Description

The present invention relates to a light receiver for a laser marking device.

The laser marking device is a device that emits laser visible light at the site of building interior construction or construction work, displays a horizontal line and a vertical line on a target object, and performs horizontal and vertical ejection work in the construction. Conventionally, when a laser marking device is used to place a laser beam on an indoor wall, etc., when positioning the attachment point such as joinery, the laser beam hitting the wall shines brightly in a horizontal or vertical straight line. Easy to see. The laser visible light of the laser marking device is usually a red semiconductor laser beam having a wavelength of about 635 nm or a green semiconductor laser beam having a wavelength of about 532 nm, and when this is reflected on a wall or the like, the portion shines brightly in red or green. Therefore, it is easily visible. However, when using a laser marking device under outdoor direct sunlight, even if the laser beam hits the structure, the color is absorbed as part of the sunlight spectrum, and the horizontal and vertical lines generated by the reflection of the laser beam. Was difficult to see.

In addition, with a commercially available laser marking device, when used outdoors, it is possible to increase the visibility when emitting a bright laser beam by reflecting the structure by increasing the output of the laser emission part, There were limitations due to safety issues with the human eye. Therefore, a sensor (laser receiver) that reacts only to the laser beam of the laser marking device is used in combination with the laser marking device. With a commercially available sensor, only when a laser beam is detected, the buzzer sound and the flashing of the lamp only notify the light entering the sensor. If the direction of the laser beam is off the sensor position, the sensor should detect it. There is a problem that positioning of the laser marking device and the laser receiver itself is difficult.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and a laser receiver capable of visually recognizing a laser beam emitted from a laser inking device as a light receiving device in a laser inking device. The purpose is to provide.

The laser receiver according to claim 3 of the present invention is characterized in that the light receiving surface is formed in an arcuate curved surface that is convex in the horizontal direction with respect to the incident laser beam.
In the laser receiver of the present invention, since the light receiving surface is formed into a convex arcuate curved surface, the laser beam incident on the light receiving surface is dispersed and reflected, so when viewing the light receiving surface from an oblique lateral direction, There is an effect that the horizontal line of the laser beam appearing on the light receiving surface can be clearly seen.

The laser receiver according to claim 4 of the present invention is characterized in that the light receiving surface is formed in an arcuate curved surface that is concave in the horizontal direction with respect to the incident laser beam.
In the laser receiver of the present invention, since the light receiving surface is formed in a concave arcuate curved surface, the laser beam incident on the light receiving surface is concentrated and reflected in the front direction of the laser receiver, so the light receiving surface from the front direction. When viewed, the horizontal line of the laser beam appearing on the light receiving surface can be visually recognized more clearly.

The laser receiver according to claim 5 of the present invention is characterized in that the light receiving surface is provided with a scale in one or both of a vertical direction and a horizontal direction with respect to the ground.
Since the laser receiver of the present invention is configured as described above, the position of the laser beam incident on the laser receiver becomes clear on the scale, and the installation position of the laser receiver can be easily adjusted according to the scale. There is an effect of being able to.

The laser receiver according to claim 6 of the present invention is characterized in that a door capable of adjusting the opening / closing angle and a hook capable of adjusting the opening / closing angle are provided at the light entrance of the housing.
Since the laser receiver according to the present invention is configured as described above, the door and the lid of the light entrance can be opened at an arbitrary angle, so that an appropriate angle so that unnecessary light such as sunlight does not enter. It can be adjusted and opened, and when not in use, the door and the bag can be stored in a closed state.

As described above, according to the laser receiver of the first aspect, the laser beam emitted from the laser marking device shines brightly on the light receiving surface even under direct sunlight such as an outdoor construction site. The horizontal and vertical lines of the laser beam are clearly visible. According to the laser receiver according to claim 2, light from sunlight or a fluorescent lamp is absorbed by the black portion of the inner surface of the housing. In addition, since irregular reflection on the inner surface of the housing is prevented, the horizontal and vertical lines of the laser beam appearing on the light receiving surface are brighter and can be clearly recognized.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings based on typical examples. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the structure of a laser receiver 10 of the present invention. In FIG. 1, a casing 11 is a cubic case made of a metal such as stainless steel, and one side opens as a light entrance, and doors 13a and 13b can be opened and closed by hinges 15a, 15b, 15c and 15d on the left and right sides thereof. In addition, a flange 14 is attached to the upper part by a hinge 15e so as to be freely opened and closed. The light receiving surface 12 is located on the opposite side of the light entrance, and the horizontal and vertical lines of the laser beam incident from the light entrance are projected.
The light receiving surface 12 is formed so as to form a concave arcuate curved surface with respect to the light entrance, and is colored in substantially the same color as the color (wavelength) of the laser beam emitted from the laser marking device. Moreover, the inner surface side except the light-receiving surface 12 of the housing | casing 11 is colored matte black.

