Description

The present invention relates to a separation type endoscope in which an endoscope sheath and an endoscope main body are combined.

When using a separate endoscope, the insertion portion of the endoscope body is inserted from the proximal end side into the endoscope sheath, and the endoscope sheath is detachably attached to the endoscope body. ing. An observation window or the like is disposed at the distal end portion of the distal end portion of the endoscope sheath, and an imaging unit or the like corresponding to the distal end portion of the insertion portion is disposed behind the observation window. The insertion portion is inserted into the body cavity together with the endoscope sheath while being accommodated in the endoscope sheath, and observation with a separate endoscope is performed. In an ordinary endoscope, it is necessary to clean and disinfect the entire endoscope every time it is used in order to prevent infections and the like. On the other hand, in the separation type endoscope, it is possible to omit the cleaning and disinfection of the insertion portion by making the endoscope sheath an inexpensive configuration and disposing it after use.

Further, in the positioning member 48, first and second guide holes 52 a and 52 b as guide portions are penetrated in the longitudinal direction of the insertion portion 34 on the extending end side of the extending portion 49. In the cross section orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the insertion portion 34, the surfaces defining the first and second guide holes 52a and 52b have circular shapes having substantially the same diameter as the outer peripheral surfaces of the air supply tube 28 and the water supply tube 29, respectively. The air supply tube 28 and the water supply tube 29 can be inserted into the first and second guide holes 52a and 52b, respectively. In the cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the insertion portion 34, the relative arrangement of the first guide hole 52 a and the second guide hole 52 b is relative to the air supply tube 28 and the water supply tube 29 at the sheath distal end portion 23. The relative arrangement of the first and second guide holes 52a and 52b and the overall shape of the positioning member 48 is determined by the engagement between the air supply tube 28 and the water supply tube 29 at the sheath distal end 23 and the engagement recess. This corresponds to a relative arrangement with the overall shape of 51. Here, with respect to the air supply tube 28, the water supply tube 29, and the channel tube 30, the relative arrangement of the sheath distal end portion 23 over the entire length of the sheath main body 22 in the sheath main body 22 by pulling the proximal end portions thereof It is possible to have substantially the same relative arrangement. By inserting the air supply tube 28 and the water supply tube 29 having such a relative arrangement into the first and second guide holes 52a and 52b as guide portions of the positioning member 48, respectively, the air supply tube 28 and the water supply tube 29 are inserted. On the other hand, the positioning member 48 can be held in an arrangement in which the entire positioning member 48 can be engaged with the engaging recess 51 of the sheath distal end portion 23. The positioning member 48 can slide in the longitudinal direction of the air supply tube 28 and the water supply tube 29 on the outer peripheral surfaces of the air supply tube 28 and the water supply tube 29 while maintaining such an arrangement.

Next, a combination method of the separation type endoscope according to the present embodiment will be described.

The first and first positioning members 48 connected to the distal end portion of the insertion portion 34 are respectively connected to the proximal end portions of the air supply tube 28 and the water supply tube 29 extending from the proximal end portion of the endoscope sheath 21. The second guide holes 52a and 52b are inserted. Then, by pulling the proximal ends of the air supply tube 28, the water supply tube 29, and the channel tube 30, the air supply tube 28, the water supply tube 29, and the channel tube 30 are placed in the sheath body 22 over the entire length of the sheath body 22. The relative arrangement is substantially the same as the relative arrangement at the tip portion 23. Subsequently, when the insertion portion 34 is pushed into the sheath body 22, the positioning member 48 is slid from the proximal end side to the distal end side along the air supply tube 28 and the water supply tube 29, and is inserted into the sheath body 22. The tip of the portion 34 is inserted. At this time, the positioning member 48 is held with respect to the water supply tube 29 and the air supply tube 28 so that the entire positioning member 48 can be engaged with the engagement recess 51 of the sheath distal end portion 23. Accordingly, when the insertion portion 34 is further pushed into the sheath body 22, the entire positioning member 48 is inserted into the engagement recess 51 of the sheath distal end portion 23 and engaged therewith. As a result, the distal end portion of the insertion portion 34 is positioned with respect to the sheath distal end portion 23, and the imaging unit 38 of the insertion portion 34 is appropriately disposed behind the observation window 24 of the sheath distal end portion 23. Thereafter, the base ends of the air supply tube 28, the water supply tube 29, and the channel tube 30 are connected to the air supply base 41, the water supply base 42, and the suction base 43 of the endoscope main body 33, and the base end portion of the sheath main body 22 is connected. Is connected to the sheath connecting portion 39 of the endoscope main body 33.

