Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a tire chain hook that can be easily put in and out of a tire chain quickly and easily.
Conventionally, when inserting and removing the tire chain, a U-shaped tire chain hook has been used.
Therefore, there are the following problems.
(B) A truck with a narrow space between the rear wheel and the rear bumper could not be installed. However, although a truck with a wide space between the rear wheel and the rear bumper is attached, the tire chain slips off while driving on a rough road, and the end of the tire chain contacts the road surface and is damaged.
(B) Since it is mounted directly under the truck chassis and loading platform, tire chains were taken in and out using unnecessary force in an unreasonable posture.
(C) Since the tire chain is lowered with an unreasonable posture, the tire chain has to be tangled and unwound.
The present invention solves and uses the above problems.
A tire chain comprising a tire chain bracket having a small hole in the center of the mounting plate, and an upper bracket having a pressing pin on the upper surface of the tire chain bracket, which is freely movable left and right and up and down. It is a hanger.
Since it is installed in a small space and can be easily put in and out, there is little burden on the body.
In addition, it does not get entangled when the tire chain is lowered, so the time is shortened.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.
(A) An angle-shaped tire chain bracket (1) is provided on a rectangular attachment plate (4) provided with attachment holes (5) at the top and bottom.
(B) The stopper (1) is provided with a round bar stopper (10) at the end of the bracket and further provided with small holes (7) and (11).
(C) A holding pin (3) is provided on the upper surface of the receiving metal fitting (1), and an upper metal fitting (2) is provided. A U-shaped base (6) is provided at the end of the receiving metal fitting (2), and the support shaft (8) fixed to the upper metal fitting (2) penetrates the inside of the base (6) to receive the receiving metal (2). It is stopped by a split pin (13) and a washer (12) through a small hole (7) of the metal fitting (1).
(2) The upper metal fitting (2) is mounted on the upper surface of the receiving metal fitting (1) by the support shaft (8), and the upper metal fitting (2) can be freely moved from side to side. The upper metal fitting (2) is provided with a U-shaped base (6), and the upper surface of the base (6) has an inclined surface. This is an inclined surface for allowing the pressing pin (3) to open from the small hole (11) of the receiving metal fitting (1).
The present invention has the above configuration.
When using the present invention, the tire chain hook is attached to the chassis (B) of the truck (A) by bolts or welding.
(A) When the tire chain (14) is hung on the tire chain support bracket (1), the front portion of the upper bracket (2) is lifted and moved to the left or right until the base (6) hits the stopper (10). (FIG. 5) (FIG. 6)
(B) Hang the end of the tire chain (14) with the side with the flange (15) on the tire chain bracket (1). (Fig. 7)
(C) Hang the ladder portion (16) of the tire chain (14) every other step or every second step. (Fig. 8)
(2) When the last ladder portion (16) of the tire chain (14) is hung, push it until it hits the base (6), and press the holding pin (3) with the center and small hole of the last ladder portion (16) of the tire chain (14) Go to (11). (Fig. 9)
(E) When lowering the tire chain (14) from the tire chain bracket (1), move the upper bracket (2) to either the left or right side and hold the front ladder portion (16) of the tire chain (14) with your hand (18). Pull it toward you. (Fig. 10)
By such an operation, the tire chain can be easily and easily engaged, and the tire chain can be protected.
In addition, although the attachment position is shown as shown in FIG. 3 about this invention, it can attach in places other than this.
For example, by changing the attachment plate (4) to the attachment tool (D) as shown in FIG. 11, the attachment plate (E) can be attached below.
