Description

The present invention relates to a fishing jacket with a buoyancy material in which a buoyancy material called, for example, a floating vest is installed.

This type of floating vest includes a plate-like buoyancy material made of PVC, EVA, NBR, PE, or the like in the left and right front and back bodies constituting the outer jacket body. Each buoyancy material is formed in accordance with the shape of the front body and the back body, and substantially fills the left and right front bodies and back bodies.
The buoyancy material provided in the back body includes a back portion that can support the back, and a lateral side that extends straight from the lower portion to the left and right sides from the substantially vertical center of both ends of the back portion. It is composed of a single flat plate integrated with the part, and has the same thickness over the entire surface direction. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).
There has also been proposed a structure in which two buoyant members formed by dividing the back portion at the left and right center portions are provided in the back body (see, for example, Patent Document 2).
JP 2006-188789 A (see FIGS. 1 and 2) JP 2006-176925 A (see FIGS. 1 and 2)

In the configuration of Patent Document 1, by providing the buoyancy material in the front body and the back body, not only becomes a vest having a thickness in both the front and back, but also in any part of the buoyancy material, the thickness becomes the same. In particular, the lateral sides are not easily shaped along the body, but the lateral sides protrude greatly toward the left and right sides. It was something that got in my way.
Further, in the configuration of Patent Document 2, since the back part is divided at the left and right center part, the two buoyant members are inclined in a mountain shape located on the front side toward the end side approaching each other, Although it is possible to suppress the left and right lateral side portions from greatly protruding outward in the left-right direction, the effect is not sufficient.
In both of the two patent documents, the buoyancy material is simply composed of a plate material having the same thickness, so it does not take into account how buoyancy works in water, If you accidentally fall into the sea while doing it, it is difficult to get a stable posture and there is room for improvement.

In view of the above-mentioned situation, the present invention intends to solve the problem of fishing with a buoyant material that can avoid a bulging in the left-right direction as much as possible but can have a stable posture in water. It is an issue to provide clothes.

The fishing jacket with a buoyancy material of the present invention comprises a buoyancy material at the back of the outer body of the outer jacket, and the buoyancy material has a thick part having a thick thickness and a thin part having a thickness smaller than the thick part. And the back part which supports the back located in the left-right direction center side is comprised from the said thick part, and the edge part located in the left-right direction both ends was comprised from the said thin part, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.
By configuring the back part from the thick part, the buoyancy of the back part can be made larger than that of the other part, so that the back part can be floated more than the other part in water. In addition, by forming the end portions located at the both ends in the left-right direction from thin portions, the lateral side portions do not protrude greatly toward the both ends in the left-right direction.

A buoyancy material is provided in each of the left front body and the right front body of the outer jacket main body, and each of the buoyancy materials provided in the left and right front bodies includes a thick part having a thickness and a thin part having a thickness smaller than the thick part. The center part located in the matching part side of the said front body may be comprised from the said thick part, and the edge part located in the left-right direction both ends may be comprised from the said thin part.
By constructing the central part located on the mating part side of the front body from the thick part, the buoyancy of the central part can be made larger than other parts, so that the central part floats more than other parts in water Can do. In addition, by forming the end portions located at the both ends in the left-right direction from thin portions, the lateral side portions do not protrude greatly toward the both ends in the left-right direction.

A buoyancy material is provided in the back body of the outer jacket body, and the buoyancy material has a thick part having a large thickness and a thin part having a smaller thickness than the thick part, and the thick part is formed from the thin part. Is also located on the center side in the left-right direction, and each of the left front body and the right front body of the outer jacket body is provided with a buoyancy material, and each of the buoyancy materials provided on the left and right front bodies has a thick and thick part. A thin portion that is thinner than the thick portion, and the thick portion is located on the center side in the left-right direction than the thin portion, and the thick portion of the front body is the thick portion of the rear portion. You may comprise thicker than a part.
By making the thick part of the front body thicker than the thick part of the back body, the buoyancy on the center side in the left-right direction of the front body can be made larger than the center side in the left-right direction of the back body, The center side in the left-right direction can be floated more than the center side in the left-right direction of the back body. In addition, by configuring the portions of the front body and the back body except for the central side in the left-right direction from the thin-walled portion, the lateral side portions do not protrude significantly toward both ends in the left-right direction.

