前記の凹凸面の反射鏡(10),(20)の間にパッキン材(16)を介在させるか、軟質合成樹脂製の補強膜(15)自体を発泡性のシートとしてパッキン材を兼用させてもこの発明としては何ら変りは無い。
これら重ね合わせ反射鏡(40)は合成樹脂製の共通の支持枠(30)に嵌合してあり、扁平角筒型のサック(31)に挿入及び引き出し可能にしてあり、共通の支持枠(30)をサック(31)に完全に挿入したときは、共通の支持枠(30)は完全にサック(31)内に収納される。
前記の凹凸面鏡(10)、(20)は前記のように壊れ難い強化ガラスなどを用い、反射面を構成する蒸着金属をクロームとするときはその背面に保護膜を塗装しなくとも、充分な耐剥離強度を有するから、単一の湾曲板を用いた場合は、その表面を凹面反射鏡(10)、裏面を凸面反射鏡(20)として用いることができる。
前記サック(31)内には共通の支持枠(30)の挿入抜去方向にスライドする滑り子(32)が設けてあり、この滑り子(32)と前記共通の支持枠(30)とはこれらが一直線の状態から少なくとも90°好ましくは115°折り曲げ自在で、折り曲げた状態で180°共通の支持枠(30)はサック(31)に対して旋回自在に結合してあり、一例としてボール型ユニバーサルジョイント(33)を介して連結してある(図6参照)。
前記のこのボール型ユニバーサルジョイント(33)をサック(31)から完全に引き出した状態において、ボール型ユニバーサルジョイント(33)部分は共通の支持枠(30)及びサック(31)に対して、360°以上旋回可能であり、共通の支持枠(30)とサック(31)は、略115°の範囲まで折り曲げ可能である。
即ちこのユニバーサルジヨイント(33)の共通の支持枠(30)側は先端に第2球体(36)が一体化した軸(35)が設けてあり、滑り子(32)側は先端には前記球体(36)と摺合可能の内球面座(37)が設けてあり、内球面座(37)の一側面には切欠溝(38)が設けてあり、共通の支持枠(30)を前記球体(36)を中心として起立させたとき、前記軸(35)がこの切欠溝(38)の中に挿入されて、共通の支持枠(30)が起立可能としてある。
前記の共通の支持枠(30)とサック(31)の折り曲げ可能な角度は155°程度まで折り曲げ可能であっても、請求項1または2の発明の実施例2に含まれる。
