Description

The present invention relates to a packing box suitable for packing a rectangular large article such as a solar panel, and a packing structure using the packing box.

Conventionally, as a packaging box for a solar panel, for example, the one described in Patent Document 1 is known.

As shown in FIG. 5, the packaging box is composed of a pair of left and right sheets for covering both side surfaces in the longitudinal direction of the panel frame 300 of the solar panel to protect the corners. Since it is normal to use a large number of solar panels, when transporting, the solar panels packed in the packing box 200 are stacked in multiple stages, and the whole is bundled with the tape 220 so that it can be transported. It is a load.

FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing a configuration and an assembling procedure of a main part of a conventional packaging box described in Patent Document 1.

As shown in FIG. 6A, the packaging box 200 is formed on each sheet in sequence on a back plate 201 that covers the peripheral edge of the bottom surface of the panel frame 300 during packaging, and on a side edge along the longitudinal direction of the back plate 201. A first side plate 202 that covers the side surface of the panel frame 300 during packaging, a first front plate 203 that covers the peripheral edge of the surface of the panel frame 300, and both ends of the back plate 201 in the longitudinal direction. A second side plate 204 that covers the side surface of the panel frame 300 at the time of packing and a second surface plate 205 that covers the peripheral edge of the surface of the panel frame 300 are provided at the side edges sequentially through folds. The insertion slit 207 is provided in the second surface plate 205 below the first surface plate 203, and the insertion slit 207 is inserted into the first surface plate 203 above the second surface plate 205 during packaging. Omission to be stopped It is provided with a fit projection 208a with the engaging piece 208.

When packing the panel frame 300 in the packing box 200, as shown in FIG. 6B, the second side plate 204 and the second front plate 205 are covered with the back plate 201 covering the bottom surface of the panel frame 300. Are sequentially folded to cover the side surface and the peripheral edge of the surface of the panel frame 300. Next, as shown in FIG. 6 (c), the first side plate 202 and the first surface plate 203 are sequentially bent, the locking piece 208 is bent vertically, and as shown in FIG. Plug it into 207 vertically. By doing so, the retaining protrusion 208a is caught on the edge of the slit 207, so that the locking piece 208 is locked and the first surface plate 203 and the second surface plate 205 are engaged.
Utility Model Registration No. 3097147

By the way, in the above-mentioned packing box 200, since it is necessary to insert the locking piece 208 into the slit 207 while bending it vertically, there was a problem that it was difficult to insert. In addition, the locking piece 208 is locked by the locking protrusion 208a being hooked on the edge of the slit 207 with the locking piece 208 inserted vertically, so the locking force is weak, Therefore, there is a possibility that the first surface plate 203 floats and the locking piece 208 comes out of the slit 207.

In view of the above circumstances, the present invention provides a packing box that can easily and reliably engage bent surface plates and can maintain a clean packing state, and a packing structure using the packing box. The purpose is to provide.

The invention according to claim 1 is a packing box for packing an article having a rectangular outer peripheral shape, and a rectangular back plate that covers at least a peripheral portion of the bottom surface of the article at the time of packing, and one opposing side of the back plate in order. A first side plate that covers the side surface of the article at the time of packing, a first surface plate that covers the peripheral edge of the surface of the article, and the other opposing side of the back plate via the crease sequentially. The second side plate that is provided continuously and covers the side surface of the article at the time of packing, the second surface plate that covers the peripheral edge of the surface of the article from above the first surface plate, and the first surface plate on the first surface plate at the time of packing. 2 A rectangular locking hole formed near a portion overlapping the surface plate, and protruding from the outer edge of the second surface plate, having a width larger than the locking hole, By pushing in from above, the locking hole is pulled out while bending at the center in the width direction. The first surface plate enters the back side of the first surface plate, and the back side is restored to a posture substantially parallel to the first surface plate and the second surface plate, so that the first surface plate is prevented from coming off. And a locking projection piece for connecting the face plate and the second surface plate.

Invention of Claim 2 is a packing box of Claim 1, Comprising: As for the said latching protrusion, the width | variety of the base connected to the outer edge part of the said 2nd surface plate is the same as the width | variety of the said latching hole. Further, it is characterized in that it has a trapezoidal shape with a tip that is smaller and the width of the tip portion is larger than the width of the locking hole.

