Abstract
【解決手段】各クリップインフォメーションは、エントリポイントマップを含み、前記クリップインフォメーションには、ランダムアクセスが可能なクリップAVストリームのうち一つに対応するエントリポイントについての情報、及び前記各エントリポイントがアングルチェンジポイントであるか否かについての情報を含み、前記アングルチェンジポイントは、動画を一つのアングルからさらに他のアングルに再生させるポイントであることを特徴とする再生方法。

Description
1)各アングルに対する圧縮符号化されたAVストリーム(クリップ)
2)当該AVストリームの符号化属性情報を有しているクリップインフォメーションファイル
3)1)及び2)からなるクリップで、IN_timeとOUT_timeとの再生区間を基盤として時間を指定しているプレイアイテム
4)一つあるいはそれ以上のプレイアイテムからなるプレイリスト
5)ジャンピングポイントの位置をテーブル化して記録したジャンピングポイントマップ
本発明において、マルチアングルとは、特定の時間に該当する動画データが一つではなく複数個の再生単位で構成されていることを意味する。すなわち、いくつかのカメラで同時に撮影したデータをそれぞれ動画に作ったものである。オーディオデータは同じである場合が一般的であるが、各アングルごとに異なって構成できる。整理すると、同一時間帯域に再生される動画データをマルチアングルデータといい、このように製作されたコンテンツをマルチアングルコンテンツという。
また、バッファは、最小限下記の条件を満足するほど大きくなければならない。
図16は、本発明によるマルチアングル構造を有するPlayListの一例を示す図である。図16を参照するに、一つのPlayListを構成するPlayItemは、通常的に、順次的な構造を有するが、第2PlayItemに例示されたように、マルチアングルをなす場合には、複数個のPlayItemがアングルブロックを構成する。アングルブロックとは、再生時、このブロックに属する一つのPlayItemが再生されるということを意味する。アングルブロックに属する各PlayItemの間には、再生中にアングル変更によって再生対象が変更される。アングルブロックをなすPlayItemは、再生時間が同じであることが通常的である。このとき、本発明では、アングルブロックをなすPlayItemに指定されたClipが付加情報として動画データとは別途の空間にジャンプポイントについての情報を有していることを特徴とする。動画データであるクリップは、互いにインターリービングされることもあり、インターリービングされず、それぞれ連続された空間に分離されて記録されることもある。インターリービングされる場合は、各クリップは、さらに小さな単位であるILVUに分けられて他のアングル用クリップと互いにインターリービングされる。インターリービングされていない場合は、Clip 2、Clip 3、Clip 4は、それぞれ連続された空間に記録される。したがって、これらClipは、アングルブロックをなしていない他のClipと差がない。
Claims (2)
- 情報記録媒体から一つの動画に対応する各アングルのための動画データを再生する方法において、
各アングルのための動画データに対応し、互いにインターリービングされているクリップAVストリームを情報記録媒体から読出すステップと、
前記インターリービングされたクリップAVストリームと別途の情報記録媒体の領域に記録された前記クリップAVストリームに対応するクリップ情報によって、前記クリップAVストリームを再生するステップと、を含み、前記各クリップインフォメーションは、エントリポイントマップを含み、前記クリップインフォメーションには、ランダムアクセスが可能な前記クリップAVストリームのうち一つに対応するエントリポイントについての情報、及び前記各エントリポイントがアングルチェンジポイントであるか否かについての情報を含み、前記アングルチェンジポイントは、動画を一つのアングルからさらに他のアングルに再生させるポイントであることを特徴とする再生方法。 - 前記エントリポイントについての情報は、AVストリーム間のエントリポイントについての位置情報を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の再生方法。
