Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a patch such as a plaster (plaster).
However, since the release sheet is in close contact with the adhesive layer, it is difficult to peel off, especially for elderly people because the fingertip strength is weak and the movement is slow, so the release work of the release sheet is difficult and the age increases. The frequency of use of the patch was increased, and the difficulty of peeling work of the release sheet was increased.
Therefore, development of a patch capable of easily peeling the release sheet from the adhesive layer is progressing even for elderly people.
As a conventional technique, for example, in (Patent Document 2), “a support having a paste layer laminated thereon and a first edge portion having a convex edge shape attached to the paste body and folded back at an end portion” is described. A patch "comprising one release sheet and a second release sheet attached to the plaster and partially overlapped on the first knob is disclosed.
However, the above conventional techniques have the following problems.
(1) In the technique disclosed in (Patent Document 2), since the first picking portion and the second picking portion protrude, the first release sheet and the second release sheet are plastered by picking and pulling each with a finger. Can be peeled off. However, since both the first picking part and the second picking part are part of a thin release sheet having a thickness of 10 to 80 μm, the picking part is difficult to pick, and the surface of the release sheet on the side in contact with the plaster is subjected to a release treatment such as a silicon coating. Since it is easy to slip, the fingertip strength is weak especially in elderly people, and the fingertips tend to dry out. There was a problem that the knob could slip out, and the release sheet could not be easily peeled off.
(2) Speaking from the manufacturing aspect of the patch, the process of forming a first pick part by folding a part of the first release sheet and forming the second pick part on top of it is complicated and productive. It had the problem of being extremely lacking.
(3) Since the first knob and the second knob protrude without being attached to the plaster, the first knob or the second knob is used for packaging when the patch is stored in a packaging bag. Problems such as being caught on the edge of the bag, causing the release sheet to peel off before use or the release sheet to peel off and sticking the exposed plaster, etc., and causing the production line to stop or defective products to occur Had.
(4) Since the first picking part and the second picking part are not attached to the plaster and protrude, the first picking part and the second picking part are not attached to the packaging bag even when taken out from the packaging bag at the time of use. Since it was easily caught on the edge, it was difficult to take out, and there was a problem of lack of handleability.
The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems, and it is easy to peel off the release sheet by firmly gripping the release sheet so that the finger is hard to slip, and is excellent in release workability and can be applied smoothly to the skin. The purpose is to provide an agent. Furthermore, by including a transdermally absorbable drug in the adhesive layer, even elderly people with weak finger strength can peel off the release sheet themselves and apply them smoothly to the skin, while controlling a certain amount of active ingredients. It is an object of the present invention to provide a patch which can be continuously percutaneously absorbed and administered.
In order to solve the above conventional problems, the patch of the present invention has the following constitution.
The patch according to
With this configuration, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) Since the release sheet is provided with finger hooking holes for hanging a part of the finger formed by the cut line on the left and right of the cut, when the part where the cut line is formed is pushed up from the support side with the finger, The surrounding release sheet is pushed up and peeled off from the adhesive layer, and a score line is opened to form a finger hook hole. If you put your finger between the release sheet that floated along the cut line and the adhesive layer, put your finger on the finger-holding hole, and sandwich the release sheet with another finger and put your finger on the finger-holding hole from the opposite side, Since they are put together through the finger-holding holes, the release sheet can be firmly picked up, and the finger is difficult to slip, so that the release sheet can be easily peeled off.
(2) The surface of the release sheet facing the adhesive layer has been subjected to a release treatment such as silicon coating, and it is very slippery due to the influence of the base component of the adhesive layer. Since the picked fingers can be brought into contact with each other, the release sheet can be firmly picked and peeled without slipping.
(3) When the portion where the cut line is formed is pushed up from the support side with a finger, the release sheet around the cut line is pushed up and peeled off from the adhesive layer, thereby opening the cut line and forming a finger hooking hole. When the cut line is formed in a substantially arc shape, a substantially U shape, a cross shape, etc., the push-up amount of the release sheet (tongue piece) around the cut line can be increased, so the tongue piece is raised and bent. As a result, the finger hooking hole can be greatly opened. For this reason, it is possible to easily peel off the release sheet by placing the finger firmly on the finger-holding hole and holding the release sheet.
