Description

The present invention relates to an anti-theft cover used for effectively preventing theft from a power supply outlet installed indoors and outdoors.

There has been a problem of theft of electric power to charge a mobile PC or mobile phone without permission from an outlet installed in a public facility or a store. It has become.

Among these, in Patent Document 1, in the case of an outdoor outlet, when an anti-theft cover for enclosing the power plug inserted into the plug insertion port of the outlet body is screwed to a mounting plate fixed to the outdoor wall surface, Cover fixing means for removably fixing the anti-theft cover to the outlet main body using the screw hole for the outlet main body (interposed between the outlet main body and the anti-theft cover) An anti-theft device comprising a rod-like spacer integrally formed with a male screw to be screwed and a screw to be screwed into the rod-like spacer via an anti-theft cover is disclosed. Yes.

Is disclosed.
JP 2005-259411 A Utility Model Registration No. 3097566

However, although any of the above-described technologies can effectively prevent theft from an outdoor outlet, the same configuration cannot be adopted for an indoor outlet because theft is performed both indoors and outdoors. There is an inconvenience. In particular, indoors, there are many outlets, and when trying to use the above-described anti-theft cover for an unused outlet, the anti-theft cover can cover the power plug. Therefore, a sufficient mounting space is required to install this anti-theft cover, and it cannot be used depending on the location.
Furthermore, in the conventional configuration described above, since it is necessary to screw or lock, there is also annoyance associated with these operations.

The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and can prevent theft of electricity from various types of outlets, regardless of whether the outlet is indoors or outdoors, and does not require a large installation space. The main object is to provide a cover for preventing theft of electric power that can be attached to and detached from an outlet with a simple operation.

In order to achieve the above object, an anti-theft cover according to the present invention includes a case main body having a pair of plug blades that can be inserted into a plug insertion port of an outlet, and protrudes from the case main body. A locking movable pin accommodated in at least one of the plug blades so as to be displaceable in the axial direction, and a movement for displacing the locking movable pin in the axial direction by being accommodated in the case body and being moved by a locking tool. And a guide portion provided on the plug blade and protruding from a side surface of the plug blade in association with a displacement of the locking movable pin in the axial direction. (Claim 1).

Therefore, if the movable pin for locking does not protrude from the side surface of the plug blade, the plug blade forming a pair of the case main body is inserted into the plug insertion port, and the movement mechanism accommodated in the case main body is moved by the locking tool, Since the movable pin for locking is moved in the axial direction of the plug blade and the tip portion thereof is guided by the guide portion and protrudes from the side surface of the plug blade, the plug blade cannot be removed from the plug insertion port. In addition, in order to release this mounting state, if the movement mechanism housed in the case body is moved by a locking tool so that the locking movable pin does not protrude from the side surface of the plug blade, the plug blade is inserted into the plug. Since it comes out of the mouth, it becomes possible to remove the anti-theft cover from the outlet.

Here, the movement mechanism has an inclined cam having an inclined surface with which the movable pin for locking comes into contact, and the movable pin for locking is moved in the axial direction of the plug blade by rotating the inclined cam with the locking tool. It is good also as a cam mechanism to displace to (Claim 2).

Further, in order to make it difficult to remove the case body attached to the outlet, the flange is extended around the base end portion of the case body in a direction perpendicular to the insertion direction of the plug blade and pressed by the case body. It is preferable to provide an anti-removal member that can contact the periphery of the plug insertion port of the outlet.

Furthermore, in order to make it difficult to remove the case body attached to the outlet, the overall shape of the cover for preventing theft is formed in a substantially hemispherical shape with an insertion hole into which the locking tool can be inserted at the top of the case body. However, the removal preventing member is preferably formed thinly while being in contact with the periphery of the plug insertion port of the outlet as it goes outward from the case body.

As described above, according to the present invention, the anti-theft cover is provided with a case main body having a pair of plug blades that can be inserted into the plug insertion port of the outlet, and at least one of the plug blades protruding from the case main body. A locking movable pin accommodated in the axial direction of the plug blade, a movement mechanism for axially displacing the locking movable pin by being accommodated in the case body and moved by a locking tool, and for locking Since the tip of the movable pin has a guide portion that protrudes from the side surface of the plug blade in accordance with the displacement of the movable pin for locking in the axial direction, it is used for locking after inserting the plug blade into the plug insertion port. If you move the movement mechanism with a tool and protrude the tip of the movable pin for locking from the side of the plug blade, the plug blade of the anti-theft cover will not come out of the plug insertion slot, It is possible to stop.

For this reason, it is possible to attach to various types of outlets regardless of whether they are indoors or outdoors, and since a large installation space is not required, installation in a narrow indoor space is also possible. In addition, if the movement mechanism housed in the case body is operated with a locking tool, a locked state is formed, so there is no need to attach screws or external locking, and it can be easily attached and detached from the outlet. (Locking and unlocking) is also possible.

