Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a paper sheet storage device that stacks loaded paper sheets in a storage unit and carries the stacked paper sheets out of the storage unit. The present invention relates to a paper sheet storage device arranged and stored.

In banknote automatic deposit / payment machines installed in banks, etc., banknotes are selectively carried into the storage unit when depositing, and banknotes stored in the storage unit are carried out to the storage unit when paying out. Yes. The paper sheet storage device is used for the automatic deposit or withdrawal of paper sheets such as banknotes, and requires a function to execute each operation of loading, storing and unloading paper sheets. It becomes.

Here, a configuration example of a conventional paper sheet storage device will be described first.
FIG. 9 is a diagram showing a side cross-sectional structure of a conventional paper sheet storage device, and FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view of the paper sheet storage device in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 9, the conventional paper sheet storage device is provided as a paper sheet at, for example, a transport path 1 for loading and unloading banknotes, and at one end of the transport path 1, and stores the loaded banknotes. It is comprised from the storage part 2 and the stage 3 which is arrange | positioned so that raising / lowering is possible within this storage part 2, and supports the banknote Ps of the state which the surface mutually contacted and was piled up.

The conveyance path 1 is provided with conveyance rollers 11 and 12 that convey the banknotes P loaded and unloaded from the upper and lower surfaces. A feed roller 13 and a feed roller 14 having a friction member having a predetermined circumferential angle are arranged side by side on the storage unit 2 side of the transport rollers 11 and 12.

An impeller 15 is rotatably provided adjacent to the transport rollers 11 and 12 in the vicinity of the storage portion 2 of the transport path 1. The impeller 15 has a plurality of blades 15a made of an elastic body that shifts the rear end of the bill Ps in the carry-in direction downward.

The stage 3 is driven via a conductive belt 31 stretched around the drive shaft of the stage motor 5, and the bills Ps stored in the storage unit 2 are accumulated on the upper surface and lowered, and then moved up to the carry-out position. It is configured as follows. The stage motor 5 controls the height of the upper surface of the stored banknote Ps corresponding to the depositing and dispensing operations of the storage device. In addition, a presser member 4 supported swingably above the storage unit 2 is provided so as to face the stage 3 that rises and descends by placing the banknote Ps carried into the storage unit 2.

The presser member 4 is formed in the shape of a letter “K” in hiragana in a side view, and is pivotally supported by a shaft 41 at a position higher than the conveyance path 1 of the bill P to be carried in and out. This presser member 4 is in a stacking space between the upper surface of the storage unit 2 and the upper surface of the stored banknote Ps, and the vicinity of the front end in the transfer direction of the banknote Ps that has been transferred is lowered by the left and right members 4a and 4b. While being pressed, the tip portion acts to press the stored banknote Ps stacked on the stage 3. Also, a withdrawal position sensor 42 and a deposit position sensor 43 are disposed in the vicinity of the shaft 41 of the presser member 4, and the banknotes P stacked on the stage 3 according to the swing angle of the presser member 4. The height of the top surface is detected.

Next, a depositing operation in which a new banknote is carried in from the transport path and a subsequent storing operation will be described.
FIG. 11 is a diagram illustrating a depositing operation in a conventional paper sheet storage device.

At the time of depositing, the stage 3 is lowered in the storage portion 2 and the pressing member 4 is rotated around the shaft 41 to a position farthest from the stage 3. When the banknote P is carried into the accumulation space of the storage unit 2 from the transport path 1, the rear end of the banknote P is knocked down by the impeller 15 so as not to interfere with the front end of the banknote P to be deposited next. At this time, if the bills Pa accumulated on the stage 3 have creases, the number of bills Ps that can be accumulated in the storage unit 2 is reduced. Therefore, the deposited bills Ps while holding the bills Pa with the pressing member 4. Are aligned and accumulated.

12 and 13 are diagrams illustrating a storing operation of banknotes deposited in the storing unit.
When the deposit of a series of banknotes Pa is completed, the stage motor 5 is driven to raise the stage 3 until the upper surface of the banknote reaches the upper surface (withdrawal position) of the storage unit 2 as shown in FIG. As a result, the presser member 4 is lifted to the dispensing position around the shaft 41, and the dispensing position sensor 42 is turned on.

If there is a withdrawal command at this time, the feeding roller 13 rotates in this state, and the bill Pa just deposited on the upper surface of the stored bill Ps accumulated on the stage 3 is withdrawn from the transport path 1. After a series of withdrawal operations, the stage motor 5 is immediately driven and the stage 3 begins to descend when there is no withdrawal command.