(4) Since the periphery of the cut line adheres to the adhesive layer and does not protrude before use, it is only necessary to form a cut line and a cut line on the release sheet from the viewpoint of production. Materials can be used, and almost no new capital investment is required. Also, since there is no protruding part on the release sheet, it is not caught on the edge of the device or packaging bag, such as when transporting the production line or storing the patch in the packaging bag, and before use It is difficult to cause problems such as peeling or peeling sheet peeling and adhesion of an exposed adhesive layer, and there is no problem that the production line is stopped or defective products are generated. .
(5) Since the periphery of the score line is attached to the adhesive layer and does not protrude before use, it can be removed smoothly without being caught on the edge of the packaging bag during use. Excellent.
The release sheet is releasably attached to the entire surface of the adhesive layer, and is peeled off during use. By being detachably attached to the entire surface of the adhesive layer, before using the patch, the effect of preventing wrinkles from forming a highly flexible patch, It has the effect of preventing the escape of moisture. Further, when the patch is applied, the adhesive layer is brought into close contact with the affected area while peeling the release sheet, thereby giving a highly flexible patch with an effect of being applied neatly.
The constituent material of the release sheet is not particularly limited, and a film made of a synthetic resin such as polyester, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinylidene chloride, polyethylene terephthalate, a high-quality paper or a laminate film of glassine paper and polyolefin, a silicon processed paper, and the like are appropriately selected. The
The thickness of the release sheet is 300 μm or less, preferably 20 to 150 μm, more preferably 35 to 90 μm. This is because it imparts an appropriate rigidity, improves the handleability of the release work of the release sheet, and attaches the support to the affected skin area without any wrinkles.
As the thickness of the release sheet becomes thinner than 35 μm, the patch becomes weaker and it becomes difficult to peel off the release sheet, and it tends to cause wrinkles on the support when sticking, and as it becomes thicker than 90 μm, There is a tendency that the release sheet becomes harder and harder to stick. In particular, when the thickness is thinner than 20 μm or thicker than 300 μm, these tendencies become remarkable, so that neither is preferable.
The shape of the cut line that forms the finger-holding hole in the release sheet is not particularly limited as long as a part of the finger is applied when the release sheet is peeled off, and straight lines are formed on the left and right sides of the cut formed in the release sheet. Shape, wavy shape, sawtooth shape, substantially arc shape, semi-elliptical shape, cross shape, radial shape, T shape, Y shape, V shape, substantially H shape, substantially I shape, substantially U shape, mountain shape, etc. Things are used.
The cut line is formed near the cut line of the release sheet. This is because a finger is put on the finger-holding hole formed by the cut line and the release sheet is peeled off from the cut side.
In addition, 2-30 mm, Preferably 3-25 mm, More preferably, 5-20 mm is suitable as shortest distance (dimension A mentioned later) from the cut | interruption of a peeling sheet to the terminal of a notch line. Moreover, when converted into a ratio to the width of the patch (the length of the edge of the release sheet), the shortest distance (dimension A) from the cut line of the release sheet to the end of the cut line is 1/50 of the width of the patch. ˜1 / 5, preferably 3/100 to 3/20, more preferably 1/20 to 1/10. As this shortest distance becomes shorter, depending on the thickness of the release sheet, when the release sheet around the score line is started up or picked, a tear is formed in the release sheet from the end of the score line toward the cut line. It tends to occur and the edge portion of the release sheet tends to be cut. Particularly, when the ratio is less than 2 mm or the ratio is less than 1/50, this tendency becomes remarkable, which is not preferable. This is because, if the edge portion of the release sheet is cut and the cut line is connected to the cut line, it is difficult to detach the release sheet by placing a finger on the finger hooking hole. In addition, as the shortest distance becomes longer, the distance from the cut to the finger hole becomes longer, so that it tends to be difficult to put a finger on the finger hole, especially when it exceeds 30 mm or the ratio exceeds 1/5. Since this tendency becomes remarkable, it is not preferable.
