Abstract

【課題】獣医の電子カルテシステムを提供する。
【解決手段】電子カルテシステムをＡＳＰ化することでペット情報を共有化し、獣医間のカルテ情報の伝達を可能とし、獣医から与えられたログイン権限によって、飼育者も自己のペットの電子カルテを参照できるようにする。また、システムを利用している獣医を、飼育者が参照できるようにする。

わが国においてペットを飼う人は沢山おり、我が子のように愛情を感じている飼育者の数は多い。そういうブームの背景で、悪質な犬猫病院も実在し、飼育者に被害を与えるケースが多発している。他方飼育者にはその犬猫病院の良し悪しを選別する情報が不足している上、飼育者の転居にペットが同行する際、犬猫病院間のカルテ情報引継ぎはなく、飼育者の安心感に不安を与えている。
上記のような状況下で、ペットを愛し、健全な動機で犬猫病院を営む獣医には、人間同様の電子カルテシステムが必要と考えられ、一部の獣医は実際にパッケージソフトを購入している。本考案はその電子カルテシステムをＡＳＰ化し、獣医の電子カルテシステム導入を促進し、なおかつ獣医間のカルテ情報の伝達を簡便化しようとするものである。また、ＡＳＰ化によるペット情報の共有化により、その共有化を拒む悪質な犬猫病院を駆逐する効果も期待できる。よって飼育者に犬猫病院選別の手段が与えられ、獣医療への安心感が醸成されると考えられる。
飼育者の獣医療への信頼が増し、安心感が増大する。また獣医療の進歩に寄与すると同時に悪質獣医を駆逐できる。
信頼できるペット用電子カルテシステムをＡＳＰにて構築し、優良獣医に利用してもらう。
ｅ−ｐｅｔｓ（仮称）のような名称で、当該ＡＳＰを権威化し、広く飼育者に認知してもらう。
ペット飼育者は優良獣医を常に探しており、また転居の際にも有効なシステムであるので、当考案に対する日本国民のニーズは高いと考えられる。

  1. ペット用電子カルテシステムのＡＳＰ化により、獣医間で特定ペットの電子カルテを共用できるようにする情報システム
  2. 当該システム（ＡＳＰ化されたペット用電子カルテシステム）に獣医から与えられたログイン権限によって、飼育者が自己のペットの電子カルテを参照できるようにする情報システム
  3. 当該システム（ＡＳＰ化されたペット用電子カルテシステム）を利用している獣医を、飼育者が参照できるようにする情報システム
