このため、円弧状に並設されたギア歯153A2のうちドア部140から最も離れた位置にある離間ギア歯153A2を開口部151の上縁近傍を通過させない状態で、ギア153Aを開口部151内に挿入することができる。
したがって、開口部151の上縁の位置を離間ギア歯153A2の先端の位置よりも下側にすることにより、開口部151の上縁と、ギア153Aとの隙間を小さくすることができ、この隙間から離間ギア歯153A2が露出するのを防ぐことができる。さらに、ドア部140が開かれた際に、パネル上側正面部132Aと略同一面上に位置する閉塞面部152B2,153A12を設けているので、この部分にギア歯153A2を設ける構成のように、ギア歯153A2が露出することがない。よって、記録再生装置100のデザイン性を向上できる。
