Description

The present invention relates to a delivery slip label, and more particularly to a delivery slip label that can be attached to a delivery product and has a return seal portion (a label region for reattachment).

This type of delivery slip label 1 proposed heretofore will be described with reference to FIGS.
6 is a plan view of the delivery slip label 1 and FIG. 7 is an enlarged sectional view taken along the line VII-VII of FIG. 6. The delivery slip label 1 is used for ordering from the orderer (recipient), for example. Accordingly, it is used when delivering a package, and has a strip-shaped mount body 2 and a plurality of label bodies 3 temporarily attached to the mount body 2.
That is, the label body 3 has an adhesive layer 4 on the back surface, and the back surface is temporarily attached to the front surface of the mount body 2 and is peeled off from the mount body 2 and attached to the package (delivery product). It can be attached.

Depending on the delivery system, the label main body 3 has, for example, a rectangular closed label separation notch together with a product description column 5, a shipping source column 6, a recipient column 7, and a receipt column 8 of the product to be delivered. The reattachment label area 10 is formed by the line 9 so as to be separable from the label main body 3, and the reattachment label area 10 can be used as a return seal.
That is, for example, in the remark label portion 10 of the re-attachment label area 10, for example, "When returning a product, please put this" Return sticker "on the returned box." The product specifying barcode 12 having the same content as the product specifying barcode 12 in the product specification column 5 is printed in the re-attachment label area 10.

The mount body 2 has a releasable mount area 14 formed on the inner side of the outer periphery of the label body 3 so as to be separable from the mount body 2 by a rectangular closed mount separating cut line 13. Forms the re-sticking label region 10 in an upper layer portion of the re-peeling mount region 14 with an area smaller than the re-peeling mount region 14.

FIG. 8 is an enlarged cross-sectional view for explaining the operation of mechanically automatically peeling the label body 3 from the mount body 2 by loading the delivery slip label 1 into the automatic peeling device 15.
The automatic peeling device 15 is provided with printing means (not shown) on the label main body 3 as necessary, and by turning only the mount main body 2 at the peeling plate 16 and pulling it downstream, the mount main body The label body 3 can be automatically peeled from the mount body 2 together with the re-sticking label area 10 in the same plane while the second re-peeling mount area 14 is temporarily attached to the back surface of the label body 3.

FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view showing a state where the peeled label body 3 and the reattachment label area 10 are attached to the delivery product M together with the reseparation mount area 14, and the label body 3 serves as a delivery slip. It is delivered to the delivery destination (recipient) in a state of being pasted on.

FIG. 10 shows a state where the label main body 3 is attached to the delivery product M together with the re-sticking label area 10 and the re-peeling mount area 14 from the state of the re-sticking label area 10 to the mount main body 2 (re-peeling mount area). FIG. 11 is a perspective view showing a state in which the label region 10 for reattachment is attached to another part from the label main body 3 attached to the delivery product M. FIG.
As shown in FIG. 11, the label region 10 for reattachment of the label main body 3 is peeled off from the remountable mount region 14 of the mount main body 2 and attached to a part other than the label main body 3 of the delivery product M, It is possible to clearly indicate that the delivery product M to which the re-sticking label area 10 (return seal) is attached has been returned.

In the delivery slip label 1 having such a configuration, as shown in FIG. 8, when the label main body 3 is peeled together with the re-peeling mount area 14 from the mount main body 2 by machine operation, the re-peeling mount area 14 is formed. Stress concentration in the transfer direction occurs in the upstream corner portion 13A portion of the mount separating cut line 13 for forming, and this upstream corner portion 13A portion in the peeling plate 16 is accompanied by the pulling action to the downstream side of the mount body 2. There is a problem that the mount body 2 is torn toward the upstream side.
Therefore, there is a problem that the operation of the automatic delivery slip pasting system in a delivery center or the like is hindered.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-40476

The present invention has been considered in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a label for a delivery slip that can smoothly operate an automatic peeling and automatic pasting system in a delivery center or the like.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a label for a delivery slip that prevents the mount main body from being broken when the label main body is peeled from the mount main body together with the re-peeling mount area.

Further, the present invention is for a delivery slip that prevents stress from being concentrated on a specific part of the mount body (for example, the upstream corner of the mount separation cutting line) when the label body is peeled off from the peeling plate of the automatic peeling apparatus. The challenge is to provide a label.

