Description

The present invention relates to a fitting including a screen door unit having a screen door detachable from an opening.

Conventionally, when attaching a screen door of a joinery having a screen door unit having a screen door detachable to the opening to the opening, first, the screen door is slanted to approach the upper rail provided in the opening from below, and the upper end of the screen door Insert the upper rail deeply into the groove of the section and rotate it until the screen door is almost vertical. At this time, the lower end of the screen door is located above the lower rail. Thereafter, the screen door is lowered, and the lower rail provided at the opening is inserted into the groove at the lower end of the screen door (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
JP 2001-31371 A

In conventional joinery, when the screen door that was tilted first to attach the screen door is made vertical, the lower end of the screen door is located above the lower rail, so the groove at the lower screen door crosses the lower rail. There is drowning. In such a case, there is a problem that the screen door is disposed at a position where the groove exceeds the lower rail, or that the operator excessively moves over the lower rail and removes the screen door on the opposite side. was there.

This invention is made | formed in view of this subject, The place made into the objective is to provide the screen door unit and fitting which can attach a screen door to a correct position easily.

In order to achieve such an object, the joinery of the present invention is a joinery comprising an opening that opens indoors and outdoors, an openable / closable shoji, and a screen door unit having a detachable screen door, wherein the screen door unit includes: The groove provided in at least one of the screen door and the opening side member, the protrusion provided in at least the other, and the protrusion inserted into the groove from the one side in the indoor / outdoor direction And a regulating member that regulates movement of the screen door so that the screen door does not move to the other side in the indoor / outdoor direction beyond the position where the protrusion can be inserted into the groove when the screen door is attached. To join.
According to such a joinery, when the screen door is attached, even if the screen door is moved, the movement of the screen door is restricted by the restricting member, and the protruding portion does not exceed the position where the protruding portion can be inserted into the groove portion. Can be inserted. For this reason, it is possible to easily attach the screen door to the correct position.

In this fitting, it is preferable that the screen door includes a net and a fence surrounding the net, and the regulating member is disposed outside the indoor / outdoor direction of the fence.
According to such a joinery, since the regulating member is disposed on the outdoor side of the bag (forecast direction, out-of-plane direction), the screen door can be attached to and detached from the indoor side with respect to the opening. . Moreover, since the attachment direction regulating member is difficult to see from the indoor side, it is possible to prevent the scenery from the indoor side from being damaged.

In this fitting, it is preferable that the regulating member is a screen door abutting member that is provided in the opening and is in contact with the screen door.

In such a joinery, the restriction member may be an opening contact member that is provided on the screen door and is in contact with a member provided on the opening side.
According to such a joinery, since the opening contact member for restricting the movement of the screen door is provided on the screen door, there is little processing on the opening side and attachment of the member, so that construction on the site is easy. is there.

It is desirable that this joinery has a drop-off preventing member that restricts movement of the held screen door to one side in the indoor / outdoor direction.
According to such a joinery, the movement of the held screen door to the attachment side is restricted by the drop-off preventing member after the protrusion is inserted into the groove, so that the screen door is inadvertently dropped from the opening after the attachment. It is possible to prevent this.

In this fitting, the drop-off prevention member is slidably provided on the indoor side in the indoor / outdoor direction of the screen door, and the drop-off prevention member is slid and moved after the protrusion is inserted into the groove portion. It is desirable that the outdoor side surface of the prevention member is fixed to face the indoor side surface of the screen door.
According to such a joinery, the drop-off prevention member is provided indoors in the indoor / outdoor direction (expected direction, out-of-plane direction) with respect to the screen door, so that the operator operates the drop-off prevention member continuously after the screen door is attached. It is possible to regulate the movement of the screen door to one side in the indoor / outdoor direction. Further, since the operator can slide the drop-off prevention member while visually observing, the drop-off prevention member can be reliably arranged so that the outdoor side surface of the drop-off prevention member faces the indoor side surface of the screen door. .

In such a joinery, it is preferable that the screen door is attached by a Kendon system, and the screen door unit has an urging member for urging the attached screen door in an in-plane direction.
According to such a joinery, since the screen door attached by the Kendon method is urged by the urging member, the screen door can be attached to the opening without rattling.

Then, two screws 50 and 51 are passed through the lower support member 36, the receiving member 37, and the fixing member 38 from the indoor side toward the outdoor side. For this reason, two through holes are formed in the lower support member 36 at a position overlapping the receiving member 37 and the fixing member 38 with an interval in the inclined direction.