As shown in FIG. 13, when the stage 3 is lowered to a certain extent, the deposit position sensor 43 is turned on, the stage motor 5 is stopped, and the stage 3 is stationary. In this standby state, the presser member 4 is a portion far from the conveyance path 1 of the storage unit 2 and is in a state where the deformed bill Pa with a crease is pressed on the stage 3, and the width defined on the top of the bill. The accumulation space is secured.

In the conventional paper sheet storage device configured as described above and performing the deposit / withdrawal operation and the storage operation, even if a deformed banknote with a folding fold is carried in, the rear end thereof is struck downward by the impeller 15. Thus, an accumulation space can be secured by the pressing member 4. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the possibility that the next incoming banknote P will collide with the rear end of the stacked banknote Pa placed on the stage 3, so that the banknote can be carried in and stacked, and jamming or the like can occur. Can be prevented (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
JP 2001-146351 A (paragraph numbers [0026] to [0046], FIG. 1, etc.)

However, in the above-described paper sheet storage device, when banknotes with creases are stored, there is a risk that storage failure as described below may occur.
FIG. 14 and FIG. 15 are diagrams showing a bad storage state of banknotes at the time of storage operation in a cross section taken along the line aa in FIG.

The banknotes P that are carried in after the banknotes Pa with folds may be unevenly stacked in the storage unit 2. Such a bill P is likely to come into contact with the wall surface of the storage unit 2 when the stage 3 descends in the storage unit 2, and friction occurs between them. Therefore, the banknote P carried in immediately before the stage 3 descend | falls, as shown in FIG. 14, is accumulated in the state which the banknote Pa and the banknote P disordered on the banknote Ps in the state which the upper surface side was lifted. It will be.

When the next banknote P is deposited in such a state, as shown in FIG. 15, the banknotes P are stored while being biased. Therefore, even if the stage 3 is raised to the withdrawal position at the time of withdrawal, there is a possibility that these banknotes P cannot be drawn out normally.

FIG. 16 is a diagram illustrating a state in which a plurality of banknotes with folds are mixed in the stored banknote Ps.
In such a state, the height of the stored banknote is higher than that in the case where normal banknotes are stacked. During the storing operation, the upper surface position of the stored banknote Pa is detected by the deposit position sensor 43 and the position of the stage 3 is controlled. Therefore, when many banknotes with folds are mixed in the stored banknote Ps, The stage 3 is lowered below the assumed position. As a result, the number of stored bills Ps is reduced. That is, the storage limit is reached before the specified capacity is satisfied, and the operation is stopped in a state where payment is not possible.

Therefore, it is predicted that the larger the storage capacity of the storage section, the larger the amount of the folded bills mixed, and this situation is expected to occur at a high frequency. Therefore, especially in a large-sized paper sheet storage device, countermeasures against broken bills have been a big problem.

FIG. 17 is a diagram illustrating a jammed state of stored banknotes when depositing.
In general, even a banknote with a strong crease enters the storage unit 2 in a state where it is once flattened when depositing. However, since the banknotes held in the storage unit 2 in the standby state are left unloaded, the folds gradually return. When such a banknote is on the uppermost surface of the banknote Ps of the storage unit 2, not only the accumulation space is narrowed but also jammed due to interference with the banknote P conveyed at the time of the next deposit.

Therefore, in the conventional paper sheet storage device, for example, a long three-fold bill, a long four-fold bill, a long curled bill, a short two-fold bill, a short three-fold bill, a short four-fold bill, a short curled bill, etc. It was required to deal with various paper sheets with folds.

The present invention has been made in view of these points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a paper sheet storage device that maintains the aligned state of the stacked paper sheets and improves the storage efficiency.

In the present invention, in order to solve the above problem, in the paper sheet storage device that stacks the loaded paper sheets in the storage unit, and carries out the stacked paper sheets to the outside from the storage unit, The paper sheet is stacked on the upper surface in the storage unit and descends and rises to the unloading position, and is disposed above the stage and at a central position in the short direction of the paper sheet. A holding member having a length corresponding to the entire longitudinal direction of the sheet, and the holding member in the storage unit independently of the stage so as to hold and release the paper sheet between the holding member and the stage. And a pinching member that continuously biases the pinching member in the direction of the stage in the non-driving state in which the pinching member driving mechanism stops while the pinching member is being lowered. Urging means, Paper sheet storage device is provided, wherein the was e.

