Description

The present invention relates to a simple double sash capable of easily making a double sash of a single glass sash already attached.

As a conventional sash, a double sash is used in which two window glasses are used and a space between the window glasses is made in a vacuum state or a state close thereto to improve the effect of suppressing conduction of sound and heat. The double sash is wider than the normal sash, and when changing from the normal sash to the double sash, it is difficult to apply this when the sash is a pulling sash. That is, a dedicated rail is required, and when a double sash is used in a house using a normal sash, the rail must be changed, and the introduction cost is increased.

Therefore, the applicant of the present application discloses a double sash structure that can be used without requiring a dedicated rail. In this document, a frame having a mounting plate-like portion is inserted into a frame portion of a conventional sash and a transparent plate such as a window glass, and the rail shape is obtained by attaching the transparent plate to the frame body. It is said that the double sash can be mounted flexibly without being influenced by.

Moreover, in patent document 2, a winding device is attached to the indoor side portion of the window frame, a monofilm is attached to a winding roll of the winding device, and a locking portion is attached to the lower end of the monofilm. The structure which can be used as a simple double window of a retrofit by extending a film and being latched by the window frame lower part is disclosed.

特開2006−169789号公報JP 2006-169789 A 特開2002−213247号公報JP 2002-213247 A

However, in the method of Patent Document 1, moisture contained in the outside air that flows in between the transparent plates at the time of manufacture may be condensed in a low temperature environment, and rust and mold are generated in the frame. There was a risk of becoming a factor. Further, with the method of Patent Document 2, it is difficult to obtain a soundproofing and heat insulating effect because only the shielding effect of the visual field from the outside can be expected.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and provides a simple double sash that can be attached to an existing sash that reliably prevents dew condensation inside the double sash and also provides soundproofing and heat insulation effects. Hereinafter, an embodiment as the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. Of course, it goes without saying that the present invention can be easily applied to other than those described in the embodiments without departing from the spirit of the invention.

FIGS. 1-6 shows one Example of this invention, FIG. 1 is a perspective view which shows the simple double sash in a present Example. FIG. 2 shows a detailed structure of the frame member constituting the frame body of the simple double sash, (a) is a perspective view, (b) is a side view, and (c) is an AA plane of (b). FIG. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a state in which a simple double sash is attached to a window glass and further fixed by a joint, and FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along the plane AA of FIG.

The structure of the simple double sash in a present Example is demonstrated based on FIGS. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a simple double sash. 10 is a simple double sash. Reference numeral 11 denotes a plate glass which is a transparent plate. Reference numeral 12 denotes a frame, which is formed in a rectangular shape using four frame members 13 in which hollow portions are formed. The plate glass 11 is joined to one surface of the frame 12 by a butyl adhesive 16 as shown in FIG.

2A to 2C show the configuration of the frame member 13. 13a is a vent hole. Reference numeral 13b denotes a fixing agent injection port. Reference numeral 14 denotes a foaming agent that keeps the airtightness of the hollow portion of the frame member 13 formed hollow. 15 is a butyl adhesive. The location of the foaming agent 13 is fixed to both ends of the frame member 13 by the butyl adhesive 15, thereby forming a desiccant installation portion 13 c inside the frame member 13. Reference numeral 20 denotes a desiccant serving as an absorbent for absorbing water vapor in a closed space formed between a simple double sash, which will be described later, and the window glass through a vent hole, and is disposed in the desiccant installation part 13c.

The four frame members 13 join the respective end portions to form the frame body 12. Joining is performed by welding or using an adhesive. When this joining is insufficient, a gap is formed, which causes the outside air to flow into a closed space described later. In order to prevent this, a butyl adhesive is injected from the fixing agent injection port 13b. Thereby, even if a gap is formed, the gap is buried by the butyl adhesive, and airtightness can be ensured.

FIG. 3 shows a state where the simple double sash 10 is attached to the attached sash. Reference numeral 30 denotes an attached sash, which includes a frame portion 31 and a window glass 32. The simple double sash 10 is provided with a gap of about 5 mm to 1 cm in the frame portion 31, and butyl adhesive 16 (see FIG. 4) is applied to the bonding surface with the plate glass 11 and the bonding surface with the window glass 32. Then, it is fixed to the window glass 32 and attached. After the simple double sash 10 is attached, the butyl adhesive 17 is caused to flow into the gap between the simple double sash 10 and the frame portion 31 to fill the gap. Thereby, the simple double sash 10 can be attached to the to-be-attached window glass 30.

