本願発明の内容は、以下の通りである。

第２の発明は、調整用操作部は、それに連動して作動するアジャストボックスと、アジャストボックスと係合するとともにバンドの一端と連結するアジャストレールとを上箱に備え、アジャストボックスがアジャストレールに設けられた複数の係止部のいずれかに係合することで、バンドの長さを調整可能とすることを特徴とするものである。