In particular, the movement mechanism is configured to have an inclined cam that is rotated by the locking tool, and the movable pin for locking is displaced in the axial direction of the plug blade by rotating the inclined cam with the locking tool. In this case, the anti-theft cover can be locked or unlocked simply by rotating the locking tool.

Furthermore, if an anti-removal member that extends in a flange shape around the base end of the case body in a direction perpendicular to the insertion direction of the plug blade and can contact the surface of the outlet is provided, an anti-theft cover attached to the outlet Can be made difficult to remove.

Furthermore, the case body is formed in a substantially hemispherical shape with an insertion hole into which the locking tool can be inserted at the top, and the anti-detachment member is formed thinly in contact with the outlet surface as it goes outward from the case body. Then, it becomes possible to make it difficult to grasp the case main body, and to make it more difficult to remove the anti-theft cover attached to the outlet.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The best embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

1 and 2 show the overall configuration of the anti-theft cover 1. This anti-theft cover 1 has a case main body 3 provided with a pair of plug blades 2a and 2b that can be inserted into a plug insertion port of an outlet.

As shown in FIGS. 3 to 6, the case body 3 includes a board 4 in which a pair of Bragg teeth 2 a and 2 b is fixed in accordance with the interval of the plug insertion port of the outlet, and a plug with respect to the board 4. The blades 2a and 2b are attached to the opposite side of the protruding side, and are configured to have a case member 6 fixed by screws 5 from the protruding side of the plug blade, and the substrate 4 and the case member 6 are provided inside. Thus, a defined storage space 7 is formed. The case member 6 has a substantially hemispherical shape that is attached so as to cover the substrate 4, and the top portion is formed flat, and a through hole 9 into which the locking tool 8 can be inserted is formed in the flat portion.

The accommodation space 7 accommodates a flange shaft 10 and an inclined cam 11 that is integrally formed with the flange shaft 10 and is rotatable with the flange shaft 10. The rod shaft 10 is rotatably mounted perpendicularly to the substrate 4 so that the tip thereof faces the through hole 9 of the case member 6, and the tip of the locking tool 8 is fitted to the tip portion facing the through hole 9. A mating hole 12 is formed. The inclined cam 11 formed integrally with the flange shaft 10 has an inclined surface 13 inclined in the circumferential direction on the surface facing the substrate 4, and a head 15 a of a movable pin 15 for locking described below is formed on the inclined surface 13. Are in contact with each other so as to be slidable.

The locking movable pin 15 includes a pin portion 15b that is movably inserted through a through hole 17 formed in the substrate 4 and extends along the axial direction of the plug teeth 2a and 2b, and an inclined surface of the inclined cam 11. 13 and a head disposed between the substrate 4 and, in this example, a slit 16 that can accommodate the movable pin 15 for locking is provided in one of the plug blades (plug blade 2a). The through hole 17 is formed so as to face the slit 16, and the pin portion 15 b of the locking movable pin 15 inserted through the through hole 17 is allowed to be displaced in the axial direction in the slit 16. Is housed to do.

In this embodiment, the inclined cam 11 is formed in a substantially semi-disc shape, and when rotated 180 degrees, the head portion 15a of the locking movable pin 15 starts from the portion where the distance between the inclined surface 13 and the substrate 4 is the widest. It is relatively displaced from the narrowest part or from the narrowest part to the widest part.

A compression spring 18 is mounted around the pin portion 15 b of the locking movable pin 15 between the head portion 15 a of the locking movable pin 15 and the substrate 4, and the locking movable pin 15 is locked by the compression spring 18. The head 15 a is always brought into contact with the inclined surface 13 of the inclined cam 11.

Therefore, when the shaft 10 is rotated to rotate the inclined cam 11, the head portion 15a of the locking movable pin 15 in contact with the inclined surface 13 is guided by the inclined surface 13 and displaced in the axial direction of the plug tooth 2a. Therefore, the pin part 15b accommodated in the slit 16 of the plug blade 2a is also displaced along the axial direction of the plug blade 2a.

A guide portion 20 is formed at the distal end portion of the slit 16 of the plug blade 2a so as to project the distal end portion of the pin portion 15b from the side surface of the plug blade 2a in accordance with the displacement in the axial direction. In this example, the tip portion of the pin portion 15b is formed in a wedge shape so as to gradually taper from the rear toward the tip, and the guide portion 20 is formed as an inclined surface (in the drawing, a slit). When the pin portion 15b is displaced toward the tip end of the plug tooth 2a, the tip end portion of the pin portion 15b comes into contact with the guide portion 20, and this guide portion 20 To the side of the plug blade 2a (ie, in a direction perpendicular to the side surface of the plug blade, for example, toward the other plug blade 2b).

Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, in a state where the head portion 15 a of the locking movable pin 15 is arranged at a position where the interval between the inclined cam 11 and the substrate 4 is the widest, the compression spring 18 causes the head portion Since 15a is brought into contact with the inclined surface 13, the pin portion 15b of the locking movable pin 15 is in the most retracted state, and the tip of the plug blade 15 is in contact with the guide portion 20 or away from the guide portion 20. The locking movable pin 15 is housed in the slit 16 of 2a and does not protrude from the side surface of the plug blade 2a.

Then, when the collar shaft 10 is rotated 180 degrees from this state by the locking tool 8, the head 15 a of the locking movable pin 15 is moved between the inclined cam 11 and the substrate 4 as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. Therefore, the head 15 a of the locking movable pin 15 is guided by the inclined surface 13 and relatively approaches the substrate 4 against the compression spring 18. For this reason, the pin portion 15b of the locking movable pin 15 is in a state of protruding most from the substrate 4, and the tip portion thereof is guided by the guide portion 20 and protrudes from the side surface of the plug blade 2a.

The case body 3 is detachably attached with an annular removal preventing member 21 that is locked around the base end portion of the case member 6 and extends in a radial shape in a flange shape. The removal preventing member 21 is made of synthetic rubber or the like, and is formed so as to gradually become thinner from the engaging portion with the case member 6 toward the outside. Further, the removal preventing member 21 is formed thick so that the inner peripheral edge abuts against the side surface of the base end portion of the case member 6, and a step portion 21a on which the case member 6 can be placed is formed on the inner edge. The end surface on the blade side is attached so as to be flush with the end surface of the substrate 4, and the base end portion of the case member 6 is press-fitted into the stepped portion 21a.

In the above-described configuration, in order to attach the anti-theft cover 1 to an indoor / outdoor outlet, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the anti-theft cover 1 is not inserted into the outlet. The pin portion 15b of the movable pin 15 is not protruded from the side surface of the plug blade 2a, and the plug blades 2a and 2b are inserted into the plug insertion ports 32a and 32b formed in the outlet body 31 of the outlet 30 (FIG. 7 ( a)).

In this state, as shown in FIG. 8A, the plug blades 2a and 2b are simply inserted into blade receiving springs 33a and 33b provided so as to face the plug insertion ports 31a and 31b of the outlet body 31. It will be in the state.

Thereafter, the locking tool 8 is fitted into the fitting hole 12 of the collar shaft 10 inside the case main body through the through hole 9 of the case member 6, and the collar tool 10 is rotated by rotating the locking tool 8 ( FIG. 7B). Then, after the locking tool 8 is rotated 180 degrees, the locking tool 8 is extracted (FIG. 7C).

In this state, as shown in FIG. 8B, the pin portion 15a of the locking movable pin 15 protrudes from the side surface of the plug blade 2a inside the blade receiving spring 32a, and the plug blade 2a is protruded from the blade receiving spring 33a. It will be in a state that can not be removed from.

Therefore, regardless of whether it is an indoor or outdoor outlet, the plug blades 2a and 2b of the cover 1 for preventing theft are inserted into the plug insertion ports 32a and 32b, and then the locking tool 8 is operated to lock the power from the side of the plug blade 2a. If the pin portion 15b of the pin 15 is protruded, the plug blades 2a and 2b cannot be removed from the plug insertion ports 32a and 32b, so that theft from the outlet 30 can be prevented. Moreover, according to the above-described configuration, a large attachment space is not required when attaching the anti-theft cover 1, so that installation in a narrow indoor space is also possible.

Furthermore, since the locked state can be formed and released by operating the locking tool 8 attached to the fitting hole 12 of the flange shaft 10 through the through hole 9 of the case body 3, it can be screwed or attached from the outside. Becomes unnecessary, and it becomes possible to attach and detach the outlet 30 with a simple operation.

Further, since a removal preventing member 21 extending in a flange shape in a direction perpendicular to the insertion direction of the plug blades 2a, 2b and being able to contact the outlet surface is provided around the base end portion of the case body 3, the outlet surface It becomes impossible to insert a tool such as a screwdriver between the case body 3 and the case body 3 to forcibly remove it, making it difficult to remove the anti-theft cover 1 attached to the outlet 30.

Furthermore, the case body 3 is formed in a substantially hemispherical shape having an insertion hole 9 into which the locking tool 8 can be inserted at the top, and the removal preventing member 21 contacts the surface of the outlet as it goes outward from the case body 3. Since it is thinly formed while being in contact, the case body 3 is difficult to grasp, and a tool such as a screwdriver is difficult to insert between the outlet 30 and the case body 3, and an anti-theft cover attached to the outlet 30 1 can be made more difficult to remove.

In the above-described configuration, the slit 16 is formed in one of the plug blades 2a and 2b that make a pair, and the movable pin 15 for locking is accommodated, but both the plug blades 2a and 2b have the same configuration. The locking movable pin 15 may be protruded from the side surfaces of both plug blades.
