Description

The present invention relates to a water-soluble rust preventive liquid composition, and more specifically, a water-soluble rust preventive liquid that has excellent rust preventive performance and can suppress the occurrence of rust even in a harsh environment such as a stacked state. Relates to the composition.

Water-soluble rust preventive solution is easier to handle than oil-based rust preventive oil, and has low risk of ignition and ignition and high safety, so metal processing such as the process of manufacturing molded products from cold-rolled steel sheets It is expected to be used as a rust preventive oil in the process.
However, rust preventive oils in metal processing are required to have rust preventive performance under various environments. For example, steel sheets such as cold-rolled steel sheets and surface-treated steel sheets are packed in a coil state and shipped from an ironworks. At this time, a rust preventive oil (so-called shipping rust preventive oil) is applied to the steel plate. Therefore, the steel plates are placed in a stacked state, that is, in a state of being packed in a close-stacked state, and are in a harsh environment for suppressing rust. The shipping rust preventive oil is required to suppress the occurrence of rust in such a harsh environment.
The coiled steel sheet placed in a state of being closely laminated is then unpacked, washed, and stored after molding such as a press at an automobile factory or an electrical product factory as a shipping destination. In this process, a rust preventive oil (so-called rust preventive oil) is applied together with the cleaning oil and the metal working oil in order to temporarily prevent rust during each metal forming process. And in the case of a coated part, a degreasing chemical conversion process is performed in the final process, and it is painted after that. In the case of the rust preventive oil during this process, it is necessary to have rust prevention performance under atmospheric exposure.
In this way, metals such as steel sheets require rust preventive oils that exhibit performance in various environments in the molding process, for example, suppressing the generation of rust even in harsh environments such as stacked conditions. Is required. In addition, the antirust oil agent is required to have cleaning performance and degreasing performance.

Conventionally, as a water-soluble rust preventive liquid, it is generally performed to divert a water-soluble cutting liquid having rust preventive properties. However, water-soluble cutting fluids that have been diverted as water-soluble rust-proofing liquids have rust-proofing properties, but they do not have sufficient rust-proofing performance in harsh environments such as stacked conditions. The range to be limited was limited to those in a limited environment.
Moreover, as a water-soluble cutting fluid having a rust prevention property recently proposed, for example, a water-soluble metalworking fluid containing an aminosulfonic acid compound or a salt thereof (see Patent Document 1,), an aromatic hydroxyl group. And water-soluble metalworking fluid containing an amide compound or a salt thereof (see Patent Document 2). However, as with conventional water-soluble cutting fluids, any of the water-soluble metalworking fluids still has insufficient rust prevention performance under harsh environments such as a stacked state.
Therefore, there has been a demand for a rust-preventing liquid that is a water-soluble liquid, has good rust-preventing performance, and can suppress the generation of rust even in a harsh environment such as a stacked state.
