Description

The present invention relates to a lighting device that can be attached to a structure.

As a conventional lighting device (lighting fixture) that can be attached to a structure, Patent Document 1 discloses a device that controls lighting of a single fluorescent lamp (lighting load) that serves both as a regular light source and an emergency light source. The lighting device of Patent Document 1 turns on a fluorescent lamp as a regular light source by supplying power from a commercial power source when energized, and charges a secondary battery. On the other hand, at the time of a power failure, the fluorescent lamp is turned on as an emergency light source by supplying power from the secondary battery.

Further, as another example of a conventional lighting device that can be attached to a structure, as shown in FIG. 5, a lighting fixture 40 that holds a light source L3 that serves both as a regular light source and an emergency light source, and when the commercial power source AC is energized Some have a power supply device 41 that incorporates a battery unit (not shown) that is charged and supplies power to the light source L3 during a power failure. A similar configuration is disclosed in Patent Document 2.
JP 2000-76910 A (paragraphs 0025 to 0031 and FIGS. 1 and 2) Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 11-307275 (paragraphs 0014 and 0015 and FIGS. 1 and 2)

However, since the conventional lighting fixture is a dedicated fixture for lighting control of one lighting load that serves both as a regular light source and an emergency light source, there are fewer types of lighting load power consumption than a general fixture. For this reason, for example, after being installed outdoors such as on roads, the importance of traffic or crime prevention is reviewed, and when there is a need to make it brighter than before, an appropriate response to the required brightness is required. There is a case where there is no lighting fixture. In this case, there is a problem that it is uneconomical because the number of lighting fixtures must be increased. Moreover, since there are few kinds about the shape of a lighting fixture, it might not be able to match a surrounding landscape.

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a lighting device that can appropriately set the brightness at the time of energization depending on the application and place, or can have a design that takes into account the surrounding landscape. Is to provide.

The invention of claim 1 is an illuminating device capable of controlling lighting of an ordinary light source that is turned on when a commercial power source is energized and an emergency light source that is turned on in the event of a power failure, and can be attached to a structure. A lighting unit that supplies power to the commercial power source and lights it, a battery unit that is charged when the commercial power source is energized and that supplies power to the emergency light source during a power outage, a case incorporating the battery unit, and the case A holding means for storing and storing the emergency light source; and charging the battery unit by the commercial power source when energized and supplying the commercial power source to the lighting fixture when energized, and from the battery unit during power failure And a control means for switching to turn on the emergency light source by supplying power to the light source, and comprising a power supply device that is separate from the luminaire. That.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the invention, the lighting device includes a lighting fixture mounting unit that allows the lighting fixture to be attached to the power source device, and the power source device can be attached to the structure. It has an attachment means, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.

The invention of claim 3 is characterized in that, in the invention of claim 1, the lighting fixture is attached to the structure, and the power supply device is arranged below the lighting fixture in the structure.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the emergency light source is separated from the regular light source and held in the power supply device, so that a light source that is lit only when energized is used as the regular light source, or lighting control of this light source is performed. By using a general fixture as a lighting fixture, the brightness of the ordinary light source and the shape of the lighting fixture can be selected regardless of the emergency light source. Can be set as appropriate according to the application and location, or can be designed with consideration for the surrounding landscape.

According to invention of Claim 2, since a lighting fixture and a power supply device can be arrange | positioned at the one side of a structure, a ladder can be built easily in the case of construction and a maintenance.

According to the invention of claim 3, the emergency light source is generally dark because the amount of light is smaller than that of the regular light source, but the brightness of the regular light source and the emergency light source is provided by arranging the power supply device below the lighting fixture. Can be reduced.

(Embodiment 1)
First, the structure of the illuminating device of Embodiment 1 is demonstrated using FIG. As shown in FIG. 1, this lighting device controls lighting of the ordinary light source L1 that is turned on when the commercial power supply AC is energized and the emergency light source L2 that is turned on in the event of a power failure. The lighting device 1 holds the working light source L1. The power supply device 2 is provided separately from the lighting fixture 1 and holds the emergency light source L2. The illuminating device of this embodiment is mainly used outdoors, for example, is attached to structures A, such as a utility pole, a pole, and a building.

The emergency light source L2 used in the present embodiment is lit by being supplied with power from a storage battery 20 described later in the event of a power failure, but generally consumes less power than the regular light source L1, that is, the light quantity is greater than that of the regular light source L1. Less is.

Then, the structure of the lighting fixture 1 and the power supply device 2 which comprise the illuminating device of this embodiment is demonstrated. Initially, the structure of the lighting fixture 1 is demonstrated. The luminaire 1 is mounted on the power source device 10, the transparent glove 11 covering the opening of the luminaire main body 10, the socket 12 that is installed inside the luminaire main body 10 and holds the ordinary light source L 1, and the power supply device 2. Part (lighting fixture mounting means) 13.

The globe 11 is made of, for example, transparent acrylic, and radiates light from the regular light source L1 to the outside. The glove 11 engages with the tip of the instrument body 10 and is rotatable about the tip. Thereby, even after installing the luminaire 1, the user can easily replace the common light source L1 in the installed state.