That is, the present invention focuses on the fact that the shape of the re-peeling mount area formed on the mount main body is tapered toward the upstream side in the transfer direction of the delivery slip label. A label for a delivery slip having a back surface temporarily attached to the front surface, and a label body that can be peeled off and attached to a delivery product from the mount body, wherein the mount body is a part of the label body. The re-peeling mount area is formed in the inner part from the outer edge part so as to be separable, and the label main body is a re-labeling label in an area smaller than the re-peeling mount area in the upper layer part of the re-peeling mount area. An area is formed in a separable manner, and the label main body together with the label area for re-attachment is attached together with the label main body together with the label area for re-attachment while the re-mounting base area of the base main body is temporarily attached to the back surface of the label main body. The label area for re-sticking of the label body can be peeled off from the re-mounting board area of the mount body and pasted to another part. And the re-mounting mount area has a tapered shape toward the upstream side in the transfer direction of the delivery slip label in the automatic peeling device for loading the delivery slip label. It is a label for.

The tapered shape can be a home base shape.

The taper shape can be triangular.

The taper shape can be a U-shape.

In the delivery slip label according to the present invention, the shape of the re-peeling mount area formed on the mount main body is tapered toward the upstream side in the transfer direction of the delivery slip label, so that only the mount main body in the peeling plate of the automatic peeling device Even if the paper is pulled so as to be turned, stress in the tearing direction is not concentrated on the part of the line for separating the board, and it is possible to prevent the board body from being broken at the part of the releasable board area.

In the present invention, the shape of the re-peeling mount area formed on the mount main body is tapered on the upstream side in the transfer direction of the delivery slip label, such as the home base shape, so it is loaded into the automatic peeling and automatic sticking system. A label for delivery slips that can contribute to improved processing efficiency has been realized.

Next, a delivery slip label 20 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. However, the same parts as those in FIGS. 6 to 11 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof will be omitted.
1 is a plan view of a delivery slip label 20, and FIG. 2 is an enlarged sectional view taken along line II-II of FIG. 1. The delivery slip label 20 is the same as the delivery slip label 1 (FIG. 6). Similarly, a label main body 3 is temporarily attached to the mount main body 2, and the label main body 3 is provided with a label area 10 for reattachment together with a product description column 5, a shipping source column 6, a recipient column 7 and a receipt column 8. It is formed.

The mount body 2 located on the lower layer side of the re-attachment label area 10 is re-peeled by the mount separation cutting line 21 in the same manner as the re-release mount area 14 (FIG. 6) by the mount separation cutting line 13. Although the board mount area 22 is formed, the shapes of the mount separating cut line 21 and the re-peeling mount area 22 are different from those of the mount separating cut line 13 and the re-peeling mount area 14.
That is, the board separating score line 21 and the re-separating board area 22 have a taper shape toward the upstream side in the transfer direction in the automatic peeling device 15 (FIG. 8) in which the delivery slip label 20 is loaded. Yes.
For example, this taper shape is the home base shape. Specifically, the mount separation cutting line 21 is tapered at a pair of left and right change points 21A from a line parallel to the side along the transfer direction of the re-peeling mount region 22, and intersects at the last convergence point 21B. ing.

In the delivery slip label 20 having such a configuration, the mount body 2 is not torn when the label body 3 with the re-peeling mount area 22 is peeled from the mount body 2.
That is, FIG. 3 is an enlarged cross-sectional view for explaining an operation of mechanically automatically peeling the label body 3 from the mount body 2 by loading the delivery slip label 20 into the automatic peeling device 15 as in FIG. .
As shown in FIG. 3, even if only the mount body 2 is turned and pulled downstream in the peeling plate 16, the mount separation cutting line 21 does not concentrate stress at the change point 21A and the convergence point 21B. The label main body 3 and the reattachment label area 10 can be smoothly peeled off from the mount main body 2 together with the re-peeling mount area 22.
Thus, even if the delivery slip label 20 is loaded in the automatic peeling device 15 in the automatic peeling system or the automatic sticking system, the automatic peeling and sticking operation of the label main body 3 can be surely performed without causing any trouble in the entire system. is there.

In the present invention, the taper shape of the re-mounting mount region 22 can be arbitrarily designed according to the entire label body 3 or its design or the shape of the re-attachment label region 10.
For example, FIG. 4 is a plan view of an essential part showing a first modified example of a taper shape, and the taper shape of the re-peeling mount region 23 is a triangle shape (preferably an isosceles triangle shape).
Even with the re-peeling mount region 23 having such a shape, automatic peeling is possible without breaking the mount body 2 at the part of the peeling plate 16.

FIG. 5 is a plan view of an essential part showing a second modified example of the taper shape, and the taper shape of the re-peeling mount region 24 is a U-shape.
Even with the re-peeling mount region 24 having such a shape, automatic peeling is possible without breaking the mount body 2 at the part of the peeling plate 16.
