Description

The present invention relates to a residential fire alarm that outputs an audio alarm as an alarm when a fire is detected, and in particular, outputs an audio alarm even when a fire signal is received from another residential fire alarm. It relates to residential fire alarms.

Conventionally, residential fire alarms have a fire detection unit that determines that a fire has occurred when the room temperature becomes abnormally high, or when the indoor smoke concentration exceeds a specified value. It has a voice alarm function that flashes the light and notifies the surroundings that a fire has occurred by voice message.

Also, if residential fire alarms are installed in multiple rooms in a house, a voice message is also received when a fire warning signal is sent when another fire alarm detects a fire and gives an alarm. To let you know that a fire broke out in another room.
JP 2004-362537 A

However, in a conventional residential fire alarm that uses a voice message to alert when a fire is detected and when a fire transfer signal is received, a fire is detected by a residential fire alarm installed in a room and voiced. When a warning signal is sent to a residential fire alarm installed in a separate room and a voice alarm is output at the same time as an alarm is output, in a place where multiple voice alarms are heard, a voice alarm and a fire warning due to fire detection There is a problem that voice alerts with different contents due to signal reception are mixed and difficult to hear.

The present invention provides a residential fire alarm capable of clearly listening to the contents even when a sound alarm having different contents is output by a plurality of residential fire alarms due to fire detection and transfer reception. With the goal.

In order to achieve this object, the present invention is configured as follows. First, the present invention detects a fire and outputs a fire detection signal, and when a fire detection signal is obtained, transmits a fire report signal to other residential fire alarms, Residential fire alarm equipped with a transmission part that receives a fire signal from a residential fire alarm and a sound alarm output part that outputs a sound alarm when a fire detection signal or fire signal is obtained A reference time setting unit for setting a reference time for determining an alarm timing to a time when a fire detection signal or a fire transfer signal is obtained and synchronizing with a reference time of another fire alarm for a house. , While the fire detection signal is being obtained, from the reference time when the fire detection signal or fire transfer signal is obtained, To the voice alarm output section at different delay times And an audio alarm control unit for outputting a voice warning.

Here, the audio alarm control unit causes the audio alarm output unit to output an audio alarm with a zero delay time when a fire detection signal is obtained, and an audio alarm for each predetermined delay time when a fire alarm signal is obtained. Make the output unit output an audio alarm.

In addition, the voice alarm control unit, when a fire detection signal is obtained from the fire judgment unit during the alarm by receiving the fire signal from another house fire alarm, the voice alarm output unit with a delay time zero , And the transmission of the fire alarm signal by the alarm unit is prohibited.

Furthermore, the audio alarm control unit causes the audio alarm output unit to output different audio alarms depending on whether the fire detection signal is obtained or the fire transfer signal is obtained.

In addition, the transfer section connects to other residential fire alarms by wireless or wired lines.

According to the present invention, when a plurality of residential fire alarms are installed for each room of a house, a message is periodically transmitted from a residential fire alarm that detects a fire to another residential fire alarm at a predetermined cycle. The reference time for determining the alarm timing is synchronized with the fire detection side, and the fire alarm for the house that detects the fire with respect to the synchronized reference time outputs, for example, a voice alarm with a zero delay time, and a transfer signal The fire alarm for homes that received the alarm outputs a different sound alarm for each predetermined delay time, so that the sound alarm indicating the fire detection and the sound alarm indicating the fire transfer signal reception do not overlap. Voice alerts can be made, and voice alerts of different contents are not mixed and can be heard clearly.

FIG. 1 is an explanatory view showing the appearance of an embodiment of a residential fire alarm according to the present invention, FIG. 1 (A) is a front view showing the installed state, and FIG. 1 (B) is a perspective view thereof. It is.

The fire alarm 10 for a house is composed of a main body 12 and a cover 14, and is attached to a wall surface of an arbitrary room in the house by an attachment portion 16 positioned at the upper part of the main body 12. The cover 14 protrudes in a dish shape at the center, and a smoke inlet 18 is opened around the cover 14.

