Description

The present invention provides a hollow column for facilitating the arrangement of a rod-like body disposed inside the hollow column when the hollow column such as various steel pipe columns and concrete columns is reinforced with the hollow column standing upright. The present invention relates to a method for suspending a rod-shaped body and a jig for the suspension.

Hollow columns such as steel pipe columns and concrete columns are usually erected firmly with a predetermined length of the base end of the hollow column embedded in the ground, and overhead wires and floodlights are attached to the top of the hollow column Therefore, the replacement is not easy.

On the other hand, it has been pointed out that the strength of such a hollow column may be deteriorated due to the installation environment of the hollow column or aging. Therefore, such a hollow column is regularly inspected, and as a result of such inspection, it may be necessary to reinforce or replace the hollow column.

For example, in Patent Document 1, after inserting a plurality of aramid rods as reinforcing materials into the inside of the hollow column from the side opening formed on the side of the utility column about 1 m above the ground side of the concrete utility pole as the hollow column Place a plurality of aramid rods evenly with a jig, etc., then, for example, bean gravel or crushed stone into the gap between these aramid rods, and then mortar, concrete, etc. To the vicinity of the side opening.
Japanese Patent Application No. 2003-24176

As described above, in the conventional method for reinforcing a utility pole made of concrete, aramid rods as a plurality of reinforcements are installed on a utility pole using a side opening formed on the side of a utility pole approximately 1 m above the base of the utility pole. The aramid rods are evenly arranged and reinforced in the hollow interior.

In addition, the side opening provided in the utility pole (hollow pole) for work should not affect the strength of the utility pole in the first place, so it is constructed to be the minimum necessary opening. Therefore, the jig | tool for arrange | positioning an aramid rod equally accommodated in a hollow inside is restrict | limited extremely.

On the other hand, as a construction method, when performing reinforcement work over the entire length of the hollow column, or when performing reinforcement work by inserting an aramid rod into the hollow column from the top of the hollow column, conventionally, the top of the hollow column is opened. The construction work was done.

However, for example, in the case of a power pole as a hollow pole, a cylindrical hollow body is further put on the top of the power pole to increase the height in the upward direction of the power pole, There are cases where there are obstacles such as overhead wires and there is not enough space to work above the top of the utility pole. In such cases, it may be difficult to provide sufficient reinforcement. It was.

The present invention has been made in view of the above, and the purpose of the present invention is when it is difficult to work from the top of a hollow column when reinforcing an existing hollow column in an upright state. Provides a method of suspending a rod-shaped body in a hollow column and a jig for suspending the same, which can assist in efficiently arranging the rod-shaped body such as a guide rod and an aramid rod at a predetermined position. According to the method for suspending the rod-shaped body in the hollow column according to claim 4, since the base shaft is held by the base shaft holding portion so as to advance and retreat in the axial direction, the rod-shaped body suspended by the string guide portion at the tip of the base shaft It is possible to easily change the arrangement position inside the hollow column.

Furthermore, Claim 5 is the method of suspending the rod-shaped body in the hollow column according to any one of Claims 3 and 4, wherein the predetermined length is a side surface of the hollow column near the top of the hollow column. When provided, the distance is slightly longer than the distance between the small hole and the opening.

According to the method for suspending a rod-shaped body in a hollow column according to claim 5, the length of the wire string provided on the side surface of the hollow column near the top of the hollow column is inserted through the small hole so that the small hole and the opening Therefore, it is possible to easily bind, for example, the string attached to the tip of a rod-shaped body inserted into the hollow interior and the wire string in the opening portion.

According to the present invention, it is possible to suspend a rod-like body such as a guide rod or an aramid rod from the vicinity of the top of the hollow column without opening the top of the hollow column, and efficiently arrange it at a predetermined position in the hollow column. Thus, it is possible to easily and effectively reinforce the existing hollow column in an environment in which the top of the hollow column cannot be opened.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the following, the hollow columns include various types of steel tube columns (steel columns without taper, panzer mast with taper) and concrete columns (electric columns with taper and concrete columns without taper). The reinforcing material includes an aramid rod and a reinforcing bar (for example, PC steel wire), and the rod-shaped body includes a guide rod (for example, made of PC steel wire) and an aramid rod. Hereinafter, the hollow column is simply described as a utility pole P. The filler includes sand, bean gravel, crushed stone, mortar, (non-shrinkage) concrete, and the like. In addition, each aramid rod L (lower aramid rod LL, middle aramid rod LM, upper aramid rod LU) used in the following is 1 to 2, depending on the size (height, thickness) of the hollow column and the installation environment. Sixteen or the like are used as appropriate.

