<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair holding sheet by which hair can be easily held to prevent the forehead from being exposed and the hair from disturbing upon making up. <P>SOLUTION: The hair holding sheet 1 has a number of projections 3 raised all over the surface of a thin flexible substrate sheet 2 as the base. Spherical entangling parts 3 are set on the upper end of parts of supports 3a of the projections 3 so that the projections 3 entangle with hairs to have sufficient retaining force.
