Description

The present invention fills and holds the content liquid in a filling accommodated in a hollow shaft, guides the content liquid to the application part by the liquid derivative in contact with the filling, and brings the application part into contact with the object The present invention relates to a batting type multiple liquid applicator for applying a liquid to an object.

Conventionally, there has been known a mechanism for writing or applying by filling a filling liquid in a shaft and attaching a pen core to the tip of the shaft like a normal sign pen.

In this type of container, only a single content liquid could be applied.

In addition, in the twin type (double-headed) type applicator, two battings are put on one shaft, the contents liquids having different colors and effects are filled into each batting, and each writing part (each at both ends of the shaft). It was possible to apply separately.

A cosmetic tool is also known in which a plurality of pen nibs are attached to a batting and the content liquid is efficiently applied to the hair or the like (Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 08-19: Patent Document 1).

In the applicator for liquid cosmetics for hair described in Patent Document 1, as shown in FIG. 5, a single cosmetic supply body (batting) 14 storing cosmetics is housed in the shaft 12, and the tip A plurality of liquid guide cores 16 that become the application portion 10 are fixed to the shaft tip portion 12a by a front shaft 18, and a cap body 20 is detachably attached to the shaft tip portion 12a by a screw 22.

On the cap body 20, a middle cap 26 attached with a core receiver 24 that can be impregnated with a liquid such as felt that contacts the tip application portion 10 of the liquid guiding core 16 is urged toward the opening direction of the cap body 20 by a spring 28. ing. The liquid induction core 16 is for application having a capillary action, which is the application section 10 at the tip, and the rear end portion of the liquid induction core 16 is connected to the batting. A plurality of liquid guide cores 16 are arranged side by side in one direction perpendicular to the axis, and comb bodies 30 are arranged so as to surround the arranged liquid guide cores 16 from the outside. The cosmetic is applied to the hair using the comb hair 30 and the application part 10 of the liquid induction core 16 so that the hair is combed.

Conventionally, when applying multiple types of liquids, it is necessary to prepare multiple applicators and change the container to apply, and even with the twin type, remove the caps at both ends of the same container separately. It is necessary to apply it twice, and the complexity is the same as using a plurality of containers.

In order to improve usability, it is necessary to use multiple containers or twin containers if the two liquids are mixed and filled into a single batting, and the liquids react with each other and cannot achieve the desired effect. The coating was complicated.

For example, in a hair dye for making hair appear black, it contains a pigment content solution that has a concealing power when applied, and temporarily adheres to the hair to make it appear black, and a dye that dyes hair gradually and blackly. If the hair (permanent hair) can be applied in a single procedure or operation, the hair will be blackened immediately upon application, and the hair will be permanently blackened even if the head is washed and the pigment falls. It can provide an ideal hair dye that is effective.

However, when these two liquids are mixed and filled in the batting, there is no problem for several days, but when stored for a long time, the two liquids react with each other over time and the color of the liquid changes from black to red brown, etc. There was a problem as a product sold as a product used for a long time after distribution time and purchase.

In addition, the conventional containers cannot cope with the combination of liquids that cause problems when mixed and filled with liquids having different effects such as hair styling and hair coloring.

In addition, in the applicator described in Patent Document 1, when different types of cosmetics are used for a plurality of batting and cores, different types of cosmetics are mixed with each other, and the above-described problems such as discoloration occur. In addition, different types of cosmetics may be mixed in the core receiver 24 when receiving the application portions 10 of the plurality of liquid induction cores 16 with the core receiver 24 provided in the middle cap 26 in the cap body 20. This may also cause problems such as deterioration in the coating solution.
No. 08-19

An object of the present invention is to provide a batting-type multi-liquid applicator that can be filled without mixing a plurality of liquids into a batting housed in a shaft, and that can be mixed and applied to an object at the time of use. To do.

The present invention is a batting-type multi-liquid applicator that solves the above-mentioned problem, a hollow shaft provided with an application part exposed at the tip, and a batting that is housed in the shaft and filled with the content liquid and held, A liquid derivative that guides the content liquid to the application part in contact with the batting, and in the applicator that applies the content liquid to the object by bringing the application part into contact with the object, the shaft or batting has a plurality of The padding has a liquid shielding structure that prevents the contents liquids from passing through each other, and each padding is filled with a different content liquid and is in contact with a liquid derivative, and is applied from each padding through the liquid derivative. A filling type multi-liquid applicator characterized in that the content liquid is guided to the part.