The back part constituting the buoyancy material and the lateral side parts located at both right and left ends of the back part are made of members independent from each other, and the thickness of the first member constituting the back part is set to the left and right lateral sides. You may comprise thicker than the thickness of the 2nd member which comprises a part.

A third member located on the lateral side of each second member is provided, the buoyancy material is composed of at least five components, and the thickness of the second member is made thinner than the thickness of the first member. The thickness of the third member may be made thinner or equivalent to the thickness of the second member.

Each said 2nd member is comprised from two members of the upper side 2nd structural member and lower side 2nd structural member which were isolate | separated by the up-down direction, The thickness of this upper side 2nd structural member is set to this lower 2nd structural member. You may comprise thinner than thickness.

The upper part of the first member is configured in a trapezoidal shape that becomes narrower toward the upper end side, and the upper part of the upper second component member located on the left and right sides on the upper side of the first member is tapered toward the upper end side. You may comprise in a shape.

Each of the buoyancy members provided in the left and right front bodies is composed of at least two constituent members, a first constituent member constituting the central portion and a second constituent member constituting the lateral portion, The thickness of the second component member may be made thinner than the thickness of the one component member.

The third component member is provided on each of both sides of the second component member in the left-right direction, and the buoyancy material is composed of at least three component members, and the third component member is larger than the thickness of the second component member. The thickness may be reduced.

The first component member is composed of two members, an upper first component member and a lower first component member, which are separated in the vertical direction, and the thickness of the upper first component member is set to the thickness of the lower first component member. It may be thinner than the thickness.

By constructing the back part from the thick part, the buoyancy of the back part can be made larger than other parts, so the back part can be floated more than other parts in the water, By constructing the central part located on the part side from the thick part, the buoyancy of the central part can be made larger than that of the other parts, so that the central part can float more than other parts in water, By configuring the thick part of the front body thicker than the thick part of the back body, the buoyancy on the center side in the left-right direction of the front body can be made larger than the center side in the left-right direction of the back body. The center side in the left-right direction of the front body can be floated more than the center side in the left-right direction of the rear body. Therefore, since the back part or the center part of the front body or the center side in the left-right direction of the front body can be floated, it is possible to provide a fishing jacket with a buoyancy material that can always take a stable posture in water. In addition, by configuring the ends located at both ends in the left and right direction from thin parts, the side parts do not protrude greatly to the both ends in the left and right direction, so the hand may hit the side parts. It can be made excellent in terms of use without being disturbed. In addition, when the back can be supported by the back portion, the back portion can serve as a cushioning material when falling from the back side.

The back part constituting the buoyancy material and the lateral side parts located at both right and left ends of the back part are made of members independent from each other, and the thickness of the first member constituting the back part is set to the left and right lateral sides. In the case where it is configured to be thicker than the thickness of the second member constituting the part, not only the movement between the back part and the side part becomes easy, but also the protrusion in the left-right direction can be further suppressed.

A third member located on the lateral side of each second member is provided, the buoyancy material is composed of at least five components, and the thickness of the second member is made thinner than the thickness of the first member. In the case where the thickness of the third member is smaller than or equal to the thickness of the second member, it is not only easier to move between the five members, but also the protrusion in the left-right direction is further increased. It can be further suppressed. Moreover, the buoyancy can be increased toward the first member side, and the buoyancy can be easily lifted toward the first member side.

Each said 2nd member is comprised from two members, the upper 2nd component member and the lower 2nd component member which were isolate | separated by the up-down direction, and the thickness of an upper 2nd component member is based on the thickness of a lower 2nd component member. In the case where it is configured to be thin, by reducing the thickness on the upper side, it is possible to improve the rugged feeling, that is, the feeling of wearing, and to bend forward.