The finger hook holes formed by the cut lines only need to be formed at least one each on the left and right sides of the cut. This is because when the release sheet is picked and peeled off, it is sufficient that the finger is hooked on the finger hooking hole. Moreover, it is preferable that a finger hooking hole is formed in the approximate center position of one edge part and the other edge part of a peeling sheet. This is because, when the release sheet is peeled off by placing a finger on the finger-holding hole, the support is difficult to twist and can be applied neatly without wrinkles.
When one finger hole is formed on each of the left and right sides of the cut, the shortest distance from one edge to the cut line where the cut of the release sheet is formed, the shortest distance from the other edge to the cut line (dimensions described later) As D), 10 mm or more, preferably 20 mm or more is suitable. Moreover, when converted into a ratio with the vertical length of the patch (distance between opposing edges of the release sheet), the shortest distance (dimension D) from the edge of the release sheet to the score line is the opposite of the release sheet. 1/7 or more, preferably 2/7 or more of the length between the edges to be applied is suitable. As this shortest distance is shortened, the finger hole formed by the score line becomes larger, and the area of the adhesive layer exposed from the finger hole becomes larger. It is done. In particular, when the ratio is less than 10 mm or the ratio is less than 1/7, this tendency becomes remarkable, which is not preferable.
A fold line extending from one edge to the other edge opposite to the cut line can also be formed on the release sheet on the outer side of the cut line (opposite the cut). As a result, when the release sheet is peeled off from the cut side by placing a finger on the finger-holding hole, the release sheet is prevented from being bent along the fold line due to the presence of the fold line and reattaching to the adhesive layer. If the patch is pressed against the affected part in this state, the adhesive layer maintains the exposed state, so that it can be attached to the affected part and preliminarily fixed. The release sheet can be peeled off from the adhesive layer by simply pulling the finger-holding hole of the release sheet with a finger, and the entire adhesive layer can be attached to the skin at the same time.
Here, a weakening line such as a perforation is used as the folding line. Since the weakening line is not intended to cut the release sheet, each cut forming the perforation does not need to penetrate the release sheet, and the release sheet may be thin. Furthermore, the weakening line need only be able to bend the release sheet easily, so it is not necessary to limit it to the perforation, and various forms such as a groove, a broken line, or a line that deteriorates the release sheet by heating are considered. It is done.
As the cuts of the release sheet, those formed in various shapes such as a straight line, a wavy line, and a sawtooth are used. In particular, those formed in a wavy shape are suitable. Just fold the patch with a cut so that the support is on the inside, and the wavy line will protrude, and the release sheet will rise, so your finger will go under the edge of the release sheet and the adhesive layer, and the back side of the release sheet Hook your finger on the finger hole from the front, and pick the release sheet by placing your finger on the finger hole from the front side of the release sheet with another finger, and the release sheet can be easily peeled off. Because.
It is preferable that the release sheet is colored on the edge of the score line or the edge of the cut, is marked with an arrow or a symbol, or has a description of how to make a finger hook. This is because it can be used as a reference for the target of the push-up position and the usage method when pushing up with a finger from the support side, and a series of peeling operations can be performed smoothly even for an elderly person or the like who has reduced visual acuity.
Moreover, it is preferable that the finger hole is formed substantially symmetrically with respect to the cut line. When applying the patch to the affected skin area while putting the release sheet on the finger skin hole and pulling the release sheet along the surface of the affected skin area, This is because it can be applied without wrinkles or air entering the patch.
The constituent material of the support is not particularly limited, but polyethylene terephthalate (PET), ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), polyvinylidene chloride, polyethylene, polyester, polyvinyl acetate, polybutadiene, styrene-butadiene or styrene- Block copolymer resin mainly composed of isoprene, nylon, polyurethane, alkoxyalkyl (meth) acrylate copolymer, film made of synthetic resin such as polyvinyl acetal, polyamide, rayon, woven fabric, knitted fabric, non-woven fabric, or laminate thereof The body is preferably used.