Inside the cover 14 provided with the smoke inlet 18, a smoke chamber is incorporated as a fire detection unit, and smoke from the fire flows into the chamber through the smoke inlet 18 and is scattered with a light emitting element and a light receiving element. The smoke from the fire is detected by the optical smoke detector.

An acoustic hole 20 is provided on the lower left side of the cover 14, and an audio alarm output speaker is accommodated in the interior corresponding to the acoustic hole 20. An indicator lamp 22 is provided on the lower right side of the cover 14, and an alarm stop button 24 that is cantilevered by a U-shaped cutout is formed between the acoustic hole 20 and the indicator lamp 22. An alarm stop switch used for alarm stop is built in.

FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram showing an embodiment of a residential fire alarm system using the residential fire alarm device according to the present invention. In FIG. 2, the fire alarms 10-1, 10-2, 10-3, and 10-4 of the present invention are installed in the living room 54, kitchen 56, child room 58, and bedroom 60 in the house 52, respectively. .

Residential fire alarms 10-1 to 10-4 individually detect a fire and output a sound alarm, but the reference time for determining the output timing of the sound alarm is set and the fire is detected by itself Outputs a sound alarm at each reference time, and when a fire alarm signal is received from another fire alarm for homes that detects a fire, a sound alarm indicating that the fire alarm signal has been received is sent for a specified delay time from the reference time. Output every time.

The synchronization of the reference time of the fire alarms 10-1 to 10-4 for the house is set to the reference time at the time when the fire alarm for the house that first detected the fire, for example, 10-1 obtained the fire detection signal. The fire alarm signal 10-2, 10-3, 10-4 for home is synchronized with the received fire alarm signal in synchronization with the fire alarm signal 10-2.

FIG. 3 is a block diagram showing a circuit configuration of an embodiment of a residential fire alarm according to the present invention. In FIG. 3, the residential fire alarm 10 of the present invention includes a battery 26, a noise absorbing unit 28, a control unit 30, a fire detection unit 40, a transfer unit 42, an audio alarm output unit 44, an indicator lamp unit 46, and an alarm stop. The switch 48 and the voltage drop detection unit 50 are configured.

The battery 26 supplies power to the residential fire alarm 10, and the noise absorber 28 stabilizes the circuit voltage supplied from the battery 26.

The control unit 30 includes a fire determination unit 32, a reference time setting unit 34, a transfer control unit 36, and a voice alarm control unit 38. The fire detection unit 40 is sampled at a predetermined timing, for example, a 10-second cycle by executing a program, and fires. A fire determination is performed by the determination unit 32.

Further, the control unit 30 performs lighting control of the indicator lamp unit 46, alarm stop by the alarm stop switch 48, power supply voltage monitoring by the voltage drop detection unit 50, and the like.

The fire detection by the fire detection unit 40 may be smoke detection or heat detection. However, in the case of performing smoke detection as shown in the embodiment of FIG. 1, the fire detection unit 40 includes a light emitting element and a light receiving element. In response to the pulse signal from 30, a light is applied to a light emitting element such as an infrared light emitting diode to emit light, and scattered light reflected by smoke emitted by driving the infrared light emitting diode is incident on a light receiving element such as a photodiode to emit light. The current is converted into a current, further converted into a voltage signal, and output to the fire determination unit 32.

The fire determination unit 32 periodically acquires a signal level from the light receiving element of the fire detection unit 40 to determine a fire and outputs a fire detection signal. In order to prevent false alarms, the fire determination unit 32 determines a fire twice in succession. If a fire is not judged twice in succession, the alarm is stopped.

When the fire detection signal is obtained from the fire determination unit 32, the reference time setting unit 34 sets a reference time for determining the output timing of the sound alarm.

While the fire detection signal is obtained, the transfer control unit 36 causes the transfer unit 42 to transmit the fire transfer signal at a predetermined period, for example, every 20 seconds, starting from the reference time.