First, an embodiment according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a suspension jig 1 according to the present embodiment, and FIG. 2 is a front view thereof. 1 and 2, the suspension jig 1 is attached to a small hole drilled on the side surface of the utility pole P indicated by the phantom line, that is, the rod suspension hole Ha, and the aramid rod L is suspended. The state which has latched the rod wire LW is shown.

The base shaft 11 is formed by welding a C-shaped string guide portion 11a that opens in the distal direction to the distal end of an iron round bar having a length of about 20 cm. The base shaft holding portion 13 and the base shaft support portion 15 are obtained by welding and fixing a hexagonal tubular body having a length of about 40 mm (a range of about 20 mm to 80 mm is suitable for use) to an L shape, A tubular body (hereinafter referred to as a string insertion portion 13b) is provided on the upper surface of one horizontal body (hereinafter referred to as a base shaft holding portion 13), and the other tubular body (hereinafter referred to as a string insertion portion 13b) is mounted in the other vertical direction. The support shaft 19 and a high nut (not shown) are appropriately connected below the base shaft support portion 15) as necessary. The support shaft 19 and the high nut are appropriately connected in order to improve the workability of the operator and stabilize the suspension jig 1.

The groove width (separation distance) of the string insertion portion 13b is such that a rod wire LW and a guide rod wire GW, which will be described later, can be inserted in the rod suspension hole Ha so as to be able to advance and retract, that is, have a width and depth that can be guided. Therefore, it is not necessary to be “split” as shown in FIG. 1, and for example, a “groove” with a bottom may be used.

In addition, one to four places (one or two places on one or two faces) are provided with screwing parts 13a and screwing parts 15a on the respective side surfaces of the tubular body (base shaft holding part 13 and base shaft support part 15). . The base shaft 11 can be fixed by tightening a hexagon socket set screw (so-called potato screw) of the screwing portion 13a, and the support shaft 19 can be easily attached and detached with the screwing portion 15a.

As the base shaft holding portion 13 and the base shaft support portion 15, so-called high nuts (long nuts) are usually used because of easy availability and processing. The reason why the outer shape is hexagonal is that workability is good when a tool such as pliers is used during construction, and workability such as welding and notch is excellent.

The string fixing portion 17 is composed of a pair of two aluminum blocks, and a groove 17a matching the shape of the base shaft 11 is formed on each of the opposing surfaces of the two blocks. The string fixing portion 17 is fixed to the rear end portion of the base shaft 11 by sandwiching the rear end portion of the base shaft 11 into the groove 17a and tightening the fixing hexagon nut 17b so as to narrow the gap distance between the two blocks.

Further, the fixing wing nut 17d is mounted on the bolt 17c of the fixing hex nut 17b. The fixing wing nut 17d is detachably fixed to a rod wire LW and a guide rod wire GW, which will be described later, via a washer between the fixing hex nut 17b.

In the following description, as the aramid rod L as a reinforcing material, the lower aramid rod LL is used for the base portion of the hollow column, and the middle aramid rod LM is used for the upper portion of the lower aramid rod LL. The upper aramid rod LU is used on the upper side of the aramid rod LM.

Further, a rod wire LW made of a stainless steel wire as a string is attached to each upper end. A guide bar wire GW made of a stainless steel wire as a string is attached to the upper end of the guide bar G. In addition, as these strings, a rope made of aramid fibers or the like may be used in addition to the stainless steel wire.

Next, with reference to FIG. 3 thru | or FIG. 13, an example of the reinforcement construction method using the jig | tool 1 for suspension of this embodiment is demonstrated.

First, as shown in FIG. 3, a predetermined opening is provided in the utility pole P. Four rod suspension holes Ha are provided near the top of the utility pole P. As shown in FIG. 4, the rod suspension hole Ha uses a hole having a diameter of about 20 mm provided in the vicinity of the top of the utility pole P in advance.