The upper part of the first member is formed in a trapezoidal shape that becomes narrower toward the upper end side, and the upper part of the upper second component member located on the left and right sides on the upper side of the first member is tapered toward the upper end side. When configured, the upper end corner is not angular, and the wearing feeling can be enhanced.

Each of the buoyancy members provided in the left and right front bodies is composed of at least two constituent members, a first constituent member constituting the central portion and a second constituent member constituting the lateral portion, In the case where the thickness of the second constituent member is made thinner than the thickness of the one constituent member, it can be moved more easily than the case where the constituent member is made of one constituent member.

The third component member is provided on each of both sides of the second component member in the left-right direction, and the buoyancy material is composed of at least three component members, and the third component member is larger than the thickness of the second component member. In the case where the thickness is made thin, it can be moved more easily than the case where it is constituted by one or two constituent members.

The first component member is composed of two members, an upper first component member and a lower first component member separated in the vertical direction, and the upper first component member is made thicker than the lower first component member. In the case where the first component member is made thinner, the first component member can be moved more easily than the case where the first component member is composed of one member.

Although FIG. 1 shows a vest that is an example of a sleeveless jacket that is an example of a fishing jacket with a buoyancy material, a jacket with a sleeve may be used. This vest is used, for example, as a floating vest that is attached during carp fishing, but may be used for quay fishing, boat fishing, and the like.
The vest includes a front body 1 constituting an outer body and a back body 2 connected to both left and right ends of the front body 1, and most of the fabric constituting the back body 2 (may be a part). It is preferable to secure a high air permeability by constituting the mesh from a fabric having good air permeability, but it can also be constituted from a cloth having no air permeability. The front body 1 includes a left front body 1A and a right front body 1B, and a buoyancy material 3 or 4 is provided in each of the left front body 1A and the right front body 1B. The vest can be attached to and detached from the body by opening and closing the slide fastener 5 for attaching and detaching the vest provided at the left and right center portions of the left front body 1A and the right front body 1B. It may be. That is, although it is the structure which can be attached or detached with the slide fastener 5 for attaching / detaching the vest, other opening / closing means may be used, or the structure without the opening / closing means, that is, the vest worn from the head. Also good.

The buoyancy members 3 and 4 of the front bodies 1A and 1B arranged on the left and right have the same configuration except that they are arranged symmetrically, but may have different shapes on the left and right.
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIGS. 2A and 2B, the buoyancy material 3 or 4 is composed of a plurality of members, four members in the figure. Specifically, the first component member 3A or 4A located at the center of the front body corresponding to the chest and abdomen facing the mating portion and the first body member 3A or 4A are separated from the mating portion of the front body. 2nd component 3B or 4B which is located in a lateral side part, and is comprised in the dimension lower than a 1st member, and the lateral side spaced apart from the joint part of the front part of this 2nd component 3B or 4B And a third component 3C or 4C having a height slightly shorter than that of the second member 3B or 4B, and corresponding to a shoulder located above the first component 3A or 4A. The buoyancy material 3 or 4 is composed of the constituent members 3D or 4D. Thus, by dividing the buoyancy materials 3 and 4 into four parts, the outer jacket is easily bent at the divided parts, and there is an advantage that the outer jacket can be further aligned with the surface of the body. The component member 3D or 4D and the first component member 3A or 4A may be integrated, and the second component member 3B or 4B and the third component member 3C or 4C may be integrated into two members. 2 The constituent member 3B or 4B and the third constituent member 3C or 4C may be composed of three integrated members, may be composed of five or more members, or in some cases from one member It can also be configured. Further, the fourth component member 3D or 4D may be omitted.