In the present invention, it is preferable that the content liquid filled in each batting is one in which at least one content liquid is altered when mixed.

In the present invention, it is preferable that the plurality of batting is integrally formed through a liquid shielding structure including a partition wall along the length direction of the shaft.

In the present invention, each of the plurality of paddings has a liquid shielding structure in which a liquid-tight coating is formed on the outer peripheral surface, and the individual paddings are arranged so as to contact each liquid derivative and accommodated in the containing chamber. It is preferred that

In the present invention, it is preferable that the liquid derivatives that come into contact with each batting are provided individually, and a liquid shielding wall or space is interposed between the liquid derivatives so that the liquid derivatives do not contact each other. is there.

In the present invention, an applicator is formed by combining a plurality of shaft bodies each having a hollow shaft, and each shaft body is accommodated in a coating portion provided in an exposed state at the tip and in the shaft body hollow. It is preferable to have a filling filled with the content liquid and a liquid derivative that contacts the filling and guides the content liquid to the application part.

According to the batting-type multi-liquid applicator of the present invention, the shaft or batting has a liquid shielding structure that prevents the contents liquid from circulating between each other, and each batting is filled with a different content liquid. In addition, since the liquid derivative is in contact with each other and the content liquid is guided to the application part via the liquid derivative from each batting, the contained content liquid is not mixed with each other, and in the application part Different content liquids can be applied to the object simultaneously.

In addition, if at least one content liquid changes in quality when mixed in each batting, it can be stored for a long time and for a long time by filling each batting without mixing the content liquid. Even if it is applied, the content liquid does not change. For example, even if it is an applicator product that is displayed at a store for a long period of time, the content can be prevented from being deteriorated, and deterioration of the product quality can be prevented for a long period of time.

In addition, since the plurality of batting are integrally formed through a liquid shielding structure consisting of a partition wall along the length direction of the shaft, the component cost is low, and the work of mounting in the shaft is easy. Since it can be performed, the assembly work load can be reduced, and the assembly cost can be reduced.

In addition, each of the plurality of paddings has a liquid shielding structure in which a liquid-tight coating is formed on the outer peripheral surface, and the individual paddings are arranged so as to contact each liquid derivative and are accommodated in the containing chamber. In this case, it is possible to select the assembling work, for example, by filling the filling liquid with the content liquid in advance and storing it in the shaft. And the content liquid of batting can be reliably supplied to an application part by being accommodated in a storage chamber so that individual batting may touch a liquid derivative.

In addition, liquid derivatives that come into contact with each batting are individually provided, and liquid derivatives are provided if liquid shielding walls or spaces are interposed between the liquid derivatives so that the liquid derivatives do not contact each other. It is possible to reliably prevent the liquids from being mixed with each other. The liquid shielding wall need not be formed separately from the liquid derivative as long as the outer shell of the liquid derivative has liquid shielding properties, and the configuration can be simplified.

In addition, the batting-type multi-liquid applicator can be attached with a cap body that detachably covers the tip of the shaft when not in use. The cap body can be in contact with the tip of the applicator and impregnated with ink. And a spring for urging the middle cap in the opening direction of the cap body. The receptacle is a liquid-impervious wall between the areas where the application portions are in contact with each other. If it is provided, it is possible to prevent different types of content liquids from being mixed together depending on the receiver, and to reliably prevent the content liquids from being altered.

Further, the shaft constitutes an applicator in which a plurality of shaft bodies having a hollow shaft are combined, and each shaft body has an application part provided in an exposed state at the tip and a content liquid contained in the hollow shaft body. If the filling pad and the liquid derivative that guides the content liquid to the application part in contact with the padding, the shaft body, the filling, the applicator and the liquid derivative can be assembled for each content liquid, It is easier to assemble and automate than to apply the entire applicator together. Moreover, it can be sold for each type of content liquid, and a combination of content liquids can be freely selected and used by the user, which is extremely convenient.

Embodiments (embodiments) of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

1 to 2 show the first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 shows the second embodiment, and FIG. 4 shows each explanatory view of the third embodiment. In FIG. The attached parts represent the same thing.

First, the batting type multi-liquid applicator according to the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.

FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view taken along a direction perpendicular to the direction in which a plurality of application portions are arranged according to the first embodiment, in which (a) is an explanatory view in which a cap body 20 is provided on a shaft 12; It is explanatory drawing of the state which removed the cap main body 20 from the axis | shaft 12. FIG. In addition, the cross section along the direction where the some application part 10 was arranged becomes a shape similar to above-mentioned FIG.5 (b). FIG. 2 is an explanatory view of the fillings 34 </ b> A and 34 </ b> B accommodated in the shaft 12. Tables 1 and 2, which will be described later, describe examples of content liquids to be filled in the respective battings 34A and 34B.

As shown in FIG. 1, a batting type multi-liquid applicator according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a hollow shaft 12 provided with a plurality of application portions 10 exposed at the tip, and a content liquid contained in the shaft 12. And a liquid guide core (liquid derivative) 16 that guides the content liquid to the application unit 10 in contact with the inner cotton pads 34A and 34B. This is an applicator for applying the content liquid to the subject in contact with the hair.

An application example of such a batting-type multi-liquid applicator is a two-pack type hair makeup (optimized example is composed of pigment content liquid and hair dye content liquid) for each type of batting 34A, 34B. It is a two-component cosmetic that fills a liquid and allows the two liquids to be applied simultaneously while applying to the hair by a plurality of application units 10 during application.

Describe in detail.
The shaft 12 has a substantially cylindrical container shape with one end closed and the other end opened, and a front shaft 18 is fitted so as to close the other open end. A plurality of (for example, five) liquid guide cores 16 are arranged in two rows on the tip shaft 18 and are disposed so as to penetrate substantially the central portion. A plurality of flat plate-like comb bodies 30 are arranged outside the row of the liquid guide cores 16 and embedded in the recesses of the front shaft 18. The material of the shaft 12 is, for example, PP, PE, PET, PEN, nylon (including non-standard nylon such as 6 nylon, 12 nylon, etc.), polymethylpentene, polystyrene, ABS, etc. Depending on the composition, it can be used as appropriate.

The liquid induction core 16 is formed by integrally forming the application part 10 at the tip thereof. The liquid guide core 16 may be separate from the application unit 10. Further, the liquid guide core 16 can be variously configured such as a fiber material molded, an open-cell porous body molded, or a slit formed to guide liquid by capillary force.
The material of the liquid induction core 16 is, for example, natural fiber, animal hair fiber, polyacetal resin, acrylic resin, polyester resin, polyamide resin, polyurethane resin, polyolefin resin, polyvinyl resin, polycarbonate resin, polyether. There are fiber bundles made of one or two or more combinations of resin, polyphenylene resin, etc., processed fiber bundles such as felt, and porous bodies such as sintered bodies such as sponges and resin particles.
The capillary force of the liquid induction core 16 is set higher than that of the batting 34A, 34B.

It is natural that the application amount increases by one application by having a plurality of liquid guide cores 16 in contact with each of the fillings 34A, 34B, but by applying by a plurality of application parts 10, Two liquids can be applied evenly and uniformly. In addition, the application amount can be easily adjusted by setting the number of the liquid guide cores 16 attached to the fillings 34A and 34B to be different.

The batting 34A, 34B is formed by molding a fibrous material or a porous body of open cells, and the material of the batting 34A, 34B is, for example, natural fiber, animal hair fiber, polyacetal resin, acrylic resin, Polyester resins, polyamide resins, polyurethane resins, polyolefin resins, polyvinyl resins, polycarbonate resins, polyether resins, polyphenylene resins, fiber bundles made of one or a combination of two or more, felts, etc. There are those obtained by processing fiber bundles, and porous bodies such as sponges and sintered bodies such as resin particles.

In the present invention, the shaft or batting has a liquid shielding structure that prevents a plurality of batting from flowing between the liquid contents, and each batting is filled with a different content liquid and the liquid guiding core 16 is filled. Are in contact with each other, and the content liquid is guided from each filling to the application part through the liquid derivative (liquid induction core 16).

In the first embodiment, a liquid shielding structure is provided to the batting 34A, 34B itself to restrict / prohibit the flow of the liquid contents.

(A) of FIG. 2 is explanatory drawing of the two fillings 34A and 34B filled with two types of content liquid for each type, (b) and (c) are along the AA line of (a). It is a sectional view. (B) is an explanatory view when two fillings 34A, 34B according to Example 1 are individual, and (c) is an explanatory view when two fillings 34A, 34B according to Example 2 are integrally formed.