When a brass cap (hole protection member Haa) is fitted in this hole, it is preferable to remove it beforehand so as not to hinder the attachment of the hanging jig 1. In addition, Pc shown in FIG. 4 is a cover (cap) which closes the top part of the utility pole P, and normally, this cover Pc is removed and work is performed. Needless to say, this embodiment is suitable when the operation with the cover Pc removed cannot be performed.

Referring to FIG. 3 again, the rod suspension jig mounting hole Hd is a hole having a diameter of 10 cm or less opened from the ground height of 1.5 m to 1.8 m on the back side of the utility pole P, and the work hole He is a utility pole. P is a hole having a major axis of about 50 cm and a minor axis of 3 to 10 cm that is opened in a range of 1 m to 2 m above the ground level on the surface side of P, and the upper internal confirmation hole Hf is from 0.3 m above the ground level on the back side of the utility pole P. The lower internal confirmation hole Hg is a hole having a diameter of 10 cm or less opened from a ground height of 0.3 m to 0.5 m on the surface side of the utility pole P. In addition, these opening height and opening diameter are suitably changed by the shape, installation environment, etc. of the utility pole P.

Next, referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, a guide rod suspension hole Hb and a mortar charging hole Hc are opened above the rod suspension hole Ha near the top of the utility pole. The guide rod suspension hole Hb is a hole having a diameter of about 20 mm which is opened in a range of 5 cm to 25 cm from the top of the hollow pole on the surface side of the utility pole P (for example, the lower end of the utility pole). It is a hole having a diameter of about 30 to 40 mm that is opened in the range of 5 cm to 35 cm from the top of the hollow column on the back side (lower end of the same power pole).

Following the drilling operation described above, the aramid rod L is inserted through these openings, and the suspension jig 1 is arranged and attached.

First, referring to FIG. 6, 4 to 12 lower aramid rods LL are inserted from the working hole He, and the lower aramid rods LL are temporarily arranged. This temporary arrangement is performed using a rod suspension jig (not shown) attached to the work hole He and the rod suspension jig attachment hole Hd facing the work hole He.

In this case, the length of the lower aramid rod LL is adjusted to a length at which the upper end of the lower aramid rod LL is lowered from the work hole He in FIG. The length up to the vicinity of the hole He may be used. By setting so long, it is possible to reinforce the switching portion between the lower aramid rod LL and the middle aramid rod LM by wrapping a middle aramid rod LM and a lower aramid rod LL which will be described later. Become. In actual construction, it is wrapped and reinforced, but in this description, it is simplified to make the drawing easy to see. In addition, the wrap length can be appropriately adjusted according to the standard (size) of the utility pole P during suspension by the suspension jig 1 as will be described later.

Next, the guide rod G on which the guide rod fixing jig 21 is mounted in advance is inserted from the work hole He. In this insertion, the guide bar fixing jig 21 is extended in the axial direction of the guide bar G (that is, the umbrella is closed), and after the insertion, the guide bar G is vertically placed at a substantially predetermined position. After standing up, the guide rod fixing jig 21 is retracted in the axial direction of the guide rod G and the arm is unfolded (like an umbrella is opened as shown in FIG. 6). Thereby, the position of the guide rod G inserted through the center of the guide rod fixing jig 21 can be arranged at the center position of the hollow column.

Subsequently, the rod arrangement jig 23 is inserted into the hollow column through the work hole He, and the guide rod G is inserted into the center hole (not shown) of the rod arrangement jig 23 (the jig surface at the center position of the rod arrangement jig 23). The rod wire LW is provided in each of the rod holding portions (not shown) of the rod arrangement jig 23 (each of the three to eight arm members of the rod arrangement jig 23). The rod arrangement jig 23 is lowered to a predetermined position, specifically, just above the guide bar fixing jig 21 and arranged. At this time, the lower aramid rod LL connected to the passed rod wire LW is inserted and held in the rod holding portion.

Here, after inserting the CCD camera into the hollow column and confirming that the lower aramid rods LL are arranged at an equal distance slightly inside the inner peripheral surface of the hollow column by the rod arrangement jig 23, the work hole He More crushed stone is added and the lower aramid rod LL is fixed.

