A transfer roller that contacts the intermediate transfer member and transfers the image transferred to the intermediate transfer member to a recording medium;
A preheating roller for preheating the image of the recording medium on which the image is transferred in contact with the intermediate transfer member;
Carrier removing means for removing the carrier from the recording medium preheated by the preheating roller;
Fixing means for fixing the image of the recording medium from which the carrier has been removed by the carrier removing means;