The liquid-impervious structure in the first embodiment is such that, as in Example 1 shown in FIG. 2 (b), a plurality of battings 34A and 34B each have a liquid-impervious outer jacket 36 formed on the outer peripheral surface. The individual fillings 34A and 34B are aligned so as to be in contact with each liquid guide core 16, and are accommodated in the single accommodating chamber 12b. When the batting 34A, 34B is a resin fiber, the liquid shielding structure is configured by various methods such as increasing the fiber density of the outer peripheral portion, forming a film, and winding the film. In the case where the fillings 34A and 34B are open-celled bodies, the liquid-impervious structure can be configured by various methods such as closing the opening of the open-cells on the outer peripheral part, forming a film, and winding the film.

Then, the two are collectively mounted in the storage chamber 12b of the shaft 12.

Moreover, like Example 2 shown to (c), several batting 34A, 34B is integrally formed via the liquid-insulating structure which consists of the partition 36a along the length direction of the axis | shaft 12. As shown in FIG. The liquid-impregnated partition wall 36a is formed with a liquid-impervious structure composed of a jacket or the like similar to that of the first embodiment on the outer periphery of two batting materials 34A and 34B (corresponding to a plurality of batting materials) made of a fibrous body or open cell body Then, two filling regions are formed in accordance with one, and are formed into an integrated shape that is compressed and formed into a shape that substantially matches the accommodation space such as a cylindrical shape.

Therefore, it goes without saying that the effect of the present invention can be obtained by inserting a plurality of the battings 34A, 34B into the accommodating chamber 12b of the shaft 12 as in the first embodiment. As in the second embodiment, the use of the one in which the fillings 34A and 34B are divided into a plurality of regions in the longitudinal direction can reduce the component cost and the assembly cost.

Each filling region partitioned by the partition 36a of the fillings 34A, 34B is arranged so as to be in contact with each liquid guide core 16 and accommodated in the accommodation chamber 12b.

The filling liquids 34A and 34B are filled with different content liquids, and the liquid guide core 16 is in contact therewith, and the liquid contents are guided from the respective paddings 34A and 34B to the application unit 10 via the liquid guide core 16.

In the embodiment, the content liquid filled in each of the fillings 34A and 34B may change at least one content liquid when mixed.

Tables 1 and 2 describe examples of the liquid contents to be filled in the respective battings 34A and 34B. Table 1 shows temporary hair dyes containing pigments, and Table 2 shows permanent hair dyes containing dyes.
Among them, My Block Wako 101 (manufactured by Wako Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) is an (alkyl acrylate / dimethicone) copolymer that has the properties of both polydimethylsiloxane and acrylic resin. Gripure (registered trademark) 70 is glycolic acid used as a hair care raw material. Toner carbon black (hereinafter referred to as CB) -WD is a dispersion of carbon black subjected to a hydrophilic treatment with silica.

In the case of the combination of these two liquids shown in Table 1 and Table 2, when left in a mixed state for a long period of time, the color of the dye black 401 contained in the permanent hair dye is changed by the carbon black dispersed in the toner CB-WD. It becomes reddish brown.

In the embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the liquid guide cores 16 that are in contact with the fillings 34 </ b> A and 34 </ b> B are individually provided, and the liquid guide cores 16 are not in contact with each other so that the liquid guide cores 16 do not contact each other. A liquid shielding wall and a space are interposed between the two. In the embodiment, the liquid derivative is supported and fixed to the front shaft 18, and the front shaft 18 is formed of a liquid-insulating resin agent, so that a liquid-insulating wall between the liquid derivatives is formed. Moreover, since the space 38 is provided between the application parts 10 at the tip of the plurality of liquid guide cores 16, 16..., The application parts 10 are not in contact with each other.

Further, the batting type multi-liquid applicator of the first embodiment is provided with a cap body 20 that detachably covers the shaft tip 12a and the tip shaft 18 when not in use. An intermediate cap 26 that is attached to a receiving body 40 that is in contact with the tip of the portion 10 and can be impregnated with ink, and a spring 28 that urges the intermediate cap 26 in the opening direction of the cap body 20 are provided. Is provided with a liquid shielding wall 40a between the areas where the application portions 10 are in contact with each other.

The receiving body 40 may be provided with discontinuous bubbles or the like that are the same material as the fillings 34A and 34B, but are difficult to permeate different materials. Prevent liquid from flowing between each other. As a result, the content liquids can be prevented from being mixed with each other via the receiving body 40 and adversely affecting the content liquid guided to the application unit 10 such as alteration.

