The covering member 28 having a surface from which the adhesive 18 is easily peeled is bonded to the surface opposite to the side to be bonded to the mount 22 of the sheet member 26, and has a single layer structure such as a polyester film having a thickness of about 50 μm. In the holder 24 of the present invention, the sheet member 26 is bonded to the mount 22 and the covering member 28 only in the first region 32a. First, excess portions (peripheral portions 30a and 30b) on both sides of the double eyelid tape 10 are peeled off together with the covering member 28 on the peripheral portions 30a and 30b. That is, by picking one peripheral portion 30b included in the floating second region 32b and picking it up as it is, the peripheral portion 30b, the peripheral portion 30a, and the opposite peripheral portion 30b are separated from the mount 22 in series.   As shown in FIG. 7, the pusher 36 is a small and light rod-shaped member having a grip portion that is easy to hold, and is made of an inexpensive material having a predetermined hardness such as plastic.