The sound alarm control unit 38 causes the sound alarm output unit 44 to output a sound alarm at each reference time while the fire detection signal is obtained from the fire determination unit 32.

The voice alarm output unit 44 includes an amplification unit and a speaker. When the voice data output is received from the voice warning control unit 38, the voice warning output unit 44 outputs the voice message amplified by the amplification unit from the speaker.

The indicator lamp unit 46 receives the output when the fire determining unit 32 determines a fire, and drives the LED as the indicator lamp 22 shown in FIG. 1 to emit light.

The alarm stop switch 48 is activated by pressing the alarm stop button 24 shown in FIG. 1. When the alarm stop switch 48 is activated, the control unit 30 stops the audio alarm by the audio alarm output unit 42 for a predetermined time, for example, 6 minutes. .

The voltage drop detection unit 50 monitors the power supply voltage, and when the detected voltage falls below a predetermined voltage, the control unit 30 blinks the LED of the indicator lamp 22. In addition, a warning sound is emitted from the speaker of the voice warning output unit 44 at a predetermined cycle, for example, a cycle of 40 seconds, or a failure occurrence message is output as a voice warning.

Even if a failure occurs when the voltage drop detection unit 50 detects a voltage drop and the failure determination message is being output from the voice alarm output unit 44 as a voice warning, the fire determination unit 32 When the fire detection signal is output, the failure occurrence message of the voice warning is immediately stopped and switched to the voice alarm.

FIG. 4 is a time chart showing an example of a sound alarm output of the residential fire alarm system shown in FIG. 2. A fire is detected by the residential fire alarm device 10-1, and the other residential fire alarm devices 10-2 to 10. This is a case where the information is transferred to 10-4. In FIG. 4, fire detection, alarm output, transmission transmission, and transmission transmission (reference time) of the residential fire alarm devices 10-1 to 10-4 are displayed with the horizontal direction as a time axis.

The synchronization of the reference times of the residential fire alarms 10-1 to 10-4 has passed the time t1 when the residential fire alarm 10-1 that first detected the fire obtained the fire detection signal and the subsequent period T0. Each time the reference time is set at times t3, t5, t7, t9,..., Tn, a fire signal is transmitted to the other fire alarms 10-2 to 10-4 for the house, and the fire alarm 10 for the house 10 -2 to 10-4 are performed by synchronizing the reference time with the fire report signal received from the fire alarm 10-1 for the house.

In FIG. 4, if the residential fire alarm 10-1 detects a fire at time t1, the reference time setting unit 34 sets the reference time, and the voice alarm control unit 38 sets a preset fire detection. The voice alarm indicating the fire detection is output to the voice alarm output unit 44 in synchronism with the fire detection at the delay time ΔT1 = 0 for determining the timing of the voice alarm due to the alarm, and at the same time, the transfer control unit 36 causes the transfer unit 42 to fire. Send a message. Here, the setting of the reference time by the reference time setting unit 34 in the present embodiment is, for example, a process of resetting and starting a timer.

When the fire alarm for home 10-2 to 10-4 receives the fire signal at time t1, the reference time setting unit 34 sets the reference time, and the voice alarm control unit 38 starts with the reference time setting. It is determined that the elapsed time has reached a predetermined delay time ΔT2 that determines the timing of the voice alarm by receiving the fire report, and a voice alarm indicating the reception of the fire report signal is output to the voice alarm output unit 44 at time t2. Let

FIG. 5 shows an alarm type table 62 used in the present embodiment. The alarm type table 62 is stored in the voice alarm control unit 38 in advance, and when the fire detection signal is obtained from the fire determination unit 32 as the alarm type, and when the transfer unit 42 receives the fire transfer signal, respectively. In addition, voice alert content and delay time are set.