The receiving member 37 is a plate-like member, and includes a contact base portion 37a that is in contact with the support wall portion 36b, a hanging portion 37b that extends from the upper edge of the contact base portion 37a to the indoor side, It has a receiving plate part 37c formed upward from the indoor side edge of the installation part 37b substantially parallel to the contact base part 37a. The contact base portion 37a is provided with a long hole 37d along the inclination direction. The fixing member 38 is a stainless steel plate-like member having substantially the same size as the contact base portion 37a. The fixing member 38 is provided with two holes having an internal thread formed on the inner periphery. For this reason, the fixing member 38 has a thickness sufficient to form an effective screw portion that is tightened with the screws 50 and 51 to be screwed together. The two holes are formed so as to be spaced apart in the inclined direction when the fixing member 38 is attached.

The receiving member 37 is arranged on the indoor side of the lower support member 36 and the fixing member 38 is overlapped on the outdoor side, and the two screws 50 and 51 are inserted through the long hole 37d and the through hole from the indoor side. And is screwed to the fixing member 38. The screw 51 arranged on the top side in the inclined direction is a so-called stepped screw 51 having a portion where a male screw is not formed in the shaft portion, and the receiving member 37 is the lower support member 36 even in the tightened state. Can be slid along. On the other hand, the screw 50 arranged on the lower end side in the inclined direction is an operation screw 50 having a rotation operation portion 50a in which a screw head is enlarged and a knurling or the like is provided. 36 and the receiving member 37 are sandwiched between the rotation operation unit 50a and the fixing member 38, and are fixed so that the receiving member 37 does not slide.

Before the screen door 21 is attached, the stepped screw 51 is fastened to the fixing member 38. However, the operation screw 50 is loosened, and the receiving member 37 is positioned on the opening 10 side of the lower wooden frame 7c from the screen door 21. It is arranged on the side. For this reason, the receiving member 37 is guided by the stepped screw 51 and the operation screw 50 and is slidable toward the screen door 21 within the range of the long hole 37d. Then, after the screen door 21 is attached, the receiving member 37 is slid to the screen door 21 side so as to straddle the screen door 21 and the support wall portion 36b (the outdoor side surface of the receiving member 37 faces the indoor side surface of the lower arm 25). And the receiving member 37 is fixed by rotating the operating screw 50.

The restricting plate 40 is fixed to the prospective surface side of the left and right wooden frames 7 on the outdoor side of the screen door 21. The restricting plate 40 is provided so as to be substantially perpendicular to the mounting plate portion 40a in contact with the prospective surface of the wooden frame 7 and the prospective surface of the wooden frame 7 from the indoor side edge of the mounting plate portion 40a. The right and left vertical rods 26 are in contact with each other and have a restricting plate portion 40b that restricts the movement of the screen door 21. When the screen door 21 is attached, the restriction plate 40 is provided over almost the entire region from the bottom of the upper support member 30 to the vicinity of the lower wooden frame 7c. For this reason, as for the right and left vertical fence 26 of the screen door 21, the site | part which does not enter the upper side support member 30 has faced the control board part 40b. Further, the regulation plate portion 40b is formed so that the width in the finding direction is sufficiently narrower than the width in the finding direction in the left and right vertical fences 26 of the screen door 21, and when the opening 10 is viewed from the indoor side, It is located on the back side of the vertical gutter 26 on the left and right of the screen door 21 so that the indoor side cannot be seen.

In the skylight unit of the present embodiment, when attaching the screen door 21 to the opening 10, first, the operating screw is loosened and the receiving member 37 is moved closer to the opening 10 (lower wooden frame 7c), that is, the receiving member. 37 is moved in advance to a position where the edge of the screen door 21 side of 37 does not protrude toward the screen door 21 side of the edge of the lower support member 36 on the screen door 21 side.

Next, the screen door 21 is attached by the Kendon method as shown in FIG. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 5A, first, the upper end of the screen door 21 is inserted between the support walls 32 of the upper support member 30 while tilting the screen door 21 from the indoor side. Then, as shown in FIG. 5 (b), the leaf spring 27 provided at the upper end of the inserted screen door 21 is pressed against the upper surface portion 31, and the screen door 21 is further pushed up to the top side while the lower end side of the screen door 21 is moved to the chamber. Move outward. At this time, the lower end side of the screen door 21 is rotated from the indoor side toward the outdoor side with the upper end side as the center. In the case of the present embodiment, the direction from the indoor side toward the outdoor side is the attachment movement direction in which the screen door 21 is attached.

