Description

The present invention relates to a respirator with an electric fan, and more particularly to a respirator with an electric fan that can reduce malfunction as much as possible even in a dirty environment such as dust, dust, and oil.

Conventionally, there are two types of respirators equipped with an electric fan: a type that always supplies air at a constant flow rate and a type that supplies air according to respiration. There are types that supply air in accordance with respiration, such as those that detect with an internal pressure using a pressure sensor such as a diaphragm, and those that detect opening and closing of an exhaust valve with a photo interrupter.

Patent Document 1 discloses a breathing apparatus that detects opening / closing of an exhaust valve with a photo interrupter. That is, this breathing apparatus is provided with an exhaust valve that opens at the time of exhaust and closes at the time of intake and an intake valve that closes at the time of exhaust and opens at the time of intake and is driven by a motor, and through the intake valve during normal operation, In the breathing apparatus in which a blower for sending the gas into the face is installed, a photo interrupter that senses the position of the exhaust valve or the intake valve and generates a signal at the time of exhaust or intake is installed in the vicinity of the exhaust valve or the intake valve. According to a signal from the sensor, a breathing apparatus is disclosed in which power is supplied to the motor so as to normally operate during inspiration and power supply to the motor is stopped or reduced during exhaust.

However, in a respiratory apparatus using a photo interrupter, a malfunction of the fan may occur due to contamination of the light emitting surface, light receiving surface, and intake valve or exhaust valve surface (reflection surface) of the photo interrupter. In addition, the sensitivity of the sensor may decrease due to aging, and the same malfunction may occur.
A product that is used in an environment where a large amount of dust, dust, oil, or the like that causes the above-described problems needs to be taken so that it does not easily fail.
In addition, the failure due to dirt can be improved to some extent by performing inspection and maintenance before and after use, but the failure is not preferable because it is a product aimed at protecting the user's breathing.

The present invention has been completed as a result of various investigations on a respirator with a fan that reduces failure as much as possible, and the object of the present invention is to prevent malfunction caused by dirt such as dust, dust, and oil. An object of the present invention is to provide a respiratory protective device with an electric fan that controls the supply of air in accordance with breathing.

The gist of the present invention is that, in a respiratory protective device with an electric fan, a magnet is provided in a part of the exhaust valve or the intake valve, the opening / closing of the exhaust valve or the intake valve is detected by a Hall element, and the air supply control in accordance with the respiration This is a respiratory protective device with an electric fan using a Hall element.

In the present invention, a hall element (hall sensor) that is a magnetic sensor is used to open and close an exhaust valve or an intake valve of a respiratory protective device with an electric fan. Thus, it was possible to provide a respiratory protective device with an electric fan that is less likely to malfunction due to dirt such as oil.

The respiratory protective device with an electric fan in the present invention is a respiratory protective device having an exhaust valve and an intake valve on a full face or half face face body and supplying air in accordance with the breathing of the wearer by the electric fan. In the present invention, air supply control is performed using a Hall sensor having a Hall element utilizing the Hall effect. That is, the Hall element is characterized by being resistant to dirt such as dust, dust, oil, etc., as compared with a photo interrupter because it detects magnetism. In addition, since it is detected without contact, it is more durable than a mechanical limit switch, so it can be said that it is an effective sensor in an environment where a respirator is used.
In the present invention, the installation location of the Hall element may be an exhaust valve (or an intake valve) as in a conventional product, or a dedicated component for detecting breathing may be provided.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a structural view of a respiratory protective device with an electric fan according to the present invention. In FIG. 1, the face contact body 1 is provided with an intake valve seat 2 and an exhaust valve seat 8. A fan motor 5 is attached in the fan motor cover 3. At the time of intake, the fan motor 5 operates and the intake valve 4 opens to supply clean air through the filter medium 6.
An exhaust valve 9 is attached to the exhaust valve seat 8 so that it opens when exhausting and closes when intake. A magnet 10 is provided at an arbitrary position of the exhaust valve 9, and a hall element 11 is attached to the exhaust valve cover 7 at a position facing the magnet 10.
The operation of the exhaust valve by breathing is shown in FIGS.
FIG. 2 shows the state of the exhaust valve 9 when the wearer is inhaling, and the Hall element and the magnet are separated as much as possible. At this time, since the magnetic flux density detected by the Hall element is small, the potential difference at the output terminal of the Hall element is also small. The electric circuit controls the fan motor to perform normal air blowing.
FIG. 3 shows the state of the exhaust valve 9 at the time of exhaust, and the Hall element 11 and the magnet 10 are closer to each other than at the time of intake. At this time, since the magnetic flux density detected by the Hall element increases, the potential difference at the output terminal of the Hall element also increases. The electric circuit controls the fan motor air flow to be reduced or stopped as compared with FIG.

In addition, when performing delicate ventilation control, it is desirable to design the Hall sensor so that a magnetic flux density proportional to the moving amount of the magnet can be obtained with respect to the Hall element.
FIG. 4 shows another embodiment. An exhaust valve 14 is attached to a valve shaft 13 made of a hard resin or the like that moves in a direction perpendicular to the Hall element, and the exhaust valve 14 is opened and closed by a spring 12 having an appropriate elasticity. The movement of the exhaust valve is shown in FIGS. Since the operation of the fan motor is the same as described above, a description thereof will be omitted.

As described above, in the present invention, since the outside air is sent in using the Hall element, it is more resistant to dirt, dust, oil, and other dirt than a photo interrupter and has a low malfunction due to an electric fan. Protective equipment can be provided.
