Abstract
【解決手段】ビッカース硬度(Hv)が170以下の鉄鋼材に対し、切削速度(V)が以下の関係式(1)

を満たす条件下で切削加工を行う鉄鋼材の切削加工方法である。

を満たすように設定する鉄鋼材の切削加工条件設定方法である。
T=0.899Hv+556.1 ・・・ (a)
を満たす相関関係となっており、硬度(Hv)の低下とともに刃先温度(T)は低くなる。そして、硬度(Hv)が160のときの刃先温度(T)が700℃であるのに対し、硬度(Hv)が60のときには刃先温度(T)が600℃まで低下している。一方、硬度(Hv)が100〜160の範囲であれば工具磨耗量が小さくなるため、刃先温度(T)が約640〜700℃の条件下で切削を行えば、工具磨耗量が小さくなると言える。

を満たす相関関係となっており、この解析結果より、刃先温度比(Tr)は切削速度(V)の増加とともに上昇し、その関係は対数で表されることが分かった。この200m/分のときの刃先温度に対する相対値を示す刃先温度比(Tr)と切削速度(V)との相関を表す関係式(b)と、各鋼材硬度(Hv)に対する刃先温度(T)の相関を表す関係式(a)とにより、工具磨耗量が小さくなる切削速度(V)の範囲を求めることができる。すなわち、各鋼材硬度(Hv)に対するそれぞれの刃先温度(T)が640〜700℃の範囲になるように切削速度(V)を規定すればいいので、次式のようになる。
Claims (8)
- 鉄鋼材を切削加工する方法であって、
ビッカース硬度(Hv)が170以下の鉄鋼材に対し、切削速度(V)が以下の関係式(1)
exp{(0.152・Hv+734)/(0.199・Hv+123)}≦V≦exp{(0.152・Hv+794)/(0.199・Hv+123)} ・・・ (1)
を満たす条件下で切削加工を行う鉄鋼材の切削加工方法。 - ビッカース硬度(Hv)が100以上の鉄鋼材の切削加工を行う請求項1に記載の鉄鋼材の切削加工方法。
- 切削工具の刃先温度が640℃から700℃の範囲となる条件化で切削加工を行う請求項1又は2に記載の鉄鋼材の切削加工方法。
- 前記鉄鋼材は、純鉄又は機械構造用炭素鋼鋼材である請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の鉄鋼材の切削加工方法。
- 鉄鋼材を切削加工するときの条件を設定する方法であって、
ビッカース硬度(Hv)が170以下の鉄鋼材の切削加工に適用され、
切削速度(V)を、以下の関係式(1)

を満たすように設定する鉄鋼材の切削加工条件設定方法。 - ビッカース硬度(Hv)が100以上の鉄鋼材の切削加工に適用される請求項5又は6に記載の鉄鋼材の切削加工条件設定方法。
- 切削工具の刃先温度が640℃から700℃の範囲となるように切削速度を設定する請求項5又は6に記載の鉄鋼材の切削加工条件設定方法。
- 前記鉄鋼材は、純鉄又は機械構造用炭素鋼鋼材である請求項5から7の何れか1項に記載の鉄鋼材の切削加工条件設定方法。