The invention of claim 3 is the packaging box according to claim 1, wherein the locking protrusion has the same width of the base connected to the outer edge of the second surface plate as the width of the locking hole. The width gradually increases as it goes to the tip end side, and after reaching the middle between the base portion and the tip portion, the width becomes larger than the width of the locking hole, and further to the tip portion. According to the above, the width is gradually reduced, and it has a substantially rhombus shape.

Invention of Claim 4 is a packing structure using the packing box of any one of Claims 1-3, Comprising: The said article fits the rectangular panel in the rectangular frame material, The four sides and four corners of the frame material are covered with the back plate and the first and second side plates and the first and second surface plates of the packing box, and in this state, Each locking protrusion is fitted and engaged.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, a rectangular locking hole and a locking protrusion are provided on the first surface plate which is the lower side and the second surface plate which is the upper side when packing, respectively, and the locking protrusion Just push it into the locking hole in a state where it overlaps with the locking hole from above, and the locking protrusion will break through the locking hole while bending from itself and enter the back side of the lower surface plate. Therefore, once the locking protrusion is pushed into the locking hole, it can be kept in a state where it cannot be easily disconnected. . In particular, the locking protrusion is not a type that bends in a direction perpendicular to the surface plate and is inserted into the other side, but is a type that enters the back side of the locking hole while maintaining a posture substantially parallel to the surface plate. Unlike insertion, the engagement can be easily performed and the locking force can be kept strong. Therefore, there is no worry that the surface plate will be lifted or removed once engaged, and a clean packaging state can be maintained.

According to invention of Claim 2, since the shape of the latching protrusion piece is formed in the trapezoid shape which spreads forward, once it is made to engage, it can be made hard to come off.

According to the invention of claim 3, since the shape of the locking protrusion is formed in a substantially rhombus shape, the locking protrusion is placed in the state where the narrowed tip portion is first put in the locking hole. By pushing from above, the locking protrusion can be easily pushed into the locking hole in a stable posture. Moreover, once engaged, it can be made difficult to come off.

According to the invention of claim 4, since the four sides and four corners of the rectangular frame member are covered with the back plate, the side plate, and the front plate of the packaging box, all the outer peripheral portions of the frame member can be protected. And safe packing is possible.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a development view of a packaging box, FIGS. 2A to 2C are perspective views showing the configuration and assembly procedure of the main part of the packaging box, and FIG. 3 is the configuration of the main part of the packaging box of another embodiment. FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a state in which packed products are stacked and packed in a multistage manner.

As shown in FIG. 1, the packaging box 50 of the embodiment is for packing an article having a rectangular outer shape (here, a solar panel), and has a rectangular back surface that covers at least the peripheral edge of the bottom surface of the article at the time of packing. The first side plate 2 and the peripheral portion of the surface of the article are connected to the outer side of the long side of the face plate 1 and the back plate 1 through the linear folds A1 and B1 in order to cover the side of the article at the time of packing. A first surface plate 3 to be covered, and a second side plate 4 and a first surface plate that are successively connected to the outside of the short side of the back plate 1 via linear folds A2 and B2 and cover the side surface of the article during packaging. A second surface plate 5 covering the peripheral edge of the surface of the article from above 3, a rectangular locking hole 7 formed on the first surface plate 3 near a portion overlapping with the second surface plate 5 at the time of packing; , Protruding from the outer edge of the second surface plate 5 and having a width larger than that of the locking hole 7, and facing upward toward the locking hole 7 during packing. By being pushed into the center portion in the width direction, it penetrates through the locking hole 7 and enters the back side of the first surface plate 3, and the back surface is substantially parallel to the first surface plate 3 and the second surface plate 5. By being restored to the above, it has a locking projection 7 that is locked in the locking hole 7 and thereby connects the first surface plate 3 and the second surface plate 5.

