Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for laying a wire rope for laying a wire rope between a power transmission tower as a preparation stage for laying an electric wire between power transmission towers, The present invention relates to a method for extending a wire rope using an autonomously controlled flying body, which is effective when using an autonomously controlled unmanned air vehicle such as an autonomously controlled unmanned helicopter that flies in accordance with a preset flight route. .
In order to connect an electric wire to a power transmission tower, it is necessary to first stretch a wire rope for extending the electric wire between a plurality of power transmission towers of several kilometers. After extending the wire rope between multiple transmission towers, attach the tip of the extended cable rope to the winch installed on the ground of the farthest power transmission tower, and connect the wire to the wire drum at the end of the wire rope. Are connected, and finally, the winch is operated and the wire rope is wound up, so that the overhead wire of several kilometers is performed.
At present, extension ropes between multiple power transmission towers are mainly drawn by manned helicopters, but charter fees are high, and because of environmental issues such as safety and noise, it depends on the location. May not be available.
For this reason, in recent years, extension of a wire rope using a radio-controlled unmanned helicopter (RC helicopter) has been increasing. For example, in “Painting method and device using unmanned helicopter” of Patent Document 1, a drum with a pilot rope (thin wire rope) wound around the lower part of an unmanned helicopter that is remotely operated wirelessly is wound around the drum. Hang one end of the pilot rope and hang it on the tower arm, then fly the unmanned helicopter while feeding out the pilot rope of the drum, pass over the arm of the destination tower, detach the drum from the unmanned helicopter An invention for dropping a drum onto the ground with a parachute is disclosed.
The adjacent power transmission towers are usually constructed with a distance of about 500 meters, and the wires are wired in units of several kilometers. The extension of the wire rope in units of several kilometers is done by initially extending a thin wire rope (first rope: pilot rope) and gradually replacing it with a thick wire rope. This is because a thick extension rope cannot be drawn from the beginning with the carrying capacity of the RC helicopter.
Here, the operator who remotely controls the RC helicopter needs to perform the operation while visually observing the RC helicopter. However, the pilot helicopter is operated by maneuvering the RC helicopter between several power transmission towers of several kilometers. It was almost impossible to install. Especially in places with poor visibility, such as in mountainous areas, multiple pilot ropes are stretched separately for each two adjacent power transmission towers (for each span) and connected to each other to connect multiple ropes that span several kilometers. It was necessary to install a pilot rope between the transmission towers. Therefore, there is a problem that much work is required for the work.
Also, when winding the connected pilot rope, it is necessary to increase the tension of the thin wire rope so that it does not touch the obstacles in the span, but at that time it was installed on the transmission tower There was also a problem that the rope was derailed from the pulley and the wire rope was cut.
In addition, it may be necessary to cut trees under the span so that the wire rope does not get tangled with the obstacle in the span, but this is not preferable from the viewpoint of nature conservation.
In addition, in the above-described extension method of the extension rope using the RC helicopter, the extension rope is exchanged in a multistage manner from a weak extension rope to a thick extension rope. Therefore, it is desired to reduce the working cost by shortening the working time and reducing the materials used.
The present invention has been made to solve such problems. That is, the present invention uses an autonomously controlled unmanned aerial vehicle such as an autonomously controlled unmanned helicopter that flies in accordance with a preset flight route to stretch a pilot rope between a plurality of power transmission towers that span several kilometers at a time. Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for laying a wire rope that can avoid the cutting of a wire rope by derailment from a pulley installed on a power transmission tower and the cutting of a tree under the span.
Another object of the present invention is to reduce the number of replacements of the wire drawing rope that has been performed in multiple stages, thereby shortening the work time, reducing the materials used, and thus reducing the work cost.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention uses an autonomous control vehicle (14) that flies in accordance with a preset flight route, and a wire rope (4) for laying an electric wire (10) between power transmission towers (2). ) In advance between the power transmission towers using an autonomously controlled flying body, the wire rope is stretched by a motor (6) connected to the control device (33). In a state in which a wire rope sending device (12) having a roller (8) is attached to each power transmission tower, the wire rope is held between the rollers rotating in the opposite direction, and the wire rope is held between the rollers. By controlling the rotation of the roller by the control device based on the position information of the autonomously controlled aircraft, the wire drawing rope is made thin and weak while the tension of the wire drawing rope is carried by the wire drawing rope sending device. Rope (first rope (4a ) From a strong extension line rope (Second (4b), a third (4c), · · · stepwise redeem the first n (4n) rope), characterized in that.