In other words, in the alarm type table 62, when the alarm type is “fire detection”, that is, when a fire is detected in the room or place where the residential fire alarm is installed, “U-U- is a fire, it is a fire. Is output with a delay time of 0 second from the reference time. Also, when the alarm type is “Receive Receiving”, that is, when a fire alarm for a house installed in another room or place detects a fire, a voice alarm saying “Uu ~ u, it is a fire in another place” Is output with a delay time ΔT2 = 20 seconds from the reference time.

The voice alarm output of this embodiment when this alarm type table 62 is used will be specifically described with reference to FIG.

The fire alarm 10-1 for housing uses the fire detection time t1 as a reference time and the delay time ΔT1 = 0 seconds, that is, at the time when the fire detection signal is obtained, the sound alarm “U-U- is a fire, is a fire” Output at period T0 and send fire signal simultaneously.

As long as the fire detection signal is obtained, the voice alarm indicating the fire detection by the residential fire alarm device 10-1 and the transmission of the fire transfer signal are transmitted at times T3, t5, t7, t9 every cycle T0 = 20 seconds. Repeated with.

Residential fire alarms 10-2 to 10-4 are based on the time t1 at which the relocation fire signal was received as the reference time, and at the time t2 after the delay time ΔT1 = 20 seconds has passed, “Uu ~ u is a fire in another place. The time t3, t5, t7 at which the period T0 has elapsed from the time t1 and the fire transmission signal is received again is reset to the reference time, and the time t4, t6 after the delay time ΔT2 = 20 seconds has elapsed. At t8, “U ~ U ~, there is a fire in another place" is output.

Here, the delay time ΔT2 is longer than the output time M1 of the “fire detection” voice alarm, and the period T0 is set longer than the time obtained by adding the output time M2 of the “alarm reception” voice alarm to the delay time ΔT1. Therefore, the sound alarm from the house fire alarm 10-1 “U ~ U ~, it is a fire, it is a fire" and the voice alarm from the house fire alarm 10-2 to 10-4 "U ~ U ~, The outputs of “It is a fire in another place” do not overlap, and since the sound alarms are output synchronously from the residential fire alarms 10-2 to 10-4, each sound alarm is not mixed and clear Can be heard.

FIG. 6 is a time chart showing another example of the sound alarm output of the residential fire alarm system shown in FIG. 2, and the fire is first detected by the residential fire alarm device 10-1, and then the residential fire alarm device. This is a case where a fire is detected at 10-4.

The fire alarm 10-1 for the house uses the fire detection time t1 as a reference time, and delay time ΔT1 = 0 seconds according to the alarm type table 62 shown in FIG. A voice alarm “fire, fire” is output at a period T0, and a fire alarm signal is transmitted at the same time.

Residential fire alarms 10-2 and 10-3 use the time t1 at which the fire alarm signal was received as the reference time, and the delay time ΔT2 = time t2 after 20 seconds have passed ”, The time t3, t6, t9 at which the period T has elapsed from the time t1 and the fire transmission signal is received again is set as the reference time, and the time t5, t8 after the delay time ΔT2 = 20 seconds has elapsed. At t11, “U-U- is a fire in another place” is output.

Here, the residential fire alarm device 10-4 outputs a sound alarm at time t2 in the same manner as the residential fire alarm devices 10-2 and 10-3. However, since a fire is detected at time t4, Subsequent processing differs from residential fire alarms 10-2, 10-3.

On the other hand, if the residential fire alarm 10-4 first detects a fire, the time t4 when the fire is detected is set as a reference time, and an audio alarm is output and a fire report signal is transmitted. At times t7 and t10 after each lapse, an audio alarm is output and a fire signal is transmitted again.

However, at time t1, the residential fire alarm device 10-1 has already detected a fire, and the residential fire alarm devices 10-2 and 10-3 have received a fire report signal, and at each timing, a fire report is issued. Since an audio alarm indicating reception is output, if an audio alarm indicating fire detection is output at times t4, t7, and t10, different audio alarms are mixed and difficult to hear.

