Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a sports protector worn on a human body during sports.
Conventionally, as this type of sports protective equipment, for example, a shin guard called a shin guard worn by a soccer ball player on a shin is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1). This snooper includes a hard plate portion formed by molding a hard resin, and a shock absorbing portion made of foamed resin provided on the back side of the hard plate portion. By providing a hard plate part, the guard when kicked with spiked shoes etc. is ensured, and by providing an impact absorbing part on the back side of the hard plate part, when it is kicked Impact is alleviated.
By the way, when the shock absorbing part is made of foamed resin like the protective gear for sports of
The present invention has been made in view of such a point, and the object of the present invention is to make it possible to clean a dirty shock absorbing portion quickly and easily so that a clean sports equipment can always be used. There is to do.
In order to achieve the above object, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the sports protector includes a shock absorbing portion made of a non-foamed elastic body.
According to this configuration, since there is no foamed cell in the impact absorbing portion, sweat or rain water worn by the wearer is only absorbed on the surface of the impact absorbing portion and is not absorbed inside. For this reason, it is possible to clean only by wiping the impact absorbing portion. In addition, when the shock absorbing part is cleaned, the cleaning water is not absorbed into the shock absorbing part and dries quickly.
According to a second invention, in the first invention, a hard plate portion made of a material harder than the non-foamed elastic body is provided, and a shock absorbing portion is provided in a layered manner on the back surface of the hard plate portion.
According to this structure, the player of a soccer ball can use the protective equipment for sports as a shin guard by mounting the shock absorbing portion against the shin.
In 3rd invention, it is set as the structure by which the derivation | leading-out part for derivation | leading-out the impact-absorbing part to the surface side of this hard board part is provided in the hard board part in 2nd invention.
According to this structure, an impact-absorbing part and a hard board part will couple | bond strongly.
According to a fourth aspect, in the third aspect, the shock absorbing portion led out to the surface side of the hard plate portion forms a protruding portion that protrudes from the surface of the hard plate portion.
According to this configuration, since the protruding portion protruding from the surface of the hard plate portion is an elastic body that can be easily deformed, the protruding portion is worn on the shin guard when the protective equipment for sports is mounted as a shin guard. It is deformed so as to be in close contact with the socks and becomes non-slip. Moreover, since the protrusion part is integral with the impact absorbing part on the back surface side of the hard plate part, it is difficult to drop off the hard plate part.
In 5th invention, it is set as the structure by which the peripheral part of the hard board part is coat | covered with the impact-absorbing part in any one invention of 2nd-4th.
According to this structure, since the peripheral part of a hard board part is not exposed, the peripheral part of a hard board part does not touch skin directly at the time of mounting | wearing to a human body.
In a sixth aspect of the invention, in any one of the second to fifth aspects of the invention, the back surface of the impact absorbing portion is provided with an uneven shape.
According to this configuration, the convex portion of the shock absorbing portion touches the skin when worn on the human body, and the concave portion is separated from the skin, and heat and sweat can be released by the portion away from the skin.
According to a seventh aspect, in the sixth aspect, the concavo-convex shape is composed of a plurality of grooves formed on the back surface of the shock absorbing portion.
According to this configuration, it becomes possible to efficiently release heat and sweat from the groove.
In an eighth invention, in any one of the second to seventh inventions, the impact absorbing portion is integrally formed with the hard plate portion.
According to this configuration, the impact absorbing portion is integrated with the hard plate portion during molding.
According to a ninth invention, in the first invention, a main body part mounted on an elbow or knee of a human body is provided, and an impact absorbing part is attached to the main body part.
According to this configuration, a volleyball player can use the protective equipment for sports as an elbow supporter or a knee supporter.
According to a tenth aspect, in the ninth aspect, the shock absorbing portion is formed with a through hole that opens in the skin side surface of the wearer in the shock absorbing portion.
According to this configuration, the through hole of the shock absorbing part functions as a vent hole, and sweat and heat from the wearer of the sports protector can be released from the through hole.