Here, the latitude, longitude, and altitude of the autonomous control vehicle (14) are extracted from the flight route program, and the current distance between the extended rope sending device (12) and the autonomous control vehicle is calculated, thereby The latitude detected by the GPS receiver provided in the autonomous control vehicle (14), or by controlling the rotation of the rollers (8) of each wire rope sending device so as not to cause a large slack in the rope (4a) By calculating the distance between the wire-drawing rope sending device (12) and the autonomously controlled flying object from the longitude and altitude, the rollers of each wire-drawing rope sending device so that there is no large slack in the first rope (4a). The rotation of (8) shall be controlled.
In addition, the said wire rope (4) has at least the length for one span which becomes the longest in a wire-drawing section, and becomes strong in steps, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, ... The ropes (4a, 4b, 4c,...) And a sufficiently long n-th rope (4n) are connected to each other. 2) Immediately after passing over the sky, the first rope is held between the rollers (8) of the wire drawing rope sending device (12) attached to the passed power transmission tower, and is held by the rollers of the wire drawing rope sending device. By pulling out the first rope, the second rope is pulled up and the second rope is stretched between the first diameters, and at the same time, the first rope is stretched between the next diameters, and the extension rope is further sent out. Send out the first rope and the second rope clamped by the roller of the device The third rope is pulled up and the third rope is stretched between the first diameters, and at the same time, the second rope is stretched between the next diameters, and the first rope is stretched between the next diameters. It is assumed that the rope between the diameters is exchanged by feeding the wire rope with a wire rope sending device.
According to the present invention, by using an autonomously controlled aircraft (such as a model unmanned helicopter or airship) that flies according to a flight route set in advance by a flight program, it extends over several kilometers regardless of the operator's visual operation. A wire rope (pilot rope) can be stretched between a plurality of power transmission towers at once.
Also, when extending the wire rope between the transmission towers, a wire rope sending device is attached to the top of each power tower, and the rollers of this wire rope sending device are based on the position information from the flight route program or GPS receiver. By rotating the wire, the wire rope can be replaced without causing the wire rope to carry the tension of the wire rope and causing a large slack in the wire rope. Thereby, cutting of a drawing rope by derailment from a pulley installed in a power transmission tower and felling of a tree under a span can be avoided.
In addition, by carrying the own weight of the drawing rope on the drawing rope sending device, the drawing rope only has to be able to withstand the influence of the own weight of one span (about 500 meters) and the wind on the rope, For example, after a 3 mm nylon rope is stretched, the exchange step can be halved in the following order: nylon rope with a diameter of 12 mm → wire with a diameter of 10 mm → wire with a diameter of 16 mm. Thereby, shortening of working time, reduction of materials used, and reduction of working cost can be achieved.
The flight route for autonomous flight is set by inputting time, latitude, longitude, altitude (from which the traveling direction and speed can be grasped), etc. into the flight route program. Calculate the current distance from the rope sending device based on this information, or receive the current latitude, longitude, altitude (and direction of travel, speed) detected by the GPS receiver installed in the autonomous control aircraft. By calculating the current distance between the autonomous control aircraft and the wire drawing rope sending device based on these position information, the wire drawing rope sending device carries the tension from the wire drawing rope, and the wire drawing rope Therefore, it is possible to appropriately control the rotation of the roller so that no large slack is generated. Thereby, it is possible to avoid the cutting of the wire rope and the cutting of the trees under the span due to the derailment from the pulley installed on the power transmission tower.
Here, immediately after an autonomously controlled vehicle (such as a helicopter or airship that can be stopped in the air) passes over the transmission tower, it is attached to the transmission tower that has passed the extension rope (pilot rope: first rope). The second rope which is sandwiched between the rollers of the wire drawing rope sending device, sends out the first rope held by the roller of the wire drawing rope sending device, and is connected and connected to the end of the rope one after another, third,. By pulling up and stretching the ropes in sequence, the required lengths of all the ropes including the pilot ropes may be prepared about 500 m (the length corresponding to the longest span).
