Description

The present invention relates to a lighting device unit and a lighting system including the same, and more particularly to a lighting device unit connected to a lighting device installed on a road and a lighting system including the same.

In Patent Document 1, a light diffusing emitter having a mirror provided at one end of a transparent cylinder having an uneven inner surface is inserted into a diffuser having a transparent plate on the side surface and a reflecting surface on the opposite inner surface. There is disclosed a light-up structure for a road structure in which a light-up light source formed by detachably attaching a light source for irradiating light in a diffuse emitter is attached to a road structure such as a soundproof wall.

The light-up structure of this road structure efficiently illuminates light emitted from the light source in a direction perpendicular to the front surface of the transparent plate, so it is energy efficient and the road structure is beautifully lit up. It is said to be useful for improving the landscape.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 07-262811

However, since the conventional technique has a housing, there is no degree of freedom in the installation position of the light source, and it is difficult to carry the light source. Further, the conventional technique is not suitable for an application in which a light source is installed on a road and used for road guidance, for example.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a lighting system that can be easily transported by providing the light source with a flexible installation position and that is versatile.

In order to solve the above problems, a lighting device unit and a lighting system according to the present invention include:
A power supply cable connected at one end to the lighting device;
And a lighting device component that is electrically connected to the other end of the power supply cable and can be electrically connected to a power transmission cable to the power supply cable and is physically detachable.

That is, according to the present invention, since the lighting device component can be physically attached to and detached from the power transmission cable, the installation position of the light source can be freely secured.

The lighting device parts are:
A mutually rotating casing,
A pair of power supply blades connected to one inner side of the housing and connected to a pair of electric wires in the power supply cable may be provided.

If it carries out like this, an illuminating device component can be physically physically attached or detached with respect to the power transmission cable.

Further, the lighting device component is:
When the housings are in the closed state, the power transmission cables are physically mounted by being sandwiched, and the pair of power supply blades may contact the pair of electric wires in the power transmission cables.

In this way, physical mounting and electrical connection between the power transmission cable and the lighting device component can be realized in one process.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In addition, in each figure, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the same part. For the convenience of explanation, it should be noted that the size of each member shown in the drawing is exaggerated.
(Embodiment 1)
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of an illumination system according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. The lighting system shown in FIG. 1 includes a row lamp type lighting device 30, a power supply cable 17 that supplies power to the lighting device 30, a power transmission cable 2 that is electrically connected to the cable 17, and a power supply cable. 17 and the lighting device component 1 that connects the power transmission cable 2.

The row lamp type lighting device 30 includes, for example, a substantially cylindrical casing 31 and a light source 32 such as an LED, a halogen, an HID, or a fluorescent lamp installed therein. The housing 31 is provided with a jack that receives a plug provided in the power supply cable 17.

In the present embodiment, the power supply cable 17 can be a coaxial cable having a length of about 50 cm to 2 m. A plug 19 (FIG. 5) is provided at one end of the power supply cable 17, and the lighting device component 1 is attached to the other end.

The power transmission cable 2 is connected to a commercial power source or the like. The power transmission cable 2 includes a substantially flat support member 23 having a width of 2 to 3 cm and a height of about 5 mm, and vinyl chloride bonded in a recessed state formed on the upper surface of the support member 23. A covered wire 21 and electric wires 22a and 22b that are passed through the covered wire 21 and insulated from each other are provided. When the power transmission cable 2 has a weight of about 400 g / m, it is difficult to separate from the installation surface due to its own weight.

The support member 23 may have a rectangular cross section parallel to the short side direction. In particular, the cross section is substantially trapezoidal, a trapezoidal shape in which the vertical side surface is eliminated by increasing the cut area of the upper corner, and the cut angle. It is preferable because the legs and the like are more unlikely to be caught in the power transmission cable 2 like a triangular shape or an arch shape with an acute angle.

The support member 23 may have a length of about 1 m, and the end portions of the support member 23 may be connected to each other through a wire of about several centimeters. This is because the degree of freedom in arranging the power transmission cable 2 is increased. In this case, the covered wire 21 is reversed between the support members 23 by twisting. Thus, even when the covered wire 21 is bent between the support members 23, the support member 23 is caused by the relatively short distance between the inner periphery and the outer periphery of the covered wire 21 due to the twist of the covered wire 21. The end of no longer floats.

The lighting device component 1 is configured to be detachable from the power transmission cable 2. For this reason, the manager of the lighting system or the like may attach the lighting device component 1 to the desired position of the power transmission cable 2 by turning the power transmission cable 2 according to the desired installation position of the lighting device 30.

FIG. 2 is a plan view of the lighting device component 1 shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 2, the lighting device component 1 includes a first housing 11 having a long side portion bent in the front side of the drawing. The length between the long side portions of the first housing 11 is slightly longer than the width with the power transmission cable 2 so that the power transmission cable 2 can be received.

A second housing 12 is attached to the first housing 11 via a hinge portion 13. For example, a recess is formed on the outside of the long side portion of the first casing 11 that is not connected to the hinge portion 13. On the other hand, the second housing 12 has a convex portion at a position facing the concave portion when the lighting device component 1 is in the closed state. Since the concave portion and the convex portion are formed, the lighting device component 1 can be attached to and detached from the free position of the power transmission cable 2.

Four column portions 14 extending in a direction orthogonal to the planar direction are attached to the second housing 12. Flat plates 15 are attached to the end portions of the column portions 14 so that they are positioned in the vicinity of the four corners. The height of the column portion 14 corresponds to the height of the power transmission cable 2. Specifically, when the lighting device component 1 is in the closed state and the power transmission cable 2 is sandwiched between the flat plate 15 and the first housing 11, the distance between the flat plate 15 and the first housing 11 is the power transmission cable. It is made to be substantially the same as the height of 2.