Therefore, the separation type endoscope according to this embodiment has the following effects.

In the separation type endoscope according to the present embodiment, when the distal end portion of the insertion portion 34 is inserted into the sheath main body 22, positioning is performed while the entire positioning member 48 is engaged with the engagement recess 51. The member 48 is moved from the proximal end side to the distal end side along the air supply tube 28 and the water supply tube 29, and the entire positioning member 48 is engaged with the engagement recess 51, so that the sheath distal end portion 23 is engaged. In contrast, the distal end portion of the insertion portion 34 is positioned. In this way, the distal end portion of the insertion portion 34 can be accurately and easily disposed with respect to the sheath distal end portion 23. In particular, since the entire positioning member 48 is engaged with the engaging recess 51, the distal end portion of the insertion portion 34 can be reliably positioned.

FIG. 4 shows a second embodiment of the present invention.

In the positioning member 48 of the present embodiment, a tapered portion 53 having a tapered shape whose diameter decreases from the proximal end side to the distal end side is formed on the distal end side peripheral portion of the positioning member 48. On the other hand, a taper receiving portion 54 having a tapered shape that is reduced in diameter from the proximal end side to the distal end side is formed at the proximal end peripheral edge portion of the engaging recess 51 of the sheath distal end portion 23. When the positioning member 48 is inserted into the engagement recess 51, the taper portion 53 is slid in the taper receiving portion 54, and the positioning member 48 is guided to the engagement recess 51. For this reason, even when the positioning member 48 is inserted with a slight displacement relative to the engaging recess 51, the positioning member 48 can be smoothly inserted into and engaged with the engaging recess 51. ing.

FIG. 5 shows a third embodiment of the present invention.

A pair of claw portions 55 project from the proximal end surface of the sheath distal end portion 23 of the present embodiment, and a pair of hole portions 56 are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the positioning member 48. When the positioning member 48 is engaged with the engaging recess 51 of the sheath distal end portion 23, the claw portion 55 is fitted into the hole portion 56, and the positioning member 48 is fixed to the sheath distal end portion 23. In this way, the distal end portion of the insertion portion 34 can be fixed to the sheath distal end portion 23.

FIG. 6 shows a modification of the third embodiment of the present invention.

In the present modification, a pair of claw portions 55 are projected from the proximal end surface of the positioning member 48, and a pair of hole portions 56 are formed on the inner peripheral surface of the engagement concave portion 51 of the sheath distal end portion 23. Even in this case, the distal end portion of the insertion portion 34 can be fixed to the sheath distal end portion 23.

FIG. 7 shows a fourth embodiment of the present invention.

A pair of elastic projections 57 having elasticity are disposed on the inner peripheral surface of the engaging recess 51 of the sheath distal end portion 23 of the present embodiment, and the outer surface of the elastic projection 57 is an elastic having a predetermined curvature R. A pressing surface is formed. On the other hand, a pair of fitting recesses 58 are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the positioning member 48, and the fitting recess 58 forms a V-groove extending in the circumferential direction and having a V-shaped cross section at the bottom. When the positioning member 48 is engaged with the engaging recess 51 of the sheath tip 23, the elastic protrusion 57 is compressed and deformed and fitted into the fitting recess 58, and the positioning member 48 is against the sheath tip 23. Is fixed. In this way, the distal end portion of the insertion portion 34 can be fixed to the sheath distal end portion 23.

FIG. 8 shows a modification of the fourth embodiment of the present invention.

