FIG. 4 shows a control operation in the television receiver.
On the television receiver main body side, first, switch input is monitored in step S1, and it is determined in step S2 whether or not there has been switch input. When it is determined NO, the process returns to step S1 to repeat the switch input monitoring.

If it is determined as YES in step S2, the process proceeds to step S3 to determine whether or not the input switch is a locator activation switch.
When it is determined NO, the process proceeds to step S5, a process corresponding to the switch input is executed, and the process returns to step S1 to repeatedly monitor the switch input.
On the other hand, when it is determined as YES, the process proceeds to step S4 to instruct the locator transmission unit to transmit the locator signal, and then returns to step S1.

In the television receiver, when the remote control device (9) is lost, if the user operates the locator start switch (82), a locator signal is transmitted from the television receiver body (8) to the remote control device (9). Then, the voice generating unit (97) of the remote control device (9) that has received the locator signal operates to notify the user of the position of the remote control device (9).

特開平6−165267号公報[H04Q9/00]JP-A-6-165267 [H04Q9 / 00] 実開平6−52293号公報[H04Q9/00]Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-52293 [H04Q9 / 00] 特開2001−69579号公報[H04Q9/00]JP 2001-69579 A [H04Q9 / 00] 特開2002−320279号公報[H04Q9/00]JP 2002-320279 A [H04Q9 / 00] 特開2004−328589号公報[H04Q9/00]JP 2004-328589 A [H04Q9 / 00]

However, in a conventional electronic device capable of searching for a remote control device, when the device main body, for example, the television receiver main body is moved to another room, only the television receiver main body is moved to move the remote control device. I tend to forget that. In this case, since the locator signal emitted from the room in which the television receiver main body is installed does not reach the original room where the remote control device exists, there is a problem that it is difficult to search for the remote control device.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide an electronic device that does not cause the remote control device to be lost when the device main body is moved to another room due to a move or the like.

An electronic device with a remote control function according to the present invention includes a device main body that operates by receiving power supply from an external power source, and a remote control device that transmits a remote control signal to the device main body. The remote control device operates in response to reception of the locator signal by the locator receiving means for receiving the locator signal transmitted from the device main body, and the locator receiving means for transmitting the locator signal. And a notification means.
Further, the device main body includes an internal power supply to which power is supplied when power supply from the external power supply is interrupted, power supply switching detection means for detecting switching from the external power supply to the internal power supply, and the power supply switch detection Control means for instructing the locator transmission means to transmit a locator signal when switching of the power source is detected by the means.

According to the electronic device with a remote control function of the present invention, when the device main body is moved to another room, the power plug for receiving power supply from the external power source is pulled out from the power outlet. Along with this, switching from the external power supply to the internal power supply is automatically performed, and this situation is detected by the power supply switching detection means, and as a result, the control means instructs the locator transmission means to transmit a locator signal.
As a result, the notifying means operates, and the position of the remote control device is notified to the user by generation of sound, generation of vibration, generation of light, or a combination thereof.

According to the electronic device with a remote control function according to the present invention, when the device main body is moved to another room, the user is automatically notified by switching the power supply, so that the user knows the presence and position of the remote control device by the notification.
