前記支持装置上の車両幅方向中央部に、シリンダ装置を前向きのピストンロッドが前後方向に進退するように設置し、前記スノープラウの各上面又は上面上に固設された支持板材の前端部上に、「く」の字状リンクアームの屈折部をそれぞれ水平回転可能に軸支し、前記ピストンロッドの前端部に前記各リンクアームの一端を枢支連結するとともに、
前記スノープラウの各側辺の長手方向のほぼ中間位置で前記スノープラウの各側面に対し直交する方向にそれぞれスライドブラケットをスライド可能に配設し、各スライドブラケットの先端を連結部材を介してスライドブラケットの進退により前記各カバーが上下方向に展開するように各カバーに連結し、