The support preferably has moderate flexibility and stretchability. Furthermore, the thickness of the support is preferably 0.01 mm to 5 mm. When the thickness of the support is less than 0.01 mm, handling tends to be poor and wrinkles tend to occur. This is because it tends to be easily done.
A pressure-sensitive adhesive is used as the main component of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer laminated on one surface of the support. The constituent material is not particularly limited, but a material having an adhesive force capable of fixing the drug to the skin surface at room temperature for a long time is preferable. Examples thereof include an acrylic adhesive, a rubber adhesive, a silicon adhesive, and the like. . Among these, rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesives are preferably used from the viewpoint of good adhesive properties and drug release properties. Particularly, 2-ethylhexyl (meth) acrylate, butyl (meth) acrylate, natural rubber, synthetic isoprene rubber, polyisobutylene, Polyvinyl ether, polyurethane, polyisoprene, polybutadiene, styrene-butadiene copolymer, styrene-isoprene copolymer, styrene-isoprene-styrene block (SIS) copolymer and the like are more preferably used. A drug can be blended in the adhesive layer. The drug to be incorporated is not particularly limited as long as it is a transdermally absorbable drug, and may be any systemic or local transdermal drug. For example, systemic drugs include anti-inflammatory agents (steroidal or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents, narcotic analgesics, hypnotic sedatives, steroids, tranquilizers, antihypertensives, antihypertensive diuretics, antibiotics, systemic Anesthetics, antibacterial agents, antifungal agents, coronary vasodilators, antihistamines, analgesics, sex hormone agents, antidepressants, cerebral circulation improving agents, antitumor agents, local anesthetics, bactericidal disinfectants, corticosteroids , A smoking cessation aid, a dementia treatment agent, etc. As a compounding quantity, it prescribes | regulates suitably within the range of 0.001-20 mass%.
More specific examples include steroidal anti-inflammatory agents such as cortisone, hydrocortisone, prednisolone, methylprednozone, triamcinolone, dexamethasone, betamethasone, parameterzone; methyl salicylate, glycol salicylate, indomethacin, diclofenac, flurbiprofen, Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as ketoprofen, felbinac and loxoprofen; narcotic analgesics such as fentanyl and buprenorphine; angina drugs such as nitroglycerin and isosorbide; bronchodilators such as tulobuterol; post-percutaneous herpes zoster such as lidocaine Pain treatment; Smoking cessation aids such as nicotine; Anti-Parkinson agents such as bergolide; Urinary incontinence / frequent urine treatments such as oxybutynin; Antihypertensive agents such as clonidine; Donepezil hydrochloride (trade name Ali) Script), rivastigmine (trade name Exelon), Isupuronikurin, memantine hydrochloride, galantamine hydrobromide, dementia therapeutic agent such as lecozotan hydrochloride, are preferred. The drugs listed here are pharmaceutically acceptable, such as inorganic salts (hydrochloric acid, sulfate, nitrate, sodium, potassium, calcium, etc.) or organic salts (citric acid, fumaric acid, tartaric acid, mesylic acid, acetic acid, etc.) Also included are drugs that can form additional addition salts.
Among these drugs, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents such as methyl salicylate, glycol salicylate, indomethacin, diclofenac or a salt thereof, flurbiprofen, ketoprofen, felbinac, loxoprofen or a salt thereof are particularly preferable. As a compounding quantity, 0.1-20 mass%, Preferably it is desirable to mix 0.3-10 mass%.
Also, mint oil, menthol or menthol-related compounds may be blended as a medicinal aid or a cooling agent. Alternatively, a warming stimulant such as pepper, capsicum extract, capsaicin, nonanoic acid vanillylamide, nicotinic acid benzyl ester may be blended.
The thickness (coating thickness) of the adhesive layer is preferably 10 to 400 μm. If the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer exceeds 400 μm, the release of the drug contained in the pressure-sensitive adhesive tends to be poor, whereas if it is less than 10 μm, the adhesiveness to the skin tends to be inferior and tends to cause peeling. is there.
