Description

The present invention is a snowfall prevention device with a rain gutter for installation on a building eaves to prevent the occurrence of snowfall and icicles, and in particular, a rain gutter that can be attached and detached without damaging the eaves to receive snow melt water. The present invention relates to a snowfall prevention device with a rain gage that is swingably supported.

Conventionally, in cold regions, there have been problems such as snowfall from the roof and falling icicles that passers-bys can be injured and adjacent buildings can be damaged. For this reason, in designing the building, various measures have been taken such as providing a sufficient space between adjacent buildings and installing a fence. However, in a residential area of a city, etc., because the land is used effectively, the houses are densely built and there are many cases that cannot be dealt with only by the design of the building. Therefore, conventionally, a proposal has been made to prevent snowfall by providing an appropriate snowfall prevention tool on the roof.

For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2006-207234 describes an eaves snow melting device installed at the eaves. This eaves-end snow melting device has a horizontal opening, a vertical portion, and an inclined portion formed by bending a large number of wire rods into a substantially right-angled triangular shape, and a front opening formed by connecting the horizontal wires with a predetermined interval, and the horizontal opening. And a rear net part formed so that it can be fixed to the roof by extending the rear part, and a guard part is provided inside the front opening to prevent snow from falling along the longitudinal direction of the eaves. (Patent Document 1). According to the invention described in Patent Document 1, the opening and the net body serve as resistance, and snow sliding is suppressed.

Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2006-291549 describes an icicle prevention eaves. The icicle prevention eaves are fixed by bolts at positions projecting from the eaves of the folded plate roof, and are substantially U-shaped steel plate covers that function as drainage elongates along the girder direction, and the steel plate cover and the wall surface of the house And a roof cover that covers the upper opening of the steel plate cover (Patent Document 2). According to the invention described in Patent Document 2, it is said that the occurrence of icicles can be prevented by configuring the rain gutter so as to cover the eaves.

特開2006−207234号公報JP 2006-207234 A 特開2006−291549号公報JP 2006-291549 A

However, in the invention described in Patent Document 1, snow is easily attached to the wire and the net, and the snow is attached so as to protrude from the opening to the eaves direction, and snowfall cannot be completely prevented. In addition, the occurrence of icicles cannot be prevented unless a gutter is attached separately.

On the other hand, in the invention described in Patent Document 2, since the icicle prevention eaves are completely fixed to the roof with bolts or the like, there is a problem that the roof or eaves are damaged due to rusting over time. Moreover, since the top of the fence is covered with the roof cover in parallel with the roof, snow accumulates on the roof cover, so there is a risk of snowfall and icicles. Furthermore, when the drainage gutter is clogged due to dust or the like, it is in a completely fixed state, making it difficult to clean and causing drainage clogging.

By the way, snowfall prevention devices and rain gutters are conventionally configured separately, especially in snowy countries, there are roofs that do not have gutters attached to the eaves for reasons such as snow accumulation on the gutters or easy icicles. Overwhelmingly many. However, if a rain gutter is not installed, the problem will not be solved because icicles are generated at the eaves. On the other hand, when installing rain gutters, the slope of the roof of the building is generally not uniform, so rain water or snow melt water can be accurately dropped into the gutter, creating a flow that promptly leads to the drain outlet. It was difficult and difficult to adjust and install at an inclination angle. In addition, when an existing snowfall prevention device is already installed, there is a problem that adjustment of installation is more difficult because the position where the rain gutter is attached is restricted.

Furthermore, the snowfall prevention device and the rain gutter are usually completely fixed to the roof and are not assumed to be attached or detached. For this reason, many fixing holes and scratches with bolts or the like remain at the eaves of the roof, and there is an inconvenience and cost problem that the roof must be replaced together when replacing the snowfall prevention device.

The present invention has been made in order to solve such problems, and is capable of detaching while suppressing damage to the roof, and can easily adjust the installation angle and the like when installing the rain gutter. An object of the present invention is to provide a snowfall prevention device with a rain gutter capable of preventing the occurrence of icicles at the eaves.

The snowfall prevention device with rain gutter according to the present invention is characterized in that a snowfall prevention plate is installed along the outer edge of the eaves to prevent snow from falling from the roof, and the snowmelt water is placed between the snowfall prevention plate and the roof. A plate fixture that is detachably fixed to the eaves with a gap to allow the flow of snow, a grooved rain gutter for receiving and draining snow melt flowing from the eaves, and an upper edge of the snow fall prevention plate A snow cover for covering the snowmelt water gutter and two upper edges constituting the groove shape of the snowmelt water gutter, respectively. The snowmelt water gutter is moved up and down in at least one position between the protection cover In that it is composed of a gutter inclination adjuster hanging allow settling.

Moreover, in this invention, it is preferable to have the rocking | swiveling support member for a cover which supports the said snow protection cover so that rocking | fluctuation is possible in the eaves edge direction with respect to the upper edge part of the said snowfall prevention board.

Furthermore, in the present invention, it is preferable to have a water guide zone that is attached to the eaves tip for guiding the snowmelt water into the snowmelt rain gutter and has its tip end extended to the inside of the snowmelt water rain gutter. .

Furthermore, in this invention, it is preferable that the said plate fixing tool has a clamping part which clamps the collar of an eaves edge.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, it can suppress and damage a roof, makes it possible to attach or detach, can adjust easily the installation angle etc. at the time of installing a rain gutter, and can prevent that an icicle occurs on the eaves.

