(C1)第2デジタルデータをアナログ変換した第2アナログ信号を出力する第2デジタルアナログ変換器を有し、
(C2)前記第2アナログ信号を、電流増幅回路を介することなく前記第2駆動信号として出力する、第2駆動信号生成部と、