In this modification, a pair of elastic protrusions 57 that form an elastic pressing surface are disposed on the outer peripheral surface of the positioning member 48, and a V-groove is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the engaging recess 51 of the sheath distal end portion 23. A pair of fitting recesses 58 to be formed is formed. Even in this case, the distal end portion of the insertion portion 34 can be fixed to the sheath distal end portion 23.

9 and 10 show a fifth embodiment of the present invention.

In the positioning member 48 of the present embodiment, in order to form a guide surface portion on the extended end portion side of the extended portion 49, a guide concave portion in addition to the first and second guide holes 52 a and 52 b is used as a guide portion. 59 extends in the longitudinal direction of the insertion portion 34. In the cross section orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the insertion portion 34, the radii of the first and second guide holes 52a and 52b are slightly larger than the radii of the air supply tube 28 and the water supply tube 29, respectively. The surface defining the guide recess 59 has a ¼ circle shape with a radius of curvature slightly larger than the radius of the channel tube 30, and the channel tube 30 can be fitted into the guide recess 59. Further, the relative arrangement of the first guide hole 52 a, the second guide hole 52 b, and the guide recess 59 corresponds to the relative arrangement of the air supply tube 28, the water supply tube 29, and the channel tube 30 at the sheath distal end portion 23. In addition, the relative arrangement of the first and second guide holes 52a and 52b and the guide recess 59 and the overall shape of the positioning member 48 is such that the air supply tube 28, the water supply tube 29, and the channel tube 30 at the sheath distal end portion 23. Corresponds to the relative arrangement of the engagement recess 51 and the overall shape. In addition to inserting the air supply tube 28 and the water supply tube 29 into the first and second guide holes 52a and 52b, respectively, the channel tube 30 is fitted into the guide recess 59, so that the entire positioning member 48 is fitted to the sheath tip. The positioning member 48 is disposed on the outer circumferential surface of the air supply tube 28, the water supply tube 29, and the channel tube 30, while maintaining the disposition capable of engaging with the engagement recess 51 of the portion 23. The channel tube 30 is slidable in the longitudinal direction.

At the tip of the air supply tube 28, the water supply tube 29, and the channel tube 30, a thin short cylindrical first to third diameter-expanding member having external elasticity is fitted and fixed, respectively, than the other parts. First to third enlarged diameter portions 61a, 61b, 61c having a large outer diameter are formed. The radii of the first to third enlarged diameter portions 61a, 61b, 61c are slightly larger than the radii of the first and second guide holes 52a, 52b and the curvature radius of the guide recess 59, respectively.

Next, a combination method of the separation type endoscope according to the present embodiment will be described.

When the insertion portion 34 is pushed into the sheath body 22, the positioning member 48 connected to the distal end portion of the insertion portion 34 moves from the proximal end side to the distal end side along the air supply tube 28, the water supply tube 29 and the channel tube 30. The distal end portion of the insertion portion 34 is inserted into the sheath body 22. Appropriate clearances are formed between the air supply tube 28, the water supply tube 29, and the channel tube 30, and the first guide hole 52a, the second guide hole 52b, and the guide recess 59, respectively. It becomes small and can insert the front-end | tip part of the insertion part 34 smoothly. When the positioning member 48 is inserted and engaged with the engaging recess 51 of the sheath distal end portion 23, the first to third diameter-expanded portions 61a of the distal ends of the air supply tube 28, the water supply tube 29, and the channel tube 30 are used. , 61b, 61c are fitted and fixed to the first and second guide holes 52a, 52b and the guide recess 59, respectively, and the positioning member 48 is fixed to the sheath distal end portion 23. Since the insertion resistance increases at the time of fitting, the insertion end position can be accurately grasped, and the insertion portion 34 is prevented from being pushed more than necessary. In this way, the distal end portion of the insertion portion 34 is fixed to the sheath distal end portion 23.

Therefore, the separation type endoscope according to this embodiment has the following effects.

In the separation type endoscope according to the present embodiment, the first and second guide holes 52 a and 52 b and the guide recess 59 used for guiding the positioning member 48 are also used for fixing the positioning member 48. The configuration can be simplified.