When the screen door 21 is rotated further from the position substantially parallel to the roof surface and the shoji 14 to the outdoor side, the left and right vertical rods 26 are brought into contact with the regulating plate 40. In this state, the lower edge 21c of the screen door 21 is located on the top side of the upper end portion 36a of the lower support member 36, and the groove portion 25b provided on the lower arm 25 of the screen door 21 and the upper end portion of the lower support member 36. 36a is opposed. That is, the lower support member 36 is disposed at a position where it can be inserted into the groove 25b. In the present embodiment, the restriction plate 40 corresponds to a screen door contact member.

By releasing the force that pushed the screen door 21 to the top side, the urging force of the pressed leaf spring 27 acts and the screen door 21 is pushed down to the lower end side of the roof 3, as shown in FIG. The lower support member 36 is inserted into the groove 25 b provided in the lower arm 25 of the screen door 21, and the screen door 21 is held in the opening 10. At this time, the upper end 21 a of the screen door 21 is located between the support walls 32 of the upper support member 30, and the urging force of the leaf spring 27 on the upper end side acts in a direction to press the screen door 21 against the lower support member 36. is doing. The position of the screen door 21 attached in this way corresponds to the attachment position where the screen door 21 should be attached.

Finally, as shown in FIG. 5 (d), after the screen door 21 is held in the opening 10, the receiving member 37 is slid to the top side, and the position straddling the screen door 21 and the opening 10 side (the receiving member 37 And the receiving member 37 is fixed by tightening the operation screw 50.

According to the skylight unit 1 and the screen door unit 20 of the present embodiment, even when the screen door 21 is moved in the outdoor direction when the screen door 21 is attached, the movement of the screen door 21 is restricted by the restriction plate 40 and the lower support member 36. Since the position does not exceed the position where it can be inserted into the groove 25b of the lower rod 25, the operator can reliably insert the lower support member 36 into the groove 25b. For this reason, it is possible to easily attach the screen door 21 to the correct position.

Moreover, since the control board 40 is arrange | positioned at the outdoor side of the right and left vertical shaft 26, the screen door 21 can be attached or detached from the indoor side. Further, since the portion where the mesh 22 is stretched is not blocked by the restriction plate 40, it is possible to secure a large opening provided with the mesh 22. Moreover, since the regulation plate 40 is difficult to see from the indoor side, it is possible to prevent the scenery from the indoor side from being damaged. In particular, the regulation plate 40 is easily damaged because the aluminum vertical rod 26 is brought into contact therewith, but even if it is damaged, it is disposed outside the vertical rod 26 and is therefore not exposed indoors. There is no fear of damaging it.

Further, since the restricting plate 40 is provided on the opening 10 side, the screen door 21 is lighter than the case where it is provided on the screen door 21. For this reason, the screen door 21 is easy to handle and can be attached more easily.

In addition, after the lower support member 36 is inserted into the groove 25b of the lower arm 25 of the screen door 21, a receiving member 37 that restricts movement in the direction opposite to the movement direction at the time of attachment (movement toward the indoor side) is provided. Since the movement of the screen door 21 to the indoor side is restricted by moving across the screen door 21 and the lower support member 36 provided on the opening portion 10 side, the screen door 21 is detached from the opening portion 10. It is possible to prevent this.

In addition, since the receiving member 37 is provided on the indoor side where the worker performs the attaching operation, the worker operates the receiving member 37 continuously after the screen door 21 is attached to restrict the movement of the screen door 21 to the indoor side. Is possible. At this time, the receiving member extends over the screen door 21 and the lower support member 36 on the opening 10 side while visually observing (so that the outdoor side surface of the receiving member 37 faces the indoor side surface of the lower rod 25). 37 can be moved, it is possible to arrange the receiving member 37 so as to surely straddle the screen door 21 and the lower support member 36.