Note that the globe 11 is not limited to being rotatable around the tip as described above, but is engaged with the side or base (root) of the instrument body 10 instead of the tip, and the engaged side. It may be rotatable about the part or the base. Even with such a glove 11, the user can easily replace the common light source L <b> 1 in the installed state even after installing the lighting fixture 1.

The attachment portion 13 is formed, for example, in a U shape with a metal plate, and is installed on the base end surface (rear end surface) of the instrument body 10 with a pair of opposed surfaces 130 protruding. A rectangular hole 131 is formed in each facing surface 130, and the attachment band 14 is inserted into these holes 131.

Next, the configuration of the power supply device 2 will be described. As shown in FIG. 2, the power supply device 2 is charged when the commercial power supply AC (see FIG. 1) is energized and supplied with power to the emergency light source L <b> 2 during a power failure, and a case 21 containing the storage battery 20. A socket (holding means) 22 that is housed in the case 21 and holds the emergency light source L2, a terminal block 23 that connects the electric wire 30 that is housed in the case 21 and is supplied with power from the commercial power supply AC, and the case 21 It can be attached to the charging device (control means) 24 and the structure A (see FIG. 1) that are stored and charged so that the storage battery 20 is charged by the commercial power source AC when energized and the storage battery 20 supplies power to the emergency light source L2 in the event of a power failure. Mounting portion (power supply device mounting means) 25.

The attachment portion 25 is formed of a metal plate, for example, in a U shape, and is installed on the side surface of the case 21 with a pair of opposed surfaces 250 protruding. Each opposing surface 250 is formed with a rectangular hole 251, and an attachment band 28 (see FIG. 1) is inserted into these holes 251.

The case 21 can transmit light from the lower surface. Further, a socket 22 is attached to the case 21 so that the irradiation direction of the emergency light source L2 faces downward and the light from the emergency light source L2 is emitted from the lower surface of the case to the outside. A concave reflecting plate 26 formed of a curved surface is provided. Thereby, the light from the emergency light source L2 held in the socket 22 can be emitted downward.

Here, the socket 22 is preferably attached to the lower part inside the case 21 as in the present embodiment. This is because the emergency light source L2 with a small amount of light is positioned below the normal light source L1 by being attached below, and the difference in brightness between the normal light source L1 and the emergency light source L2 can be reduced.

The case 21 is provided with an inspection switch 27 for inspecting the lighting state of the emergency light source L2. The inspection switch 27 turns on the emergency light source L2 by setting the charging device 24 in a state similar to that at the time of a power failure by a user operation. By measuring the lighting time of the emergency light source L2 at this time, it is possible to check whether or not the storage battery 20 is normally charged.

When an LED is used as the emergency light source L2, a connector (not shown) is attached to the case 21 instead of the socket 22. In this case, since the LED has strong straightness, the concave reflector 26 can be omitted by attaching the connector so that the irradiation direction of the LED faces downward.

The terminal block 23 is attached to the upper end side (the side opposite to the socket 22) in the case 21, and the electric wire 30 is connected to the outside, and the commercial power supply AC is supplied to the lighting fixture 1 (see FIG. 1) when energized. For this purpose, an electric wire 31 is connected. Inside the terminal block 23, an electric wire 32 for conducting the electric wire 30 and the charging device 24 and an electric wire 33 for conducting the electric wire 31 and the charging device 24 are connected.

The charging device 24 charges the storage battery 20 with the commercial power source AC when energized, and supplies the commercial power source AC to the lighting fixture 1 through the electric wire 33, the terminal block 23, and the electric wire 31. On the other hand, when a power failure occurs, the charging device 24 detects that there is no power supply from the commercial power supply AC, and switches the power supply from the storage battery 20 to the emergency light source L2. The emergency light source L2 is turned on when power is supplied from the storage battery 20.

Next, operation | movement of the illuminating device of this embodiment is demonstrated using FIG. First, the operation when the commercial power supply AC is energized will be described. First, in the power supply device 2, when power is supplied from the commercial power supply AC to the charging device 24 via the electric wire 30, the terminal block 23, and the electric wire 32, the charging device 24 supplies the electric power from the commercial power supply AC to the electric wire 33, the terminal block. Power is supplied to the luminaire 1 via the power supply 23 and the electric wire 31, and the storage battery 20 is switched to be charged. At this time, power is not supplied from the storage battery 20 to the emergency light source L2. On the other hand, in the lighting fixture 1, when the commercial power supply AC is supplied from the power supply device 2 through the electric wire 31, the ordinary light source L1 is turned on to irradiate the surroundings.

Next, the operation during a power failure will be described. In the power supply device 2, the charging device 24 detects that there is no power supply from the commercial power supply AC, and switches the storage battery 20 from the charged state to the state in which power is supplied to the emergency light source L <b> 2. Thereby, the emergency light source L2 is turned on and the surroundings are irradiated. On the other hand, since the charging device 24 is not supplied with power from the commercial power supply AC via the terminal block 23, the charging device 24 stops supplying power to the lighting fixture 1. Thereby, the common light source L1 is extinguished on the lighting fixture 1 side.

