Description

The present invention relates to a speaker and a speaker cord.

Conventionally, for example, a speaker that supports a speaker body by hanging a speaker cord on a hook on a ceiling is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1). However, since the speaker body is supported only by the speaker cord, if the speaker cord is broken, the speaker body is to be dropped as it is.
In order to prevent this, a speaker in which a fall prevention wire separate from the speaker cord is attached to the speaker body has been developed in recent years. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 9, a speaker cord 102 and a fall prevention wire 103 are connected to the speaker 100 on the back surface of the speaker body 101 as shown in FIG. 9. The speaker cord 102 is connected to an amplifier, and supplies an electrical signal output from the amplifier to the speaker body 101. On the other hand, the fall prevention wire 103 is provided with a fixing ring 104 at its tip, and a screw 105 is inserted into the fixation ring 104 and screwed into the wall 106 so that the fall prevention wire 103 is attached to the wall 106. It is supposed to be fixed. As a result, the speaker main body 101 is connected to the wall 106 via the fall prevention wire 103, and the speaker main body is prevented from falling.
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 2-10687

By the way, if the speaker cord and the fall prevention wire are respectively provided as described above, the wiring becomes complicated as compared with the case where only the speaker cord is provided. In particular, if only the speaker cord is attached at the time of installing the speaker, a sound is produced. Therefore, depending on the user, it may be possible not to attach the fall prevention wire, and the fall prevention function may not be exhibited.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to enhance the fall prevention function of the speaker while improving the appearance of the wiring.

According to the present invention, since the signal wire and the fall prevention wire are integrated together by the cover material, the wiring can be simplified and the appearance is improved. Furthermore, by attaching the speaker cord to the speaker main body, the signal wire and the fall prevention wire are securely attached to the speaker main body. If the speaker cord is attached to the external structure by the attachment portion, the fall prevention function can be exhibited. Here, the fall prevention wires are integrated together with the signal wires, so even if the speaker body drops from a fixed position, it is more surely prevented from falling than the speaker cords that consist only of signal wires. can do.
In addition, since the attachment portion has a structure in which the signal line does not conduct unless attached to an external structure, the attachment portion must be fixed in order to emit sound from the speaker. Therefore, the fall prevention wire can function reliably.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a schematic configuration of a speaker according to the present embodiment. As shown in FIG. 1, the speaker 1 includes a speaker body 2 and a speaker cord 3 connected to the speaker body 2.

Audio terminals 21 and 22 and a drop prevention terminal 23 are provided on the back surface of the speaker body 2.

The speaker cord 3 includes + and − pole signal wires 31 and 32 for supplying an electric signal to the speaker body 2, a fall prevention wire 33 for preventing the speaker body 2 from falling, and a signal A cover member 34 that covers the wire members 31 and 32 and the fall prevention wire 33 together, and the signal wire members 31 and 32 and the fall prevention wire 33 are attached to a wall (external structure) such as a house via the cover member 34. A mounting portion 35 is provided.

Hereinafter, the attachment portion 35 will be described in detail. FIG. 2 is a side view showing a schematic configuration of the attachment portion 35. As shown in FIG. 2, the attachment portion 35 includes a wire rod holding portion 36 that holds the signal wire rods 31 and 32 and the fall prevention wire 33 in a state where the signal wire rods 31 and 32 are insulated, and a wire rod holding portion 36. A fixing portion 37 that is fixed to a wall of a house or the like is provided.

3 is a front view showing a schematic configuration of the wire holding unit 36, FIG. 4 is a side sectional view, and FIG. 5 is a front view showing an internal configuration of the wire holding unit 36. As shown in FIG. As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the wire holding unit 36 is provided with a base 38 and a lid 39 that covers the front side of the base 38.

The base 38 includes a substrate 40 to which the signal wires 31 and 32 and the fall prevention wire 33 are fixed, a wall portion 41 standing from the periphery of the substrate 40, and a through hole 42 formed in the substrate 40. Is provided.
The substrate 40 is made of an insulating resin or the like, and a pair of conductive portions 43 and 44 are attached to the surface thereof. The pair of conductive portions 43 and 44 are separated from each other and insulated from each other. In addition, the positive electrode signal wire 31 is wired on the surface of the substrate 40 so as not to conduct to the conductive portions 43 and 44. On the other hand, the negative electrode signal wire 32 is divided, and one end portion 32 a is conducted to the conducting portion 43 and the other end portion 32 b is conducted to the conducting portion 44. That is, in this state, the negative electrode signal wire 32 is insulated.
A metal plate 46 having a through hole 45 continuous with the through hole 42 is attached to the back surface of the substrate 40. A wire fixing ring 47 is overlaid on the metal plate 46, and the metal plate 46 and the wire fixing ring 47 sandwich the tip of the fall prevention wire 33. Further, as described above, since the substrate 40 is formed of an insulating resin or the like, the signal wires 31 and 32 wired on the surface of the substrate 40 are insulated from the wall of the house and the fall prevention wire 33. It will be.