In the said embodiment, although the example which provided the control board 40 in the wooden frame 7 as a control member was demonstrated, the control member is not restricted to this. For example, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, a cushion member 45 as an opening contact member having a block shape such as urethane is fixed as a regulating member to the outdoor side of the vertical wall of the screen door 21, and the upper end 21 a When the screen door 21 inserted in the upper support member 30 is rotated, the cushion member 45 is brought into contact with the inner collar 15b of the shoji 14 provided on the opening 10 side via the frame body 12. The movement of the screen door 21 may be restricted so that the lower support member 36 does not exceed the position where the lower support member 36 can be inserted into the groove 25b of the lower collar 25. In this case, since the cushion member 45 for restricting the movement of the screen door 21 is provided on the screen door 21 and brought into contact with the shoji 14, there is no processing on the opening 10 side or attachment of the member, and construction on the site is easy. is there. That is, the shoji 14 corresponds to a member provided on the opening side on which the opening contact member is contacted.

Moreover, although the restricting member provided on the screen door 21 side is a cushion member such as urethane, the invention is not limited to this, and a rigid resin or metal may be used. Furthermore, the position at which the screen door 21 is brought into contact with the regulating member is not limited to the vertical rod 26 but may be the lower rod 25.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the example which provided the receiving member 37 which can be slidably moved in the inclination direction in the room inner side of the screen door 21 as a drop-off prevention member was shown, it does not restrict to this. For example, as shown in FIG. 8, a shaft that penetrates the lower arm 25 of the screen door 21 is rotatably provided, and an operation gripping portion 46 as shown in FIG. 8A is provided on the indoor side of the shaft. The plate-shaped regulation plate 47 may be fixed to the outdoor side. Before the screen door 21 is attached, the drop-off preventing member has the restriction plate 47 positioned above the lower end of the screen door 21 with a screw or the like as a stopper 48 as shown in the left diagram of FIG. Then, after the screen door 21 is attached and the lower support member 36 is inserted into the groove 25b of the lower arm 25, the operation gripping portion 46 is rotated, and the regulating plate 47 is moved to the screen door as shown in the right figure of FIG. The movement of the screen door 21 to the indoor side may be restricted by disposing the door 21 so as to straddle the lower support member 36.

Further, as shown in FIG. 9, a shaft body that penetrates the vertical rod 26 of the screen door 21 is provided as a drop-off preventing member so as to be slidable along the tilt direction. Such an operation gripping portion 46 may be provided, and a rectangular pipe-shaped regulating square member 49 may be fixed to the outdoor side. Before the screen door 21 is attached, the drop-off prevention member places the regulating square member 49 above the lower end of the screen door 21 as shown in the left diagram of FIG. Then, after the screen door 21 is attached and the lower support member 36 is inserted into the groove portion 25b of the lower rod 25, the operation gripping portion 46 is slid, and the regulating square member 49 is moved to the screen door 21 as shown in the right view of FIG. Further, the movement of the screen door 21 to the indoor side may be restricted by arranging it so as to straddle the lower support member 36.
In the said embodiment, although the example which attaches the screen door 21 from the indoor side was demonstrated, the form attached from the outdoor side may be sufficient. In this case, the restriction plate 40 is provided on the indoor side of the screen door 21. Moreover, although the screen door unit provided in the skylight has been described as an example, the joinery is not limited to the skylight. For example, various windows provided on a vertical wall (open window, open window, louver window, sliding door window, etc.) may be used.

In the said embodiment, although the groove part 25b was provided in the lower end of the screen door 21, and the lower support member was provided as a protrusion part in the opening part side, the protrusion part was provided in the screen door 21 side, and a groove part was provided in the opening part side. May be provided.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the example which provided the wooden frame 7 in the metal frame 12 as an opening frame provided in the opening part 10 was demonstrated, the wooden frame 7 does not necessarily need to be provided. Any material such as resin may be used. Furthermore, in the said embodiment, although the wooden frame 7 was demonstrated as an opening frame of joinery and the frame (roof, wall, etc.) and the wooden frame 7 were demonstrated separately, the wooden frame 7 is good also as a part of a frame. In the present embodiment, the wooden frame 7 is used as the frame that is attached to the frame 12 of the opening frame. However, the wooden frame 7 is not necessarily wooden, and may be aluminum, resin, or the like.

Moreover, although the screen door unit was provided in the wooden frame 7 of the opening frame, it is not limited thereto, and may be provided on the frame 12 side of the opening frame, or may be provided on a frame (roof, wall, frame, etc.).

The above embodiment is for facilitating the understanding of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention. The present invention can be changed and improved without departing from the gist thereof, and it is needless to say that the present invention includes equivalents thereof.