Therefore, if the voice alarm control unit 38 has already received a fire signal from another residential fire alarm, even if it detects a fire, it resets the reference time and fire signal. Is prohibited, and only a sound alarm indicating fire detection is output.

That is, since the residential fire alarm device 10-4 shown in FIG. 6 has already received the fire transfer signal from the residential fire alarm device 10-1, the sound alarm output and fire at time t4 when the fire is detected No transmission signal is transmitted, and a fire alarm is received at time t5, which is a voice alarm indicating reception of a fire report, and a fire is detected at the following reference times t6 and t9. Outputs a voice alert “Wu ~ u, it ’s a fire, it ’s a fire”.

Therefore, after the time t6, the sound alarm “U-U ~, is a fire, is a fire” from the residential fire alarms 10-1, 10-4 is output synchronously, and the residential fire alarm is issued after the delay time ΔT1 has elapsed. The voice alarms "U-U-, a fire in another place" from the devices 10-2, 10-3 are also output in synchronization, so that the respective voice messages are not mixed and can be heard clearly.

FIG. 7 is a flowchart showing a processing procedure of voice alarm output of the embodiment shown in FIG.
First, when the house fire alarm 10 is powered on, the control unit 30 starts processing,
In step S1, it is determined whether or not a fire has been detected. When the fire detection is determined, the process proceeds to step S2, and the timer T is reset and started as a reference time setting process.

Subsequently, in step S3, it is determined whether or not the timer T has reached a delay time ΔT1 for setting an alarm timing for fire detection. In this embodiment, since ΔT1 = 0, the process immediately proceeds to step S4, and a voice alarm “U-U-is a fire, is a fire” indicating a fire detection is output.

Subsequently, in step S5, it is determined whether or not a fire alarm signal from another house fire alarm is being received. If not, the fire alarm signal is transmitted to another house fire alarm in step S6. . If a fire alarm signal is being received from another residential fire alarm, step S6 is skipped, and transmission of the fire alarm signal to the other residential fire alarm is prohibited.

Next, in step S7, it is determined whether or not the timer T has reached the period T0. If not, in step S8, it is determined whether or not an alarm stop instruction has been issued by operating the alarm stop switch 48. If not, the processes in steps S7 and S8 are repeated. If it is determined in step S7 that the period T0 has been reached, the process returns to step S1.

If a warning stop instruction is determined in step S8, the acoustic warning is stopped in step S9 and the process returns to step S1.

On the other hand, if fire detection is not determined in step S1, the process proceeds to step S10 to determine whether or not a fire report signal has been received from another residential fire alarm. If the reception of the fire signal is determined, the process proceeds to step S11, and the timer T is reset and started as a reference time setting process based on the reception of the fire signal.

Next, in step S12, it is determined whether or not the timer T has reached the delay time ΔT2 for setting the alarm timing for receiving the fire report, and if it is determined that the delay time ΔT2 has been reached, the process proceeds to step S13 to indicate the reception of the fire report. The sound alarm “U ~ U ~, it is a fire in another place" is output.

Subsequently, in step S7, it is determined whether or not the timer T has reached the cycle T0. If not, in step S8, it is determined whether or not an alarm stop instruction has been issued by operating the alarm stop switch 48, and the alarm is stopped. If there is no instruction, the processes in steps S7 and S8 are repeated. If it is determined in step S7 that the cycle T0 has been reached, the process returns to step S1. If a warning stop instruction is determined in step S8, the acoustic warning is stopped in step S9 and the process returns to step S1.

In the above embodiment, the sound alarm indicating the fire detection is output by determining the delay time ΔT1 = 0 of the timer T that is reset and started at the time of the fire detection, but the fire detection is also performed as necessary. Alternatively, an arbitrary delay time shorter than the delay time ΔT2 for receiving the message may be set. In addition, for fire detection, a voice alarm may be output in synchronization with fire detection without performing comparison processing between the timer and the delay time.