FIG. 2 (A) is an explanatory view showing the use state of the laser receiver of the present invention, and the laser receiver 10 is viewed from the right side surface direction of the housing 11 with the doors 13a and 13b and the collar 14 opened. Indicates the state. When the laser receiver 10 is used, the respective installation positions are adjusted so that the laser beam 30 emitted from the laser marking device 20 is reflected on the light receiving surface 12 of the laser receiver 10.
FIG. 2 (B) shows a state seen from the light entrance direction of the housing 11 with the doors 13a, 13b and the collar 14 opened. In this figure, the laser beam is seen on the opposite side of the light entrance of the housing 11. The example which attached the flat light-receiving surface 12 painted and colored by the same color as a wavelength color is shown. In FIG. 2B, the horizontal line 33 is a horizontal locus where the incident laser beam 30 is reflected on the light receiving surface 12, and the vertical line 34 is a vertical locus where the incident laser beam 30 is reflected on the light receiving surface 12. . The horizontal line 33 or the vertical line 34 is a portion where the laser beam 30 hits the light receiving surface 12 shines brightly in a linear shape and can be clearly recognized. When the laser beam 30 strikes the light-receiving surface 12, the light-receiving surface 12 is colored in substantially the same color as the wavelength of the laser beam, so that only the portion irradiated with the laser beam is reflected linearly and shines brightly.

FIG. 3A is an explanatory view showing a state in which the laser beam 30 strikes the flat light-receiving surface 12 and is reflected. The laser beam incident from almost the front surface of the light receiving surface 12 has an incident angle = a reflection angle, and therefore reflects in the incident direction without being diffused so much. Therefore, the visibility in the front direction of the light receiving surface 12 is good.
FIG. 3B is an explanatory diagram showing a state in which the laser beam 30 strikes the light receiving surface 12 formed in a convex arcuate curved surface and is reflected. The laser beam incident from almost the front surface of the light receiving surface 12 is diffused and reflected with an incident angle = reflection angle. Therefore, the visibility is improved from the front surface of the light receiving surface 12 to a relatively wide range.
FIG. 3C is an explanatory view showing a state in which the laser beam 30 strikes the light receiving surface 12 formed in a concave arcuate curved surface and is reflected. The laser beam incident from almost the front surface of the light receiving surface 12 has an incident angle = reflection angle, and is concentrated and reflected in the incident direction. Therefore, the visibility is improved in a relatively narrow range in front of the light receiving surface 12. However, the degree of diffusion and concentration of the reflected light of the laser beam varies depending on the curvature of the convex or concave arcuate curved surface, and the shape of the light receiving surface 12 is optimal depending on the place and purpose of use of the laser receiver. Is preferably selected.
3A to 3C conceptually illustrate how the laser beam 30 is reflected by the shape of the light receiving surface 12, and the actual dimensions of the present embodiment are accurately scaled. It was not drawn.

FIG. 4 is an explanatory diagram showing that a horizontal scale 16 and a vertical scale 17 are provided on the flat light-receiving surface 12. Each scale has a minimum scale of 1 mm, and a large scale and a numerical value are written every 1 cm. The numerical value is 0 at the center and entered every 1 cm vertically or horizontally. Usually, since the line width of the horizontal line or vertical line, which is the reflection locus of the laser beam, is about 1 mm, the minimum graduation is suitably 1 mm or 2 mm. In this figure, an example in which a scale is provided on a flat light receiving surface is shown, but even if the light receiving surface 12 is of a type that forms a convex or concave arcuate curved surface, a scale may be provided similarly. it can.

In this embodiment, the housing 11 of the laser receiver 10 is made of a thin stainless steel plate, and has a height of about 20 cm, a width of about 6 cm, a depth of about 5 cm, and a weight of about 250 g. If the light receiving surface 12 is a flat plate, the inner surface side of the housing may be coated as it is with the wavelength of the laser beam emitted by the laser marking device. A type in which the light receiving surface 12 forms a convex or concave arcuate curved surface may be attached to the inner surface of the housing 11 after a flat plate is curved and coated. The coated surface of the light receiving surface 12 is desirably as smooth as possible. Since the casing is used at a construction site, it is desirable that the casing is lightweight, small and strong. Although not shown, it is desirable to provide a fixture that can be held on a tripod, pipe, plate or the like. Moreover, you may provide a level for horizontal installation of laser receiver itself.