With the above operation, the lighting device of the present embodiment can turn on the regular light source L1 when the commercial power supply AC is energized, and can turn on the emergency light source L2 at the time of a power failure.

Next, the attachment method to the structure A of the illuminating device of this embodiment is demonstrated using FIG. First, the mounting band 14 is inserted into each hole 131 of the mounting portion 13 of the lighting fixture 1, and the mounting fixture 14 is wound around the side surface of the case 21 of the power supply device 2 to fix the lighting fixture 1 to the power supply device 2. Install. Subsequently, the attachment band 28 is inserted into the hole 251 of the attachment portion 25 of the power supply device 2 to which the lighting fixture 1 is attached, and the attachment band 28 is wound around the structure A to be fixed. Attach to structure A.

Since the power supply device 2 is heavy due to the storage battery 20, it is necessary to directly attach it to the structure A. However, since the luminaire 1 is light without the storage battery 20, it is not always necessary to attach it directly to the structure A, as in this embodiment. The power supply device 2 can be attached.

When the brightness at the time of energization is changed after attaching the lighting device of the present embodiment to the structure A, the mounting band 14 is loosened, the lighting fixture 1 is removed from the power supply device 2, and the mounting portion 13 of the new lighting fixture 1 is attached. A new lighting fixture 1 is attached to the power supply device 2 by inserting the attachment band 14 into each of the holes 131 and winding and fixing it around the case 21 of the power supply device 2. From the above, it is possible to change the brightness at the time of energization by replacing only the lighting fixture 1. The same work may be performed also when changing to the lighting fixture 1 of a different shape according to surrounding scenery. In addition, when the lighting fixture 1 can respond | correspond to the common light source L1 of different power consumption, it is only necessary to replace the common light source L1.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, the emergency light source L2 is separated from the regular light source L1 and held in the power supply device 2, so that a light source that is lit only when energized is used as the regular light source L1. By using a general fixture for lighting control as the lighting fixture 1, the brightness of the ordinary light source L1 and the shape of the lighting fixture 1 can be selected regardless of the emergency light source L2. Therefore, the ordinary light source L1 and the lighting fixture 1 can be selected. The brightness at the time of energization can be set as appropriate according to the application and place, or the design can take into account the surrounding landscape.

Moreover, since the lighting fixture 1 and the power supply device 2 can be arrange | positioned at the one side of the structure A, a ladder can be built easily in the case of construction and maintenance.

In addition, you may provide the lighting fixtures 1a and 1b from which a shape differs as shown in FIG. By using the lighting fixtures 1a and 1b having different shapes, it is possible to make a design in consideration of the surrounding landscape.

(Embodiment 2)
As shown in FIG. 4, the lighting device of the second embodiment includes the lighting device 1 and the power supply device 2 as in the first embodiment. However, the lighting device 1 is attached to the structure A, and the structure A The difference from the first embodiment is that the power supply device 2 is disposed below the lighting fixture 1. In addition, about the component similar to Embodiment 1, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and description is abbreviate | omitted. In addition, the operation of the lighting device of the present embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment.

Here, the attachment method of the illuminating device of this embodiment is demonstrated. First, the attachment band 14 is inserted into each hole 131 of the attachment portion 13 of the luminaire 1, and then the luminaire 1 is attached to the structure A by winding and fixing the attachment band 14 around the structure A. Subsequently, the attachment band 28 is inserted into each hole 251 of the attachment portion 25 of the power supply device 2, and the attachment band 28 is wound around and fixed around the position below the position where the luminaire 1 is attached in the structure A. To attach the power supply device 2 to the structure A. In particular, it is preferable that the height of the power supply device 2 in the structure A is determined and attached so that the emergency light source L2 irradiates the same range as the irradiation range of the regular light source L1. In this way, the difference in brightness between the regular light source L1 and the emergency light source L2 can be almost eliminated.

When the brightness at the time of energization is changed after attaching the lighting device of the present embodiment to the structure A, the attachment band 14 is loosened to remove the lighting fixture 1 from the structure A, and the mounting portion 13 of the new lighting fixture 1 The new lighting fixture 1 is attached to the structure A by inserting the attachment band 14 into each hole 131 and winding and fixing the structure around the periphery of the structure A. From the above, it is possible to change the brightness at the time of energization by replacing only the lighting fixture 1. The same work may be performed also when changing to the lighting fixture 1 of a different shape according to surrounding scenery. In addition, when the lighting fixture 1 can respond | correspond to the common light source L1 of different power consumption, it is only necessary to replace the common light source L1 as in the first embodiment.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, the emergency light source L2 is generally dark because the amount of light is smaller than that of the regular light source L1, but the emergency light source L1 and the emergency light source L1 are arranged by placing the power supply device 2 below the lighting fixture 1. The difference in brightness of the light source L2 can be reduced.