The lid portion 39 has an opening 48. When the lid portion 39 is attached to the wall portion 41 of the base 38, the through hole 42 and the pair of conductive portions 43 and 44 of the base 38 are exposed through the opening 48.

As shown in FIG. 2, the fixing portion 37 includes a fixing piece 51 that enters the opening 48, and a screw 52 that is attached to the fixing piece 51 and screwed into a wall of a house or the like through the through holes 42 and 45. ing.

FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing a schematic configuration of the fixed piece 51. As shown in FIG. 6, the fixing piece 51 is provided with a through-hole 53 through which the screw 52 passes and a pair of conductive layers 54 and 55 facing each other with the through-hole 53 interposed therebetween. When the fixed piece 51 enters the opening 48 and the back surface of the fixed piece 51 comes into contact with the front surface of the substrate 40, the conductive layers 54 and 55 are electrically conductive portions 43 and 44 as shown by the dotted line T in FIGS. The negative electrode signal wire 32 is switched from the insulated state to the conductive state.

Next, the operation of this embodiment will be described.
When connecting the speaker body 2 and the speaker cord 3 when the speaker 1 is installed, the user attaches the signal wires 31 and 32 of the speaker cord 3 to the audio terminals 21 and 22 and the amplifier of the speaker body 2. Then, the fall prevention wire 33 is attached to the fall prevention terminal 23.
Thereafter, the user fixes the attachment portion 35 to a wall such as a house. At this time, the screws 52 are fastened until the back surface of the fixing piece 51 of the mounting portion 35 comes into contact with the surface of the substrate 40, so that the conductive portions 43 and 44 and the conductive layers 54 and 55 are in contact with each other. The signal wire 32 is switched to the conductive state. Thereby, the speaker main body 2 and the amplifier can be electrically connected.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, since the signal wires 31 and 32 and the fall prevention wire 33 are integrated together by the cover material 34, the wiring can be simplified and the appearance is improved. Get better. Furthermore, by attaching the speaker cord 3 to the speaker body 2, the signal wires 31 and 32 and the fall prevention wire 33 are securely attached to the speaker body 2.

Furthermore, when the fixing part 37 fixes the wire holding part 36 to the wall of a house or the like, the insulation state of the signal wire 32 is switched to the conductive state. Therefore, if the attachment part 35 is not attached to the wall, the speaker body 2 and the amplifier And do not conduct. That is, when the speaker 1 is installed, the attachment portion 35 is inevitably attached to the wall, so that the fall prevention wire 33 is also fixed to the wall, and the fall prevention function is reliably exhibited.

Of course, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment and can be modified as appropriate.
For example, in the present embodiment, a wall such as a house is exemplified as an external structure, but a vehicle or the like may be used. In this case, the attachment portion is attached to the trim or the like of the vehicle. Here, when attaching to a trim or the like, as shown in FIG. 7, the metal plate 46a of the attachment portion 35a is formed in a U-shape in cross section with the lower part opened, and the trim 70 is inserted into the open part and the screw 52 and The metal plate 46a is sandwiched. Even when it is attached to a trim that also serves as a vehicle ground or the like, since the signal wires 31 and 32 are insulated from the trim 70 and the fall prevention wire 33 by the substrate 40, the signal wires 31 and 32 are used. Insulating properties are ensured.
Moreover, in the said embodiment, although it was set as the structure which divides | segments the signal wire | line 32 for negative electrodes, and switches an insulation state and a conductive state, it divides | segments the signal wire | line material 31 for + poles, and has an insulation state and a conductive state. Needless to say, the configuration may be changed.

In the above embodiment, the case where the fixing piece 51 switches the signal wire 32 for the negative electrode from the insulated state to the conductive state has been described as an example, but as shown in FIG. The signal wire 32 may be configured to be switched from an insulated state to a conductive state. In this case, when the conductive portions 43a and 43b are exposed to the outside and the screw 52 is fastened, the head 52a of the screw 52 comes into contact with the conductive portions 43a and 43b as indicated by the dotted line portion T1, and is used for the negative electrode. The signal wire 32 is switched from the insulated state to the conductive state.