In the first embodiment of the batting type multi-liquid applicator, as shown in FIG. 1, the contents liquid is filled into the batting 34A, 34B in the shaft 12, and the liquid guiding core 16 is brought into close contact with the batting 34A, 34B. In the applicator that guides the liquid to the application part 10 at the tip of the liquid guide core 16, the batting 34A, 34B in the shaft 12 accommodates a plurality of batting in the shaft 12 (see FIG. 2B) or a filling region. The fillings are integrated so as to be separated from each other (see FIG. 2 (c)), and different liquids are filled in the fillings 34A and 34B, and the liquid guide core 16 is brought into contact with the fillings 34A and 34B. Install.

Each of the fillings 34A, 34B is separated by a liquid shielding structure such as the outer jacket 36 or the partition wall 36a, and the liquid contents do not mix with each other without being in contact with each other.

Further, since the coating part 10 is also made of the non-permeable material through the space 38 and the tip shaft 18, it does not come into contact with each other, and the content liquid is not mixed in this part.

Further, the liquid guide core 16 and the application part 10 containing different liquids are attached in approximately the same direction, and at the time of application, they are attached at positions where both of the application parts 10 can be applied together (simultaneously). .

If the hair dye is put (impregnated) into the cotton batting 34A, 34B on the shaft 12, the hair is immediately displayed in black or the like as the color of the hair dye by applying with one container (applicator). Both the hair dyeing effect and the permanent hair dyeing effect in which the hair is dyed black even if the head is washed can be obtained.

Although these two liquids are mixed on the hair, since the hair is usually washed in a short period of time, the liquid is not discolored and there is no problem in use.

Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described based on FIG.

Fig.3 (a) is a cross-sectional explanatory drawing along the orthogonal | vertical direction to the direction where the several application part was arranged, and (b) is the axis | shaft of (a) about the batting type | mold multiple liquid applicator which concerns on 2nd Embodiment. It is sectional drawing which follows the BB line | wire of a perpendicular direction.

As shown in FIG. 3, the batting type multi-liquid applicator of the second embodiment has different types of content liquids in each room formed by dividing the accommodation chamber 12 b of the shaft 12 into two spaces by a partition wall portion 42. It is a batting multiple liquid applicator which accommodated two batting 34A, 34B filled respectively.

Since the batting 34A, 34B does not have a liquid shielding structure, there is no need to provide a liquid shielding structure in the batting 34A, 34B itself, and the batting 34A, 34B which is convenient, simple and inexpensive can be used. Of course, if it is possible to replace the fillings 34A and 34B, a jacket 36 may be provided on the fillings 34A and 34B in order to prevent the fingers from being soiled during handling.

In addition, since the second embodiment has the same configuration as that of the first embodiment and exhibits operational effects, the same parts are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted.

Next, a third embodiment will be described based on FIG.

FIG. 4A shows a batting type plural liquid applicator according to the third embodiment, in which batting 34A, 34B is mounted in each chamber 44a in each shaft body 44 formed in a state where the shaft 12 is divided. It is explanatory drawing of one shaft body, (b) is sectional drawing along CC line of (a).

As shown in FIG. 4, the batting type multi-liquid applicator according to the third embodiment constitutes an applicator as a combination of a plurality of shafts 44 (half shafts) 44 having a hollow shaft 12. Each of the shaft bodies 44 includes an application portion 10 provided in an exposed state at the tip, a half tip shaft 46 that supports the application portion, and a filling filled with a content liquid accommodated in the hollow of the shaft body 44. 34A (34B), and a liquid guiding core 16 that leads the content liquid to the application portion 10 in contact with the inner cotton pad 34A (34B). The shaft body 44 and the tip shaft 46 have the same structure as that of the applicator shown in FIG. 1, which is vertically cut along the center line shown in FIG.

According to the third embodiment, the shaft body 44, the batting 34A (34B), and the application part 10 (liquid guiding core 16) can be assembled for each content liquid, and the assembled parts can be assembled together. As in the first and second embodiments, the entire applicator is easier to assemble and easier to automate than the entire applicator.

Moreover, it can be sold for each type of content liquid, and a combination of content liquids can be freely selected and used by the user, which is extremely convenient. In other respects, the shafts are combined and integrated to have the same configuration as in the first and second embodiments and have the same effects. To do.

In addition, the batting type multi-liquid applicator of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and it is needless to say that various modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention.