The patch preferably has its corners cut into arcs. Once a part of the patch is turned over and peeled off, the stratum corneum and dust adhere to the part and it is difficult to apply it again. In particular, when the shape of the patch is rectangular, the corners are caught by clothes and the like, and tend to be turned off first and easily peeled off. Therefore, it is preferable to make the corners of the patch arc-shaped so that it is not easily caught by clothes, etc., and this tends to prevent the occurrence of peeling more sufficiently. Furthermore, when making the corner into an arc shape in the patch, the arc preferably has a curvature radius of 5 mm or more. This is because when the radius is less than 5 mm, reduction of peeling at the time of sticking tends not to be sufficiently achieved.
The patch of the present invention can be applied to tapes, dressings, cooling sheets, cosmetic sheets, etc., as well as external preparations applied to the skin such as plasters (plasters).
The patch according to
With this configuration, in addition to the operation obtained in the first aspect, the following operation can be obtained.
(1) First, the release sheet between the first cut and the second cut is peeled to expose the adhesive layer, and this adhesive layer is affixed to the affected area to be preliminarily fixed. The remaining release sheet can be picked and peeled off, and the entire surface of the adhesive layer can be attached to the affected area. In this way, the release sheet has a first cut and a second cut formed at intervals, and a part of the adhesive layer can be attached to the affected area and preliminarily fixed. If the site is bad, it can be re-applied at the preliminary fixing stage, and can be reliably applied to the desired site of the affected area.
(2) Since a part of the adhesive layer can be affixed and fixed to the affected area before the entire surface of the adhesive layer is affixed, it is difficult to slip when the remaining release sheet is peeled off, and it can be easily affixed neatly with one hand.
Here, since it is the same as that of what was demonstrated in
It is preferable that the first cut and the second cut are formed with substantially equal intervals over the entire length of the first cut and the second cut. The intervals are substantially equal over the entire length when the first cut and the second cut are formed in a wavy line shape or a sawtooth shape, etc., and the distance between the center lines that bisect the amplitude of the wavy line or the sawtooth shape. Is equal over the entire length. Thereby, when peeling a peeling sheet, since a support body cannot twist easily, a support body can be affixed neatly to an affected part without a wrinkle.
As the interval between the first cut and the second cut, 10 to 30 mm is preferably used as the shortest distance. As a result, the release sheet sandwiched between the first cut and the second cut can be peeled off and applied to the affected area to ensure the adhesive force when preliminarily fixed, and the support can be applied cleanly without wrinkles. It can also be re-applied during preliminary fixing.
Invention of
With this configuration, in addition to the operation obtained in the first or second aspect, the following operation can be obtained.
(1) Since the incision line has a main incision part and a cut-side extension part, the cut line is pushed up from the support side, and the tongue of the incision line formed by the main incision part and the cut-side extension part is A large finger-hanging hole can be formed by starting up a large amount and opening a large cut line. For this reason, it is possible to easily peel off the release sheet by placing the finger firmly on the finger-holding hole and holding the release sheet.
(2) When the tongue of the raised score line is folded back toward the cut line side of the release sheet, the thickness of the release sheet floating along the cut and the folded tongue piece can be increased to increase the thickness. If you pick up the overlapping part of the tongue that is folded with your finger on the finger, it will be difficult for the elderly with weak fingertips to slip out of the finger, so the release sheet can be easily peeled off. .
(3) If the tongue of the cut line that has been raised is bent, it can be easily picked up even when the release sheet is placed on a table or dropped on the floor. Because the release sheet is thin and smooth, it is difficult to pick it up in close contact with the surface of the table etc., but when the release sheet is on the table etc. with the folded tongue down, the release sheet and the table Since the release sheet does not adhere to the table etc., it is easy to pick it up.If the release sheet is on the table etc. with the folded tongue up, pick the folded tongue This is because it can be picked up.
Here, as the main cut portion, one formed in a straight line shape, a wavy line shape, a sawtooth shape, a substantially mountain shape, or the like is used.
