Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illuminator for a shelf of a showcase, wherein an attachment structure is improved so that a fluorescent lamp can be easily fitted to a lower surface side of a merchandise display shelf without using a conventional lamp holder. <P>SOLUTION: The illuminator for shelf of a showcase, which has a linear fluorescent lamp 6 fitted on a lower surface of merchandise display shelves 5 placed on upper and lower shelves in a main body case. The fluorescent lamp is covered with a protection tube 8 made of transparent resin, a socket is connected to metal caps 6a at both ends, and is fixed and supported at a prescribed position. The fluorescent lamp 6 is inserted into the protection tube 8, and then the protection tube is placed between a projection bracket 5b which is also used as a reinforcement material laid on a lower surface of a shelf plate along a longitudinal direction of the merchandise display shelf and a back end edge part 7a of a shelf tag mole 7 fitted to a front edge of the shelf plate, and is fixed. To be more specific, the protection tube 8 is a circular tube which has a diameter being a size larger than that of the fluorescent light 6 and is elastically deformable. Description

  The present invention relates to an interior shelf lighting device applied to a multistage showcase.

First, the overall structure of the multistage showcase described above is shown in FIG. In the figure, 1 is an outer box of a front open type main body case, 2 is an inner box, 3 is a cooler, 4 is a fan in the cabinet, and a product display shelf 5 is laid in the upper and lower stages in the cabinet. Each of the commodity display shelves 5 is provided with a straight tube type fluorescent lamp 6 on the lower surface side of the shelf board so as to illuminate a commodity (not shown) displayed on the lower shelf.
Next, the conventional support structure of the fluorescent lamp 6 installed on the lower surface of the shelf plate of the commodity display shelf 5 is shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 (see, for example, Patent Document 1). That is, as shown in the figure, the merchandise display shelf 5 has a shelf tag molding 7 attached to the front edge thereof, and is made of a channel steel plate having a V-shaped cross section along the longitudinal direction of the merchandise display shelf 5 on the back surface of the shelf board. A reinforcing bracket 5a is laid.
Here, C-shaped lamp holders 9 are fixed to the front side wall surface of the bracket 5a at a plurality of locations along the longitudinal direction via the clip portions 9a, and the fluorescent lamp 6 has a transparent resin for preventing damage. A protective tube 8 made of a metal is covered and sandwiched between the lamp holders 9 and fixedly supported at a predetermined position. By the way, the above-described conventional fluorescent lamp support structure has the following problems in appearance. That is, with respect to the fluorescent lamps 6 mounted on the product display shelves 6 arranged on the upper side of the cabinet, the tip of the lamp holder 9 supporting the fluorescent lamps 6 appears to be exposed from the front of the showcase, which becomes an obstacle. It has been pointed out that the appearance of the showcase is impaired. In this respect, if the sockets 10 at both ends are fixed to the shelf board and the fluorescent lamp 6 is installed between the sockets 10, the lamp holder 9 is not necessary. In addition to making it difficult to replace the fluorescent lamp 6 and connect it to the socket while the product is still displayed in the case, the socket structure is complicated and the cost is increased.
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and its object is to solve the above-mentioned problems, so that a fluorescent lamp can be easily mounted on the lower surface side of a product display shelf without using a lamp holder that is obstructive in appearance. An object of the present invention is to provide a shelf lighting device for a showcase with an improved mounting structure.

In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, there is provided a shelf lighting device for a showcase in which a straight tube fluorescent lamp is mounted on the lower surface of a product display shelf arranged in the upper and lower stages in the cabinet of the main body case, In a fluorescent lamp covered with a protective tube made of transparent resin, with sockets connected to the caps at both ends and fixedly supported in place,

  According to the above support structure, it is possible to mount the fluorescent lamp at a fixed position on the lower surface side of the merchandise display shelf by using the elasticity of the protective tube without using a lamp holder having a conventional structure that impairs the appearance. This improves the appearance of the lamp and eliminates the need for lamp holder parts and mounting man-hours, thereby contributing to cost reduction.