Moreover, argon gas is inject | poured from the gas filling port 13c after attachment. In consideration of the effect of the desiccant 20, the gas filling port 13 c is desirably formed immediately before the simple double sash 10 is attached to the attached window glass 30. The gas filling port communicates with the vent hole 13a through the hollow portion inside the frame member 13, and the argon gas injected from the gas filling port 13c is filled in the air layer. Since the specific gravity of argon gas is lighter than air, by injecting argon gas from the upper gas filling port 13c (upper left in FIG. 1), the lower gas filling port 13c (lower right in FIG. 1) The air can be discharged from. When the sealing of the argon gas is completed, the gas sealing port 13c is closed with a butyl adhesive or silicon gel to prevent leakage of the argon gas.

4 and 5 show a state in which after the simple double sash 10 is attached to the attached sash 30, the fixing strength of the simple double sash 10 is reinforced using a joint. Reference numeral 40 denotes a joint having a substantially L-shaped cross section. The joint 40 is fixed to the frame portion 31 with a screw (not shown), and is joined to the frame body 12 of the simple double sash 10 with a butyl adhesive. Thereby, the simple double sash 10 is clamped by the window glass 32 and the joint 40 of the to-be-attached sash 30, and is firmly fixed.

According to the simple double sash 10 configured as described above, in the rectangular frame 12 in which the four frame members 13 are joined, the joint portion is filled with the butyl adhesive injected from the fixing agent injection port 13b, and the The frame 12 and the plate glass 11 of the simple double sash 10 are joined with a highly airtight butyl adhesive, and the frame 12 is joined with the butyl adhesive in the same manner as the window glass 32 of the attached sash 30. A sealed closed space is formed. The desiccant 20 accommodated inside the frame member 13 can absorb moisture such as water vapor contained in the closed space through the vent holes 13 a formed in the frame member 13. Since the inflow of outside air is prevented in the closed space, the moisture of the desiccant 20 can be efficiently absorbed, and dew condensation occurs in the closed space even in a climate where the temperature difference from the outside air is severe. There is nothing. In addition, after the simple double sash 10 is attached, the joint 40 is attached to reinforce the attachment strength, so that the load on the butyl adhesive 16 that joins the simple double sash 10 to the window glass 32 is reduced, and it falls off. Can be prevented. The fixing method of the joint 40 is not limited to screws or adhesives, and any method may be used. Moreover, by sealing argon gas in the air layer, the heat insulation when the simple double sash 10 is attached can be remarkably improved, the heat conduction from the outside air is inhibited, and the room temperature is kept at a comfortable temperature. Is possible.

As mentioned above, although the Example of this invention was explained in full detail, this invention is not limited to the said Example, A various deformation | transformation implementation is possible within the range of the summary of this invention. For example, although the transparent plate is the plate glass 11, there is no problem even if a transparent plastic plate or the like is used without being limited thereto.

In addition, although the butyl adhesive 16 is used to attach the simple double sash 10 to the attached window glass 30, it is not limited to this, and any double-faced tape, silicon gel, etc. can be used as long as the airtightness can be maintained. There is no problem.

Further, there is no problem even if the vent hole is formed at any position inside the foaming agent 14. Furthermore, in each figure, although the vent hole and the fixing agent injection port are expressed as a circle, the shape is not limited to this, and the shape is not limited as long as the fixing agent can be injected.

Moreover, in FIG.1 and FIG.2, although the plate glass 11 is formed smaller than the frame member 12, you may form the plate glass 11 larger than the frame 12 without limiting to this. At that time, the gas filling port 13c is formed in the side surface portion of the frame body 12, and argon gas is injected from the side surface. At this time, as shown in FIG. 4, by placing a setting block 50 having a cushioning effect and placing the plate glass 11 thereon, the plate glass 11 directly contacts the frame portion 31 and the plate glass 11 is damaged. To prevent.

Moreover, although the frame member is substantially trapezoidal in FIG. 1, the present invention is not limited to this, and there is no problem even if it is a substantially rectangular parallelepiped as shown in FIG. 6. By making the frame member 13 into a substantially rectangular parallelepiped, it is possible to form the frame member 13 by cutting a tubular member having a rectangular cross section and setting it to an appropriate length, thereby facilitating processing.