Power supply blades 16 a and 16 b that are electrically connected to the electric wires 18 a and 18 b of the power supply cable 17 are attached to the flat plate 15. The power supply blades 16 a and 16 b have a substantially triangular shape, and are arranged along the longitudinal direction of the flat plate 15. The tip portions of the power supply blades 16 a and 16 b are configured to stand with respect to the planar direction of the flat plate 15.

The distance between the opposing surfaces of the power supply blades 16a and 16b is substantially the same as the distance between the centers of the electric wires 22a and 22b. The lengths of the power supply blades 16a and 16b are set such that the tips of the power supply blades 16a and 16b are sufficiently in contact with the electric wires 22a and 22b when the lighting device component 1 is closed. Further, the ends of the electric wires 18a and 18b of the power supply cable 17 are passed through the space formed between the flat plate 15 and the second housing 12 and formed by the pillar portion 14, and are electrically connected to the power supply blades 16a and 16b. Connected to.

3 and 4 are diagrams showing a procedure for attaching the lighting device component 1 to the power transmission cable 2 shown in FIG. First, as shown in FIG. 3, the lighting device component 1 is opened, and the power transmission cable 2 is placed on the first housing 11 at a desired position of the power transmission cable 2.

Alternatively, the power supply blades 16a and 16b of the second housing 12 may be attached to the electric wires 22a and 22b of the power transmission cable 2 first. If it carries out like this, when the 1st housing | casing 11 and the 2nd housing | casing 12 are rotated, after the electric power feeding blades 16a and 16b contact the covered wire 21, it will reach the electric wires 22a and 22b, and the electric power feeding blade 16a. , 16b can be prevented from being stressed in an oblique direction.

Next, the 1st housing | casing 11 and the 2nd housing | casing 12 are rotated mutually, and the convex part of the 2nd housing | casing 12 is inserted with respect to the recessed part of the 1st housing | casing 11. Next, as shown in FIG. As a result, the power supply blades 16a and 16b are inserted into the covered wire 21 and reach the electric wires 22a and 22b. Further, the power transmission cable 2 is sandwiched and positioned by the flat plate 15 and the first housing 11. Thus, the attachment of the lighting device component 1 to the power transmission cable 2 is completed.

When the lighting device component 1 is removed from the power transmission cable 2, stress is applied in a direction in which the first casing 11 and the second casing 12 are rotated in the opposite direction to that of the first casing 11 and the first casing 11 is rotated. The connection between the concave portion of the body 11 and the convex portion of the second housing 12 may be released.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view after the installation of the lighting device component 1 to the power transmission cable 2 of FIG. 1 is completed. After the lighting device component 1 is attached to the power transmission cable 2 by the procedure described above, the plug 19 provided at the tip of the power supply cable 17 may be inserted into the jack of the lighting device 30. At this time, if power is supplied to the power transmission cable 2, the light source 32 of the lighting device 30 is turned on by the power branched through the power supply cable 17.

(Embodiment 2)
FIG. 6 is a schematic diagram of the lighting device component 1 and the power transmission cable 2 according to the second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 6, the lighting device component 1 according to this embodiment includes receiving portions 15 ′ that receive the support members 23 at both ends of the flat plate 15. Specifically, the receiving portion 15 ′ is provided on the side along the longitudinal direction of the support member 23.

When the lighting device component 1 is attached to the power transmission cable 2, the light transmission cable 2 is positioned between the receiving portions 15 ′ on the flat plate 15. Next, the power transmission cable 2 is pressed against the flat plate 15 so that the power supply blades 16 a and 16 b of the second housing 12 reach the electric wires 22 a and 22 b of the power transmission cable 2.

In this way, when the first housing 11 and the second housing 12 are rotated, the first housing 11 functions as a lid, so that the feeding blades 16a and 16b are prevented from being stressed obliquely. can do.

In addition, the power transmission cable 2 is formed with a concave portion in which the covered wire 21 is embedded in a surface that becomes a bottom surface during use. This recess is deeper than that shown in FIG. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the covered wire 21 from being damaged by rubbing against the road surface when the power transmission cable 2 is placed on the road surface or when the power transmission cable 2 is wound up.

6 shows the power transmission cable 2 having a rectangular cross-sectional shape in the longitudinal direction. As shown in FIG. 3 and the like, the power transmission cable 2 having a substantially trapezoidal cross section is used. Also good.

(Embodiment 3)
FIG. 7 is a schematic diagram of the lighting device component 1 and the power transmission cable 2 according to the third embodiment of the present invention. The lighting device component 1 according to the present embodiment has one housing 11. The casing 11 has a substantially U-shaped cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the support member 23 when in use. A stopper 20 is formed at the opening of the housing 11 to prevent it from coming off from the power transmission cable 2. However, it should be noted that the stopper 20 is not limited to the type shown in FIG. Furthermore, power supply blades 16 a and 16 b are attached to the facing surface of the opening of the housing 11.

Further, the power transmission cable 2 has a concave portion in which the covered wire 21 is embedded in a surface that becomes a side surface when used. It should be noted that the opposite side surface to this side surface may be subjected to processing such as chamfering the upper corner.

The lighting device component 1 and the power transmission cable 2 can be attached to the power transmission cable 2 by sliding the lighting device component 1 from the side surface of the power transmission cable 2. Also in this case, as in the case of the second embodiment, it is possible to prevent stress from being applied obliquely to the power supply blades 16a and 16b and to prevent the covered wire 21 from being damaged.

The present invention can be used in the lighting industry.