Each of the four buoyancy members 3A to 3D or 4A to 4D provided in the left and right front bodies is composed of a thick part having a large thickness or a thin part having a smaller thickness than the thick part. That is, the first constituent member 3A or 4A, which is a central portion located on the mating part side of the front body, is constituted by the thick part, and the third constituent member 3C or the end part located at both ends in the left-right direction. 4C is comprised from the said thin part. Moreover, although the said 2nd structural member 3B or 4B and the said 4th structural member 3D or 4D are comprised from the said thin part, you may comprise from a thick part. Specifically, the thickness D1 of the first component member 4A shown in FIG. 2B is set to a dimension (for example, 35 mm) that is the thickest part, and the thickness D2 of the second component member 4B is the first component. The dimension of the thin part that becomes thinner than the thickness D1 of the member 4A (for example, 25 mm), and the thickness D3 of the third component member 4C becomes the dimension of the second thin part that becomes thinner than the thickness of the second member 4B (for example, 20 mm). The thickness of the fourth constituent member 4D (not shown) is smaller than the thickness D1 of the first constituent member 4A and is larger than the thickness of the second constituent member 4B (for example, 30 mm). However, it is not limited to these dimensions. Thus, the buoyancy of the first component member 3A or 4A can be increased by making the first component member 3A or 4A having the largest volume the thickest. Here, all other remaining members that are thinner than the first component member 3A or 4A are thinned, but the first component member 3A or 4A and the fourth component member 3D or 4D have the same thickness. In other words, the members other than the first component member 3A or 4A may have any thickness as long as the members located at both ends in the left-right direction are thin portions. In FIG. 2B, three members 4A, 4B, and 4C are drawn with a difference larger than the actual thickness so that the dimensional relationship is clear.

As shown in FIGS. 2A and 3A, the first member 3A or 4A is composed of a single vertically long member that is long in the vertical direction, and the lower part 3b of the first member 3A or 4A. Alternatively, the left-right width dimension W1 or W2 of 4b is made smaller than the left-right width dimension W3 or W4 of the upper part 3a or 4a, and the first member 3A or 4A is configured to have the same left-right width in the vertical direction, On the other hand, when the body is bent forward, the first member 3A or 4A is easily bent in the front-rear direction compared to the case where the left and right widths of the lower portion are increased. There are advantages you can do.

The lower side of the lateral end opposite to the mating part side of the front body of the left and right ends of the first member 3A or 4A has an inclined part 3K or 4K positioned on the mating part side toward the lower end side thereof. In addition, the first member 3A or 4A is tapered. Although the inclined portion 3K or 4K is configured as a curved portion protruding toward the mating portion, it may be configured linearly. 2 (a) and 3 (a), the upper part 3a or 4a and the lower part 3b or 4b of the first member 3A or 4A are composed of one member. However, as shown in FIG. It may be composed of two upper and lower members 3a, 3b or 4a, 4b, and may be a five-part front body. In FIG. 8, the lower member 3b or 4b, the second member 3B or 4B, and the third member 3C or 4C are arranged so that the left and right end faces are substantially parallel in the left-right direction, that is, the left-right width in the up-down direction. Are almost the same. In the case of FIG. 8, the upper members 3a and 3b and the lower members 4a and 4b are formed in a thick portion having the same thickness, and the other members are formed in a thin portion thinner than the thick portion.

Between the right and left ends of the first member 3A or 4A, the lateral end 3S or 4S on the side of the front body mating portion is formed as a straight portion that extends substantially straight in the vertical direction, so that it is between the front body mating portion. Although there is an advantage that the first member 3A or 4A can be arranged without forming a dead space in the left and right ends of the first member 3A or 4A. Alternatively, it may be a shape that is located at a position where the lower side of 4S is separated from the mating part of the front body, or a curved or linear inclined part that is located on the side farther from the mating part of the front body toward the lower end side. Alternatively, it may be a straight portion that extends straight in the vertical direction. Moreover, although the upper end 3d or 4d of the first member 3A or 4A is configured as an inclined portion positioned downward toward the mating portion, it may be a horizontal portion. Further, the lateral part 3e or 4e located on the side away from the mating part of the front body at the upper part of the first member 3A or 4A is located on the side farther from the mating part of the front body toward the lower side, and Although it is configured as a curved portion that protrudes toward the mating portion side of the front body, it may be configured as a straight portion that extends substantially straight in the vertical direction.