According to an eleventh aspect, in the ninth or tenth aspect, the shock absorbing portion is formed to be curved so as to follow the shape of the joint portion of the elbow or the joint portion of the knee.
According to this configuration, when the sports protector is worn on the elbow or knee, the impact absorbing portion comes along the elbow or knee, and the fit is improved.
According to a twelfth aspect, in the eleventh aspect, the thickness of the shock absorbing portion is set such that a portion corresponding to the center of the joint portion of the elbow or the joint portion of the knee is set thicker than the peripheral portion.
According to this configuration, it is possible to reliably protect the center of the joint of the elbow and the center of the joint of the knee that are easily subjected to impact during sports, and it is possible to sufficiently enhance the protection performance. In this case, it is possible to reduce the thickness of the portion that is difficult to receive an impact and to reduce the weight of the impact absorbing portion.
According to the first invention, since the shock absorbing portion is made of a non-foamed elastic body, it can be quickly and easily cleaned simply by wiping the shock absorbing portion. Can be in a possible state. Thus, the wearer can always use clean sports equipment.
According to the second invention, since the shock absorbing portion is provided in a layered manner on the hard plate portion, the soccer ball player can always use a clean shin guard.
According to the third aspect of the invention, since the shock absorbing portion is led out to the surface side of the hard plate portion, the shock absorbing portion and the hard plate portion can be strongly coupled. Thereby, when a large force is applied to the impact absorbing portion during sports, the impact absorbing portion can be prevented from being separated from the hard plate portion.
According to the fourth invention, since the shock absorbing portion led out to the surface side of the hard plate portion forms a protruding portion protruding from the surface of the hard plate portion, when used as a shin guard, the protruding portion is It is slippery with respect to the socks and can suppress displacement when worn.
According to the fifth invention, since the peripheral edge of the hard plate portion is covered with the impact absorbing portion, the peripheral portion of the hard plate portion does not touch and damage the human skin directly, and the safety at the time of wearing can be improved. .
According to the sixth aspect of the invention, since the uneven shape is provided on the back surface of the impact absorbing portion, heat and sweat can be released while being worn on the human body, and the feeling of wearing can be improved.
According to the seventh aspect, since the concave and convex shape of the shock absorbing portion is constituted by a plurality of grooves, heat and sweat can be efficiently released, and the feeling of wearing can be further improved.
According to the eighth aspect of the invention, since the impact absorbing portion is integrally formed with the hard plate portion, it is possible to save the trouble of integrating the two and reduce the number of manufacturing steps.
According to the ninth aspect, since the shock absorbing portion is attached to the main body portion to be worn on the elbow or knee of the human body, the volleyball player can always use the supporter in a clean state.
According to the tenth invention, since the through-hole is formed in the impact absorbing portion, the sweat and heat of the wearer can be released from the through-hole, and the usability can be improved.

As for the tensile strength and elongation of the
The
As shown in FIG. 3, the
Further, the
Next, a manufacturing procedure of the
Then, the fluidized elastomer is supplied to the cavity of the mold in which the
When the elastomer is solidified, the
When the
If the athlete sweats when the
In addition, sweat and rain water worn by the athlete during use adheres to the
As described above, according to the
Further, since the
Moreover, since the peripheral part of the
In addition, since a plurality of
Further, heat and sweat can be efficiently released by the groove of the
Moreover, since the
Moreover, since the durometer hardness of the

<< Embodiment 2 of the Invention >>
7 and 8 show a
The
The
The lower edge portion of the
The thickness of the
The thickness of the central part of the
The
The cross-sectional shape of each through
Also in the second embodiment, as in the first embodiment, sweat and rain water worn by the athlete when the
As described above, according to the
Further, the through
Further, since the
Moreover, since the site | part corresponding to the center of the joint part of a knee becomes thick compared with another site | part, the thickness of the impact-absorbing
Further, since the
The shape, thickness, and the like of the
The shape of the
In the second embodiment, the case where the sport protector is the
Further, the elastomer constituting the
As described above, the sports protector according to the present invention is suitable for, for example, a shin guard worn by a soccer ball player, an elbow supporter and a knee supporter worn by a volleyball player.
