is mounted on the circuit board 8 is mounted. Connect to. When the wiring is completed, it is fixed by a plurality of mounting screws 30 in the dharma hole of the mounting piece 3b protruding in a J-shape on the back side of the table 3. At this time, the drop-off prevention means 11 sandwiches the lightweight part only of the cover 20, and the elongation of the coil-shaped portion is reduced. The drop-off prevention means 11 needs to have sufficient strength so that it can be safely operated even when the cover 20 and the main body 20 are suspended in the air.

The optical axis L is adjusted in the following procedure. First, in a state where the cover 20 of the light receiver 1b attached to the side wall is removed, the light transmitter 1a on the opposite side wall surface is viewed through the sighting hole 5b and the mirror 7 from the oblique direction of the front surface of the main body 3. See through. While seeing through, the right adjustment screw 41 is turned to rotate the support frame 4. Then, the horizontal center of the projected image of the light transmitter 1a on the mirror 7 is made to coincide with the horizontal center of the aiming hole 5b. By this operation, the horizontal (left and right) direction of the optical axis L using the sighting device is adjusted. Next, following the horizontal adjustment of the optical axis L, the vertical optical axis adjustment is also performed. The left adjustment screw 42 is used for adjusting the optical axis in the vertical direction. When the adjustment screw 42 having the tip screw portion screwed into the screw hole 45 is rotated forward and backward, the optical bench 5 is rotated up and down in the vertical plane around the left and right rotation shafts 5a. When the center of the projected image of the front light transmitter 1a projected onto the mirror 7 through the aiming hole 5b is confirmed at the center position of the aiming hole 5b, the optical axes of the light transmitter 1a and the light receiver 1b L matches and the optical axis adjustment of the optical system is completed.

In general, a light transmitting element used in this type of sensor has directivity. When the peak value of the received light output deviates from the optical axis L based on the directivity of the light transmitting element, it is necessary to adjust the optical axis to compensate for the deviation. For this reason, after the apparent optical axis adjustment of the optical system using the sighting device is completed, final adjustment for compensating directivity is performed using a level meter (DVM) (not shown). For optical axis adjustment to compensate for directivity, a level meter for measuring the light reception output of the light receiving element 60 is connected to the light receiver 1b side. The light receiving output corresponding to the rotational position of the adjusting screws 41 and 42 on the light transmitter 1a side is measured by the level meter connected to the light receiver 1b.

When the cover 20 held by the drop-off prevention means 11 is removed after these adjustments are completed, the coil-shaped portion of the drop-off prevention means 11 returns to the normal state as shown in FIG. Then, the cover 20 is hooked on the upper portion of the base plate 2 and attached to the lower portion of the base plate 2 by fixing with the mounting screw 31 to the mounting protrusion 3c of the main body 3 via the groove portion 20a. In addition, considering a series of workability, it can be said that a curled cord having flexibility is easy to handle.

Therefore, it is not necessary to place the main body 3 and the cover 20 in different places when the base plate 2 is installed, so that the sensor can be attached efficiently. Further, the optical system component mounted on the main body 3 and the optical filter provided on the cover 20 can be isolated from dust or the like floating near the sensor installation location.

The drop-off prevention means 11 is screwed to the base plate 2 and the main body 3, but may be detachable. In this case, a plurality of transmitters and receivers 1 can be installed by one drop-off preventing means 11, and the components can be used effectively.