Subsequently, the mortar is introduced to the extent that the ground hole (GL-0.50 m) in the ground is filled (see FIG. 6), and it is confirmed whether or not the mortar is evenly distributed with the CCD camera. Thereafter, the rod placement jig 25 is inserted into the hollow column through the work hole He, and the guide rod G is inserted into the center hole of the rod placement jig 25 (the center position of the rod placement jig 25 is perpendicular to the jig surface). And the rod wire LW is passed through the rod holding portions (not shown) of the rod placement jig 25, and then the rod placement jig 25 is moved to a predetermined position, specifically, Lower to the upper end position of the lower aramid rod LL and fix with a high nut or the like.

Furthermore, a guide rod fixing jig 27 is installed thereon to prevent the guide rod G from swinging or moving when the mortar is charged.

Next, referring to FIG. 7, two openings for confirming the inside of the utility pole, that is, the upper internal confirmation hole Hf and the lower internal confirmation hole Hg are formed as a jig (for example, a hole closing buried in Japanese Patent Application No. 2005-313392). Then, the mortar is put into the work hole He through the mortar charging funnel 31 up to the head position of the lower aramid rod LL. After the mortar charging is completed, the guide rod fixing jig 27 is removed and taken out of the hollow column through the work hole He.

Next, referring to FIGS. 8, 9, and 10, installation of the hanging jig 1 will be described. First, a wire string (not shown) is lowered from the rod suspension hole Ha at the top of the hollow column, the wire string is taken out from the work hole He at the bottom of the hollow column, and is connected to the rod wire LW attached to the upper end of the middle aramid rod LM. . Here, the base shaft 11 and the base shaft holding portion 13 of the suspension jig 1 are inserted into the rod suspension hole Ha, and the suspension jig 1 is attached to the rod suspension hole Ha (see FIG. 8).

Subsequently, the middle aramid rod LM is inserted from the work hole He while the wire string suspended by the string guide portion 11a at the tip of the suspension jig 1 is pulled up from the outside of the rod suspension hole Ha, and the middle stage is inserted. The aramid rod LM is pulled up and suspended by the suspension jig 1. Similarly, the middle aramid rod LM is sequentially lifted in all the rod suspension holes Ha, and suspended by the suspension jig 1 at, for example, an optimal lap length.

Further, the wire string is similarly lowered from the guide rod suspension hole Hb, the wire string is taken out from the work hole He, and the connecting guide rod G connected to the upper aramid rod LU is inserted from the work hole He. The guide rod is lifted from the suspension hole Hb and suspended by the suspension jig 1.

Next, the rod arrangement jigs 33 and 35 are inserted from the working hole He while sequentially connecting the guide rod G with the high nut 37, and are arranged at predetermined positions.

Further, when the placement of the lowermost rod placement jig 29 is completed, the upper guide rod G and the lower guide rod G are fixed by the high nut 37. At this time, the middle aramid rod LM is fixed to the rod placement jig 29 in order to prevent the middle aramid rod LM from floating.

Next, referring to FIG. 11, first, the rod suspension jig mounting hole Hd, the work hole He, and the like are closed using a water stop cement (for example, 60-second type). Since the opening area of the work hole He is large, an appropriate closing tool (for example, a lid described in Japanese Patent Application No. 2006-168854) may be used.

After closing the rod suspension jig mounting hole Hd and the working hole He, the mortar MU is about 50 cm from the end through the mortar charging funnel 31 through the mortar charging hole Hc drilled near the end of the utility pole. Until the first time.

After the mortar MU is initially charged, the suspension jig 1 is removed from the rod suspension hole Ha, and the rod wire LW is cut. The end of the cut wire may be dropped into the hollow column or may be fixed with a closing jig.

After cutting the rod wire LW, the rod suspension hole Ha and the guide rod suspension hole Hb from which the suspension jig 1 has been removed are closed using a jig (for example, the plug for closing the hole) or water-stopping cement. To do.

Finally, the final mortar MU is charged. That is, the mortar MU is completely charged up to the end of the utility pole, and the mortar charging hole Hc is closed using a jig or water-stopping cement as described above (see FIG. 12).

Next, with reference to FIG. 13, the reinforcement of the opening part opened with construction of the reinforcement construction method is demonstrated. Here, reinforcement centering around the work hole He will be described in detail.

First, set the reinforcement range, and wrap the curing tape around the set range. The range of this curing tape is polished with a wire brush or the like to remove dirt. Subsequently, a resin adhesive is applied, the aramid fiber sheet 39 is wound, and the partial reinforcement is finished.

This completes the reinforcement method in the present embodiment.
