Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for palletizing a winding roll wound around a winding core.
Winding rolls of strips of paper, film, metal, etc. are handled in a horizontal position because they are handled in the horizontal position at the time of processing, but in the state of standing on a pallet for reasons of transportation efficiency at the time of shipment. Often transported. In addition, these winding rolls are generally wound on a core after processing a belt-like sheet of paper, film, metal, etc. For example, a belt-like sheet having a width of about 1.5 m is wound into a core with a length of about 3000 m. Since it winds up, it becomes a very heavy roll.
For such a method of standing and palletizing the take-up roll body, a method of directly clamping the take-up roll body body with a roll clamp type forklift is common, but in the case of a product with low surface strength Gripping marks and deformation occur on the product surface. For this reason, there are methods such as weakening the clamping force of the clamp, or clamping with a cushioning material between the take-up roll body and the fork, but complete measures are taken simply by reducing the pressure on the wind-up roll body. In addition, there is a high possibility that the take-up roll body will be dropped when it is lifted, and the work must be done carefully, which causes a reduction in work efficiency.
As a means different from the above, a palletizing method for holding the tubular core itself by inserting a robot hand into the tubular core of the winding roll body is disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-163594 (Patent Document 1). However, when handling products with different inner diameters of the tubular core, it is necessary to use multiple robot hands, and when lifting a roll body with a weak winding tension, the outer part of the winding is caused by the weight of the winding roll body during reversal. There arises a problem that the phenomenon of tapering off occurs or the tubular core comes off and the product falls.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a palletizing method that does not cause damage or grip marks on a product surface and does not cause winding deviation in a palletizing method for a winding roll wound around a tubular core.
The above-described problems of the present invention have been solved by the following means.
(1) Attach a pallet with protrusions at the center on both sides of a horizontal take-up roll body without protruding tubular cores so that the protrusions are inserted into the tubular core of the take-up roll body. A method for palletizing a take-up roll body, wherein the take-up roll body is held up by a forklift via a pallet.
(2) A pallet with an insertion hole in the center is attached to both sides of the horizontal winding roll body from which the cylindrical core protrudes so that the cylindrical core of the winding roll body is inserted into the insertion hole. A method for palletizing a take-up roll body, wherein the take-up roll body is held up by a forklift via a pallet.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, in the palletizing method of the roll body wound up by the winding core, the palletizing method which does not generate | occur | produce a damage and a grip trace on a product surface, and does not generate | occur | produce winding deviation can be provided.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail. However, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments without departing from the gist of the present invention. The palletizing method of the take-up roll body of the present invention does not pinch the body of the product when palletizing the take-up roll body, so that damage and grip marks do not occur and both end faces of the take-up roll body Since the side is narrowed by a forklift via a pallet, it is a palletizing method that produces an excellent effect that palletizing can be performed without causing slipping off or core disengagement even with a loose winding roll body.

Next, a palletizing method using the pallet shown in FIG. 2 will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 3 is a schematic side view illustrating a first stage state for explaining a palletizing method of a winding roll body in which the tubular core does not protrude from the side surface portion. First, the
Next, the pallet 2 is attached to both side portions of the
Next, FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a state of a second stage following FIG. 3 for explaining the palletizing method. A fork F of an inverter clamp type forklift is inserted into the
Finally, FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the winding roll body palletized by the palletizing method of the present invention. It is preferable that the standing
In the above embodiment, the tubular core does not protrude from the side surface portion of the take-up roll body. However, the tubular core may protrude from the side surface portion of the take-up roll body. In this case, the winding core does not necessarily have a tubular shape and may be a cylindrical shape, but in this embodiment, the winding core is described as a tubular shape. Hereinafter, the palletizing method for the winding roll body in which the tubular core protrudes from the side surface will be described in detail.
FIG. 6 is a schematic perspective view of a winding roll body in which a tubular core protrudes from a side surface portion. The

FIG. 7 is a perspective view of a pallet having an insertion hole at the center. The
A tubular
FIG. 8 is a schematic side view showing a state of a first stage for explaining a palletizing method of a winding roll body in which a tubular core protrudes from a side surface portion. The
Subsequent palletizing methods are palletized in the same manner as the second and third stages shown in FIGS.