As the cut side extending portion, either one extending from the end of the main cut portion or one extending in a branched shape from the line of the main cut portion can be used. The overall shape of the cut line is substantially circular. An arc shape, a semi-elliptical shape, a cross shape, a radial shape, a T shape, a substantially H shape, a substantially I shape, a substantially U shape, a mountain shape, or the like is used.
The width (longitudinal width) of the cut line having the main cut portion and cut side extending portion in the direction orthogonal to the edge of the release sheet on which the cut is formed is 5 to 30 mm, preferably Is preferably 7 to 25 mm, more preferably 10 to 20 mm. When converted into a ratio with the vertical length of the patch (distance between opposing edges of the release sheet), the width of the score line (vertical width) (dimension C) is the distance between the opposing edges of the release sheet. 1/14 to 6/7, preferably 1/10 to 5/14, more preferably 1/7 to 3/7.
Further, the width (lateral width) of the cut line in the direction parallel to the edge portion of the release sheet (dimension B described later) is 5 to 50 mm, preferably 10 to 35 mm, more preferably 12 to 25 mm. It is. When converted into a ratio to the width of the patch (the length of the edge of the release sheet), the width of the cut line (width in the lateral direction) (dimension B) is 1/20 to 3/10 of the width of the patch, 1/10 to 1/4 is preferable, and 3/25 to 1/5 is more preferable.
As the longitudinal width (dimension C) of the score line becomes shorter than 10 mm or the ratio becomes smaller than 1/7, it tends to be difficult to put a finger on the finger hole and peel off the release sheet, from 20 mm. As the length becomes longer or the ratio becomes larger than 3/7, the area of the adhesive layer exposed from the finger hooking hole becomes larger, and therefore, the adhesive layers tend to stick to each other and tend to become tangled. In particular, when the ratio is less than 5 mm or the ratio is less than 1/14, the ratio exceeds 30 mm or the ratio exceeds 6/7, these tendencies become remarkable, which is not preferable.
In addition, as the lateral width of the score line (dimension B) becomes shorter than 12 mm or the ratio becomes smaller than 3/25, there is a tendency that it is difficult to put a finger on the finger hooking hole and it is difficult to peel off the release sheet. As the area becomes longer than 25 mm or the ratio becomes larger than 1/5, the area of the adhesive layer exposed from the finger hooking hole becomes larger, and thus the adhesive layer tends to adhere to each other and stick to the support when sticking. . In particular, if it is less than 5 mm or the ratio is less than 1/20, it exceeds 50 mm or the ratio exceeds 3/10, these tendencies become remarkable, which is not preferable.
Invention of
With this configuration, in addition to the operation obtained in the third aspect, the following operation can be obtained.
(1) Since the outer extending portion is provided to extend to the main cut portion, the cut line is wide open and the finger hook hole is opened widely. And can be easily peeled off.
Here, as the outer extending portion, any of those extended from the end of the main cut portion and those extended in a branched shape from the line of the main cut portion can be used. What is formed in a cross shape, radial shape, T shape, Y shape, substantially H shape, substantially I shape or the like is used.
The invention according to
With this configuration, in addition to the operation obtained in the third or fourth aspect, the following operation can be obtained.
(1) Since it has a parallel cut portion extending in a direction substantially parallel to the cut and the like from the end of the cut side extending portion, the cut is made when the tongue piece formed by the cut line is raised or picked It can prevent that a tear arises in a peeling sheet toward a cut from a side extension part, and can prevent that a peeling sheet tears and a cut line will be connected with a cut. This is because, if the cut line is connected to the cut line, it is difficult to remove the release sheet by placing a finger on the finger hooking hole.
Invention of
With this configuration, in addition to the action obtained in any one of
(1) Since it is provided with a fold line extending to the cut-side extension part or the parallel cut part, the tongue piece of the raised cut line can be easily folded or folded by the fold line. Is prevented from reattaching to the adhesive layer. For this reason, a series of peeling operations can be performed smoothly, and the handleability is remarkably excellent.
It is done.
