Abstract

Description

  The present invention relates to a drawer for a cabinet or the like, and more particularly to a baseboard drawer provided with a brush for cleaning a floor.

  Conventionally, a drawer in which a baseboard is pulled forward is known (see Patent Document 1). The baseboard drawer from which the baseboard is pulled out in this way has recently been widely used for storing a cabinet in a kitchen.

  FIG. 6 is a view showing a main part of a conventional baseboard drawer 40 provided in the cabinet 1. In FIG. 6A, the baseboard 41 on the front surface of the baseboard drawer 40 slides forward when the baseboard drawer 40 is opened. Therefore, a gap d of about 15 mm is required between the baseboard 41 and the floor 10 in consideration of laying a kitchen mat or the like. However, as shown in FIG. 6B, there is a problem that cleaning is difficult when dust 11 accumulates on the floor surface 10 in the gap.

  As described above, dust that accumulates between the baseboard and the floor is difficult to clean because the distance between the baseboard and the floor is small. In the apparatus as disclosed in Patent Documents 2 and 3, it cannot be applied to cleaning dust between the baseboard and the floor surface, and the apparatus becomes large.

  An object of the present invention is to realize a brushed baseboard drawer having a very simple configuration capable of reliably, easily and automatically cleaning dust accumulated on the floor surface below the baseboard.

  In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is a baseboard drawer provided at the lower part of a cabinet and comprising a front part and a box part, and a brush for sweeping dust on the floor is attached to the lower part of the front part. A baseboard drawer is provided.

  In the above-mentioned baseboard drawer, when the baseboard drawer is pulled out, the brush is pulled out in conjunction with the baseboard drawer at a predetermined range of the drawer position, sweeps the dust on the floor, and at the drawer position exceeding the predetermined range. The baseboard drawer according to the present invention has the following effects.
(1) It is possible to clean the space between the baseboard and the floor, which is difficult to clean due to the small interval.
(2) The above cleaning is possible with a very simple configuration.

  Hereinafter, the best mode for carrying out the baseboard drawer according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings based on the embodiments.

FIG. 1A shows a state in which the cabinet 1 and the baseboard drawer 2 provided on the lower baseboard of the cabinet 1 are slightly pulled forward from obliquely below. FIG.

  The baseboard drawer 2 is composed of a front surface portion 3 and a box body portion 4. The box part 4 includes a bottom plate 6, a side plate 4 ', and a back plate (not shown).   Left and right support members 13 are fixed to the lower surfaces of the left and right sides of the front portion of the bottom plate 6 of the baseboard drawer 2, respectively. The left and right arms 14 are attached to the left and right support members 13 so as to be rotatable (swingable). That is, the central portion of the arm 14 is rotatably attached to the support member 13 by the pivot 15 like a seesaw.

  Between the front end portions of the left and right arms 14, the upper end of a long plate-like brush holder 16 is pivotally attached. On the other hand, a roller-shaped weight 17 is rotatably mounted between the rear end portions of the left and right arms 14. The brush holder 16 is attached so that the brush 12 extends downward. As shown in FIG. 2A, the length of the brush 12 is such that it abuts against the floor surface 10 when the baseboard drawer 2 is closed.

The operation of the baseboard drawer 2 of the first embodiment having the above configuration will be described. As shown in FIGS. 1B and 2A, when the baseboard drawer 2 is closed, the weight 17 rides on the flat surface 21 of the guide, and the front end of the arm 14 faces downward. Tilted.   When the user pulls forward to open the baseboard drawer 2, the arm 14 moves forward together with the baseboard drawer 2, and the weight 17 moves while being guided along the flat surface 21 of the cam surface 19.   As shown in FIG. 3B, a notch 37 is formed on the back surface of the lower end of the baseboard 8, and a permanent magnet 38 is embedded and fixed in the notch 37. Thus, the main body 32 of the slide plate 31 is configured to face the permanent magnet 38 of the baseboard 8.

As shown in FIGS. 3B and 5A, when the baseboard drawer 2 is closed, the main body 32 of the slide plate 31 is attracted to the baseboard 8 by the permanent magnet 38, and the brush 22 Is in contact with the floor surface 10.

  When the user pulls forward to open the baseboard drawer 2, the slide plate 31 attracted by the permanent magnet 38 is guided by the slide guide 23 to the slide portion 33, and moves forward together with the baseboard 8. Thereby, the brush 22 can be brought into sliding contact with the floor surface 10 to clean the dust 11.

  However, as shown in FIG. 5B, when the regulation pin 34 comes into contact with the end surface of the slide guide 23, the slide plate 31 is regulated by the slide guide 23 and does not move further forward.