Hereinafter, embodiments of a snowfall prevention apparatus with rain gutter according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The rain gutter inclination adjusting tool 8 is provided between the rain gutter swinging support member 6 and the snow fall prevention plate 2, but instead of or in addition to this, as shown in FIG. 7. Alternatively, it may be provided between the snow cover 5 and the gutter swing support member 7. The rain gutter inclination adjusting tool 8 ′ is formed of a single flat plate, and a plurality of pilot holes 812 ′ for penetrating fasteners H such as bolts are formed in the height direction. The rain gutter inclination adjusting tool 8 ′ is adapted to suspend one upper edge portion of the snow melting water rain gutter 4. At this time, the fastener H is fitted to the plurality of pilot holes 812 ′. Is selectively fastened to appropriately adjust the inclination of the snowmelt water gutter 4.

The water guide zone 9 is for guiding the snowmelt water to the inside of the snowmelt water gutter 4 reliably, and is configured in a thin plate shape in which one or a plurality of tip portions 91 whose tips are sunk are formed. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, it is formed in a shape having a plurality of serrated tip portions 91. The water guide zone 9 is preferably thin in order to smooth the flow of snowmelt water. However, the material and thickness are strong enough to extend the tip 91 of the water guide zone 9 to the inside of the snowmelt rain gutter 4. is required. The tip 91 of the water guide zone 9 is preferably arranged directly above the snowmelt water freeze prevention heater 41 of the snowmelt rain gutter 4. The said water guide zone 9 is affixed using a caulking agent so that snowmelt water may not enter into the clearance gap between eaves.

Next, the operation of the snowfall prevention apparatus 1 with rain gutter according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 8 is a side view when the rainfall-preventing snowfall prevention device 1 according to the present embodiment is provided on a roof at an arbitrary angle.

As shown in FIG. 8, the snow piled on the roof slides down to the eaves side with its weight. At this time, the snowfall prevention plate 2 catches the falling snow so as not to fall under the eaves. On the other hand, the snow on the roof is gradually melted by the action of the heat from the inside of the building, solar heat, the snow fall prevention plate 2 heated by the solar heat, etc., and becomes snowmelt water, and this snowmelt water flows down to the eaves side. Since there is a space where water can flow between the snowfall prevention plate 2 and the roof, the snowmelt water passes under the snowfall prevention plate 2 to the tip 91 of the water guide zone 9 and rain for snowmelt water. It will surely fall into the inside of 樋 4. Therefore, water droplets are prevented from becoming icicles at the eaves. Moreover, in this embodiment, since the water conveyance zone 9 drops the snowmelt water in the snowmelt water gutter 4 in the vicinity of the snowmelt water freeze prevention heater 41, the snowmelt water after the fall is prevented from freezing. Therefore, the fallen snowmelt water flows to the drain outlet 44 according to the downward slope in the longitudinal direction of the snowmelt rain gutter 4 and is drained.

Further, since the snow cover 5 covers the snowmelt water gutter 4, it is possible to prevent snow from being accumulated on the snowmelt water gutter 4 even when snow falls, and to prevent accumulation of dust and the like. As a result, the snowmelt water in the snowmelt rain gutter 4 is quickly drained, and the rain gutter is prevented from being damaged by a snow load.

Further, the plate fixing tool 3 fixes the snowfall prevention plate 2 by holding the eaves hook A. At this time, since it is not fixed with a nail or a screw, the attachment / detachment of the snowfall prevention device 1 with the rain gutter is performed only by opening and closing the holding portion 310 of the plate fixture 3. Further, the rubber plate 32 stretched on the sandwiching side surface increases the frictional resistance to prevent sliding from the heel A, and further prevents the heel A from being damaged or rusted by electric corrosion. Thereby, the board fixture 3 makes it easy to attach or detach the rainfall-preventing snowfall prevention device 1 from the eaves. Furthermore, since the holding part 310 is formed in a substantially concave shape that is easily elastically deformed, when the fastening tool H is overtightened, the fastening force can be distributed over the entire holding surface, so that the hook A is not prepared. To prevent it from being damaged.

Further, the gutter inclination adjusting tool 8, the gutter swinging support member 6 and the cover swinging support member 7 support the snowmelt water gutter 4 so that it can swing in the eaves direction, and the gutter inclination adjusting tool. 8, the height of the support position of the snowmelt water gutter 4 can be adjusted. Therefore, since the inclination of the snowmelt rain gutter 4 can be adjusted as appropriate, the snowfall prevention device 1 with a gutter can be installed on the roof at various angles. Specifically, the rain for snowmelt water depends on the position of the pilot hole 812 to be fastened between the height adjustment surface 811 of the first inclination adjustment unit 81 of the gutter inclination adjustment tool 8 and the fastening surface 820 of the second inclination adjustment unit 82. The inclination can be adjusted by changing the support height of the flange 4. For example, as shown in FIG. 8 and FIG. 9, when the roof becomes steep, the lower hole 812 of the height adjustment surface 811 of the first inclination adjustment unit 81 is selected as the lower hole, so that the rain gutter for snowmelt water is used. It can be set so that the bottom surface of 4 is substantially horizontal with respect to the eaves direction. On the other hand, in the case of a gentle gradient, it is only necessary to select the upper hole and raise the position for rocking support.