As described above, the lower side of the first body 3 or 4 on the opposite side of the front end of the front body is configured as the inclined portion 3K or 4K, so that the lower side of the front body is The second member 3B or 4B located on the side of the first member 3 or 4 is disposed so as to overlap the upper part 3a or 4a of the first member 3 or 4 in the vertical direction. ing. And the inclination part 3f or 4f located in this 1st member 3 or 4 is provided in the lateral end of the said 1st member side among the right-and-left both side ends of the said 2nd member 3B or 4B to the lower end side. However, it may be a straight portion that extends substantially straight in the vertical direction. By forming the inclined part 3f or 4f as a curved part protruding toward the mating part side of the front body, the gap between the inclined part 3K or 4K of the first member 3 or 4 is made as small as possible. However, it may be a straight portion.

The lateral end of the second member 3B or 4B on the third member side is provided with a linear (or curved) inclined portion 3g or 4g located on the first member side toward the lower end side, and the second member 3B. Alternatively, at the lateral end of the third member 3C or 4C arranged on the side of 4B on the second member side, the lower end side is a linear (or curved) inclined portion 3h located on the second member side. Alternatively, 4h is provided so that the gap between the second member 3B or 4B and the third member 3C or 4C is as small as possible. Also good.

As described above, by providing the inclined portions 3K or 4K to 3h or 4h located on the first member side at the lateral ends adjacent to each other from the first member 3A or 4A to the third member 3C or 4C, it is bent forward. In such a case, there is an advantage that the left and right members are not stretched and can be bent forward smoothly.

The four members, the first member 3A or 4A to the fourth member 3D or 4D, are stored in a state of being partitioned into a mesh-shaped storage bag 10 as shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b). . The storage bag 10 is formed in a bag shape by overlapping two mesh-like fabrics 10A and 10B with their outer peripheral edges folded inward and stitched together. Then, the four members 3A, 3B, 4B are sewn by sewing the fabrics 10A, 10B with the two threads 13, 13 between the adjacent members of the first member 3A or 4A to the fourth member 3D or 4D. Although 3C, 3D or 4A, 4B, 4C, 4D can be stored in a separately partitioned state, other methods may be used. 11 shown in the figure is a locking portion not shown when the storage bag 10 storing the four members 3A, 3B, 3C, 3D or 4A, 4B, 4C, 4D is stored in the front body 1A. 2 shows a male (or female) dot button as a locking tool that can be locked to a female (or male) dot button and fixed inside. It is possible to make it difficult to move inside 1A, which is preferable, but may be omitted. The latch 11 is provided on the fabric 12 sewn on the storage bag 10.

As shown in FIGS. 3 (b), 4 (a) and 7 (a), the back body 2 is provided with seven plate-like buoyancy members 16 to 22 which are divided from each other, and the buoyancy material is In order to support the back in the vertical direction, it is set to have a vertical length that is substantially equal to the vertical dimension of the back body 2 and has a horizontal dimension that is approximately half or more of the back body 2, and the upper part is closer to the upper end side. The ship-shaped first member 16 constituting the narrow back portion and the second member located on the left and right side portions of the rear body 2 of the first member 16 are arranged above and below, respectively. A pair of left and right upper second constituent members 17 and 19, a pair of left and right lower second constituent members 18 and 20, and third members 21 and 22 located on the lateral sides of the lower second constituent members 18 and 20. 1 or 2 or 3 buoyancy materials or 5 buoyancy materials Et al may be configured.
In this way, the back is reliably supported by the vertically long and wide first member 16 having a vertical length substantially equal to the vertical dimension of the back body 2 and having a horizontal dimension of approximately half or more of the back body 2. Although the other four members 18, 20, 21, and 22 can change the posture along the lateral side of the body, the members 18, 20, 21, and 22 can be moved outward in the left-right direction. It does not protrude significantly. Also, the upper second constituent members 17 and 19 located on the upper side corresponding to the shoulder portions can be changed in posture along the shoulders, so that they can move easily. The second member is composed of two members, that is, the upper second constituent members 17 and 19 and the lower second constituent members 18 and 20 separated in the vertical direction as described above. May be.