A rectangular opening 1 a having a shape similar to the outer peripheral shape is formed at the center of the back plate 1. Further, at both ends of the first side plate 2 in the longitudinal direction, it is folded under the second side plate 4 at the time of packing, so that there is no gap between the edges of the side plates 2 and 4 and the corners of the article. The flap 6 which protects a part is connected.

As shown in FIG. 2, the locking protrusion 8 includes a base 8 a connected to the outer edge of the second surface plate 5 whose width is equal to or smaller than the width of the locking hole 7, and the tip 8 b It has a trapezoidal shape with a width that is larger than the width of the locking hole 7, and retaining protrusions 8 c are provided on both sides of the tip in the width direction.

For example, when packing an article (solar panel) in which a rectangular solar panel body (panel) 11 is fitted in a groove 12 of a rectangular panel frame (frame material) 10 in a packing box 50 configured as described above, 2 (a), with the back plate 1 covering the bottom surface of the panel frame 10, the first side plate 2 and the first surface plate 3 are sequentially bent, and the side surface in the long side direction of the panel frame 10 Cover the peripheral edge of the surface. Next, the second side plate 4 and the second surface plate 5 are sequentially bent to cover the side surface in the short side direction and the peripheral edge of the surface of the panel frame 10.

Next, as shown in FIG. 2B, the locking protrusion 8 of the second surface plate 5 is placed on the locking hole 7 of the first surface plate 3, and the locking protrusion 8 is moved as shown by the arrow. As indicated by X, it is simply pushed into the locking hole 7 from above. If it does so, the latching protrusion 8 will penetrate the latching hole 7 while bending in the center part, and will enter into the back side of the 1st surface plate 3 of the lower side. When entering the back side, since the restraint by the peripheral edge of the locking hole 7 is lost, as shown in FIG. 2 (c), the locking projection piece 8 is in a posture substantially parallel to the first and second surface plates 3, 5. It is restored and retained in the locking hole 7.

Therefore, once the locking protrusion 8 is pushed into the locking hole 7, it can be kept in a state where it cannot be easily removed. In particular, the locking protrusion 8 is not bent in the direction perpendicular to the second surface plate 5 and inserted into the mating side, but is embedded in the back side of the locking hole 7 while maintaining a posture substantially parallel to the second surface plate 5. Therefore, unlike the conventional case of being inserted into the slit while being bent, the engagement can be easily performed and the locking force can be kept strong. As a result, there is no concern that the second surface plate 5 will be lifted or removed once engaged, and a clean packaging state can be maintained. Further, in the case of this embodiment, the shape of the locking projection piece 8 is formed in a trapezoidal shape that spreads forward, so that it can be reliably prevented from coming out once it is engaged.

Moreover, you may employ | adopt the latching protrusion 18 like the packaging box 50B shown to Fig.3 (a)-(c) instead of the above-mentioned trapezoidal-shaped latching protrusion 8. FIG. The width of the base 18a connected to the outer edge portion of the second surface plate 5 is equal to or smaller than the width of the locking hole 7 and the width of the locking protrusion 18 increases toward the tip end 18b. An approximately rhombus shape that gradually increases, and after the width becomes larger than the width of the locking hole 7 in the vicinity of the middle between the base portion 18a and the distal end portion 18b, the width gradually decreases toward the distal end portion 8b. I am doing. Accordingly, the retaining protrusions 18c are provided on both sides of the intermediate portion in the width direction.

Thus, when the shape of the latching protrusion 18 is formed in a substantially rhombus shape, as shown in FIG. 3B, the tip 18b having a narrow width is inserted into the latching hole 7 first. Since the locking protrusion 8 can be pushed in from above, the locking protrusion 8 can be easily pushed into the locking hole 7 in a stable posture, and once engaged, it can be difficult to come off.

In any case, when the solar panel is packed with the packing boxes 50 and 50B of the embodiment, the four sides and the four corners of the panel frame 10 are connected to the back plate 1 and the first and second side plates 2 of the packing box. 4 and the first and second surface plates 3 and 5 can be completely covered (packing structure). Therefore, all the outer peripheral parts of the panel frame 10 can be protected, and safe packing is possible.

FIG. 4 shows a state in which the products packed in the packing boxes 50 and 50B are stacked in multiple stages to complete the transportation load.