The paper sheet storage device of the present invention continuously corrects the folding of paper sheets by pressing the central portion of the paper sheets with a pinching member.

According to the present invention, by pressing the central portion of the paper sheets stored by the sandwiching member, the aligned state can be maintained even when the paper sheets with creases are stored.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating a side cross-sectional structure of a banknote storage device according to an embodiment, and FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating the banknote storage device of FIG. Note that portions corresponding to those of the conventional apparatus in FIG. 9 are denoted by the same reference numerals.

The transport path 1 includes transport rollers 11 and 12, a feed roller 13, and a feed roller 14 in order to carry bills into and out of the storage unit 2. The impeller 15 having a plurality of blades 15a is provided in the vicinity of the storage unit 2 adjacent to the transport roller 12, and the blade 15a made of an elastic body is loaded with the bills Ps when the impeller 15 rotates. It acts so as to move the bill Ps downward by hitting the rear end of the direction.

The stage 3 is moved up and down by the stage motor 5 in response to a command for a depositing operation or a dispensing operation, and controls the height of the upper surface of the stored bill Ps. Here, the presser member 4 is swingably supported above the storage portion 2 and is rotated by a shaft 41 at a position higher than the conveyance path 1 of the bills to be carried in and out as in the conventional one shown in FIG. It is pivotally supported and acts to push down the vicinity of the leading end of the bill Ps in the carry-in direction.

In the vicinity of the shaft 41 of the presser member 4, a dispensing position sensor 42 and a depositing position sensor 43 are arranged. The deposit position sensor 43 is a sensor that detects the position of the upper surface of the bill via the presser member 4 when controlling the stage 3 in response to a deposit operation or a dispense operation.

Here, apart from the presser member 4, as a new banknote regulating member, a pinching member 6 having a length corresponding to the entire longitudinal direction of the banknote Ps is provided. As shown in FIG. 2, the pressing member 4 is only partially in contact with the left and right ends of the banknote Ps by the left and right members 4a and 4b. Is disposed at the center position in the short direction and is in contact with the entire longitudinal direction of the banknote Ps.

Further, the pinching member 6 is coupled by a conduction belt 61 and a connecting member 62, and the conduction belt 61 is stretched around the drive shaft of the pinching motor 7 via the one-way clutch 8. As a result, the pinching member 6 is raised and lowered independently of the stage 3 while maintaining the horizontal state above the stage 3 in the storage portion 2.

Further, a spring 9 is provided as a pinching member biasing means for continuously biasing the pinching member 6 in the direction of the stage 3. Therefore, when the pinching member 6 descends, when it hits against the bills Ps stacked on the stage 3, the pinching motor 7 idles due to the release of the one-way clutch 8, and the spring 9 acts on the pinching member 6, The banknote Ps of the stage 3 is continuously pressed.

In this way, the pinching motor 7 is configured as a drive mechanism different from the stage motor 5 that drives the stage 3, and the pinching member 6 is matched to the stacking state of the banknotes Ps when depositing or withdrawing. Can be moved up and down to an arbitrary position by the pinching motor 7. At this time, the lowering speed of the pinching member 6 is set faster than the lowering speed of the stage 3. Therefore, when the stored banknote Ps is lowered by the stage 3, the spring force from the pinching member 6 is always applied.

Next, banknote depositing operation will be described.
FIG. 3 is a diagram for explaining a preparatory operation performed prior to depositing.
The banknote storage device stands by in the state shown in FIG. 1 when there is no deposit instruction or withdrawal instruction, but when there is a deposit instruction, the pinching motor 7 is first driven. When the pinching motor 7 rotates in the direction of raising the pinching member 6 via the conduction belt 61, the one-way clutch 8 rotates synchronously with the motor rotation shaft and lifts the pinching member 6 against the spring 9. it can. Thereafter, when the pinching member 6 is retracted out of the accumulation space, an upper limit position sensor of the pinching member 6 (not shown) is turned on and the pinching member 6 stops.

Here, the accumulation space is a space between the upper surface plate of the storage unit 2 and the uppermost surface of the stored banknote Ps. As an accumulation space at the time of depositing, a necessary height must be secured in order to accumulate deposited banknotes without interfering with banknotes Ps already stored.

At this time, the upper surface of the stored banknote Ps is only pressed by the pressing member 4, but the sandwiching member 6 is pressing the uppermost surface of the banknote Ps until immediately before the above-described preparation operation for depositing is started. . Therefore, the longer the standby state, the more reliably the banknote fold can be eliminated.

FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating a depositing operation in which a new banknote is carried in from the transport path, and FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating a state at the end of depositing.
At the time of depositing, the stage 3 is lowered in the storage portion 2 and the pressing member 4 is rotated around the shaft 41 to a position farthest from the stage 3 (FIG. 4). The rear end of the stacked banknotes Pa is knocked down by the impeller 15 so as not to interfere with the next banknote P to be deposited. Further, the banknotes Ps deposited in the storage unit 2 are aligned and stacked while being pressed together with the banknotes Pa by the pressing member 4 so that the folded folds of the stacked banknotes Ps do not return (FIG. 5).

FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating a state of the storing operation that is executed after the payment is completed.
When the deposit is completed, the stage motor 5 is driven, and the stage 3 is raised until the upper surface of the stored banknote reaches the upper surface (withdrawal position) in the cabinet. When the stage 3 reaches the withdrawal position, the withdrawal position sensor 42 is turned on.

If there is a withdrawal command immediately after the end of deposit, withdrawal of stored banknotes is started from this state. When there is no withdrawal, or when the withdrawal is completed, both the stage motor 5 and the pinching motor 7 are driven to lower the stage 3 and the pinching member 6.

Here, the lowering speed of the sandwiching member 6 is set faster than the lowering speed of the stage 3. Therefore, the pinching member 6 contacts the upper surface of the stored banknote Ps on the stage 3 while descending. At this time, the one-way clutch 8 interposed between the pinching motor 7 and the pinching member 6 rotates idly, and the pinching member 6 enters a non-driven state.

FIG. 7 is a diagram illustrating a standby state when the storage operation is completed.
When the deposit position sensor 43 is turned on and a predetermined accumulation space is secured, the stage motor 5 and the pinching motor 7 are stopped, and the stage 3 and the pinching member 6 are stopped, thereby entering a standby state. At this time, the presser member 4 only comes into contact with the stacked banknotes Ps and detects its height. However, the pinching member 6 presses the banknote Ps on the stage 3 with a predetermined force by the spring 9.

Thus, since the pinching member 6 is biased in the direction of the stage 3 by the spring 9, the pinching member 6 descends in synchronism with the stage 3 even after the pinching member 6 enters the non-driven state, and thereafter The stored banknote Ps on the stage 3 is pressed from the upper surface even during the standby state. Therefore, even if the banknote held in the storage unit 2 in the standby state has a strong folded fold, the central portion is continuously pressed by the pinching member 6, thereby preventing wrinkle return.

FIG. 8 is a view showing a standby state after completion of the storing operation in a cross section taken along the line aa in FIG.
When the stage 3 descends during the storing operation, the pinching member 6 descends while pressing the upper surface of the stored banknote Ps. Therefore, even if a bill with a crease is deposited, the bill is aligned not only with the presser member 4 but also with the length corresponding to the entire longitudinal direction of the sandwiching member 6 at the central position in the short direction of the bill. Therefore, even if the edge of the banknote comes into contact with the wall surface, the banknote is not lifted by the frictional force therebetween. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent a storage failure state in which the banknote accumulation state is disturbed in the storage unit 2.

Further, even when the bills are stored after the depositing operation is completed, the bills are stored while being pressed by the sandwiching member 6 when the stage 3 is lowered. As a result, even when a large number of banknotes having strong folding folds are mixed with the stored banknotes, the height of the banknotes in the storage unit 2 can be suppressed. Therefore, even if the capacity | capacitance of a banknote storage apparatus is the same, the malfunction that the number of sheets stored by a stored banknote can be prevented.

Further, the holding member 6 is always kept pressed against the upper surface of the stored banknote Ps during standby after the storage operation is completed. Therefore, even if a banknote with a strong crease is stored, it is possible to reliably prevent the banknote from returning in the storage unit 2 after storage. Therefore, the stored banknotes Ps are kept in an aligned state, and there is no possibility of causing interference with a subsequent deposited banknote or causing a jammed state.

As described above, in the banknote storage device according to the embodiment, the pinching member 6 is disposed almost on the entire surface in the longitudinal direction of the banknotes and in the vicinity of the central portion in the lateral direction, and corresponds to banknotes with various folds. And keep them flat. Therefore, even if a banknote with a crease is deposited in a banknote storage unit that stacks and stores banknotes, it is possible to reliably prevent storage failure in the storage unit, reduction in storage capacity, or jamming at the time of deposit.

In addition, although the banknote storage apparatus was described here, this invention is applicable not only to a banknote but generally when storing paper sheets.