The buoyancy material is formed of a thick part having a large thickness or a thin part having a thickness smaller than the thick part, and the first member 16 serving as a back part supporting the back is located on the center side in the left-right direction. The other members 17, 18, 19, and 20 except for the third members 21, 22 and the first member 16, which are end portions located at both end portions in the left-right direction, are configured from the thin portion. . Specifically, the thickness E1 of the first member 16 is configured to be thicker than the thickness E2 of the second members 17, 18, 19, and 20 constituting the left and right lateral sides. The upper second constituent members 17 and 19 are made thinner than the lower second constituent members 18 and 20. Further, the thickness of the third members 21 and 22 is set to be equal to the thickness of the upper second constituent members 18 and 20 and is made thinner than the thickness of the lower second constituent members 18 and 20. Yes.
Specifically, the thickness E1 of the first member 16 is set to 30 mm, the thickness of the upper second component members 17 and 19 is set to 20 mm, the thickness of the lower second component members 18 and 20 is set to 25 mm, and the third member. Although the thickness of 21 and 22 is 20 mm, it is not limited to these numerical values. The first member 16 may be composed of a plurality of left and right parts. In addition, each of the first member 16 or the second member 17, 18, 19, 20 or the third member 21, 22 is configured to have the same thickness in any part, but a part having a different thickness (thickest part) It may have a portion that is thinner than the portion. In this case, the thickness of the thickest part is taken as the thickness of the member. Also in FIG. 7B, three members 4A, 4B, and 4C are drawn with a difference larger than the actual thickness so that the dimensional relationship becomes clear.

As shown in FIG. 3B, the upper part of the first member 16 is formed in a trapezoidal shape that becomes narrower toward the upper end side, and the first member 16 is located on both the left and right sides on the upper side. 2 The upper parts 17A and 19A of the constituent members 17 and 19 are configured to taper toward the upper end side, but may have the same left-right width.

Looking at the outerwear configured as described above, the thickness of the first constituent members 3A and 4A (actually 35 mm) which is the thick part of the front body is the thick part of the back body. It is configured to be thicker than the thickness of a certain first member 16 (actually 30 mm), and the surface area of both is set to be substantially the same or the surface area of the first component members 3A and 4A is set larger than the surface area of the first member 16. Therefore, the buoyancy of the first constituent members 3A and 4A in the front body is increased, but they may be set to be substantially equal.

Most of the lining 24 (see FIG. 1) constituting the back body 2 (all or part of the lining 24) may be made of a breathable fabric, as shown in FIGS. 7 (a) and 7 (b). In addition, a mesh-like storage bag 25 is provided so as to be provided with a storage portion capable of separately storing the seven members from the first member 16 to the third member 22 as the back portion and to be made of breathable fabric. 4 (a) and 4 (b), the outer surface 26 is provided with a ventilation portion for allowing air to pass from the lining 24 side to the outer surface 26 side of the rear body 2 through the storage bag 25. Yes. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 5, a portion corresponding to a portion extending from the first member 16 to the third members 21 and 22 in the outer material 26 (in the drawing, a portion slightly above the center in the vertical direction). A wide range exceeding half of the outer material 26 extending from the lower end to the lower end) is provided with a single mesh-like fabric 27 having air permeability to constitute the ventilation portion. As shown in FIGS. 7 (a) and 7 (b), the storage bag 25 is sewn with two mesh-like fabrics 25A and 25B overlapped with their outer peripheral edges folded in the same manner as described above. Thus, it is configured in a bag shape. The fabrics 25A and 25B are sewn with the thread 32 between the adjacent members of the seven buoyancy members 16 to 22, so that the seven buoyancy members 16 to 22 can be stored separately.