The wire rope is used to pull up the electric wire between the transmission towers and build it. In recent years, due to various circumstances, it has been increasingly installed using an unmanned air vehicle such as an RC helicopter without using a manned real machine. However, in a conventional RC helicopter (radio control helicopter) that the operator controls while observing, it is possible to stretch a wire rope (pilot rope: first rope) at once between a plurality of power transmission towers over a long section. It was difficult.
The present invention is a method of extending a wire rope for extending a wire rope between the power transmission towers to extend the wire between the power transmission towers as a preparation stage for laying the wires on the power transmission tower. In particular, it is possible to stretch a wire rope between a plurality of power transmission towers at a time by using an autonomous control vehicle (autonomous control helicopter) that flies in accordance with a preset flight route. Is possible.
In addition, the present invention allows the wire rope sending device attached to each power transmission tower to carry the wire rope tension, disperses the tension applied to the wire rope, and adjusts the wire feed rope feed amount. In addition to halving the number of wire rope replacements (steps) and reducing the length of the wire rope required, the length of the rope required for replacement is also reduced.
Hereinafter, an overview of the flight management system used in the present invention, an example of the structure of an autonomous control vehicle (autonomous control helicopter), and an example of the structure of a wire drawing rope sending device will be briefly described, followed by the autonomous control vehicle of the present invention.
The extending method of the wire rope using the autonomous control vehicle of the present embodiment is performed by the following procedure using the wire rope sending device attached to the top arm of the plurality of transmission towers to which the electric wire is to be wired. Is called. It is assumed that the distance (distance) between adjacent power transmission towers is around 500 m, and the overhead wire section of the electric wire is about 5 km.
In addition, the
FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 show an image diagram of the procedure for replacing the wire rope by the method of extending the wire rope according to this embodiment.
First, the
The leading end of the wire rope 4 (
Next, the
Here, the extended
The
In addition, it is conceivable that the flight route set by the influence of wind or the like cannot fly autonomously according to the flight time. Therefore, in order to correct the deviation from the set flight route, the current latitude, longitude and altitude detected by the
Also, instead of extracting position data from the flight route program, the position of the current latitude, longitude, and altitude (altitude may be detected separately by providing an altitude sensor) detected by the
Further, the
As described above, the rotation of the
After the
Then, in the same manner as described above, the
The n-
After pulling up the n-
After the n-
According to the method for extending a wire rope using an autonomous control aircraft of this embodiment, an autonomous control aircraft such as an autonomous control helicopter can be used to extend a wire between a plurality of power transmission towers extending several kilometers at a time. A rope can be stretched. In addition, by rotating the roller of the wire drawing rope sending device based on the position information from the flight route program or the GPS receiver, the wire drawing rope sending device carries the tension of the wire drawing rope, and the wire drawing rope has a large tension. The wire rope can be exchanged without causing slack. Thereby, it becomes possible to avoid the cutting of the wire rope and the cutting of trees under the span due to the derailment from the pulley (the wire rope sending device) installed in the power transmission tower.
In addition, it becomes possible to halve the exchange step by carrying the own weight of the wire drawing rope on the wire drawing device. Further, ropes other than the n-th rope (first, second, third,...) Need only be prepared about 500 m, and there is no need to prepare a length corresponding to the entire span. Thereby, shortening of working time, reduction of materials used, and reduction of working cost can be achieved.
In addition, since the thickness and material of the first, second, third, and nth ropes described above are examples, and the number of times (stages) of replacing the extension ropes is also an example, the tension of the extension ropes of the present invention is not limited. The installation method is not limited to the embodiment described above. Further, the present invention is not limited to the above-described one, and it is needless to say that the present invention can be changed as appropriate without departing from the spirit of the invention. For example, after the first rope is stretched between all the transmission towers, the second, third,..., Nth ropes may be exchanged in order.
As described above, the present invention is mainly a method for extending a wire rope for previously extending an electric wire between power transmission towers in order to lay an electric wire on the power transmission tower. It can be applied to various scenes in which the objects are stretched.
